Zusätzlich zu den beschriebenen Anziehungskräften können zwei stirnseitige Führungen 25, 25' die Prozesskräfte beim Verformen der jeweiligen Buchdecke 2 aufnehmen. Dazu dringen zwei Ausstülpungen 26, 26' jeder der beiden stirnseitigen Führungen 25, 25' in stirnseitige Nuten 27, 27' der äußeren Formleisten 22, 22' ein und halten diese auf Kontakt zum Werkzeugbalken 13.
