Description

The present invention relates to a device for receiving utensils.

From practice various containers are known in which utensils are stored and transported. The principle of these known containers is that a one-sided open hollow body as a receptacle and a closure possibility for the hollow body in the form of a separate or fixed to the hollow body cover or in the form of a tear or Velcro closure, a hook-eye connection and the like, are present. An example of such a container could be a cigar box. Although the known hollow body with opening and lid can accommodate utensils of various types and sizes depending on the design, only two functions are fulfilled, namely storage and transport. The closed except for the opening shape of the hollow body requires a considerable manufacturing effort.

In the field of cosmetics or painting packaging rolls are known, which have on the inside fastening means in the form of rubber loops for holding brushes or pins and rolled up access to the entire range allow. Here, the function of a working medium is added to the mere storage and transport function. The user gets through the rolled-up package insight into the inventory of utensils and has better access and overview of colors, shapes, etc. The well-known packaging role allowed by the opening and closing due to a rolling process only the storage of small-sized, narrow objects. The production of a packaging role is less expensive, since it only requires a flexible support for the attachment loops and a binding band.

By itself, desk pads are known that have the purpose of protecting the desk and to provide a base on which a paperwork can be performed.

For a long time, there has been a problem with the gastronomic equipment of large event halls with covers, including crockery, cutlery, glasses, napkins and menu cards, that the gastronomic side of a conference requires a second hall and a great deal of time to set up the place settings. For large organizers it is desirable, on the one hand, to rent only one hall and, on the other, to transform it from a conference hall into a dining room or into a restaurant.

From this need, the device for receiving utensils was developed, which pursues the desire of large organizers for cost-effective combination of knowledge transfer and food intake in a hall, but also opens up a variety of other applications.

From the publication FR 2 894 567 A1 a device for receiving utensils is known, comprising a flat body with three transverse folds to form a main section, two foldable neighboring sections and a foldable deck section. The device can be transferred from a transport and storage state into a removal state, wherein the device in the removal state forms a base for the utensils, the cover section and the two neighboring sections extending parallel to the main section.

Based on the known prior art, the present invention seeks to provide a device for receiving utensils, which is inexpensive, offers space for utensils of different shapes and opens up the possibility for multifunctional use in various areas of gastronomy, the world of work and learning.

The above object is solved by the features of claim 1.

Based on the relevant prior art, it has first been recognized that the packaging roll is advantageous in terms of manufacturing costs, but is unable to accommodate large-format utensils. Furthermore, it has been recognized that conventional containers with sidewalls and lids are limited to the function of storage and transportation. According to the invention, it has been recognized that the advantages of the conditions known from practice can be linked and at the same time an extension of the function of the device becomes possible if a device for receiving utensils initially has a flat base body with at least three transverse folds for the formation of a main section includes convertible sections. The number of sections that terminate from opposite sides of the main section depends on what shape the device should have during transport and storage of the device relative to its side view. A quadrangle or trapezoid requires three more sections in addition to the main section. Also conceivable are other polygon shapes. The main portion is a constant size of the device according to the invention and forms by means of its inner surface, the footprint for at least one utensil and by means of its outer surface a contact surface to the ground. In order for a space can be clamped, which is not given in a packaging role, each adjacent portions extend angled to opposite sides of the main section to the main section. In this case, rigid material, such as cardboard or plastic, used to form the body. The upper end of the space is formed by a portion adjacent to an angled portion forming a top surface. Furthermore, it has been recognized that the device can be given the stability required for transport and storage and also a convenient removal of the utensils is made possible if at least one connecting means for releasable, non-positive and / or positive connection of the top surface forming portion with the angled portion is provided, which is arranged on the opposite side of the main portion. The inventive device dispenses with side walls, as they are present in conventional containers, and can thereby provide a wide range of functions available.

The arrangement of the utensils or at least one utensil could be effected in that this is set up during the transport and storage condition of the device on the base of the main section. The fixation of the set up on the base utensils could be effected by the connection of the top surface forming portion with the arranged on the opposite side of the main portion angled portion. In addition, the inner surface of the main portion and the other portions could be in a displacement counteracting contact with the utensil. It could be provided wells in which engages the utensil. In addition, utensils additionally contained in the device could unfold a fixing effect utensils which are arranged on the base of the main section.

As an alternative to separate utensils, embodiments are possible in which the utensils are permanently detachably or non-detachably connected to the device, in particular with the base surface of the main section.

The connecting means could be present as an additional portion of the flat body, which cooperates with the cover surface forming portion during the transport and storage condition of the device. The additional portion (connecting means portion) could at least partially overlap the top surface forming portion and rest on the outer surface thereof.

To make a frictional connection between the outer surface of the top surface forming portion and the inner surface of the additional portion (Verbindungsungsmittelababschnittes) could be provided gegengepolte magnets. The magnets could be implemented in the sections of the main body at appropriate locations at least partially. As an alternative to magnets, separate connection means, for example in the form of a clamp, could also be provided in order to realize the connection.

According to a preferred embodiment with regard to the accommodation of further utensils in the device, fastening means for further utensils could be provided on the inner surface of at least one section adjacent to the main section of the main body. It should be noted that the utensil associated with a section adjacent to the main section for reaching the removal position undergoes a change in position and during the transport and storage state of the device can serve to fix the utensil located on the standing surface of the main section.

The device according to the invention can be transferred from the transport and receiving state into a removal state. For this purpose, the connection between the top surface forming portion and the second angled adjacent portion can be solved. To reach the extraction state, the positions of all the sections with respect to the main section change. In particular, the sections can be pivoted about axes of rotation which extend through the transverse folds. There is a dissolution of the space that is in the transport and storage condition was present and the utensils can, for example, be at least temporarily removed from the footprint of the main section.

The angled during the transport and storage condition of the device portion which cooperates with the top surface forming portion, could preferably extend perpendicular to the main portion. To achieve the removal state of the section in question can be folded around the extending between him and the main portion transverse fold until its outer surface forms a contact surface to the ground.

If, for example, a water cup for brush, a mixing vessel or an ink fountain is attached to the inner surface, then they reach a usable orientation by the unfolding of the section in question. The unfolding of the two opposing sections leads to, for example, that you can remove a paint, brush and a drawing pad from the base of the main section. The utilization concept of the respective device determines whether there are utensils that remain directly on the section, optional or generally removed. Furthermore, the dimensions of the device according to the invention are dependent on the use. Likewise, it plays a role in which angle the sections adjacent to the main section and angled during the transport and storage state extend to the main section. It could, for example, arrive at the stackability of the device according to the invention, which has an effect on the as straight as possible extension of the top surface forming portion parallel to the main section and thus the dimensions and angular position of the angled sections. The stackability plays, for example, in the preparation and placement of devices in the catering sector a role where it depends on short distances and maximum utilization of storage capacity.

According to the invention, the device forms a base for the utensil in the removal state, wherein the portion forming the top surface and the portion located between the top surface forming portion and the main portion extend parallel to the main portion. The two sections in question can be rotated about the transverse fold extending between them and the main section until the inner surfaces of the sections in question contact the standing surface of the main section and the common outer surface of the sections in question forms the base. For a congruence to be achieved, the main portion has the same length dimension and the same width dimension as the sections in question together.

The pad could form the edition for the drawing block in the application example relating to the painting utensils. In addition to the use of painting utensils or crafting utensils, the device could be used in the medical field, for example in the context of blood collection, or used to equip a mobile workstation.

As an alternative to training the two sections in question could also be separated. Then the footprint of the main section could be used as a base.

The catering sector represents another field of application for the device according to the invention. In an inventive manner, the problem is solved to convert a conference room in a dining room in a short time. What usually takes many hours and with the single removal of place settings from boxes, which is accompanied by polishing and arrangement on the tables, is enormously shortened by the inventive device and saves the big organizer the parallel provision of two separate locations. By the preparatory Equipment of the devices of the invention behind the scenes, the construction of the place settings on the tables in the hall can be realized in a fraction of the time that is required conventionally.

In this context, utensils in the form of at least one place plate and a receiving pocket with cutlery, possibly a napkin and possibly a bread plate, could be arranged on the base surface of the main portion during the transport and storage condition of the device. The receiving pocket could exercise a holding and cushioning function during the transport and storage condition of the device. The holding function could be exercised in that the receiving pocket is guided along under the platter and connected above the platter via connecting parts. Trays for cutlery and gadgets are provided on the inside of the storage bag. Furthermore, the receiving pocket could be non-slip on your surface facing the ground. This could be achieved by the surface properties of velvet. Alternatively, a rubber coating or a nub or honeycomb layer of PE / polystyrene would be considered.

Also glasses could be accommodated in the device according to the invention. The glasses could occupy a lying position during the transport and storage state of the device and partially rest on the receiving pocket. To fix the glasses, a particularly designed fastening means could be provided on the section extending preferably perpendicularly to the main section. Just as the portion accommodating the lenses could be configured vertically, the opposite angled portion could extend at an angle smaller than 90 ° with respect to the main portion. This is associated with a handling advantage in terms of reaching the picking position.

If the removal position by folding the issue in question, the glasses carrying section to the extending between it and the main section Querfalz attained, the glasses are moved from the lying position to the standing position and the glass-carrying section contacted the ground.

The fastening means for the glasses could be advantageously formed by a layer structure of the glass-carrying portion. On the inner surface of the section in question, a bottom layer could be applied with recesses for the glass foot and on the lower layer, a top layer is provided which partially covers the recesses of the lower layer and even recesses with a section for the glass foot adjoining glass stem and with an inlet and outlet channel.

The small distance between the upper and lower layers exerts a clamping effect on the glass foot. A displacement protection for the glass foot could be formed by the material thickness of the lower layer. If the upright position of the glasses is reached, a removal of the glasses could take place from the recesses of the upper and lower layer. For this purpose, the existing through the material thickness of the lower layer level must be overcome. This could be realized, for example, by slight tilting of the glass. Alternatively, a reduction of the material thickness of the lower layer could be made in the region of the inlet and outlet channel to facilitate the removal of the glass.

In an embodiment having an additional portion (connecting means portion) connecting the top surface forming portion and the glass supporting portion during the transportation and storage condition, the glasses could be completely removed from the relevant portion. The additional portion could be placed over the topsheet, flipping around the corresponding transverse fold between itself and the glasses-carrying portion, thus hiding the fasteners. The outdoor area so viewed could display the menu and / or advertisements of the organizer or other information.

The device according to the invention allows it to continue to be used in canteens in the catering sector in the assembly of aircraft application. Here could be dispensed with the formation of the pad and there is a pre-filling in fixed vessels, possibly a (partial) heating instead. In material terms, the flat body could be made of pressed cardboard of a thickness of about 1.5 mm, whose flexural rigidity is sufficient. The recyclability of cardboard is an advantage. Other materials could come from the field of plastics. Further developments could go in the direction of the use of materials that are difficult or non-flammable. Additional visual or auditory devices could be added to the device for entertainment or informational purposes. For example. could be closed when opening a section, a contact and a signal to be triggered.

The FIGS. 1 to 6 show a device for receiving utensils 1, 2 comprising a flat base body 3 with four transverse folds 4, 5, 6, 7 for training relative to a main section 8 foldable sections 9, 10, 11, 12. The transverse fold 7 is formed as a double seam to account for the material thickness of the section 11. The Querfalze 4, 5, 6, include unspecified axes of rotation, which extend perpendicular to the longitudinal axis A of the flat body.

In Fig. 2 the transport and storage condition of the device is shown. The main section 8 forms by means of its inner surface the standing surface 13 for the utensil 1 and by means of its outer surface a contact surface 14 to the ground 15. The adjacent to opposite sides of the main section 8 sections 10, 11 extend angled to the main section 8. The following on the section 10 Section 9 forms a top surface 16.

The section 12 of the base body 3 in the present embodiment fulfills the function of the connecting means between the cover surface 16 forming portion 9 with the angled portion 11 which is arranged on the opposite side of the main portion 8.

This is a frictional connection between the outer surface of the portion 9 and the inner surface of the portion 12, which have not shown here gegengepolte magnets.

The safety of the utensils 1, 2 during the transport and storage state of the device is realized here by the connection of the sections 9, 12 and by the contact with the inner surfaces of the main sections 8 and the section 11 and by the contact with each other.

On the inner surface of the portion 11 adjacent to the main portion 8 fastening means 17 for receiving the present in the form of three glasses utensils 2 are provided.

The Fig. 4 shows that the device can be transferred from the transport and receiving state into a removal state, wherein the connection between the section 9 and the section 12 is released. Once in Fig. 4 Still - as during the transport and storage condition - perpendicular to the main section 8 extending portion 11 is moved to the transverse fold 6 in the arrow direction, utensil 1 is released and can be removed. In this connection, it should be mentioned that the angled section 10 extends at an angle of less than 90 ° to the main section 8, which corresponds to FIG Fig. 2 is shown too. The section 11 has completely reached the removal state when its outer surface forms a contact surface with the substrate 15, as shown in FIG Fig. 5 is shown.

In Fig. 5 is the utensil 1 from the device, taken from the base 13 of the main section 8 and the in Fig. 3 shown pad 18 may be formed. In the formation of the base 18, the top surface 16 forming portion 9, and the adjoining portion 10 extend parallel to the main portion 8 and form together on their outer surfaces, the pad 18 form. Coincidence is achieved by the main section 8 having the same length dimension and the same width dimension as the sections 9, 10 together.

On the pad 18 can now - as in Fig. 6 shown - the utensil 1 can be arranged. The utensil 1 comprises in the present embodiment, at least one place plate 19 and a receiving pocket 20 for cutlery 21, a napkin 22, a bread plate 23. 24 are cords with which the various items tied together to utensil 1 during the transport and storage condition on the stand 13 of the main section 8 and thereby exercised a holding and cushioning function with respect to the glasses as components of the utensil 2. The cutlery 21 is only indicated, as well as the incorporated into the receiving pocket 20, unspecified cutlery compartments. The receiving pocket 20 is on its outer surface non-slip. One effect is that the in Fig. 6 shown placemat function of the receiving pocket 20 is running smoothly and the person receives a beautifully designed dining area.

This in Fig. 2 only schematically indicated utensil 2 comprises according to the 4 and 5 three different sized glasses 2. In Fig. 4 it is shown that the glasses 2 occupy a lying position during the transport and storage state of the device and partially rest on the receiving pocket 20. The glass foot is fixed within the fixing means 17 on the inner surface of the portion 11 extending perpendicular to the main portion 8.

Fig. 5 shows the removal state in a phase in which the glasses 2 carrying portion 11 is detached from the section 9 and rotated by the transverse fold 6 by 90 ° and the outer surface portion 11 contacted the substrate 15, the glasses 2 from the lying position to a standing position spent. As in the Fig. 3 and 6 shown, the glasses remain in the present embodiment, not on the section 11, but are removed from the fastening means 17 and placed on the table.

The fastening means 17 have a lower layer 25 and an upper layer 26. In Fig. 7 It is shown that the upper layer 26 partially covers the lower layer 25. The top and bottom layers 25, 26 are made of cardboard and glued together and pressed together at the side facing the main section 8, only in the edge region. The connection of the upper and lower layers on the side facing away from the main section takes place on the underside of the lower layer 25. For this purpose, the upper layer has an overlap region, not shown here, located below the lower layer, which does not protrude into the recesses 27 of the lower layer.

The lower layer 25 is adhered to the inner surface of the portion 11 and has in Fig. 8 shown circular recesses 27 for the glass foot. The Diameter of the recess 27 is only slightly larger than the diameter of the glass foot. The material thickness of the lower layer 25 counteracts the displacement of the glass foot inserted into the recess 27 along the inner surface of the section 11.

The upper layer 26 partially covers the recesses 27 of the lower layer 25 and has recesses 28 on its own. The recesses 28 include a circular portion 29 of smaller diameter for the glass stem and an insertion and export channel 30 with a glass stem guide portion 31 and a glass foot guide portion 32nd

Fig. 7 shows that the lower layer 25 is exposed in the region of the glass foot guide section 32. The insertion and execution of the glass foot via the almost semicircular foot guide portion 32 whose diameter is greater than the diameter of the glass foot.

When inserting the glass 2 of the glass foot passes between the lower and upper layer 25, 26, which is glued together only at the edge but otherwise leaves the necessary freedom of movement for the glass foot. The glass stem reaches the glass stem guide portion 31, the glass stem gradually reaches the recess 27 of the underlayer 25, and the glass stick passes into the portion 29. Thus, the introduction is completed. The glass 2 can not detach itself from the fastener 17 automatically.

When executing the glass of the fastener 17. The Gals handle guide portion 31 is located above the recess 27 of the lower layer 25 in the direction of the main section 8 slightly tilted back to overcome the anti-shearing material thickness level of the lower layer 25 at recess 7 and then through the input and output channel 30 in the direction of in Fig. 1 shown longitudinal axis A, pushed in of the main section 8 pioneering orientation and released from the fastener 17.

In the Fig. 3 and 6 It is shown that the liberated from the glasses 2 fastener is covered by the portion 12 after folding over the transverse fold 7.

With regard to further features, not shown in the figures, reference is made to the general part of the description.

Finally, it should be noted that the teaching of the invention is not limited to the embodiment discussed above. Rather, the most diverse connections between the utensils and the flat body or a fixed arrangement of cleanable utensils for multiple use are possible.
