Claims (8)
- Procédé de chauffage par conduction d'une tôle (1) pour la préparation de la tôle en vue d'un processus de durcissement ultérieur à la presse de formage, dans lequel la tôle (1) ou au moins une zone à réchauffer par conduction de la tôle (1) présente un contour extérieur rectangulaire ou non rectangulaire, dans lequel, pour réaliser le chauffage par conduction, au moins une électrode (80) présentant une zone de contact (83) est amenée en contact électrique avec la tôle (1) et le courant électrique est injecté dans la tôle (1) et/ou extrait de la tôle (1) par l'intermédiaire de la zone de contact (83) pour réaliser le chauffage par conduction, caractérisé en ce que l'électrode (80) présente une zone de contact structurée inégale (83) pourvue d'une pluralité de surfaces de contact espacées les unes des autres (81), par lesquelles une pluralité de points de contact individuels, espacés les uns des autres, sont formés entre l'électrode (80) et la tôle (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'électrode (80) présentant la zone de contact inégale et structurée (83) est utilisée comme électrode d'injection de courant, comme électrode d'extraction de courant et/ou comme électrode de transmission.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une pluralité de petits points chauds sont générés dans la tôle (1) par la pluralité de points de contact pendant le chauffage par conduction.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un contour extérieur non rectangulaire de la zone à chauffer par conduction est divisé en sections de surface sensiblement rectangulaires et/ou trapézoïdales (2, 3, 4) et en ce qu'il est fourni, d'une manière qui correspond à la division en sections de surface (2, 3, 4), un agencement d'électrodes adapté à celle-ci, qui présente au moins des électrodes d'injection et d'extraction de courant (11-20) et, dans le cas de la présence d'au moins une section de surface trapézoïdale, des électrodes de transmission (31) .
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des tôles (1) présentant chacune au moins une section de surface trapézoïdale (3) de leur zone à chauffer par conduction sont chauffées par conduction par paires, dans lequel une paire de tôles (1) sont reliées électriquement entre elles par une pluralité d'électrodes de transmission (31) qui sont électriquement isolées les unes des autres et disposées côte à côte le long d'une zone de transition d'une tôle (1) à l'autre.
- Dispositif de chauffage par conduction (10) pour la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé de chauffage par conduction d'une tôle (1), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de chauffage par conduction comporte au moins une électrode (80) comme électrode d'injection de courant, comme électrode d'extraction de courant et/ou comme électrode de transmission, qui présente une zone de contact structurée inégale (83) pourvue d'une pluralité de surfaces de contact espacées les unes des autres (81), par lesquelles une pluralité de points de contact individuels, espacés les uns des autres, peuvent être formés entre l'électrode (80) et la tôle (1), dans lequel le dispositif de chauffage par conduction (10) est conçu pour mettre en oeuvre un procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5.
- Dispositif de chauffage par conduction selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la zone de contact structurée inégale (83) de l'électrode (80) est formée en totalité ou en partie par une pluralité de bords coudés qui sont disposés les uns derrière les autres à la manière d'un peigne en une rangée ou côte à côte en plusieurs rangées.
- Dispositif de chauffage par conduction selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la zone de contact structurée inégale (83) de l'électrode (80) présente des parties saillantes contenant les surfaces de contact (81) et en ce que des espaces intermédiaires en forme de rainures (82) sont formés entre les parties saillantes.
