Claims (12)

  1. Système de coupe (100) destiné à produire des trous dans une couche centrale de matériau (10), comprenant

Système de coupe l'une quelconque des revendications 1-6, dans lequel l'un(e) parmi le couteau de coupe (112) et la surface de support rigide (121) de l'enclume (120) est plan(e), et dans lequel l'autre parmi le couteau de coupe (112) et la surface de support rigide (121) de l'enclume (120) est convexe.
  8. Système de coupe selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la surface de support rigide (121) de l'enclume (120) est convexe et présente un rayon (R1), et dans lequel le centre du rayon d'enclume (R1) ne coïncide pas avec le centre d'un rayon (R2) du contre-cylindre (230).

  10. Système de coupe selon la revendication 9, dans lequel l'organe élastique (124, 116) est comprimé de 0,02-0,1 mm, de préférence de 0,06-0,08 mm, lorsque le couteau de coupe (112) vient en contact avec la surface de support rigide (121) de l'enclume (120).
  11. Procédé permettant de doter une couche centrale de matériau d'un trou traversant, comprenant :
    l'agencement d'une couche centrale de matériau sur une surface de support rigide d'une enclume, la surface de support rigide de l'enclume étant agencée sur un organe élastique et
    le pressage d'un couteau de coupe d'un outil de coupe contre ladite couche centrale de matériau de telle sorte que le couteau de coupe vienne en contact avec la surface de support rigide de l'enclume lorsque la couche centrale de matériau est coupée, l'enclume se déformant ainsi lorsque le couteau de coupe vient en contact avec la surface de support rigide, et dans lequel l'outil de coupe est agencé sur la surface extérieure d'un cylindre de coupe, et dans lequel l'enclume est agencée sur la surface extérieure d'un contre-cylindre.
  12. Procédé de production d'un matériau d'emballage, consistant à :
    fournir une couche centrale de matériau,
    doter ladite couche centrale de matériau d'au moins un trou traversant par mise en œuvre du procédé selon la revendication 11, et
    doter la couche centrale de matériau coupée d'au moins une couche polymère.
