Definitions
- the invention relates to a jackup bridge structure, which is modular and used for research, salvage, service and / or installation ships.
- Service and / or installation ships are used in very different areas.
- installer ships for the construction and maintenance of offshore installations, especially on offshore wind energy plants, so-called installer ships in use, which allow a safe and technically necessary position on the.
- An offshore wind farm usually consists of a large number of wind turbines, which are distributed over several square kilometers in a structured manner.
- the plants typically consist of a tower, the generator nacelle and the wings.
- the offshore wind energy plants stand on rammed pipes (monopiles) or on three / multi-legged lattice structure foundations. These lattice structures are "nailed" to the bottom of the lake or flooded in the bottom of the lake by suction anchors (suction bucket).
- helicopters can set up with the help of hydraulic or electrically operated legs (so-called jack-up legs) at a fixed position in the sea. While driving, the legs are raised. At the intended position these are lowered and placed on the seabed. Then the ship is lifted out of the water.
- the construction vessels are equipped with a large heavy-duty crane. In addition, accommodations for the crew and sometimes a helipad are provided.
- pillar constructions are positioned going through the hull, which significantly limits the transverse distances of these legs and complicates the maintenance of the remaining below the waterline components (leg, feet, pumping systems) accordingly.
- Another possibility is to arrange the legs laterally outside the ship's width, the drive units are laterally connected to the outer skin of the ship.
- EP 2617641 A1 Movement apparatus for a wind turbine assembly and method for charging / discharging a wind turbine assembly therewith
- EP 1356205 B1 Method and device for arranging at least one wind turbine on open water
- DE 102013104278 A1 Floating work platform with a lifting system and method for raising or lowering such a buoyant work platform
- US 6808337 B1 Marine structure
- the lifting heights and load sizes to be realized force the positioning of a crane of these ships in the shortest possible distance to the wind energy plant. Unfavorable positioning of the crane necessitate a growing crane boom, which limits the lifting height of the crane and also increases the tipping moment. This makes it necessary to design the crane oversized for its task, which also has an impact on the ship's construction.
- EP 2146006 A1 there is disclosed an open sea platform for lifting in which two floating units are connected together and a crane is placed on the connection.
- a similar arrangement is off FR 2298474 A1 known.
- the object of the invention is to develop a jack-up bridge structure, which can be used independently of a watercraft, is suitable for retrofitting already built watercraft and / or can be used as a supporting component in the redesign of a jack-up watercraft.
- the jackup bridge structure should be modular, with the same modules allowing a variety of applications.
- a jackup bridge structure consists of a shipbuilding-like structure, on which port and starboard side in each case a housing is arranged, which serves to receive downwardly extendable legs.
- the shipbuilding-like structure consists of several floors and is with Means provided for the management of a ship and / or for the accommodation of machinery, equipment and / or personnel.
- the pillar In the housing, the pillar is arranged with its leg mechanism and its necessary electric or hydraulic drive systems.
- the jackup bridge structure is provided with a crane whose nacelle and propulsion units are located inside the shipbuilding-like structure, the shipbuilding-like structure serving as a crane foundation and machine area.
- two shipbuilding-like structures are firmly connected to one another by means of at least one connecting structure.
- the at least one connecting structure is arranged as a stabilizing element between the shipbuilding-like structures and serves to accommodate supply lines.
- a walk-in connection between the two shipbuilding-like structures is created. If two connecting structures are arranged between the shipbuilding-like structures, these lie on the port side and starboard side.
- the at least one connection structure is a floating dock.
- the size and structural design of the jackup bridge structure is determined by its application. This is dimensioned so that the jackup bridge structure can be transported for example by means of a barge or a jack-up vessel.
- the jackup bridge structure is fixedly connected to a watercraft, preferably via its main deck. This can also be done by retrofitting to an already built watercraft.
- jackup bridge structure With the jackup bridge structure according to the invention watercraft can be equipped in addition to the self-sufficient application, which can be built independently of legs and their drive structure. Here are advantages in terms of the selection of possible yards and their Baudockbreiten. Similarly, a retrofit on an existing vessel is possible.
- This flexible modular design of the jackup bridge structure opens up a broad field of application. The distance of the legs is depending on the intended use feasible without changing the internal structure of the vessel and the internal units.
- Newbuild vessels can be designed and built without superstructure structures, whereby the modular jackup bridge structure (new or existing) can later be adapted and integrated. These steps can also be coordinated anywhere at different shipyard locations worldwide.
- the jackup bridge structure enables new conceptual and logistic possibilities for the planning and execution of installation steps on offshore wind farm installations as well as their maintenance and dismantling.
- Another advantage is that dynamically positioned watercraft transport the components for offshore wind turbines to the Building site on site and thus take over the jackup bridge structure. These watercraft can commute for material transport between manufacturer / port of loading and the construction site. In this way the crane is continuously available. This leads to a significant time and thus cost savings.
- FIG. 1 shows in a first embodiment, the jackup bridge structure according to the invention.
- the jackup bridge structure consists of several modular units.
- the basic structure consists of a shipbuilding-like structure 2, which is composed of various structural steel units.
- the shipbuilding-like structure 2 is basically conceptually similar to a shipbuilding structure, but statically and dynamically interpreted accordingly. It consists of several floors, which can serve, for example, both the accommodation of machinery and equipment, workshop space, personnel and the management of a watercraft depending on the application and needs.
- the shipbuilding-like structure 2 is fixedly connected to two ports 1 and 2 on the starboard side, which constitute further modules.
- In the housings 1 are downwardly extendable legs 3 with a foundation support 31 (Spudcan) and their, not shown, pillar mechanisms, such as the leg drives, stored.
- Spudcan foundation support 31
- the housing 1 for the pillar mechanism and the legs 3 form with the necessary electrical or hydraulic drive systems a section unit and are firmly connected to the shipbuilding structure 2 similar.
- the equipment of this unit from shipbuilding similar structure 2 and housing 1 for the legs 3 depends on the size and the structural design of the possible application.
- FIG. 1 shown embodiment as another module, a powerful crane 4 on the shipbuilding structure 2 arranged.
- the shipbuilding-like structure 2 serves as a crane foundation, and receives in the interior the necessary supply facilities for the jack-up bridge structure and the drive units for the crane 4.
- FIG. 2 shows a further embodiment with two Jackup bridge structures, wherein two Jackup bridge structures are firmly connected by connecting structures 5 together.
- a first jackup bridge structure is equipped with a crane 4 and a second jackup bridge structure is designed as a living and working area for the crew.
- two connecting structures 5 are provided which are connected to the shipbuilding-like structure 2 on the port and starboard side. But it is also conceivable that a correspondingly larger-sized and centrally placed connection structure 5 is sufficient.
- the connection structures 5 not only connect the jack-up bridge structures from the outside, but also create a connection in the interior in which the personnel can escape from a jack-up bridge structure to the other, protected from weather influences.
- connection structures 5 thus have several tasks, they connect the jackup bridge structures together and serve as stiffening of the entire construction. In addition, they are walkable and provide space for the supply lines between the jackup bridge structures.
- the connecting structures 5 can also be designed as a further module as load-bearing structures in order to be able to transport this construction by means of a jack-up vessel.
- the jackup bridge structure is modular, it can be modified for a wide variety of applications. So it is possible to "piggyback" a single jackup bridge structure by means of a barge to the desired location.
- the legs 3 are extended and anchored in the bottom of the lake by means of the correspondingly large-dimensioned foundation supports 31 (Spudcans) driven into the seabed pipes (Piles).
- the barge can then drive out and leave the location again.
- the jackup bridge structure is autonomous and remains in place, for example, to carry out research or lift a wreck.
- the staff can be flown in, for example, this is a helicopter platform provided.
- jackup bridge structures are connected by a floating dock and towed to the site.
- the floating dock can be flooded in the slightly raised, ballasted state on site. Feeders can swim in with the material, for example for an offshore wind turbine.
- the legs 3 are now extended while the ballast tanks and the floating dock are steered. Subsequently, the brought along load of barges is installed.
- a jackup bridge structure is as Housing area and command bridge for the vessel 6 running and the other jackup bridge structure is connected to a crane 4.
- the legs 3 port and starboard are guided on the watercraft 6 next to the outer skin of the ship down and positioned so that the legs 3 are guided laterally past the actual hull.
- ships of any kind can be equipped or retrofitted with corresponding strength-relevant modifications of the ship structures.
- the connection of the jack-up bridge structure with the vessel 6 is realized via the longitudinal / cross-bracings of the main deck, regardless of the outer skin concept of the vessel.
- FIG. 4 shows a sketchy representation of the arrangement FIG. 3 in the raised state.
- the type of drives (hydraulic or electric), as well as the type of leg construction (round tube, square / triangular steel plates, grid mesh system of pipe) are defined depending on the purpose of the Jackup bridge structure.
- jackup bridge structure described in detail and its various applications are exemplary embodiments, they may be modified in a conventional manner to a wide extent by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention.
- the concrete configurations of the structures may also follow in a different form than that described here.
- the crane 4 or the housing 1 can be configured with the legs 3 in a different form, if this is necessary for reasons of space or designerischen reasons.
- the use of the indefinite article "on" does not preclude that the features in question may also be duplicated.

Abstract
Description
- In
