Pressstationen eingesetzt, bei denen durch zwei gegenüber liegende Presswalzen der gefaltete Zuschnitt über die gesamte Zuschnittsbreite gepresst wird, siehe zum Beispiel
Derzeitige Faltschachtelklebemaschinen haben entweder eine Rillinienpressstation oder eine Kalibrierpressstation, sodass beispielsweise bei einem Wechsel der Zuschnitte von Vollkarton auf Wellpappe ein Rilllinienpressmodul durch ein Kalibrierpressmodul ausgetauscht werden muss, was mit einem erhöhten Zeitaufwand einhergeht. Durch den zusätzlichen Einsatz des zentralen Walzenpaars können gefaltete Wellpappezuschnitte über ihre Breite so gepresst werden, dass nach dem Pressen keine oder nur geringe, tolerierbare Dickenunterschiede über die Breite des gepressten Zuschnitts vorliegen. Dies erleichtert ein nachfolgendes Stapeln und Verpacken der gepressten Faltschachtelzuschnitte. Die erfindungsgemäße Rilllinienpressstation erlaubt es, Zuschnitte im Bereich ihrer Rilllinien durch die seitlichen Pressrollen und gleichzeitig durch die mittleren Pressrollen zu pressen, sodass sie weitgehend über ihre gesamte Breite gepresst werden, wobei lediglich für Seitenwände und Halterungen benötigte Bereiche nicht gepresst werden. Claims (8)
