Description

The present invention relates to a device for receiving utensils.

From practice various containers are known in which utensils are stored and transported. The principle of these known containers is that a one-sided open hollow body as a receptacle and a closure possibility for the hollow body in the form of a separate or fixed to the hollow body cover or in the form of a tear or Velcro closure, a hook-eye connection and the like, are present. An example of such a container could be a cigar box. Although the known hollow body with opening and lid can accommodate utensils of various types and sizes depending on the design, only two functions are fulfilled, namely storage and transport. From this need, the device for receiving utensils was developed, which pursues the desire of large organizers for cost-effective combination of knowledge transfer and food intake in a hall, but also opens up a variety of other applications.

From the publication FR 2 894 567 A1 a device for receiving utensils is known, comprising a flat body with three transverse folds to form a main section, two foldable neighboring sections and a foldable deck section. The device can be transferred from a transport and storage state into a removal state, wherein the device in the removal state forms a base for the utensils, the cover section and the two neighboring sections extending parallel to the main section.

Based on the known prior art, the present invention seeks to provide a device for receiving utensils, which is inexpensive, offers space for utensils of different shapes and opens up the possibility for multifunctional use in various areas of gastronomy, the world of work and learning.

The above object is solved by the features of claim 1.

Based on the relevant prior art, it has first been recognized that the packaging roll is advantageous in terms of manufacturing costs, but is unable to accommodate large-format utensils. Furthermore, it has been recognized that conventional containers with sidewalls and lids are limited to the function of storage and transportation. According to the invention, it has been recognized that the advantages of the conditions known from practice can be linked and at the same time an extension of the function of the device becomes possible if a device for receiving utensils initially has a flat base body with at least three transverse folds for the formation of a main section includes convertible sections. The number of sections that terminate from opposite sides of the main section depends on what shape the device should have during transport and storage of the device relative to its side view.    • an adjoining first adjacent section (10) and a second adjoining adjacent section (11) extend at an angle to the main section (8) to opposite sides of the main section (8) and

   • a cover section (9) adjoining the first angled adjacent section (10) forms a cover surface (16) and

   wherein the apparatus can be converted from the transport and receiving state to a removal state, wherein the apparatus in the removal state forms a support (18) for the utensil (1), wherein the cover section (9) and the first adjacent section (10) extend parallel to the main section (8),
