Claims (12)
- Ligne de remplissage (10) pour un produit alimentaire liquide ou semi-liquide, la ligne de remplissage comprenant:un réservoir (12) adapté pour contenir des quantités du produit alimentaire liquide ou semi-liquide (14);au moins deux machines de remplissage (16a-b) adaptées pour verser ledit produit dans des emballages;au moins un amortisseur (26) adapté pour amortir des fluctuations de pression,caractérisée pardes canalisations comprenant une conduite annulaire (18) pour fournir ledit produit à partir du réservoir jusqu'auxdites au moins deux machines de remplissage; etl'amortisseur (26) étant prévu sur la conduite annulaire.
- Ligne de remplissage selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle lesdites au moins deux machines de remplissage sont connectées à la conduite annulaire, et dans laquelle le réservoir est en communication fluidique avec la conduite annulaire par l'intermédiaire d'une soupape (20) configurée de manière à établir de façon sélective une jonction à trois voies (22) entre le réservoir et la conduite annulaire.
- Ligne de remplissage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, configurée de telle sorte que, pendant la production, ledit produit s'écoule à partir du réservoir, dans la conduite annulaire, et à la fois dans le sens horaire et dans le sens antihoraire dans la conduite annulaire jusqu'auxdites au moins deux machines de remplissage.
- Système de remplissage selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle la soupape comprend une entrée de réservoir (20a) et deux sorties de conduite annulaire (20b-c), dans laquelle la soupape présente une première position de soupape et une seconde position de soupape, dans laquelle, dans la première position de soupape, la soupape permet une connexion de ladite entrée de réservoir à une seule (20b) des sorties de conduite annulaire, et dans laquelle, dans la seconde position de soupape, la soupape permet une connexion de ladite entrée de réservoir auxdites deux sorties de conduite annulaire.
- Ligne de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle lesdites au moins deux machines de remplissage sont de type différent.
- Ligne de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle lesdites au moins deux machines de remplissage comprennent une première machine de remplissage (16a) et une seconde machine de remplissage (16b), et dans laquelle ledit au moins un amortisseur comprend un amortisseur (26) qui est connecté à la conduite annulaire entre la première machine de remplissage et la second machine de remplissage.
- Ligne de remplissage selon la revendication 6, comprenant en outre un autre amortisseur (26') qui est prévu sur la conduite annulaire avant ou après les première et seconde machines de remplissage.
- Ligne de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit au moins un amortisseur comprend deux parties de tuyau verticales (28a-b) interconnectées au sommet par une partie de tuyau de raccordement (30) et connectées à la base à la conduite annulaire.
- Ligne de remplissage selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle un transmetteur de température (32) est prévu au niveau de la partie de tuyau de raccordement.
- Ligne de remplissage selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans laquelle une des deux parties de tuyau verticale est connectée à la conduite annulaire par l'intermédiaire d'une soupape à trois voies (34).
- Ligne de remplissage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la ligne de remplissage est aseptique.
- Procédé de fonctionnement d'une ligne de remplissage (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le procédé comprend l'écoulement dudit produit à partir du réservoir (12), dans la conduite annulaire (18), et à la fois dans le sens horaire et dans le sens antihoraire dans la conduite annulaire jusqu'auxdites au moins deux machines de remplissage (16a-b).
