Definitions
- the present invention relates to a device carrier for a light band lamp and a light source carrier for a light band lamp, and a method for obtaining a light band lamp.
- Continuous line luminaires or continuous line systems can be used to equip large rooms in particular (e.g. supermarkets, factory halls, offices, etc.) with long lines of light adapted to these rooms.
- These light band lights usually have u-shaped light band rails in which the cabling, the (control) electronics and the lighting means are arranged.
- Continuous line lights are off DE 20 2013 103 420 U1 and EP 2 650 607 A1 known.
- the pamphlets DE 20 2013 102 670 U1 and DE 10 2011 017 702 A1 disclose the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- the present invention has the object of providing an equipment carrier and a light source carrier, with which an assembly of a light band luminaire is considerably simplified and with which there is also a significantly lower susceptibility to errors.
- a device carrier according to claim 1 a lamp carrier according to claim 8 and a method for obtaining a continuous line luminaire according to claim 14 are proposed.
- the present invention proposes to provide at least one (fixed) first connector arrangement on the device carrier, which can be brought into engagement with a (fixed) second connector arrangement of a lamp carrier during assembly of the continuous-row luminaire, without the need for movably arranged cables or plugs need to be connected.
- a receptacle is to be understood as an arrangement with which the necessary lines of the second power supply circuit can be held in a fixed position, so that they can be brought into engagement with the correspondingly designed contact elements of the connector arrangement of the illuminant carrier when connecting the two connector arrangements.
- the first power supply circuit is connected to the external power supply of the continuous-row luminaire (in particular a conventional 230V mains supply), the converter unit providing a current-voltage ratio that can be used for the light modules (in particular LED light modules).
- the continuous-row luminaire in particular a conventional 230V mains supply
- the converter unit providing a current-voltage ratio that can be used for the light modules (in particular LED light modules).
- only one converter unit is provided on the device carrier, with which the lamp carrier or the (several) lamp carriers are connected in series, i.e.
- an electrical connection is made to the first connector arrangement (which can be brought into engagement with a first lamp carrier), the electrical connection is then either routed back to the converter unit or to a further first connector arrangement (on which a second lamp carrier can be arranged), in which case the second first connector arrangement provides an electrical connection back to the converter unit.
- a connection from the last first connector arrangement connected in series is accordingly provided back to the converter unit, in order to thereby close the power supply circuit again.
- a device carrier according to the invention With a device carrier according to the invention, it is therefore possible to carry out essentially the entire wiring of the electrical and electronic components at the factory, so that a fitter no longer has to carry out complex and error-prone wiring of the device carrier and the lamp holder when installing a light band luminaire according to the invention, but only fasten the device carrier in the strip light and then connect the lamp carrier electrically and mechanically using the first and second connector arrangements.
- the at least two receptacles of the first connector arrangement each have at least one clamping element in order to clamp at least one line of the second power supply circuit therein in such a way that a contact area of the line can be provided which is electrically connected to the correspondingly configured contact elements of the second connector arrangement when connecting the connector arrangements conductive intervention can be brought.
- the line in the first receptacle provides an electrical connection to the converter unit and the line in the second receptacle either provides an electrical connection to a further first connector arrangement or a return to the converter unit.
- the at least two receptacles of the first connector arrangement each comprise at least one strain relief and / or guide element in order to hold and / or guide at least one line of the second power supply circuit therein.
- the strain relief and / or guide element is advantageously designed as a funnel-shaped receiving element, into which at least one line of the second power supply circuit can be inserted or carried out and preferably crimped with it (for example by means of corresponding crimping wings which are provided on the funnel-shaped receiving element or by at least partially deformable design of the funnel-shaped receiving element itself).
