Definitions

  • the invention relates to a decorative object, such as a jewel, comprising a body and a decorative element fixed reversibly to the body.
  • a decorative object such as a jewel, generally has a body supporting the decorative element (s), such as crystals, precious stones, precious metal patterns, a watch, etc.
  • the decorative element such as crystals, precious stones, precious metal patterns, a watch, etc.
  • the body is generally shaped to be positioned on the user: it has for example a ring shape for a ring or a form of cuff for a bracelet.
  • the body may be shaped to be attached to another object worn by the user, such as a bag. It is then possible to fix the decorative element or elements on the bag.
  • the tendency is to be able to personalize the fashion accessories to adapt them, for example, to the clothes worn, to the types of activities planned, or to a need of frequent renewal not to repeat the same decoration.
  • the simplest is to offer many variants of the same jewel.
  • An object of the invention is to provide a decorative object, such as a jewel, comprising a body and a decorative element fixed reversibly to the body, so as to be able to change easily (that is to say without tools) decorative element while maintaining the same body.
  • Another object of the invention is to provide such a decorative object, while ensuring that the aesthetics of the jewel is preserved, that is to say by ensuring that the fastening system allows a regular alignment, accurate and immediate. the decorative element on the jewel (or more generally on the decorative object). In other words, the user should not have to worry about positioning when fixing the decorative element so that it is in the position prescribed by the manufacturer.
  • Other decorative objects with reversible fixation are known from DE 298 18 620 U1 , GB 2,502,044 A , US 5,165,257 A and US 2 548 140 .
  • Reversible fastening means a fastener that can be made and defeated without tools.
  • permanent fixation is meant a fastener requiring a tool to be made or defeated (crimping, screwing, gluing, etc.).
  • the invention also relates to a decorative kit of a previous decorative object, which comprises at least two previous decorative elements and each carrying different decorations.
  • Step c) may further comprise the engagement of the bearing pad in the intermediate orifice.
  • the object of the invention is to propose a decorative object, such as the jewel 1 illustrated in figure 1 .
  • This object 1 comprises a body 100 and a decorative element 200 fixed to the body reversibly by a reversible fastening system, a first embodiment of which is illustrated in FIGS. Figures 2 and 3 .
  • the figure 2 illustrates the attachment portion 201 of the decorative element 200 on the body 100, in particular on the attachment area 101 of the body 100.
  • the decorative part 202 of the decorative element is not visible in this figure but on the figure 1 .
  • the figure 3 illustrates the attachment zone 101 of the body 100 on which the decorative element 200 is fixed.
  • the fastening system also comprises a support pad arranged between the two blocking pads and aligned with them, in the fixing position (that is to say when the pads 210 -220 of the decorative element are engaged in the orifices 1 10-120 of the body and that the rod 211 is engaged with the locking means 221).
  • the bearing pad 230 is integral with the decorative element 200. It is arranged between the two blocking pads 210-220 and aligned with them.
  • the body 100 comprises an intermediate orifice 130 for receiving the bearing pad 230, the intermediate orifice 130 being arranged between the two end ports 1 10-120 and aligned with them.
  • the rod In the fixing position, the rod is intended to bear in force on the bearing pad 230 when the rod is locked in the fixing position by the reversible locking means 221 of the second blocking stud 220.
  • the Figures 5a to 5c illustrate the method of assembling the decorative element 200 on the body 100 of a decorative object.
  • the user engages the free end 211a of the rod 211 in one of the locking holes 110 of the body. If necessary, the user will have previously released the rod 211 of the locking means 221 of the second blocking stud 220.
  • this step further comprises the engagement of the bearing pad 230 in the intermediate orifice 130.
  • the blocking pads 210-220 are adapted to cooperate with the locking holes of the body 100 of the decorative object to allow a very precise positioning, in use, of the decorative element on the body of the decorative object, while allowing easy change of the decorative element.
  • the fixing position of the decorative element is precise because it is determined by the cooperation of the studs and the locking holes.
  • rigid rod means according to the invention, that the rod can be elastically deformed by a user, without using a tool, while providing a constraint when the rod is deformed and engaged with the locking means 221.
  • the locking holes have a shape complementary to the shape of the locking studs, and a dimension just greater in order to limit the lateral play between the studs and the orifices.
  • the intermediate orifice 130 when present, has a shape complementary to the shape of the bearing pad, and a dimension just greater in order to limit the lateral play between the support pad and the intermediate orifice.
  • the fixing position of the decorative element is precise because it is determined by the cooperation of the studs and the locking holes.
  • the user does not have to worry about the alignment when fixing the decorative element on the body of the decorative object so that the decorative element is in the position prescribed by the maker.
  • the studs and the orifices have a cylindrical polyhedral shape (for example triangular, square, rectangular, hexagonal, etc.) and not circular.
  • the decorative element is locked in translation but also in rotation.
  • the fixation in strength of the rod finally blocks the decorative element on the body.
  • the bearing pad has a height H such that the rod 211 is elastically deformed on the bearing pad 230 when the rod 211 is engaged in the reversible blocking means 221 of the second blocking stud 220.
  • the rod 211 has a curvature of angle a. This curvature exerts a constraint on the locking stud 220 and prevents the rod 211 from disengaging from the locking means 221.
  • the rod 211 advantageously has a length sufficient for its free end 211b to bear (see FIG. figure 5c ) on the body 100 when it is engaged in force in the locking means 221. This contact limits the relative movement of the decorative element 200 and the body 100, which makes the assembly more qualitative.
  • This arrangement in force makes it possible to block the decorative element on the body, without the need to provide a spring-type return means, at the level of the fixation of the rod on the first blocking stud 210.
  • the force is deported closer to the locking means than if the rod was pivotally mounted on a spring at the first blocking pin 210.
  • the stress is stronger and the risk of disengagement of the rod out of the means of blocking 221 are decreased.
  • the bearing pad 230 comprises a bearing surface 231 of the rod 211 provided with a lateral holding groove 232 of the rod 211 when the latter bears against the bearing pad 230.
  • the figure 8 illustrates a first variant 221a of the locking means of the second blocking pad 220a.
  • the locking means 221a is constituted by a lateral flange in plumb with which the rod 211 is slid to be held by the stress exerted on the rod 211 by the bearing pad 230.
  • the figure 9 illustrates a second variant 221b of the blocking means of the second blocking pad 220b.
  • the locking means 221b is constituted by a lateral notch in which the rod 211 is slid to be held by the stress exerted on the rod 211 by the bearing pad 230.
  • the figure 10a illustrates an advantageous embodiment of the rod 211.
  • This embodiment of the rod is particularly advantageous because it is both inexpensive and very practical.
  • the rod itself comprises an elastic return structure such as one or more spring loops.
  • the lateral offset segment 211c2 has a non-coplanar ply 211c5 with the rest of the rod 211, and shaped to be constrained in abutment against the body 100 when the rod 211 is engaged in force in the locking means 221. This contact increases the plating force between the decorative element 200 and the body 100, which makes the assembly more qualitative (see figure 12 ).
  • the locking segment 211c4 may be non-coplanar with the rest of the rod and sufficiently long to have a point of contact in force against the body of the decorative object according to the invention when the rod 211 is engaged in force in the blocking means 221.
  • FIG. 11a A second embodiment is illustrated in Figures 11a to 11c .
  • the support pad 140 is integral with the body 100 of the decorative object 1 and not the decorative element 200.
  • the bearing pad 140 is then arranged on the body 100, between the two locking holes 110 and 120 and aligned with them.
  • bearing pad 230 of the first embodiment described above are also valid for the bearing pad 140 of the second embodiment: height to obtain a constrained locking of the rod 211 by the locking means 221 of the second blocking stud 200, notch 232, etc.
  • This embodiment in which the support pad is on the body and not on the decorative element has the advantage of better plate the decorative element 200 against the body 100.
  • the rod 211 may advantageously have a length sufficient for its free end 211b to rest (see FIG. figure 11c ) on the body 100 when it is engaged in force in the locking means 221. This contact increases the plating force between the decorative element 200 and the body 100, which makes the assembly more qualitative.
  • the rod 211 may advantageously have a pivoting portion 211c provided with a particular structure such that this pivoting portion has a point of contact in force against the body of the decorative object according to the invention when the rod 21 1 is engaged in force in the locking means 221.
  • This particular structure may advantageously be the fold 211c5 of the rod 211 of the figure 10b .
  • This embodiment of the rod 211 is also valid for the embodiment of the invention illustrated in FIGS. Figures 5a to 5c .
  • the invention also relates to a decoration kit of a decorative object according to the invention, comprising at least two decorative elements 200 each carrying different decorations.
  • the user can then choose to buy this kit for its decorative object to change only the decorative element to have a different decor, without having to change the entirety of its decorative object (jewel, for example), it that is to say without having to buy the body of the decorative object.
  • the body, the decorative element, the rod and the studs are metallic.
  • the figure 13 has a fixing portion 301 of the decorative element 300 on the body 400 (see figure 14 ), in particular on the attachment zone 401 of the body 400.
  • the decorative part 3 of the decorative element is not visible in this figure.
  • the figure 14 illustrates the attachment area 401 of the body 400 to which the decorative element 300 is to be attached.
  • the rigid rod 311 consists of a strand curved on itself, so as to form a reversible fastening loop 311a on the second blocking stud 320 (the loop 311a is inserted in force and in a manner reversible under the ball 321).
  • the first blocking stud 310 consists of two separate portions 310a, on each of which a free end 311b of the strand is pivotally attached.
  • the locking holes 410-420 do not have a shape complementary to the shape of the blocking pads 310-320. They simply allow the passage of the rod 311 and blocking pads 310-320 to block the decorative element on the body of the object.
  • the bearing pad 330 integral with the decorative element 300, has a polyhedral cylindrical shape (for example triangular, square, rectangular, hexagonal, etc.) and therefore not circular.
  • the body 400 comprises an intermediate orifice 430 of complementary (and therefore non-circular) shape and of just greater dimension in order to limit the lateral play between the bearing pad 330 and the intermediate orifice 430.
  • the fixing position of the decorative element is therefore accurate because it is determined by the cooperation of the bearing pad and the intermediate orifice.
  • the user does not have to worry about the alignment when fixing the decorative element on the body of the decorative object so that the decorative element is in the position prescribed by the maker.
  • FIGS 15 to 18 illustrate a variant of the third embodiment of a decorative element for a jewel according to the invention, which variant can also be adapted to the first and second embodiments.
  • the rigid rod 511 may comprise, between the free end 511a, and the pivoting fastening portion 511b, two elbows 511c-511d reversed from each other to facilitate the fixing of the free end while ensuring the support in force of the portion 511e of the rod located between the two elbows on the bearing pad 330.
  • the rod is constrained just enough to elastically deform when it is reversibly fixed to the second blocking pin 321 and resting on the bearing pad 330.
  • the rod when the rod is detached from the blocking stud 321, it returns to its original shape without residual deformation, which ensures in time the integrity of the stem and the effectiveness of the fixation.
  • the relative position of the decorative element 300 on the body 400 is provided by the polygonal shape (triangular, square, pentagonal, etc.) of the bearing pad 330 and its good fit in the intermediate hole 430.
  • the decorative element comprises a so-called “exterior” decorative face, and a so-called “inside” face of attachment against the body, and the body comprises an “outside” face. on which comes to rest the decorative element, and a so-called “inner” side on the side of which the stem comes to rest in force.
  • the rod comes to rest in force on a bearing surface carried by a bearing pad integral with the body, or on a bearing pad integral with the decorative element.
  • the rod carried by the decorative element 600 comes to rest in force on a bearing surface 740-741 carried directly by the body 700 (on the inner face) and not carried by a support pad.
  • the transverse pivot hole 610a of the stud 610 intended to receive in rotation the rod 611, and the locking means 621 of the second stud 620 are in the fixing position, at a distance H1 from the bearing surface of the body, so that the rod 611 is deformed elastically by bearing in force on the bearing surface 740-741 when is locked in the fixing position by the reversible blocking means 621 of the second blocking stud 620.
  • the locking studs may advantageously have a height less than or equal to the thickness of the body, so that they do not protrude from the body in the fixing position, and the rod 611 is deformed elastically against the bearing surface 740 constituted, in the first variant illustrated in FIGS. Figures 19 to 21 by the edge 740a-740b of the two blocking holes 710-720.
  • the bearing surface is here in two separate parts.
  • This fourth embodiment is particularly advantageous when the inner face of the body is intended to come into contact with the skin of the user. Only the rod 611 protrudes from the inner face of the body 700.
  • the bearing surface 741 of the body 700 has a groove 741a for receiving the rod 611 when the latter is locked in the fixing position by the reversible locking means 621.
  • the rod is flush at least in part, c ' that is to say, it does not exceed, at least in part, the inner face of the body.
  • the latter may comprise at each end, that is to say at the edge of the locking holes 710-720, a chamfer 741b and 741c.
  • the groove 741a is intended to receive the central portion of the rod so that the latter is flush, and the chamfers prevent the rod bends too much when it is pressed in force against the bearing surface 741.
  • chamfers may also be provided in the variant illustrated in Figures 19 to 21 .
  • the free end of the rod 611 preferably has bends defining a fixing portion 611a of the rod intended to cooperate with the fastening means 621 of the fixing stud 620 arranged (for example at a height H1) under the bearing surface 740-741, and a gripping portion 611b to be grasped by the user to attach / detach the rod 611.
  • This fourth embodiment also advantageously provides for the use of an intermediate locking block 630 in translation and in rotation, carried by the decorative element, and intended to fit into an intermediate orifice 730 (passing through or not) carried by the body.
  • This pad does not provide any blocking function of the rod, unlike the three embodiments described above.
  • This pad is particularly useful in this embodiment, since the holes 610 and 620 must generally have dimensions greater than that of the locking studs to allow room for the rod to pivot and bear against the bearing surface 740 -741 carried by the body without the risk of damaging the rod. These locking holes can not ensure accurate positioning of the decorative element.
  • the intermediate orifice 730 has a polyhedral (for example triangular, square, rectangular, hexagonal, etc.) and non-circular cylindrical shape, complementary to the shape of the intermediate stud, and a dimension just greater in order to limit the side play between the intermediate pad and the intermediate hole.
  • the decorative element is locked in translation but also in rotation relative to the body 700.
  • the fixing force of the rod finally blocks the decorative element on the body.
  • the fixing position of the decorative element is precise because it is determined by the cooperation of the intermediate pad and the intermediate hole. In other words, the user does not have to worry about the alignment when fixing the decorative element on the body of the decorative object so that the decorative element is in the position prescribed by the maker.
