Claims (15)
- Véhicule (1), en particulier un véhicule utilitaire, ayant un espace utilitaire confiné (3) et au moins un battant de porte (6a ; 6b) ou un battant de fenêtre délimitant l'espace utilitaire, le véhicule comprenant un système (10) pour verrouiller le battant de porte ou le battant de fenêtre, le système comprenant :- un dispositif de verrouillage primaire (23) et un dispositif de verrouillage secondaire (40), le dispositif de verrouillage primaire (23) comprenant un premier élément de verrouillage (31) et un deuxième élément de verrouillage (33) coopérant avec celui-ci, le premier élément de verrouillage pouvant être déplacé par rapport au deuxième élément de verrouillage entre une position de déverrouillage, dans laquelle le dispositif de verrouillage primaire n'empêche pas l'ouverture du battant de porte ou du battant de fenêtre, et une position de verrouillage, dans laquelle celle-ci est effectivement empêché, et comprenant un dispositif de manœuvre primaire pour déplacer le premier élément de verrouillage entre la position de déverrouillage et la position de verrouillage, et
le dispositif de verrouillage secondaire (40) comprenant un troisième élément de verrouillage (41) et un quatrième élément de verrouillage (44) coopérant avec celui-ci, le troisième élément de verrouillage pouvant être déplacé par rapport au quatrième élément de verrouillage entre une position de déverrouillage, dans laquelle le dispositif de verrouillage secondaire n'empêche pas l'ouverture du battant de porte ou du battant de fenêtre, et une position de verrouillage, dans laquelle celle-ci est effectivement empêchée, et comprenant un dispositif de manœuvre secondaire (35, 36, 37, 38, 43) pour déplacer le troisième élément de verrouillage entre la position de déverrouillage et la position de verrouillage,
le deuxième élément de verrouillage (33), le troisième élément de verrouillage (41) et le dispositif de manœuvre secondaire (35, 36, 37, 38, 43) étant disposés sur le battant de porte (6a) ou le battant de fenêtre, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de verrouillage (31) est placé de telle sorte que dans son déplacement vers la position de verrouillage, il s'engage sur le dispositif de manœuvre secondaire afin d'activer ce dernier pour déplacer le troisième élément de verrouillage (41) vers la position de verrouillage. - Véhicule selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif de manœuvre secondaire (35, 36, 37, 38, 43) comprend une butée (37) s'étendant dans le trajet du premier élément de verrouillage (31), lequel trajet est suivi par le premier élément de verrouillage durant son déplacement vers sa position de verrouillage, afin d'être entraîné par celui-ci dans ledit déplacement.
- Véhicule selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le dispositif de manœuvre secondaire (35, 36, 37, 38, 43) comprend un câble secondaire (38) ou quelque chose de similaire.
- Véhicule selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le dispositif de manœuvre secondaire (35, 36, 37, 38, 43) comprend une ou plusieurs poulies (36, 43) pour le câble secondaire.
- Véhicule selon la revendication 2 et la revendication 4, dans lequel l'une des poulies (36) est reliée à la butée (37) afin d'être déplacée, en tant qu'unité, avec celle-ci par le premier élément de verrouillage (31).
- Véhicule selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel l'une des poulies (43) est disposée stationnaire sur le battant de porte (6a) ou le battant de fenêtre.
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le premier élément de verrouillage (31) comprend un crochet ou une broche et le deuxième élément de verrouillage (33) comprend un logement de verrouillage pour le crochet ou la broche.
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le troisième élément de verrouillage (41) comprend un crochet ou une broche et le quatrième élément de verrouillage (44) comprend un logement de verrouillage pour le crochet ou la broche.
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le premier élément de verrouillage (31) et/ou le quatrième élément de verrouillage (44) sont disposés sur un encadrement (7) entourant le battant de porte ou le battant de fenêtre considéré.
- Véhicule selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le quatrième élément de verrouillage (44) est situé dans un élément horizontal (51) de l'encadrement de porte (7) ou de l'encadrement de fenêtre, en particulier le seuil de porte ou le seuil de fenêtre.
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif de manœuvre primaire (11, 17, 21, 25) comprend un câble primaire (21) ou quelque chose de similaire, le dispositif de manœuvre primaire comprenant de préférence une ou plusieurs poulies pour le câble primaire.
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif de manœuvre primaire (11, 17, 21, 25) est configuré pour un déplacement linéaire du premier élément de verrouillage.
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif de manœuvre secondaire (35, 36, 37, 38, 43) est configuré pour un déplacement linéaire du troisième élément de verrouillage.
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le système de verrouillage (10) est destiné à verrouiller un battant de porte qui est capable de pivoter autour d'un axe de charnière horizontal situé au-dessus ou autour d'une charnière inférieure horizontale.
- Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1-13, dans lequel le battant de porte a une charnière latérale.
