Definitions
- the invention relates to a backpack with a back system according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Backpacks of this type are used, for example, in outdoor sports, such as biking, mountaineering, hiking, skiing, ski touring, etc.
- these backpacks have a back system that fits against the back of the wearer, which is more or less adapted to the anatomy of the back, depending on the quality.
- Special attention is often paid to good ventilation of the back system, so that moisture, for example caused by sweat, can be removed.
- moisture caused by sweat cannot be avoided, so that both the back part and the clothing of the wearer become moist.
- the moistening of the back is particularly a problem because it does not dry during a break, while the clothes can be changed relatively easily.
- EP 2 386 222 B1 discloses a backpack in which the back system is designed with an adjustment plate and a net formed thereon. By extending the shoulder straps, the actual storage volume of the backpack can then be pivoted relative to the adjustment plate for better ventilation. This ventilation by swiveling the storage volume only works due to the force of gravity on the backpack - ie, this tipping is solely due to the weight of the backpack. Ventilation when biking or the like is not possible in this way.
- US 2009/0321481 A1 discloses a carrying device which is supported on the one hand on the back of the user and on the other hand on the back system of the backpack.
- the carrying device is adjustable so that the angle of inclination of the backpack with respect to the back can be adjusted.
- This carrying device is not suitable for use with a backpack with a hip belt.
- FR 2 984 700 discloses a backpack in which the back system is implemented with a ventilation system.
- the invention has for its object to provide a backpack in which the moisture formation is significantly reduced compared to conventional solutions.
- the backpack according to the invention has a back system which has a back part connected to a storage volume.
- the backpack also has shoulder straps and optional hip straps.
- at least one support element is arranged on the back system, which is in operative connection with the shoulder straps or the hip belts and whose support distance from the back part is adjustable.
- This setting is preferably carried out in such a way that the back part and thus also the stowage volume can be adjusted with respect to the back of the wearer and thus the direct contact of the back part with the back is canceled or at least significantly reduced.
- this support only the relatively small support element or a belt area rests on the back and supports the back part at an angle of incidence or at a distance from the back. This support is also effective when the upper body is bent forward (for example when biking).
- the support element has at least one adjustable support strap which engages on the one hand on the back part and on the other hand on a belt area connected to the shoulder straps and / or the hip belt.
- the support of the back part is particularly stable if the support device has two support straps which are arranged parallel to one another and which are adjustably guided on the belt area.
- This belt area can be formed on the hip belts and / or on the shoulder belts. Accordingly, it is possible to position the back part in the hip area and / or in the shoulder area in order to bring about the desired spacing from the back.
- a guide for the associated support tab end section is formed on the respective belt area, so that the support tab can be moved along the guide to change the support distance.
- the desired support position can preferably be fixed by means of a clamping device.
- handling can be formed on both sides, which simplifies the positioning of the back part relative to the back of the wearer.
- the storage volume can be designed with a helmet compartment.
- a protector can be integrated in the back.
- hip belts is understood to mean that area of the backpack which encloses the hip area of the wearer.
- the hip belts can either be attached to the back section or connected via the belt area (see above).
- FIG. 1 shows a backpack 1 according to the invention in a conventional wearing position.
- the backpack 1 shown has a back part 2 into which a protector (not shown) can be exchanged or permanently integrated.
- the actual storage volume 4 of the backpack is attached to the back part 2.
- a helmet compartment or the like can be formed on this storage volume 4.
- the storage volume 4 is usually formed by a storage bag, which is divided into different compartments depending on the intended use, which are accessible via zippers or a top loader closure.
- smaller pockets and the like which are accessible from the outside and holders for sports equipment, for example skis, ski sticks, ice axes, ropes etc., are usually arranged on the storage bag.
- the backpack 1 is still designed with a hydration system 6.
- the backpack 1 is put on in a manner known per se via two shoulder straps 8 and a closable hip belt 10, which are preferably fastened to the back part 2 or to the storage bag 4.
- Figure 2 shows the backpack 1 according to the invention in a wearing position, in which the back part 2 is set against the back 12 of the wearer, so that a direct contact of the back part 2 is almost completely eliminated.
- This adjustment is carried out by means of two parallel spaced support straps 14, 16 which are fastened in the side region of the back part 2 and whose construction corresponds to that of conventional hip fins.
- these support tabs 14 are, however, designed to be relatively rigid, so that they can carry the back part with the storage volume 4 even when filled.
- This bracing of the support brackets is carried out by using slats or struts.
- the end sections of the support straps 14 which are removed from the back part 2 are slidably guided on a belt region 18 of the hip straps 10, so that the support straps 14, 16 move from their illustrated support position into the position shown in FIG Figure 1 shown "normal position" are adjustable, in which the support tabs 14, 16 more or less lie against the belt area 18 of the waist belt 10 and cover it in sections.
- the actual hip belt with the two lateral belt parts and the belt area 18 connecting them on the back remains in the original setting position on the body, so that only the support straps 14, 16 with the back part 1 attached to them and the storage volume 4 are displaced.
- FIGs 1 and 2 show the backpack 1 in conditions such as occur during hiking or ski touring, in which the upper body of the wearer is relatively upright.
- Figure 3 shows the backpack 1 in the employed position while biking. The back is bent relatively far forward - nevertheless, the clear width of the ventilation space 20 is not reduced in the set position.
- the back part 2 is spaced in the area of the hip.
- a similarly acting device can be arranged in the shoulder area, so that, for example, a belt area or a contact plate is formed on the two shoulder straps 8, which remains on the body and on which at least one corresponding support strap is supported, which makes it possible to position the back part in the shoulder area or to distance.
- the adjustment can take place on the belt area 18 or else in the area of the back part 2.
- FIGS. 4 and 5 show detailed representations of the adjustment of the support tabs 14, 16 which are formed on the hip belt 10 in this variant.
- a guide element is provided on the actual waist belt 10 or on the belt region 18 formed with it, in the present case a guide belt 22 formed on the belt region 18 or on the waist belt 10, along which an end section 24 of the support strap 16 on the side of the waist belt is slidably guided.
- a clamping buckle 26 is fastened, which is penetrated by the guide belt 22 and which is fixed in the desired position by means of a clamping part, for example a clamping leg 28, which can be brought into a non-positive connection with the guide belt 22.
- Figure 5 shows an enlarged view of the clamping buckle 26 with the clamping leg 28 open.
- the back part or the storage bag (storage volume 4) can be designed with a back protector.
- the backpack 1 can also be equipped with a helmet compartment (see Figure 3 ) be executed.
- the backpack shown can be offered in graduated stowage volumes, for example it is conceivable to create a series with an 8 liter stowage volume, an 18th Liters of storage volume and for larger tours with more than 30 liters of storage volume.
- the storage volumes can be exchangeably attached to the back system.
- the back part is not only adjustable but also displaceable approximately parallel to the back.
- the adjustment options described above make it possible, in addition to the design of the ventilation space 20, to bring the storage bag into an optimal position for the respective use, in which the forces acting on the carrier are optimized.
- the backpack can be brought into an area in which it is arranged as close as possible to the center of gravity of the body and the levers are minimal. Aerodynamic optimization is also possible.
- backpack is to be interpreted relatively broadly and also covers containers for the transport of objects or the like which are carried on the body in a backpack-like manner, wherein positioning on the back is not absolutely necessary.
- belt area does not necessarily mean a belt-like element, but it is quite possible that the “belt area” is formed by a support plate or the like.
- the support legs are designed in such a way that they have sufficient flexural rigidity so that the load to be carried can be held in the standing position without undesired changes in distance.
- a backpack is disclosed, the back part of which is adjustable.
