Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Haltevorrichtung zum Halten von Trinkgefäßen od. dgl., die in einem plattenförmigen Trägerteil wenigstens eine Aufnahmeöffnung für ein Trinkgefäß od. dgl. aufweist. Solche Haltevorrichtungen vereinfachen den Transport eines gefüllten Trinkgefäßes, wobei insbesondere eine verrutschsichere Halterung gegeben ist und bei mit heißer Flüssigkeit gefülltem Trinkgefäß ein direkter Kontakt vermieden wird. Nachteilig ist bei den bekannten Haltevorrichtungen jedoch, daß sie selbst vergleichsweise groß und platzaufwendig sind und eine nur geringe Aufnahmekapazität haben.The invention relates to a holding device for holding drinking vessels or the like, which has at least one receiving opening for a drinking vessel or the like in a plate-shaped carrier part. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß insbesondere vorgeschlagen, daß mehrere Trägerteile mit jeweils wenigstens einer Aufnahmeöffnung vorgesehen und relativ zueinander fächerartig verschwenkbar angeordnet sind. Zur Aufnahme von mehreren Trinkgefäßen können dadurch die Trägerteile auseinandergeschwenkt werden. Andererseits besteht die Möglichkeit, die Haltevorrichtung in Ruhelage zusammenzuschieben, so daß dann nur noch ein geringer Platzbedarf vorhanden ist. Vorzugsweise weisen die Trägerteile eine etwa kreissegmentartige Umrißform auf, wobei die Aufnahmeöffnung im breiteren und die Schwenkachse im schmaleren Bereich vorgesehen sind. Dadurch ergibt sich eine besonders günstige Platzausnützung sowohl in Gebrauchslage als auch in zusammengeschwenkter Ruhelage. Nach einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann wenigstens ein Trägerteil mehrere Aufnahmeöffnungen, gegebenenfalls mit unterschiedlichem lichtem Durchmesser aufweisen. Die Trägerteile sind dabei übereinander liegend angeordnet, so daß sie sich um die Schwenkachse 3 fächerartig auseinander bzw. zusammenschwenken lassen. Die Haltevorrichtung 1 gemäß Fig. 1 weist fünf Trägerteile 2 auf, die zur Aufnahme von Bechern 4, Tassen 4 a od. dgl. Trinkgefäßen Aufnahmeöffnungen 5 haben. Der lichte Durchmesser der Aufnahmeöffnungen 5 ist dabei so bemessen, daß die Trinkgefäße zumindest zum Teil eingesetzt und dann verkippsicher gehalten werden. Durch die üblicherweise etwas konische Ausbildung von Trinkgefäßen ist ohne weiteres auch die Aufnahme von verschiedenen Trinkgefäßen bei gleicher Aufnahmeöffnung möglich.

Die Aufnahmeöffnungen 5 befinden sich bei der kreissegmentartigen Ausbildung der Trägerteile 2 im breiteren Bereich, während die Schwenkachse 3 im schmalen Bereich vorgesehen ist. Bei dem in Fig. 2 obersten Trägerteil 2 a ist noch zusätzlich eine zweite, kleinere Aufnahmeöffnung 5 a vorgesehen, in das ein weiteres Glas, beispielsweise ein Schnapsglas od. dgl. eingesetzt werden kann. Gegebenenfalls können auch die anderen Trägerteile 2 wenigstens noch eine zusätzliche Aufnahmeöffnung 5 a haben. Im Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Trägerteile 2, 2 a der Haltevorrichtung 1 so ausgebildet, daß sie mit ihren Außenkonturen etwa deckungsgleich ausgebildet sind, wodurch sich in zusammengefächertem Zustand der Haltevorrichtung 1 eine Umrißform entsprechend der eines einzigen Trägerteiles 2, 2 a ergibt. Die Haltevorrichtung 1 weist dann eine handliche kompakte Bauform auf. Neben der Ausführungsform mit runden Aufnahmeöffnungen 5, 5 a könnten diese gegebenenfalls auch mehreckig mit wenigstens drei Anlagestellen ausgebildet sein. Holding device according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the carrier parts (2, 2 a) made of plastic, possibly made of metal or impregnated cardboard, wood or the like. 11. Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerteile (2, 2 a) aus dünnem Material bestehen und vorzugsweise Versteifungssicken od. dgl. aufweisen.11.
