Claims (11)
- Porte ou fenêtre comprenant un panneau de porte (1a, 1b) ou un panneau de fenêtre, de préférence pour la protection contre le feu,
comprenant
au moins trois
éléments individuels (2a, 2b, 2c) disposés l'un à côté de l'autre et alignés horizontalement et/ou verticalement,
dans lequel
au moins un élément individuel (2b) des au moins trois éléments individuels (2a, 2b, 2c) est une vitre (2b), de préférence une vitre pare-feu (2b),
au moins deux éléments individuels (2a, 2c) des au moins trois éléments individuels (2a, 2b, 2c) sont des panneaux de construction incombustibles (2a, 2c) et/ou des éléments en bois réfractaires (2a, 2c),
les surfaces de butée (S) s'étendant horizontalement et/ou verticalement de deux éléments individuels (2a, 2b, 2c) disposés l'un à côté de l'autre sont essentiellement émoussées,
et
des éléments individuels (2a, 2b, 2c) disposés l'un à côté de l'autre sont collés l'un à l'autre de manière réfractaire et affleurée et par complémentarité de formes,
dans lequel l'au moins un élément individuel configuré comme vitre (2b), de préférence comme vitre pare-feu (2b), n'est tenu que sur deux côtés avec les au moins deux éléments individuels (2a, 2c) configurés comme des panneaux de construction incombustibles et/ou des éléments en bois réfractaires et s'étendant horizontalement par rapport au sol ou avec les au moins deux éléments individuels (2a, 2c) configurés comme des panneaux de construction incombustibles et/ou des éléments en bois réfractaires et s'étendant verticalement par rapport au sol. - Porte ou fenêtre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'adhésif (7) pour le collage est une silicone (8), notamment une silicone à deux composants (8), et il contient de préférence un matériau intumescent.
- Porte ou fenêtre selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les éléments individuels (2a, 2b, 2c) sont assemblés en forme de modules ou de manière modulaire.
- Porte ou fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une des surfaces de butée exposées des éléments individuels (2a, 2b, 2c), qui sont assemblés pour former un panneau de porte (1a, 1b) ou un panneau de fenêtre, comprend une battue, de préférence une surface de butée exposée, qui s'étend verticalement par rapport au sol, des éléments individuels (2a, 2b, 2c), qui sont assemblés pour former un panneau de porte (1a, 1b) ou un panneau de fenêtre.
- Porte ou fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la vitre pare-feu (2b) consiste en un composite d'au moins deux vitres (9) disposées parallèlement l'une par rapport à l'autre, entre lesquelles au moins une couche de protection contre le feu (10) est respectivement disposée.
- Porte ou fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le panneau de construction incombustible (2a, 2c) est composé d'un panneau de base en un matériau siliceux réfractaire et d'un revêtement décoratif incombustible, qui est collé avec le panneau de base, une couche couvrante en résine de mélamine étant de préférence appliquée sur le revêtement décoratif.
- Porte ou fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le panneau de construction incombustible (2a, 2c) ou l'élément en bois réfractaire (2a, 2c) comprend deux panneaux de base disposés parallèlement l'un par rapport à l'autre, qui sont espacés l'un de l'autre par moyen d'un écarteur disposé entre les panneaux de base.
- Porte ou fenêtre selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que l'écarteur stabilise les panneaux de base des éléments individuels (2a, 2c) en cas d'incendie.
- Porte ou fenêtre selon la revendication 7 ou la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que les panneaux de base du panneau de construction incombustible (B) sont composés d'un matériau siliceux incombustible et d'un revêtement décoratif incombustible, qui est collé avec le panneau de base, une couche couvrante en résine de mélamine étant de préférence appliquée sur le revêtement décoratif.
- Porte ou fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisée en ce que l'élément en bois réfractaire (2a, 2c) ou les panneaux de base de l'élément en bois réfractaire (2a, 2c) est/sont en bois massif ou en un matériau en bois.
- Porte ou fenêtre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que les éléments individuels (2a, 2b, 2c) comprennent une largeur et/ou une hauteur comprise entre environ 20 mm et environ 1250 mm.
