Claims (12)
- Dispositif dédié à la transformation de produits imprimés (4), comprenant au moins• un appareil de transport (10, 12) réalisé pour transporter des produits imprimés (4) le long d'un trajet de convoyage (100) et muni de moyens de transport (11, 13) placés en succession mutuelle dans une direction de convoyage (101), en vue de recevoir un produit imprimé respectif (4) devant être traité, ou un regroupement respectif (5) de produits imprimés (4) devant être traités conjointement,• plusieurs appareils de traitement (3, 6, 7, 8), disposés le long du trajet de convoyage (100) et destinés à modifier les produits imprimés (4) et/ou les regroupements (5) transportés,• une commande (9) par laquelle l'appareil de transport (10, 12), et au moins l'un des appareils de traitement (3, 6, 7, 8), sont raccordés en vue d'échanger des signaux, et• un appareil d'éclairage (20) s'étendant le long dudit trajet de convoyage (100),caractérisé par le fait que l'appareil d'éclairage (20) est scindé en des zones d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n) le long du trajet de convoyage (100), chacune de ces zones d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n) incluant un ou plusieurs moyen(s) d'éclairage (22), et chacune de ces zones d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n) étant connectée à la commande (9) du dispositif, de façon telle que les zones individuelles d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n) puissent être pilotées distinctement par cette commande (9), lesdites zones d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n) étant réalisées en vue d'émettre de la lumière de couleur (201, 202, 203) et/ou d'intensité (201, 211) différente(s), en fonction de leur pilotage, et ladite commande (9) étant détentrice d'informations d'état relatives audit dispositif (1, 2) et/ou aux produits imprimés (4), et au moyen desquelles elle peut assigner l'emplacement localisé effectif d'un produit imprimé défectueux à une zone d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n) déterminée, et piloter ladite zone de manière correspondante.

- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la commande (9) pilotant les zones d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n) est connectée à des capteurs dudit dispositif, en vue de l'acquisition des informations d'état relatives audit dispositif (1, 2) et/ou aux produits imprimés (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un agencement des zones d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n) dans lequel les moyens d'éclairage (22) éclairent le tronçon du trajet de convoyage (100), respectivement affilié, et/ou le produit (4) respectivement associé.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un agencement des zones d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n) visible de l'extérieur en mode fonctionnement régulier dudit dispositif.
- Procédé dévolu à la transformation d'une succession de produits imprimés (4), lesdits produits imprimés (4) étant convoyés par un appareil de transport (10, 12), individuellement ou sous la forme d'un regroupement (5) en vue du traitement conjoint, le long d'appareils de traitement (3, 6, 7, 8) destinés à modifier les produits imprimés (4) et/ou les regroupements (5), lesdits produits imprimés (4) individuels, et/ou lesdits regroupements (5), étant espacés les uns des autres le long de leur trajet de convoyage (100),
caractérisé par le fait que le trajet de convoyage (100) est éclairé, par tronçons, à l'aide d'un appareil d'éclairage (20) s'étendant le long dudit trajet de convoyage (100), l'éclairage étant respectivement tributaire du produit imprimé (4) situé dans la zone d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n) considérée, ou du regroupement (5) situé dans la zone d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n) considérée; par le fait que les zones d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n) émettent de la lumière de couleur (201, 202, 203) et/ou d'intensité (201, 211) différente(s), en fonction de leur pilotage ; et par le fait qu'une commande (9) est détentrice d'informations d'état relatives audit dispositif (1, 2) et/ou aux produits imprimés (4), et au moyen desquelles elle assigne l'emplacement localisé effectif d'un produit imprimé défectueux à une zone d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n) déterminée, et pilote ladite zone de manière correspondante. - Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que la commande (9) du dispositif est détentrice d'informations interprétées, par ladite commande (9), comme la présence d'un produit (4, 5) dans une zone d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n) déterminée, et ladite commande (9) pilote les moyens d'éclairage (22) de cette zone d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n) d'une manière correspondant à cette interprétation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé par le fait que la commande (9) du dispositif est détentrice d'informations interprétées, par ladite commande (9), comme une caractéristique d'un produit (4, 5) présent dans une zone d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n) déterminée, et ladite commande (9) pilote les moyens d'éclairage (22) de cette zone d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n) d'une manière correspondant à cette interprétation.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé par le fait que la commande (9) pilote à chaque fois, d'une manière correspondant à son interprétation, la couleur (201, 202, 203) de la lumière des zones d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé par le fait que la commande (9) pilote à chaque fois, d'une manière correspondant à son interprétation, l'intensité (201, 211) de la lumière des zones d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que la commande (9) pilote la zone d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n) considérée• d'une manière correspondant à une première couleur (201, 211) de lumière, aussi longtemps que ladite commande (9) attribue l'état « présence d'aucun produit » à cette zone d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n),• d'une manière correspondant à une deuxième couleur (202) de lumière, aussi longtemps que ladite commande (9) attribue l'état « présence d'un produit conforme » à cette zone d'éclairage (21.1,..., 21.n), et• d'une manière correspondant à une troisième couleur (203) de lumière, aussi longtemps que ladite commande (9) attribue l'état « produit défectueux » à cette zone d'éclairage (21.1, ..., 21.n).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que les zones d'éclairage (21.1,..., 21.n) spatialement séparées d'avec le trajet de convoyage (100) matérialisent, à chaque fois, un tronçon correspondant dudit trajet de convoyage (100).
