Description

1. Gebiete der Erfindung1. Fields of the Invention

The present invention relates to a distribution connector assembly for a device mount of a continuous line light, a device support with such a distribution connector assembly, and a continuous line light with such a device support.

2. Hintergrund2. Background

A large number of different continuous-row luminaires are known from the prior art. With continuous-row luminaires or continuous-row systems, large rooms in particular (e.g. supermarkets, factory buildings, offices, etc.) can be equipped with long lines of light adapted to these rooms. These continuous-row lights usually have U-shaped continuous-row lighting rails, in which the wiring, the (control) electronics and the lighting means can be arranged.

To simplify assembly, it is also known to construct the continuous-row luminaires with modular units as far as possible. For example, in the reference DE 20 2012 101 765 U1 discloses arranging a first module in the form of a device mount and a second module in the form of a light source mount in a U-shaped light strip rail.

In this case, the equipment carrier has in particular a converter unit arranged thereon for the electrical coupling of the lighting means to the external power supply routed into the continuous-row luminaire. In contrast, the illuminant carrier comprises the actual illuminants, for example LEDs or fluorescent bodies.

In practice, it has now been shown that the provision of the cabling required for the operation of the continuous-row luminaire or the continuous-row system between the individual modules or between the continuous-row lights is comparatively time-consuming and otherwise error-prone. Typically, when installing a continuous-row system, which usually includes several (individual) continuous-row lights, at least one contact must be made with an external power supply, electrical contact must be made between the individual continuous-row lights and electrical contact must be made between the respective light source carrier and the device mount or with the device mounts become.

3. Ausführliche Beschreibung der Erfindung3. Detailed Description of the Invention

  • erste Anschlussmittel zum Anschluss erster Leitungen eines ersten Stromversorgungskreises und zweiter Leitungen eines zweiten Stromversorgungskreises eines Geräteträgers, wobei zwischen dem ersten Stromversorgungskreis und dem zweiten Stromversorgungskreis eine Konverter-Einheit zur elektrischen Kopplung des ersten und zweiten Stromversorgungskreises vorgesehen ist;
  • zweite Anschlussmittel, die mit einer Versorgungs-Steckverbinderanordnung in Eingriff bringbar sind, um die ersten Leitungen mit einer externen Stromversorgung zu verbinden;
A distributor connector arrangement according to the invention for a device carrier of a continuous line light according to claim 1 comprises at least:
  • first connection means for connecting first lines of a first power supply circuit and second lines of a second power supply circuit of a device carrier, wherein between the first power supply circuit and the second power supply circuit a converter unit for electrical coupling of the first and second power supply circuits is provided;
  • second terminal means engageable with a power connector assembly for connecting the first leads to an external power supply;
  • third connection means, which can be brought into engagement with a bridge connector arrangement of a further equipment carrier, which are connected to first and/or second lines of the further equipment carrier in order to connect the first and/or second lines of the equipment carrier to the first and/or second lines of the to connect another device carrier.

In other words, the present invention proposes concentrating essentially all of the wiring required on an equipment rack in a distribution connector assembly (i.e. in a single connector housing), which compared to the individual wiring customary in the prior art or the customary use of several connector arrangements leads to a significantly improved clarity of the wiring, and thus to a significant simplification of the assembly of a light strip light. The distribution connector arrangement with its at least three connection means is thus formed according to the invention by a single connector housing accommodating the at least three connection means, the connector housing preferably being provided from plastic parts that can be latched together.

The first connecting means is preferably designed as a terminal strip, into which the first and second lines can be accommodated and clamped. The second connection means advantageously includes socket elements in the correspondingly designed plug elements of the supply connector arrangement are receivable to connect the first lines to an external power supply.

Finally, it is advantageous that the third connection means also include socket elements, in which correspondingly designed plug elements of the bridge connector arrangement can be accommodated in order to connect the first and/or second lines of the equipment carrier to the first and/or second lines of the other equipment carrier. The third connection means and the bridge connector arrangement can thus be used to wire two adjacent device mounts.

Advantageously, latching elements are provided on the second connection means and/or on the third connection means in order to detachably connect the supply connector arrangement and/or the bridge connector arrangement to the distribution connector arrangement.

Furthermore, it is preferred that the distributor connector arrangement comprises locking and/or contact means in order to detachably connect the distributor connector arrangement to the equipment carrier.

According to the invention, the distributor plug-in connector arrangement comprises at least two plastic housing parts that can be latched together. This makes it possible to bring a first plastic housing part of the distribution plug connector arrangement from the rear to the equipment carrier and to bring the second plastic housing part from the front to the equipment carrier, so that when the two plastic housing parts engage, the equipment carrier is clamped between them and is therefore captive is arranged between them.

Furthermore, it is preferred that the distribution connector assembly comprises at least one guide sleeve, in which a grounding contact element of the supply connector assembly is insertable or executable to provide a ground connection between the service connector assembly and the equipment rack.

Ferner betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung einen Geräteträger nach Anspruch 7.Furthermore, the present invention relates to an equipment carrier according to claim 7.

The first and second lines are preferably connected to the first connection means of the distribution plug connector arrangement, preferably in such a way that the first lines and/or the second lines are arranged on the back of the equipment carrier, so that the first lines and/or the second lines be covered by the gear tray when fitted to the continuous-row luminaire.

Furthermore, it is preferred that the equipment carrier essentially has a U-shaped cross section, with the first and/or second lines preferably being formed within the U-shaped cross section of the equipment carrier (i.e. in the area formed by the two legs of the U-shaped cross section ) are arranged. This makes it possible to arrange the lines in an area protected by the U-shaped equipment carrier, so that the lines cannot be accidentally moved or damaged during transport or assembly.

Furthermore, it is preferred that the first and second lines are already preassembled at the factory and are captively fastened to the equipment carrier, so that individual wiring/cabling no longer has to be carried out when assembling a continuous-row luminaire. Advantageously, only connector arrangements (which can also be provided at the factory with the wiring) are connected to corresponding connector arrangements in order to be able to provide complete wiring for the continuous-row luminaire.

The equipment carrier is preferably made of sheet metal and is particularly preferably provided as an integral stamped and bent part.

The converter unit is advantageously arranged on a front side of the equipment carrier. The front of the device mount is to be understood as meaning the area of the device mount that is opposite the light source mount when installed. The back of the device mount, on the other hand, is to be understood as the side of the device mount that faces the continuous lighting rail (in the preferred embodiment of the device mount with a substantially U-shaped cross section, this is the side on which the legs of the device mount are formed).

The first power supply circuit is connected to the external power supply of the continuous-row luminaire (in particular a standard 230V mains supply), with the converter unit providing a usable current-voltage ratio for the lighting modules (in particular LED lighting modules).

The distribution connector assembly is preferably arranged at a distance from an edge of the equipment carrier. In this regard, it is also preferred that between the edge of the equipment carrier and the Distribution connector assembly is arranged at least one fastener for attaching the device carrier to a light strip rail. Such a configuration is particularly preferred, since such an arrangement of the distributor connector arrangement and fastening element allows free access to the fastening element (i.e. during installation, no cables or connector arrangements have to be removed in order to expose the fastening element and attach the device carrier to it on a light strip rail or to be able to attach to a part of a building). In other words, there is the possibility that the cabling provided at the factory no longer has to be removed during assembly, which leads to a significant time saving when assembling a continuous-row luminaire.

Advantageously, the second power supply circuit comprises at least a first connector arrangement arranged on the front side of the equipment carrier, which is designed in such a way that it can be brought into engagement with a second connector arrangement arranged on an illuminant carrier in order to connect the at least one illuminant carrier to the second power supply circuit.

Advantageously, only one converter unit is provided on the device carrier, with which the lamp carrier or lamp carriers is/are connected in series, ie starting from the converter unit, an electrical connection is made to the first connector arrangement, which can be brought into engagement with a lamp carrier , In which case the electrical connection is then either routed back to the converter unit or to a further first connector arrangement on which a second illuminant carrier can be arranged. In this case an electrical connection is provided from the second first connector arrangement back to the converter unit. As far as more first connector assemblies are provided on the equipment rack, is accordingly of the last series-connected connector arrangement provided a connection back to the converter unit, thereby to close the power supply circuit again.

Advantageously, the first connector arrangement is electrically connected to the second lines on the back of the equipment carrier. Furthermore, it is preferred that the converter unit is also electrically connected to the first and second lines on the rear side of the equipment carrier. This makes it possible to also arrange the lines to the first connector arrangement from the converter unit or the electrical lines to the first connector arrangement or to the first connector arrangements in such a way that they cannot be seen when the continuous-row rail is installed, and thus the luminous impression of the continuous-row luminaire can not disturb. In addition or as an alternative, some of the lines can also be arranged at least on the front side of the equipment carrier.

Furthermore, the present invention relates to a continuous-row light that comprises at least one device mount described above with a distributor connector arrangement described above.

Figur 8 zeigt eine schematische Ansicht einer ersten Ausführungsform eines erfindungsgemäßen Geräteträgers 100, wobei in Figur 8 die Vorderseite des Geräteträgers 100 gezeigt ist. figure 8 shows a schematic view of a first embodiment of a device carrier 100 according to the invention, wherein in figure 8 the front of the equipment carrier 100 is shown.

The device carrier 100 has a substantially U-shaped cross section and is provided substantially integrally from sheet metal. The equipment carrier 100 is preferably designed as a stamped and bent part.

On the front (or top) of the device carrier 100 is a first connector assembly 110 arranged, which is adapted to be brought into engagement with a second connector assembly arranged on a lamp carrier (not shown) in order to connect the lamp carrier to the power supply circuit. Furthermore, a converter unit 120 and a distributor connector arrangement 10 are arranged on the front side of the equipment carrier 100 .

As in figure 8 As can be seen, lines 140 are routed laterally into the U-shaped device mount 100 (more precisely in the area formed by the legs of the U-shaped device mount 100) and extend at the rear up to the distributor connector arrangement 10 (cf. figure 9 ). The lines 140 include first lines to form a first power supply circuit that can be connected to an external power supply source and second lines to form a second power supply circuit with which the illuminants of an illuminant support (not shown) can be operated. The illuminant carrier is electrically connected to the second lines with the aid of the first connector arrangement 110 .

The lines 140 are in the first connection means 11 (cf. figure 1 ) of the distributor connector assembly 10 pinched. The supply connector arrangement 50 is introduced into the second connection means 15 in order to connect the first lines of the lines 140 arranged in the distributor connector arrangement 10 to an external power supply. In the in the figures 8 and 9 shown view is included in the third connection means 17 no bridge connector assembly of another device carrier.

The first lines of the lines 140, which are connected to an external power supply via the supply connector arrangement 50, are routed into the converter unit 120 on the rear of the equipment carrier 100. The converter unit 120 provides a current-voltage ratio that can be used by the lighting means and that is routed via the second lines of the lines 140 to the first connector arrangement 110 . Furthermore, a plurality of holes 220 are provided in device carrier 100 (in particular in the area in front of and behind converter unit 120), through which the first lines can also be routed to the front of converter unit 120 or second lines can be routed away from converter unit 120.

Finally, the device mount 100 comprises, at least in an edge region, a fastening means 180, preferably in the form of a bent part (which is advantageously formed integrally with the device mount 100), to which the device mount 100 can be fastened in a light strip rail (not shown).

Figur 9 zeigt eine schematische Ansicht des Geräteträgers 100 aus Figur 8, wobei in Figur 9 die Rückseite des Geräteträgers 100 dargestellt ist. figure 9 shows a schematic view of the equipment carrier 100 figure 8 , where in figure 9 the back of the device carrier 100 is shown.

As in figure 9 can be seen clearly, the lines 140 are introduced laterally on the back of the equipment carrier 100 and routed to the distribution plug-in connector arrangement 10 and accommodated therein in the first connection means 11 (preferably by means of corresponding clamp or screw connections). The lines 140 (ie the first and second lines) are captively secured in the area formed by the legs of the U-shaped equipment carrier 100 by means of a plurality of fastening rails 200 .

As in figure 9 As can also be clearly seen, the lines 140 are connected to the converter unit 120 by means of clamps 210 (more precisely, the converter unit 120 is operatively arranged between the first and second lines).

Furthermore, a bridge connector arrangement (not shown) is provided on the lines 140 in the area that extends beyond the device carrier 100, in order to be able to bring the lines 140 into engagement with a third connection means of a distributor connector arrangement of another device carrier in order to be able to connect the lines 140 to be able to connect to another device carrier. This makes it possible to connect multiple device mounts 100 to one another, for example to use the converter unit 120 shown to operate multiple illuminant mounts or to use the external supply voltage provided on a device mount 100 for multiple device mounts.

The device carrier 100 thus offers the possibility of being able to provide essentially the entire cabling (in particular the through-wiring, the wiring of the converter unit and the wiring of the first connector arrangement(s)) at the factory, in such a way that the cabling in the mounted state of the device carrier 100 are covered, so that a negative impact on the light impression is avoided.

In addition, factory provision of wiring can prevent erroneous wiring from being made during assembly. There is also the option of operating or using the lamps with just one converter unit. only as many converter units need to be provided as are required to operate the entire continuous-row system. In other words, there is the possibility of optimizing the utilization of the respective converter units and therefore reducing the number of converter units in the light line system.

Finally, due to the modular design of a continuous-row luminaire with a gear tray 10 described above, the respective modules can be made from a comparatively inexpensive material (preferably as a sheet metal part), whereas the external luminaire housing that can be seen in the assembled state can be made of a high-quality, visually appealing material (e.g by aluminum castings). Overall, therefore, a continuous-row luminaire with a device mount 10 can be manufactured more cost-effectively. In addition, the device mount 10 described above can be used in a large number of different continuous-row lights, so that there is also a cost advantage in this regard through the use of identical parts.

Gleiche Bauteile sind mit apostrophierten Bezugszeichen versehen, so dass hinsichtlich der jeweiligen Funktion und bevorzugten Ausgestaltung nach oben verwiesen werden kann. figure 10 12 shows a view of another embodiment of a distribution connector assembly 10' according to the invention. Significant difference to that in the Figures 1 to 9 The first preferred embodiment of a distribution connector assembly 10 according to the invention shown is that the second connection means 15 are no longer arranged on the front side (top side), but rather second connection means 15' are provided on the side in the region of the first connection means 11' (screw terminals 12'). Identical components are provided with apostrophed reference symbols, so that reference can be made to the top with regard to the respective function and preferred embodiment.

In this embodiment, the distribution plug-in connector arrangement 10' can thus be made much more compact, which in turn leads to a significant saving in material and necessary installation space. This exemplary embodiment also shows that the exact arrangement of the connection means on the distribution connector arrangement can be adapted depending on the specific installation situation, ie that the individual connection means can also be assigned differently.

At the in figure 10 embodiment shown, for example, the supply voltage is connected to the lateral second connection means 15′. The lines for the supply voltage can be arranged, for example, on the upper row of screw terminals. In contrast, the lower row of screw terminals can be used for looping through or tapping off the first and second lines that lead into and out of the converter unit 120 in order, for example, to be able to connect a further equipment carrier (not shown) to it. This is particularly advantageous when the continuous-row lights to be connected are not arranged directly adjacent to one another in a row, but rather, for example, continuous-row lights are to be arranged parallel to one another and connected to one another. With such an arrangement, the third connection means 17 (cf. figure 3 ) can be used, since this is basically designed for continuous-row luminaires to be connected, which are arranged adjacent to each other on the front side. In addition, a phase preselection could also be carried out for the tap by means of a correspondingly preconfigured plug, which could be plugged into the lateral second connection means 15′, for example.

The present invention is not limited to the preferred embodiments described above, as long as it is encompassed by the subject matter of the following claims. In particular, the present invention is not limited to the use of device mounts, each with only one first connector arrangement. Rather, depending on the application, several illuminant carriers on one Device carrier, which includes a corresponding number of first connectors, are arranged.
