Derartige Transportfahrzeuge sind aus dem Stand der Technik für den Transport unterschiedlichster Schüttgüter bekannt und werden insbesondere überall dort eingesetzt, wo der Volumenstrom der aus dem Transportsilo zu entladenden Schüttgüter nicht einfach in Schwererichtung unterhalb der Auslauföffnung der Auslaufvorrichtung entladen werden soll, sondern an einer hiervon in horizontaler Richtung beabstandeten Stelle. Dies ist insbesondere der Fall, wenn das Schüttgut aus dem Transportsilo an ortsfeste Fördereinrichtungen, wie z.B. Förderbänder oder Rohrleitungsförderer, zielgerichtet und kontrolliert zugeführt werden soll. Durch die Verlängerbarkeit der Auslaufvorrichtung sind die Einlauf-Öffnungen derartiger Fördereinrichtungen auch dann erreichbar, wenn diese - anders als beispielsweise bei einer reinen Schwerkraftentladung in einen Tiefbunker - nicht unmittelbar unterhalb der Auslauföffnung angeordnet sind.

Das Schienenfahrzeug ist in herkömmlicher Weise aus einem auf zwei Drehgestellen rollfähig gelagerten Fahrzeugrahmen aufgebaut. Der Fahrzeugrahmen umfasst zwei zur Fahrzeuglängsachse parallel ausgerichtete Längsträger (4). Aus Gründen der besseren Übersichtlichkeit sind in den beiden Figuren des Ausführungsbeispieles die Drehgestelle und der Fahrzeugrahmen nur ansatzweise dargestellt. Ferner umfasst das Schienenfahrzeug mehrere Transportsilos zum Transport von Schüttgut, welche über jeweils eine am tiefsten Punkt des Transportsilos angeordnete Auslaufvorrichtung (1) entleerbar sind. Die Auslaufvorrichtung (1) besteht aus einer Schurre mit U-förmigen Querprofil, welche mittels eines Drehkranzes an der Unterseite des Transportsilos angebaut ist, wodurch die Auslaufvorrichtung um eine lotrechte Achse in Bezug auf das Transportsilo drehbar gelagert ist. Der Drehkranz der Auslaufvorrichtung (1) ist arretierbar, sobald die Schurre der Auslaufvorrichtung (1) eine zur zusätzlichen Schurre (3) fluchtende Ausrichtung aufweist.
Wiederum aus Gründen der besseren Übersichtlichkeit sind die Transportsilos in den beiden Figuren des Ausführungsbeispiels nicht dargestellt. Ferner ist nur eine erste, dem Drehgestell nächstliegende Auslaufvorrichtung (1) dargestellt. Es erschließt sich dem Betrachter problemlos, dass ein erfindungsgemäßes Schienenfahrzeug in aller Regel noch über eine Mehrzahl weiterer, in Fahrzeuglängsrichtung angeordneter und ansonsten identisch ausgeführter Auslaufvorrichtungen verfügt.
An beiden Längsträgern (4) des Fahrzeugrahmens sind jeweils eine zusätzliche Schurre (3) angebracht, wobei jede zusätzliche Schurre (3) mittels jeweils zwei Schwenkarmen (2) an einer zum Fahrzeuginneren gerichteten Innenseite eines Längsträgers (4) befestigt ist. Durch Verschwenken dieser Schwenkarme (2) ist die zusätzliche Schurre (3) von einer in Figur 1 gezeigten Ruhestellung, bei der sich die zusätzliche Schurre vollständig außerhalb der Auswurfbahn eines aus der Auslassvorrichtung (1) austretenden Schüttgutstromes befindet, in die in Figur 2 gezeigte Gebrauchsstellung verschwenkbar, bei der die zusätzliche Schurre an die Schurre der Auslaufvorrichtung (1) des Transportsilos anschließt. Die Schwenkarme sind mit einem ersten Ende (8) jeweils auf der Außenseite eines der beiden seitlichen Leitbleche jeder zusätzlichen Schurre (3) gelenkig angebracht. Mit dem hierzu jeweils entgegengesetzten zweiten Ende (9) ist jeder Schwenkarm (2) auf der in Bezug auf die Fahrzeuglängsrichtung innenliegenden Seite des Längsträgers (4) gelagert. Ferner ist die zusätzliche Schurre (3) mittels einer Schwenkkulisse (5) in ihrer Neigung in Bezug auf die Schwenkarme (2) beweglich ausgeführt. Die Schwenkkulisse (5) befindet sich nahe des ersten Endes (8) eines jeden Schwenkarms (2) und weist einen Führungsschlitz auf, in den ein erster Zapfen eingreift, welcher sich auf der Außenseite eines jeden Leitblechs der zusätzlichen Schurren befindet. Der Führungsschlitz kann zusätzliche Rastmarken aufweisen, mittels denen die zusätzliche Schurre in Bezug auf die Schwenkarme leichter positionierbar ist. Auf diese Weise kann die zusätzliche Schurre, wie in Figur 1 gezeigt, in Ruhestellung nach oben in Richtung auf den Längsträger (4) angeklappt und mittels zweier weiterer seitlich hervorstehender Bolzen (7) in die hierzu korrespondierenden Aufnahmehaken (6) an der in Bezug auf die Fahrzeuglängsrichtung außen liegenden Seite des jeweiligen Längsträgers (4) eingehängt und dort - z.B. mittels eines Splints - gesichert werden. Auf diese Weise ist die zusätzliche Schurre (3) in ihrer Ruheposition äußerst platzsparend untergebracht und kann zudem von Bedienpersonal ohne größere Anstrengungen gegriffen und / oder gesichert werden. Zudem ermöglicht die Schwenkkulisse (5) eine Neigungseinstellung der zusätzlichen Schurre (3) in ihrer Gebrauchsstellung in Bezug auf die Schurre der Auslaufvorrichtung (1), wie in Figur 2 dargestellt. Dies erleichtert die Ausrichtung des aus dem Transportsilos austretenden Schüttgutstroms auf einen Abwurfstelle bzw. eine Übergabeeinrichtung für ein nachgeschaltetes weiteres Fördergerät, wie z.B. ein Förderband.

Again, for reasons of clarity, the transport silos are not shown in the two figures of the embodiment. Furthermore, only a first, the bogie nearest outlet device (1) is shown. It is easily apparent to the viewer that a rail vehicle according to the invention generally still has a plurality of further outlet devices arranged in the vehicle longitudinal direction and otherwise identically designed.
An additional chute (3) is in each case attached to both longitudinal members (4) of the vehicle frame, each additional chute (3) being fastened by means of two pivot arms (2) to an inner side of a longitudinal member (4) directed towards the vehicle interior. By pivoting these pivot arms (2), the additional chute (3) of an in FIG. 1 shown rest position, in which the additional chute is completely outside the ejection path of the discharge device (1) emerging bulk material flow, in the in FIG. 2 shown use position pivoted, in which the additional chute connects to the chute of the outlet device (1) of the transport silo. The pivot arms are hinged to a first end (8) on the outside of one of the two lateral baffles of each additional chute (3). With the respective opposite second end (9) each swivel arm (2) on the relative to the vehicle longitudinal direction stored inside the side member of the longitudinal member (4). Furthermore, the additional chute (3) by means of a pivoting gate (5) in its inclination with respect to the pivot arms (2) designed to be movable. The pivoting gate (5) is located near the first end (8) of each pivoting arm (2) and has a guide slot in which engages a first pin located on the outside of each baffle of the additional chutes. The guide slot may have additional catch marks, by means of which the additional chute is easier to position with respect to the pivot arms. In this way, the additional chute, as in FIG. 1 shown in the rest position folded upward in the direction of the longitudinal member (4) and by means of two further laterally projecting bolts (7) in the corresponding receiving hooks (6) on the outer side relative to the vehicle longitudinal direction of the respective longitudinal member (4) mounted and there - for example by means of a splint - secured. In this way, the additional chute (3) is housed in its rest position extremely space-saving and can also be used by operators without much effort and / or secured. Claims (7)

  1. Transport vehicle for bulk material, comprising a portable silo with at least one outlet device (1) and an additional chute (3) and also a vehicle frame to carry the portable silo,
    characterised in that
    the additional chute (3) is swivellable between an idle position and an operating position by means of at least one swivel arm (2), wherein the swivel arm (2) is pivotally mounted on the additional chute (3) with a first end (8) about a first axis and on the vehicle frame with an opposite second end (9) about a second axis parallel thereto, wherein the additional chute (3) adjoins the outlet device (1) of the portable silo in the operating position, and in the idle position can be swung out completely away from the discharge path of a flow of bulk material coming out of the outlet device (1).
  2. Transport vehicle for bulk material according to claim 1, characterised in that each swivel arm (2) is pivotally mounted on a side rail (4) of the vehicle frame.
  3. Transport vehicle for bulk material according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the slope of the additional chute (3) can be changed in relation to the at least one swivel arm (2) by means of a slotted link (5).
  4. Transport vehicle for bulk material according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the vehicle frame is equipped with a device for accommodating and securing the additional chute (3) in the idle position.
  5. Transport vehicle for bulk material according to claim 4, characterised in that the device for accommodating and securing the additional chute is embodied in the form of two accommodating hooks (6), spaced the width of the chute apart from each other, said hooks being attached on a side rail (4) of the vehicle frame and configured to accommodate two corresponding pins (7) on the additional chute (3).
  6. Transport vehicle for bulk material according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that an outlet device (1) movably mounted in relation to the portable silo can be locked in a position, in which the outlet device (1) is aligned with the swivelled additional chute (3) in the operating position.
  7. Transport vehicle for bulk material according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 6 configured as rail vehicle.
