Description

1. Gebiet der Erfindung1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a device carrier for a light band lamp and a light source carrier for a light band lamp, and a method for obtaining a light band lamp.

2. Hintergrund 2nd background

Die Druckschriften DE 20 2013 102 670 U1 und DE 10 2011 017 702 A1 offenbaren die Merkmale des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.A large number of different strip lights are known from the prior art. Continuous line luminaires or continuous line systems can be used to equip large rooms in particular (e.g. supermarkets, factory halls, offices, etc.) with long lines of light adapted to these rooms. These light band lights usually have u-shaped light band rails in which the cabling, the (control) electronics and the lighting means are arranged. Continuous line lights are off DE 20 2013 103 420 U1 and EP 2 650 607 A1 known. The pamphlets DE 20 2013 102 670 U1 and DE 10 2011 017 702 A1 disclose the features of the preamble of claim 1.

To simplify assembly, it is also known to build the continuous line luminaire with modular units as far as possible. For example, in the publication DE 20 2012 101 765 U1 discloses to arrange a first module in the form of a device carrier and a second module in the form of a lamp carrier in a U-shaped light band rail. The device carrier has, in particular, a converter unit arranged thereon for the electrical coupling of the lamps to the external power supply led into the continuous-row luminaire.

In practice, it has now been shown that when such a continuous line luminaire is installed with such device and light source carriers, the provision of an electrical connection between the two carriers is time-consuming and, moreover, prone to errors, since the individual lines and plugs must be correctly connected or connected to one another ,

Proceeding from this prior art, the present invention has the object of providing an equipment carrier and a light source carrier, with which an assembly of a light band luminaire is considerably simplified and with which there is also a significantly lower susceptibility to errors.

According to the invention, a device carrier according to claim 1, a lamp carrier according to claim 8 and a method for obtaining a continuous line luminaire according to claim 14 are proposed.

3. Ausführliche Beschreibung der Erfindung3. Detailed description of the invention

  • erste Leitungen zur Bildung eines ersten Stromversorgungskreises (mit der externen Energieversorgung);
  • zweite Leitungen zur Bildung eines zweiten Stromversorgungskreises (zur Stromversorgung der Leuchtmodule der Lichtbandleuchte);
  • zumindest eine Konverter-Einheit zur elektrischen Kopplung des ersten und zweiten Stromversorgungskreises;
  • wobei der zweite Stromversorgungskreis zumindest eine erste auf dem Geräteträger angeordnete Steckverbinderanordnung aufweist, die derart ausgebildet ist, um mit einer zweiten auf einem Leuchtmittelträger angeordneten Steckverbinderanordnung in Eingriff gebracht zu werden, um den zumindest einen Leuchtmittelträger mit dem zweiten Stromversorgungskreis zu verbinden;
An inventive device carrier for a continuous line light comprises at least:
  • first lines to form a first power supply circuit (with the external power supply);
  • second lines to form a second power supply circuit (for supplying power to the light modules of the continuous line light);
  • at least one converter unit for electrically coupling the first and second power supply circuits;
  • wherein the second power supply circuit has at least one first connector arrangement arranged on the device carrier, which is designed in such a way that it can be brought into engagement with a second connector arrangement arranged on a lamp carrier in order to connect the at least one lamp carrier to the second power supply circuit;
  • wherein the first connector arrangement comprises at least two receptacles, in each of which at least one line of the second power supply circuit can be received and positioned such that the lines are brought into electrically conductive engagement with correspondingly configured contact elements of the second connector arrangement when the connector arrangements are connected.

In other words, the present invention proposes to provide at least one (fixed) first connector arrangement on the device carrier, which can be brought into engagement with a (fixed) second connector arrangement of a lamp carrier during assembly of the continuous-row luminaire, without the need for movably arranged cables or plugs need to be connected.

A receptacle is to be understood as an arrangement with which the necessary lines of the second power supply circuit can be held in a fixed position, so that they can be brought into engagement with the correspondingly designed contact elements of the connector arrangement of the illuminant carrier when connecting the two connector arrangements.

The first power supply circuit is connected to the external power supply of the continuous-row luminaire (in particular a conventional 230V mains supply), the converter unit providing a current-voltage ratio that can be used for the light modules (in particular LED light modules).

Preferably, only one converter unit is provided on the device carrier, with which the lamp carrier or the (several) lamp carriers are connected in series, i.e. Starting from the converter unit, an electrical connection is made to the first connector arrangement (which can be brought into engagement with a first lamp carrier), the electrical connection is then either routed back to the converter unit or to a further first connector arrangement (on which a second lamp carrier can be arranged), in which case the second first connector arrangement provides an electrical connection back to the converter unit. If further first connector arrangements are provided on the device carrier, a connection from the last first connector arrangement connected in series is accordingly provided back to the converter unit, in order to thereby close the power supply circuit again.

With a device carrier according to the invention, it is therefore possible to carry out essentially the entire wiring of the electrical and electronic components at the factory, so that a fitter no longer has to carry out complex and error-prone wiring of the device carrier and the lamp holder when installing a light band luminaire according to the invention, but only fasten the device carrier in the strip light and then connect the lamp carrier electrically and mechanically using the first and second connector arrangements.

According to the invention, the at least two receptacles of the first connector arrangement each have at least one clamping element in order to clamp at least one line of the second power supply circuit therein in such a way that a contact area of the line can be provided which is electrically connected to the correspondingly configured contact elements of the second connector arrangement when connecting the connector arrangements conductive intervention can be brought.

The clamping element preferably comprises at least two conversion sections, into which an stripped cable end of the first lines can be clamped, in such a way that it is mechanically held at least in such a way that a secure connection to the contact elements of the second connector arrangement is made possible.

Preferably, the line in the first receptacle provides an electrical connection to the converter unit and the line in the second receptacle either provides an electrical connection to a further first connector arrangement or a return to the converter unit.

Advantageously, the at least two receptacles of the first connector arrangement each comprise at least one strain relief and / or guide element in order to hold and / or guide at least one line of the second power supply circuit therein.

The strain relief and / or guide element is advantageously designed as a funnel-shaped receiving element, into which at least one line of the second power supply circuit can be inserted or carried out and preferably crimped with it (for example by means of corresponding crimping wings which are provided on the funnel-shaped receiving element or by at least partially deformable design of the funnel-shaped receiving element itself). In the case of the (factory) cabling, a stripped cable end of a second cable is pushed through the funnel-shaped receiving element and the free cable end into the (behind) Corresponding clamping element inserted or clamped, finally, the cable can, if necessary, be fixed in the funnel-shaped receiving element or in the clamping element.

Advantageously, the first connector arrangement in each case comprises a socket element (preferably provided in each case by a clamping element and a funnel-shaped socket element), into each of which a correspondingly configured plug element of the second connector arrangement can be inserted. By connecting a respective socket element to a respective plug element, an electrical connection of these elements is provided. A socket element is preferably arranged in the area above the “ bare ” cable section between the strain relief and / or guide element and the clamping element.

The first connector arrangement preferably comprises grooves and / or pins which can cooperate with correspondingly designed grooves and / or pins of the second connector arrangement as security against hiding. Grooves and / or pins are particularly preferably provided on the socket element.

It is further preferred that the first connector arrangement comprises at least one recess into which a protective and guiding element of the second connector arrangement can be inserted. The cutout of the first connector arrangement functionally represents a groove element for the protective and guiding element, which in turn is designed as a spring element. Advantageously, the protective and guiding element encompasses the electrically conductive parts of the first connector arrangement, so that unintentional contact by the fitter is prevented during the installation and / or maintenance of a light band light according to the invention. Preferably, two opposite protection and guide elements are provided, between which the contacts of an earth connection are preferably arranged.

The first connector arrangement preferably comprises at least two plastic housing parts, which can advantageously be detachably connected to one another by means of correspondingly designed latching means. Alternatively, the Plastic housing parts can also be screwed together. In one of the plastic housing parts, the at least two receptacles (for accommodating the second lines) and in the other plastic housing part the socket elements assigned to the receptacles (into which the corresponding plug elements of the second connector arrangement can be inserted) can be formed.

It is further preferred that the first connector arrangement comprises latching means in order to provide a detachable connection to the device carrier, the device carrier comprising correspondingly designed latching means and / or having a correspondingly designed recess into which the first connector arrangement can be inserted and latched. The device carrier particularly preferably has a recess into which the first plug connector arrangement can be inserted from below and can be locked with the aid of the locking means (preferably two locking lugs provided on the side of the plastic housing parts).

As already stated above, the device carrier preferably comprises at least one further first connector arrangement in order to connect at least one further illuminant carrier to the second power supply circuit. The first connector arrangements are particularly preferably arranged in groups, adjacent to one another, on the device carrier. For example, two or four first connector arrangements can be arranged in groups on the device carrier in order to be able to connect two or four illuminant carriers to the second power supply circuit. The adjacent arrangement of the first connector arrangements on the device carrier makes it possible to provide particularly short cable routes between the individual first connector arrangements and the converter unit.

Advantageously, at least one grounding contact element is provided on the first connector arrangement, which is brought into an electrically conductive engagement with a grounding spring element of the second connector arrangement when the connector arrangements are connected, in order to provide an earth connection. In other words, it is preferred that when connecting the two connector arrangements not only an electrical connection to the Power supply necessary second lines is provided, but at the same time an earth connection is provided.

The device carrier is advantageously produced essentially from a metal sheet, the at least one grounding contact element preferably being formed integrally with the device carrier. The lamp carrier is thus grounded by connecting the grounding contact element to the grounding spring element directly above the device carrier, which is preferably itself electrically conductive.

Furthermore, the grounding contact element is preferably provided as a stamped and bent element from the device carrier, the grounding contact element particularly preferably being in the form of a two-armed web element which protrudes from the base body of the device carrier. Furthermore, guide means can be provided on the grounding contact element in order to guide the grounding spring element of the second connector arrangement when connecting the two connector arrangements. In particular, the guide means on the two-armed web element can be designed as guide notches.

An embodiment of the device carrier as a metal sheet with an integrally formed grounding contact element is particularly preferred, since in this case the cutout into which the first connector arrangement (preferably from below) can be snapped, as well as the grounding, by a simple stamping and bending process step. Contact element (in particular as a two-arm web element) can be provided.

Advantageously, the first connector arrangement comprises at least one contact surface with which the grounding contact element (in particular in the form of a two-arm web element) can be brought into contact. It is particularly preferred that by arranging the first plug connector arrangement in a recess in the device carrier, contact surfaces adapted to the two-armed web element come into contact with the two-armed web element.

  • eine zweite auf dem Leuchtmittelträger angeordnete Steckverbinderanordnung, die derart ausgebildet ist, um mit der ersten Steckverbinderanordnung eines oben beschriebenen Geräteträgers in Eingriff gebracht zu werden, um den Leuchtmittelträger mit dem zweiten Stromversorgungskreis des Geräteträgers zu verbinden;
Furthermore, the present invention relates to a lamp carrier for a continuous line luminaire, the lamp carrier at least comprising:
  • a second connector arrangement arranged on the illuminant carrier, which is designed to be brought into engagement with the first connector arrangement of an above-described device carrier in order to connect the illuminant carrier to the second power supply circuit of the device carrier;
  • wherein the second connector arrangement has at least two contact elements which are suitable for being brought into an electrically conductive engagement when the connector arrangements are connected to the lines of the second power supply circuit arranged in the receptacles of the first connector arrangement.

The illuminant carrier advantageously comprises guide and latching means which can be brought into engagement with correspondingly configured guide and latching means of the second connector arrangement in order to detachably connect the second connector arrangement to the illuminant carrier.

The second connector arrangement is preferably arranged on an end face of the lamp carrier, the guide and latching means of the lamp carrier and the second connector arrangement preferably being arranged and designed in such a way that the second connector arrangement can be pushed laterally onto the lamp carrier and latched with the latter. This (end-side) arrangement of the second connector arrangement on the illuminant carrier is particularly advantageous if the first connector arrangements are each arranged in groups adjacent to one another on the device carrier.

The second connector arrangement advantageously comprises at least one protective and guiding element which can be inserted into the at least one correspondingly designed recess of the first connector arrangement already described above. Advantageously, the at least one protection and guide element of the second connector arrangement is designed such that, when the connector arrangements are connected, the grounding or contact element on the first connector arrangement is at least partially between the protection and guide element of the second connector arrangement and a Correspondingly designed contact surface of the first connector arrangement is arranged.

As already stated above, it is preferred that the second connector arrangement likewise comprises grooves and / or pins which cooperate with correspondingly designed grooves and / or pins of the first connector arrangement as security against hiding.

The at least two contact elements of the second connector arrangement are preferably designed as plug elements which can be inserted into correspondingly designed socket elements of the first connector arrangement, the grooves and / or pins preferably being provided on the plug elements.

The second connector arrangement advantageously comprises at least one earthing spring element which can be brought into electrically conductive engagement with the earthing contact element of the first connector arrangement when the connector arrangements are connected, in order to provide an earthing connection between the connector arrangements.

The grounding spring element preferably comprises an essentially m-shaped area which is designed such that the legs of the m-shaped area can be brought into releasable engagement with the grounding contact element of the first connector arrangement when the two connector arrangements are connected. An essentially m-shaped region is understood to mean any geometry that is suitable for providing at least two regions formed above from the second connector arrangement. It is irrelevant whether the legs of the m-shaped area are tapered, angular or rounded, or whether further areas of the spring element (for example, further wave-shaped extensions of the m-shaped area) are provided adjacent to the m-shaped area.

Advantageously, the grounding spring element comprises at least one locking leg, which can be locked with a correspondingly designed locking surface of the second connector arrangements, in order to be detachable from the grounding spring element to connect the second connector assembly. The second connector arrangement and the earthing spring element (in particular the latching leg) are advantageously designed such that the earthing spring element can simply be pushed into the second connector arrangement and locked or arranged there in a captive manner.

The latching leg of the earthing spring element is preferably provided substantially perpendicular to the m-shaped area of the earthing spring element.

Aufstecken elektrisch leitend in Eingriff bringbar ist (beispielsweise eine auf dem Leuchtmittelträger u-förmig ausgebildete Vortragung, eine korrespondierend ausgebildete Schraube oder eine korrespondierend ausgebildete Feder-NutVerbindung).Furthermore, it is preferred that the grounding spring element has at least one latching tongue which can be brought into engagement with the illuminant carrier in an electrically conductive manner with a corresponding and electrically conductive protrusion of the illuminant carrier, in particular during the lateral / frontal pushing of the second connector arrangement onto the illuminant carrier. A lecture can be understood to mean any structural element that can be brought into engagement with the latching tongue of the earthing spring element by sliding it on or plugging it on (for example, a lecture U-shaped on the illuminant carrier, a correspondingly designed screw or a corresponding one trained tongue and groove connection).

It is further preferred that the grounding spring element is designed as an integral component made of spring steel. The formation of the grounding spring element from a spring beam ensures that the grounding spring element is deformable in such a way that a sufficient plug tolerance can be provided when connecting the connector arrangements.

The second connector arrangement is also preferably designed with or as a plastic housing.

A light band luminaire is preferably provided with at least one device carrier described above and one lamp carrier described, the connector arrangements being connected to one another.

  • Bereitstellen eines oben beschriebenen Geräteträgers mit zumindest einer ersten Steckverbinderanordnung;
  • Bereitstellen eines oben beschriebenen Leuchtmittelträgers mit einer zweiten Steckverbinderanordnung;
Finally, the present invention relates to a method for obtaining a continuous line luminaire, the method comprising at least the following steps:
  • Providing an above-described device carrier with at least one first connector arrangement;
  • Providing an illuminant carrier described above with a second connector arrangement;
  • Connecting the device carrier to the lamp carrier by connecting the two connector arrangements, so that the lamp carrier is electrically connected to the second power supply circuit.

Figure 1 shows a schematic view of a first (plastic) housing part 1 of a first connector arrangement for a device carrier (not shown) of a light band light.

As in Figure 1 to recognize, the first housing part 1 has an essentially rectangular base body on which two receptacles 2, 3 are arranged, each of which has a clamping element 4, 5 (preferably provided by two corresponding wall sections of the first housing part 1) and a funnel-shaped receptacle element 6, 7 include.

Figur) erlauben.In the area between the two receptacles 2, 3, latching means are provided (not shown) which permit releasable connection to a second (plastic) housing part (see FIG. 1).

In the in Figure 1 The illustration shown includes two lines 8, 9 in the first housing part 1. The lines 8, 9 are each guided through recesses 10, 11 in the base body and via the funnel-shaped receiving elements 6, 7 into the respective clamping receptacles 4, 5.

The lines 8, 9 preferably have cable insulation up to the respective funnel-shaped receiving element 6, 7. In the area from the respective funnel-shaped receiving element 6, 7 to the respective clamping element 4, 5, the lines 8, 9 preferably have no cable insulation, so that in the area between the respective funnel-shaped receiving elements 6, 7 and the respective clamping elements 4, 5 there is a bare one Line area 12, 13 is arranged.

These bare line areas 12, 13 are connected to a second connector arrangement (cf. Figure 4 ) an illuminant carrier electrically connected to it. As in Figure 1 it is preferred that below the bare line areas 12, 13 a contact surface (which is preferably provided by a web-like housing element provided below each of the line areas 12, 13) supports the bare line areas 12, 13, so that these connect the Connector assemblies can not be pressed down.

In the preferred embodiment shown, line 8 is connected to a converter unit (not shown), the converter unit in turn being connected to lines which are connected to an external power supply. The line 9 is either also connected to the converter unit to form a closed circuit or to a further receptacle of a further first housing part of a further first connector arrangement. Depending on the performance of the converter unit, several first connector arrangements (i.e. several illuminant carriers with corresponding lamps) can be connected to the converter unit, with the last first connector arrangement providing a return to the converter unit in order to close the power supply circuit again. If several first connector arrangements are provided, it is preferred that the first connector arrangements are arranged in groups adjacent to one another on the device carrier.

Figure 2 shows a schematic view of a second (plastic) housing part 20, which on the in Figure 1 Housing part 1 shown can be plugged on and can be releasably engaged with it by means of corresponding latching means (not shown).

The second housing part 20 likewise has an essentially rectangular base body 21 on which three functional groups are arranged, namely a first hollow body 22 in which the first receptacle 2 can be arranged, a second hollow body 23 in which the second receptacle 3 can be arranged and a central region provided between the hollow bodies 22, 23.

In the middle area between the first hollow body 22 and the second hollow body 23, two cutouts 24, 25 are provided, into which two correspondingly designed protection and guide elements of the second connector arrangement (cf. Figure 4 ) can be introduced. In addition, two contact surfaces 26, 27 are provided in the central area, on which correspondingly designed web elements of an earthing contact element of the device carrier (cf. Figure 8 ) can be created. Finally, locking means are provided in the central area (not shown), with which the second housing part 20 can be releasably engaged with the first housing part 1 of the first connector arrangement.

The hollow bodies 22, 23 each have socket elements 28, 29, these being arranged in the connected state of the two housing parts 1, 20 in the region above the “bare” line regions 12, 13, so that correspondingly designed plug elements of the second connector arrangement (cf. Figure 4 ) can be inserted into the socket elements 28, 29 in order to enable an electrically conductive engagement of the connector arrangements.

As in Figure 2 can be seen, grooves 30, 31 are provided on the socket elements 28, 29, which correspond with corresponding pins of the plug elements of the second connector arrangement (cf. Figure 4 ) can work together as hiding security.

Finally, locking means 32 (wherein in Figure 2 only the locking means 32 can be seen on the first hollow body 22) is provided in order to enable locking with the device carrier.

Figure 3 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a first connector arrangement 40, which is provided by the interconnected housing parts 1, 20.

  • zunächst werden die Leitungen 8, 9 an ihren jeweiligen Endbereichen abisoliert und der Länge nach an die Aufnahmen 2, 3 angepasst;
  • anschließend werden die Leitungen 8, 9 jeweils durch die trichterförmigen Aufnahmeelemente 6, 7 geführt und in den jeweiligen Klemmelementen 4, 5 eingeklemmt;
  • optional besteht die Möglichkeit an den trichterförmigen Aufnahmeelementen 6, 7 Crimpelemente/Crimpflügel vorzusehen bzw. die trichterförmigen Aufnahmeelemente 6, 7 zumindest teilweise elastisch auszubilden, um die Leitungen 8, 9 zu fixieren und ein formschlüssiges Halten in den trichterförmigen Aufnahmeelemente 6, 7 zu gewährleisten;
  • anschließend wird das zweite Gehäuseteil 20, der ersten Steckverbinderanordnung 40 auf das erste Gehäuseteil 1 aufgeschoben, bis korrespondierende Rastmittel (nicht gezeigt) die beiden Gehäuseteile 1, 20 verbinden;
To provide a device carrier with a first connector arrangement 40 arranged thereon, the procedure is preferably as follows:
  • First, the lines 8, 9 are stripped at their respective end regions and adjusted in length to the receptacles 2, 3;
  • then the lines 8, 9 are each guided through the funnel-shaped receiving elements 6, 7 and clamped in the respective clamping elements 4, 5;
  • Optionally, there is the possibility of providing crimp elements / crimping wings on the funnel-shaped receiving elements 6, 7 or at least partially forming the funnel-shaped receiving elements 6, 7 in order to fix the lines 8, 9 and to ensure a positive locking in the funnel-shaped receiving elements 6, 7;
  • then the second housing part 20, the first connector arrangement 40, is pushed onto the first housing part 1 until corresponding latching means (not shown) connect the two housing parts 1, 20;
  • Finally, the wired first connector arrangement 40 is inserted into a correspondingly designed recess in the device carrier from below into the device carrier (cf. Figure 8 ) introduced until the latching means 32 engage with the device carrier, thereby providing a captive arrangement on the device carrier; in the preferred embodiment, the base body 21 of the second housing part 20 and the corresponding base body of the first housing part 1 is therefore arranged on an underside of the device carrier.

Figure 4 shows a schematic view of a second connector arrangement 50 of a lamp carrier, which can be brought into engagement with the first connector arrangement 40 in an electrically conductive manner.

The second connector arrangement 50 is preferably also designed as a plastic housing part.

The second connector arrangement 50 comprises at least two oppositely arranged protection and guide elements 51, 52, which in the Figure 2 The cutouts 24, 25 shown in the first connector arrangement 40 can be inserted, the protection and guide elements 51, 52 each having contact surfaces which are designed to correspond to the contact surfaces 26, 27 of the second housing part 20 of the first connector arrangement 40.

Furthermore, the second connector arrangement comprises two contact elements or plug elements 53, 54, which are to be received in the socket elements 28, 29 of the first connector arrangement 40 (cf. Figure 2 ) are trained. Pins 55, 56 are further provided on the plug elements 53, 54, which can cooperate with the grooves 30, 31 provided on the socket elements 28, 29 as security against hiding.

As in Figure 4 is also clearly visible, the second connector arrangement 50 on the rectangular base body comprises guide elements 57 and a lateral stop 58 in order to enable or simplify a pushing on the end face onto a lamp carrier.

In the area between the protection and guide elements 51, 52, the second connector arrangement 50 comprises conversion sections 59, between which an earthing spring element 60 is arranged.

Figure 5 shows the second connector arrangement 50 Figure 4 , wherein the connector elements 53, 54 have been removed from the second connector arrangement 50.

As in Figure 5 can be clearly seen, the plug elements 53, 54 can be locked captively into the receptacles shown by means of correspondingly designed latching means and connected to the second connector arrangement 50.

In Figure 5 it is also easy to see that the grounding spring element 60 is at least partially provided between the protective and guiding elements 51, 52 Wall sections 59 protrudes, so that these protruding areas with a ground contact element of the first connector assembly 40 (cf. Figure 8 ) electrically engaged when the two connector assemblies 40, 50 are connected together.

Figure 6 shows a further schematic view of the second connector arrangement 50 from FIGS Figures 4 and 5 , the bottom of the second connector assembly 50 being shown in this view.

As in Figure 6 can be clearly seen, the second connector arrangement 50 comprises on its underside two essentially centrally arranged latching tongues 61 in order to be able to latch the second connector arrangement 50 to the illuminant carrier (not shown). Preferably, the second connector arrangement 50 is pushed onto the end of the lamp carrier, the lamp carrier having corresponding guide elements for receiving the lateral guide surfaces 57, so that the second connector arrangement 50 can be pushed onto the lamp carrier until one end face of the lamp carrier has reached the stop 58 and one Latching by the latching tongues 61 with correspondingly designed latching means of the lamp holder has occurred and thus a captive connection to the lamp holder is provided.

Furthermore, the second connector arrangement 50 preferably has two cutouts 62 through which corresponding lines for electrically connecting the second connector arrangement 50 to the lamps / light modules (preferably an LED light module) provided on the lamp carrier can be guided.

This in Figure 6 Earthing spring element 60 shown here comprises a latching leg 63, with which the earthing spring element 60 can be latched to a corresponding contact surface of the housing of the second connector arrangement 50.

Furthermore, the grounding spring element 60 comprises a protrusion 64 which, when the second connector arrangement 50 is pushed onto the lamp carrier, has an electrically conductive contact element (for example one on the Illuminant carrier U-shaped lecture, a correspondingly designed screw or a correspondingly designed tongue and groove connection) can be brought into electrically conductive contact.

Figure 7 shows the ground spring element 60 shown in FIGS Figures 4 to 6 is arranged in the second connector arrangement 50.

As in Figure 7 can be clearly seen, the grounding spring element 60 has a substantially m-shaped area 65, the legs of which form the areas protruding from the wall sections 59 of the second connector arrangement 50.

Depending on the geometry of the second connector arrangement 50, the earthing spring element 60 can have different kink sections 66 in order to be adapted to the housing of the second connector arrangement 50 or to be able to provide contact options for the earthing spring element 60 on the housing of the second connector arrangement 50.

With regard to the m-shaped area 65 of the grounding spring element 60, the locking leg 63 is rotated approximately 90 degrees to the m-shaped area 65. The grounding spring element 60 is preferably provided as an integral component made of spring steel. When the earthing spring element 60 is inserted into the housing of the second connector arrangement 50, the earthing spring element 60 is removed from the underside (cf. Figure 6 ) with the m-shaped area 65 inserted between the wall sections 59 of the second connector arrangement 50 until the legs of the m-shaped area 65 are removed from the wall sections 59 (as in FIG Figure 5 protrude) and the locking leg 63 (as in Figure 6 shown) locked to the housing of the second connector assembly 50.

Due to the provision of the grounding spring element 60 from a relatively elastic / flexible spring steel, a comparatively large tolerance can be provided when connecting the two connector arrangements. In addition, the force required to connect the two connector arrangements can be kept relatively low.

Figure 8 shows a device carrier 70, wherein the first connector arrangement 40 has not yet been inserted into the recess 71 provided for this purpose. Figure 8 serves to illustrate the ground connection between the first connector arrangement 40 and the second connector arrangement 50.

In the preferred embodiment shown, the ground contact element 72 of the first connector arrangement 40 is formed integrally with the device carrier 70, specifically in the form of two web elements 72 which have guide notches 73 at their ends, into which the legs of the m-shaped region 65 of the Grounding spring element 60 of the second connector arrangement 50 is inserted when connecting the two connector arrangements 40, 50 in order to provide an electrically conductive ground connection between the device carrier 70 and the lamp carrier (not shown).

The device carrier 70 is preferably made of a metal sheet, wherein the two web elements 72 can be formed as a stamped and bent element when punching out the recess 71.

Figure 9 shows a schematic cross-sectional view of a device carrier 70 with a first connector arrangement 40 arranged in the recess 71 of the device carrier 70, which is connected to a second connector arrangement 50.

As in Figure 9 can be clearly seen, the two web elements 72 lie between the contact surfaces 26, 27 of the first connector arrangement 40 and the correspondingly designed contact surfaces of the protection and guide elements 51, 52 of the second connector arrangement 50, so that the web elements 72 through the contact surfaces when the two are connected Connector assemblies 40, 50 can be held substantially in position. In this position, the plug elements 53, 54 are guided into the socket elements 28, 29, so that an electrical connection is provided at the line areas 12, 13 between the connector arrangements 40, 50.

With the connector arrangements 40, 50 according to the invention, the time-consuming and error-prone cabling / electrification of a continuous-row luminaire can already be carried out completely in the factory, which leads to a considerable saving of time in the assembly of a light band luminaire according to the invention, with a simultaneous reduction in the susceptibility to errors.

In addition, there is the possibility of providing the cabling between the converter unit and the first connector arrangements on the rear of the device carrier, so that the customer can no longer see any exposed cables, which considerably improves the visual impression.

In addition, there is the possibility of using the device carriers and illuminant carriers described above in a multiplicity of different light band lights, so that identical parts can be used for different light band lights, which in turn leads to a cost reduction in the production of light band lights according to the invention.

The present invention is not limited to the preferred embodiments described above, as long as it is covered by the subject matter of the following claims. In particular, the present invention is not limited to the use of device carriers and lamp carriers, each with only one corresponding connector arrangement. Rather, depending on the application, a plurality of illuminant carriers can be arranged on a device carrier, which comprises a corresponding number of first connector arrangements, or a plurality of device carriers with a different number of illuminant carriers can also be used in a light band luminaire according to the invention. Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to the lines being arranged on the rear of the equipment rack, but, depending on the application, these can also be arranged on the front of the equipment rack.

Finally, the present invention is also not limited to the fact that the only preferred ground connection shown in the figures is used. Rather, depending on the application, different or further ground connections can be used.
