Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Schließen einer Öffnung, insbesondere eine Tür oder ein Fenster, mit einem Türblatt bzw. Fensterblatt, vorzugsweise für Brandschutzzwecke.
- Im Stand der Technik sind zahlreiche Einrichtungen zum Schließen einer Öffnung, insbesondere als Türen oder Fenster bekannt. Dabei schlägt das Türblatt einer Tür bzw. das Fensterblatt eines Fensters im geschlossenen Zustand derselben üblicherweise gegen einen Anschlag an, welcher mit einer Dichtung versehen sein kann. Der Anschlag selbst wird dabei in der Regel von dem Tür- oder Fensterrahmen bzw. der Tür- oder Fensterzarge bereitgestellt bzw. ausgebildet. Darüber hinaus kann der Anschlag bei einer zweiflügeligen Tür an den freiliegenden und miteinander im geschlossenen Zustand der zweiflügeligen Tür zusammenwirkenden Stoß- bzw. Schmalflächen des jeweiligen Türblatts bereitgestellt bzw. ausgebildet sein. Üblicherweise ist die die Seitenkanten der Seitenflächen des Tür- bzw. Fensterblatts verbindende Stoß- bzw. Schmalfläche des Tür- bzw. Fensterblatts und dementsprechend korrespondierend die Fläche des Anschlags für selbiges von einer einzelnen senkrecht zu den Seitenflächen verlaufenden Fläche oder mit einem stufenartigen Vorsprung bzw. Rücksprung, sogenannter Stufenfalz, gebildet.
- Aus dem Stand der Technik sind insbesondere für Brandschutzzwecke Türblätter bzw. Fensterblätter bekannt, die eine in einem umlaufenden Rahmen angeordnete und insbesondere mittels im Rahmen ausgebildeter Nuten für die oder mittels sogenannter, am Rahmen angeordneter Glashalteleisten gehaltene Glasscheibe, insbesondere Brandschutzscheibe aufweisen. Die Glasscheibe, insbesondere Brandschutzscheibe, ist dabei in dem Rahmen integriert. Da Brandschutzscheiben, in Abhängigkeit der jeweiligen Brandschutzanforderungen ein relativ hohes Eigengewicht, beispielsweise bis zu 300 kg/m2 und mehr, aufweisen, sind entsprechende Türblätter bzw. Fensterblätter insbesondere bei Öffnungs- und Schließvorgängen hohen Belastungen ausgesetzt. Um solche Brandschutzscheiben sicher halten zu können sind der Rahmen als auch etwaig verwendete Glashalteleisten entsprechender Türblätter bzw. Fensterblätter in der Regel mit Profilelementen aufgebaut. Eine derartige Glastür für Brandschutzzwecke ist beispielsweise aus der
EP 0 803 634 B1 bekannt, bei der die Brandschutzscheibe eines Türblatts an ihren vier Seiten jeweils mit den Rahmen für die Brandschutzscheibe bildenden Profilelementen gehalten ist. Die vier Profilelemente, zwei horizontal zum Untergrund verlaufende, auch Friese bzw. Querfriese genannte Profilelemente, die in der Regel etwas breiter ausgebildet sind, als auch zwei vertikal zum Untergrund verlaufende seitlichen Profilelemente, die in der Regel etwas schmaler ausgebildet sind, weisen dazu Nuten auf, in die die Brandschutzscheibe einsetzbar ist und/oder sind mit Glashalteleisten zur Festlegung der Brandschutzscheibe an den Profilelementen versehen. Der Aufbau des Rahmens mit vier Profilelementen und mitunter Glashalteleisten ist insofern recht aufwändig. - Aufgrund der Konstruktion der bisher bekannten Türen bzw. Fenster stehen oder ragen die Profilelemente, insbesondere Tragprofile und/oder Glashalteleisten, dabei ferner über die Brandschutzscheibe hervor, wodurch insbesondere der ästhetische Gesamteindruck des Türblatts bzw. Fensterblatts als auch der Tür bzw. des Fensters beeinträchtigt ist. Darüber hinaus hat sich in Brandversuchen gezeigt, dass im Brandfall in den einen Rücksprung bzw. einen Vorsprung bildenden Übergangsbereichen von der Brandschutzscheibe zu den vorstehenden Profilelementen von Rahmen bzw. Glashalteleisten eine erhöhte Temperaturbelastung gegeben ist, dies sich im Brandfall nachteilig auf die Widerstandsdauer auswirkt.
- Ferner sind aus dem Stand der Technik, insbesondere für Brandschutzzwecke, sogenannte Ganzglastüren bekannt, die zur Vermeidung des Durchtritts von Feuer und Rauch im Brandfall von einem Raum in einen anderen Raum Verwendung finden. Bei derartigen Ganzglastüren für Brandschutzzwecke ist das Türblatt ohne weitere Rahmenteile aus einer einzigen Brandschutzscheibe ausgebildet. Aufgrund der Ausbildung als Ganzglastür sind insbesondere die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten beschränkt.
- Vor diesem Hintergrund liegt der vorliegenden Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Einrichtung zum Schließen einer Öffnung, insbesondere eine Tür oder ein Fenster, mit einem Türblatt bzw. Fensterblatt, bereitzustellen, welche die aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Nachteile vermeidet und hinsichtlich der Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten verbessert ist, so dass insbesondere eine größere Variabilität in Bezug auf Aufbau und/oder Materialen ermöglicht ist und gleichzeitig die Erfordernisse von Rauch- und/oder Brandschutz erfüllt werden.
- Zur technischen Lösung der vorgenannten Aufgabe wird mit der vorliegenden Erfindung eine Einrichtung zum Schließen einer Öffnung, insbesondere eine Tür oder ein Fenster, mit einem Türblatt bzw. Fensterblatt, vorzugsweise für Brandschutzzwecke, vorgeschlagen, welches wenigstens zwei horizontal und/oder vertikal fluchtend nebeneinander angeordnete Einzelelemente aufweist, wobei wenigstens ein Einzelelement der wenigstens zwei Einzelelemente eine Glasscheibe, vorzugsweise eine Brandschutzscheibe ist, wenigstens ein Einzelelement der wenigstens zwei Einzelelemente eine nicht brennbare Baustoffplatte und/oder ein feuerfestes Holzelement ist, und die Einzelelemente flächenbündig und formschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind.
- Das erfindungsgemäß vorgesehene flächenbündige und formschlüssige Verbinden der Einzelelemente erübrigt vorteilhafterweise zum einen insbesondere die Verwendung von die Glasscheibe, vorzugsweise Brandschutzscheibe, ansonsten tragenden bzw. haltenden Profilelementen. Vorteilhafterweise entfallen dabei entweder die vertikal oder die horizontal zum Untergrund verlaufenden Profilelemente. Die erfindungsgemäß flächenbündig zur bzw. in der jeweiligen Türblatt- bzw. Fensterblattfläche liegende Brandschutzscheibe wird somit erfindungsgemäß lediglich zweiseitig gehalten, statt wie im Stand der Technik vierseitig. Eine bevorzugte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor insbesondere ansonsten im Stand der Technik verwendete horizontal zum Untergrund verlaufende Profilelemente als Querfriese entfallen zu lassen, wodurch der Lichtdurchtritt als auch die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten weiter verbesserbar sind. Ferner verhindert das erfindungsgemäß vorgesehene flächenbündige und formschlüssige Verbinden der Einzelelemente vorteilhafterweise ansonsten im Brandfall gegebene erhöhte Temperaturbelastungen, insbesondere in den Übergangsbereichen von der Brandschutzscheibe zu vorstehenden Profilelementen von Rahmen bzw. Glashalteleisten, so dass die Widerstandsdauer im Brandfall verbessert ist. Durch das erfindungsgemäße Zusammenfügen eines Türblattes bzw. Fensterblattes aus unterschiedlichen feuerfesten beziehungsweise nicht brennbaren Materialien sind die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten deutlich steigerbar, wobei insbesondere der Lichtdurchtritt weiter gestaltbar ist. Eine Kombination von verschiedenen Materialien, insbesondere ein Wechsel und/oder Kombinationen von transparenten und nichttransparenten Einzelelementen ermöglicht so insbesondere umfangreichere Gestaltungen von Lichteffekten von Gebäuden und/oder Räumen.
- Vorteilhafterweise ist das Türblatt bzw. Fensterblatt modular bzw. nach Art von Modulen aus Einzelelementen aus einer Brandschutzscheibe und einer nicht brennbaren Baustoffplatte beziehungsweise einem feuerfesten Holzelement zusammenfügbar.
- Vorteilhafterweise sind die wenigstens zwei Einzelelemente des Türblatts bzw. Fensterblatts miteinander feuerfest verklebt. Die Verklebung ist dabei vorteilhafterweise derart, dass auch mitunter ein recht hohes Eigengewicht aufweisende Einzelelemente für Brandschutzzwecke sicher miteinander verbunden und gehalten werden, insbesondere auch im Falles eines Brandes. Der Kleber für die Verklebung ist vorzugsweise ein Silikon, insbesondere ein ZweiKomponenten Silikon, und beinhaltet besonders vorzugsweise ein intumeszierendes Material. Für die Verklebung eignet sich vorteilhafterweise ein pastöser Hochtemperaturkleber, der bis zu einer Temperatur von 1000 °C anwendbar ist und sich durch eine besonders hohe Adhäsionswirkung auszeichnet. Vorteilhafterweise eignet sich die Struktur des Klebers insbesondere zur Anwendung bei Brandschutzelementen, wie einer nicht brennbaren Baustoffplatte oder einem feuerfesten Holzelement, bei denen wenigstens eine der zu verklebenden Stoßflächen mit einer saugfähigen Struktur versehen ist. Durch das intumeszierende Material werden im Brandfall etwaig entstehende Spalte im Verbindungsbereich der verklebten Einzelelemente vorteilhafterweise durch das im Brandfall aufschäumende intumeszierende Material verschlossen. Der Kleber, insbesondere das Silikon, kann insbesondere in eine nach der Verklebung der Einzelelemente gebildete Fuge zwischen den Einzelelementen eingefügt werden, so dass insbesondere nach einer so gegebenen Verfugung die Einzelelemente des Türblatts bzw. Fensterblatts flächenbündig miteinander verbunden sind. In Abgrenzung zu einer feststehenden Verglasung aus zwei nebeneinander oder übereinander angeordneten Glasscheiben, insbesondere Brandschutzscheiben, bei der die horizontalen und/oder vertikalen Fugen zwischen den Stoßkanten zweier Glasscheiben, insbesondere Brandschutzscheiben ausschließlich durch eine Verfugung miteinander verbunden sind, wie dies insbesondere bei einer sogenannten Silikonfugenverglasung gegeben ist, ist die erfindungsgemäße Verklebung der Einzelelemente des Türblatts bzw. Fensterblatts zwischen einem als Brandschutzscheibe ausgebildeten Einzelelement und einem als nicht brennbare Baustoffplatte oder als feuerfestes Holzelement ausgebildeten Einzelelement gegeben. Zudem könnte eine sogenannte Silikonfugenverglasung von zwei Glasscheiben nicht als Türblatt bzw. Fensterblatt über Bänder drehbar gehalten werden. Ferner sind bei einer Silikonfugenverglasung zumindest im Bereich der Festelemente, insbesondere Decke, Boden und/oder Wand, Rahmen zur Halterung der Glasscheiben vorgesehen.
- Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die wenigstens zwei Einzelelemente des Türblatts bzw. Fensterblatts unter Verwendung einer Dichtungsanordnung, vorzugsweise einem Dichtungsprofil, zwischen den zwei Einzelelementen miteinander feuerfest verklebt sind. Die Einzelelemente sind dabei insbesondere jeweils mit dem Dichtungsprofil verklebt. Als Dichtungsanordnung kann auch ein elastisch verformbares Material verwendet werden. Die Dichtungsanordnung, insbesondere das Dichtungsprofil und/oder das elastisch verformbare Material, genügen vorzugsweise Rauch- und/oder Brandschutzzwecken, insbesondere gemäß DIN 4102 beziehungsweise DIN EN 13501 oder DIN 18095 beziehungsweise DIN EN 1364-3.
- In einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind die horizontal und/oder vertikal verlaufenden Stoßflächen von zwei nebeneinander angeordneten Einzelelementen im Wesentlichen abgestumpft ausgebildet. An den Stoßflächen im Wesentlichen abgestumpft ausgebildete Einzelelemente sind besonders einfach und kostengünstig fertigbar und lassen sich darüber hinaus besonders einfach und kostengünstig erfindungsgemäß miteinander verbinden, insbesondere modulartig bzw. modular zusammenfügen.
- In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist wenigstens eine der freiliegenden Stoßflächen der erfindungsgemäß zu einem Türblatt bzw. Fensterblatt zusammengefügten Einzelelemente einen Stufenfalz auf, vorzugsweise eine senkrecht zum Untergrund verlaufende freiliegende Stoßfläche der zu einem Türblatt bzw. Fensterblatt zusammengefügten Einzelelemente. Durch den Stufenfalz wird die Abdichtung des Türblatts bzw. Fensterblatts gegenüber einer entsprechenden Zarge, gegenüber einem anderen Türblatt bei einer zweiflügeligen Tür oder gegenüber einem anderen angrenzenden Anschlag oder Mauerwerk weiter verbessert. Vorteilhafterweise weist Stufenfalzes eine Dichtung oder Dichtungsanordnung auf, die im geschlossenen Zustand des Türblattes bzw. Fensterblattes den Spalt zwischen dem Türblatt bzw. Fensterblatt und dem damit zusammenwirkenden Anschlag weiter abdichtet.
- Im Falle einer Verwendung eines Türblatts für eine zweiflügelige Tür bilden die Stufenfalze der beiden Türblätter den Mittelanschlag der zweiflügeligen Tür. Die Dichtungsanordnung des erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Stufenfalzes ist in einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung vorzugsweise ein Dichtungsprofil aus einem elastisch verformbaren Material, welches vorzugsweise Rauch- und/oder Brandschutzzwecken genügt, insbesondere gemäß DIN 4102 beziehungsweise DIN EN 13501 oder DIN 18095 beziehungsweise DIN EN 1364-3.
- In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass die Brandschutzscheibe aus einem Verbund von wenigstens zwei parallel zueinander angeordneten Glasscheiben besteht, zwischen denen jeweils wenigstens eine Brandschutzschicht angeordnet ist. Vorzugsweise ist die Brandschutzscheibe derart ausgebildet, dass diese der DIN 4102 beziehungsweise DIN EN 13501 genügt bzw. diese erfüllt. Eine solche für Rauch- und/oder Brandschutzzwecke geeignete Brandschutzscheibe verhindert vorteilhafterweise den Durchgang von Feuer und/oder Rauch von einem Brandabschnitt bzw. Raum in einen anderen Brandabschnitt bzw. Raum. Im Brandfall wird die Brandschutzschicht zwischen den parallelen Glasscheiben aktiviert, wodurch die Wärmestrahlung absorbiert wird und eine hochwirksame Dämmschicht gebildet wird. Vorteilhafterweise sind bei der vorliegenden Erfindung die Einzelelemente aus Brandschutzglas Brandschutzscheiben gemäß der sogenannten Wasserglas-Technologie und/oder gemäß der sogenannten GelTechnologie verwendbar. Bei einer Brandschutzscheibe nach der WasserglasTechnologie finden als Brandschutzschicht jeweils zwischen einer Vielzahl von Glasscheiben angeordnete, insbesondere eine Alkalisilikatmasse enthaltende Materialien Verwendung, welche im Brandfall als Schaumbildner wirken und aufschäumen. Bei einer Brandschutzscheibe nach der Gel-Technologie ist die zwischen zwei Glasscheiben angeordnete Brandschutzschicht, welche im Brandfall aktiviert wird, aus gelartigen Materialien gebildet, insbesondere organischen Polymeren. Bei der Gel-Technologie sind die beiden Glasscheiben der Brandschutzscheibe mittels eines einen Randverbund ausbildenden profilartigen Abstandhalters voneinander beabstandet angeordnet.
- Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die nicht brennbare Baustoffplatte aus einer Grundplatte aus einem nicht brennbaren silikatischen Material und einer mit der Grundplatte verklebten, nicht brennbaren Dekorschicht besteht, wobei auf der Dekorschicht vorzugsweise eine Deckschicht aus Melaminharz aufgebracht ist.
- Eine bevorzugte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die nicht brennbare Baustoffplatte oder das feuerfeste Holzelement zwei parallel zueinander angeordnete Grundplatten aufweist, die mittels eines zwischen den Grundplatten angeordneten Abstandhalters voneinander beabstandet sind. Vorteilhafterweise stabilisiert der Abstandhalter die Grundplatten der nicht brennbaren Baustoffplatte bzw. des feuerfesten Holzelements im Brandfall. Der dazu erfindungsgemäß vorgesehene Abstandshalter zwischen den Grundplatten eines Einzelelementes das als nicht brennbare Baustoffplatte bzw. als feuerfestes Holzelement ausgestaltet ist, ermöglicht vorteilhafterweise ein im Wesentlichen gleiches Verformverhalten der entsprechenden Einzelelemente und verbessert so die Rauch- und/oder Brandschutzeigenschaften. Der Abstandhalter ist vorteilhafterweise fest mit den jeweiligen Grundplatten verbunden, vorzugsweise über eine vollflächige Verklebung. Hierdurch stabilisiert der Abstandhalter die nicht brennbare Baustoffplatte beziehungsweise das feuerfeste Holzelement, so dass das Verformverhalten bzw. das Verzugsverhalten der Grundplatten im Brandfall weitestgehend vereinheitlicht und damit verbessert wird. Dadurch werden die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung insbesondere für Rauch- und/oder Brandschutzzwecke weiter verbessert. Der die nicht brennbare Baustoffplatte beziehungsweise das feuerfeste Holzelement insbesondere im Brandfall stabilisierende Abstandshalter ist vorteilhafterweise profilartig aus einem Holzwerkstoff, einem Verbundmaterial aus Holz und Stahl, oder einem Verbundmaterial aus Kalziumsilikat und Stahl und/oder Holz. Ferner ist die Verwendung von vorzugsweise nicht brennbaren, Kunststoffprofilen, vorzugsweise Glasfaser-verstärkten Kunststoffprofilen als Abstandshalter vorgesehen.
- Vorteilhafterweise bestehen die Grundplatten der nicht brennbaren Baustoffplatte aus einem nicht brennbaren silikatischen Material und einer mit der jeweiligen Grundplatte verklebten, nicht brennbaren Dekorschicht, wobei auf der Dekorschicht vorzugsweise eine Deckschicht aus Melaminharz aufgebracht ist.
- In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist bzw. sind die Grundplatten des feuerfesten Holzelements aus Massivholz und/oder einem Holzwerkstoff. Als Holzwerkstoff im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung werden insbesondere Werkstoffe verstanden, die durch Zerkleinern von Holz und anschließendes Zusammenfügen der so gewonnenen Strukturelemente erzeugt werden. Größe und Form der Holzpartikel entscheiden dabei über die Art des Holzwerkstoffes und seine Eigenschaften. Die Holzpartikel können dabei ferner mit oder ohne Bindemittel miteinander verbunden sein. Als Holzwerkstoffe im Sinne der Erfindung gelten insofern beispielsweise Spanplatten, Faserplatten, Sperrhölzer und/oder dergleichen.
- Eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, dass die Einzelelemente eine Breite und/oder Höhe von etwa 20 mm bis etwa 1250 mm aufweisen.
- Bei einem erfindungsgemäß ausgestaltetem Türblatt bzw. Fensterblatt ist die verwendete Glasscheibe, insbesondere Brandschutzscheibe, flächenbündig in der Türfläche bzw. Fensterfläche. Die Glasscheibe ist dabei stumpf mit seitlichen oder horizontalen Friesen verklebt, welche von einem Einzelelement aus einer nicht brennbaren Baustoffplatte oder einem feuerfesten Holzelement gebildet sind. Außer der Verklebung sind vorteilhafterweise keine weiteren Befestigungsmittel zwischen der Glasscheibe und den Friesen vorgesehen, so dass die Glasscheibe insbesondere ohne Glashalteleisten, ohne ein Einnuten der Glasscheibe und ohne einen vierseitigen Halterahmen der Glasscheibe gehalten ist. Vorteilhafterweise werden die Glasscheiben wahlweise zweiseitig mit horizontalen oder vertikalen Profilen verklebt. Die Glasscheibe läuft dann jeweils über die Länge vertikal zwischen den horizontalen Profilen oder horizontal zwischen den vertikalen Profilen durch.
- Vorteilhafterweise wird das Türblatt bzw. das Fensterblatt von seitlichen Bändern gehalten, insbesondere mit unten und oben angeordneten Zapfenbändern.
- Weitere Einzelheiten, Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand der in den Figuren der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen:

Fig. 1 undFig. 2 dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel zeigt eine für Brandschutzzwecke ausgestaltete zweiflügelige Tür in einem geschlossenen Zustand. Die Türblätter 1a und 1 b der zweiflügeligen Tür weisen vorliegend jeweils drei vertikal fluchtend nebeneinander angeordnete Einzelelemente 2a, 2b und 2c auf. Die Einzelelemente 2a, 2b und 2c des Türblatts 1a bzw. 1b sind, wie insbesondere anhand vonFig. 2 erkennbar, zudem flächenbündig und formschlüssig miteinander verbunden. Die Verbindung der Einzelelemente 2a, 2b und 2c untereinander erfolgt dabei durch Verklebung der Einzelelemente 2a, 2b und 2c mit einem feuerfesten Zwei-Komponenten-Silikon, der die Einzelelemente 2a, 2b und 2c vorzugsweise durch seine Adhäsionswirkung sicher miteinander verbindet. - Die Einzelelemente 2a und 2c der Türblätter 1a und 1b sind jeweils aus einem feuerfesten Holzelement ausgebildet (vgl.
Fig. 2 ). Das Einzelelement 2a des inFig. 1 links dargestellten Türblattes 1a weist vorliegend eine Breite von etwa 420 mm und das Einzelelement 2c des Türblattes 1a eine Breite von etwa 80 mm auf. Das Einzelelement 2a des inFig. 1 rechts dargestellten Türblattes 1b weist vorliegend eine Breite von etwa 110 mm und das Einzelelement 2c des Türblattes 1 b eine Breite von etwa 80 mm auf. Zwischen den beiden Einzelelementen 2a und 2c des Türblattes 1a bzw. 1 b ist jeweils ein als Brandschutzscheibe ausgebildetes Einzelelement 2b flächenbündig und formschlüssig zu den Einzelelementen 2a und 2c angeordnet. - Das als Brandschutzscheibe ausgebildete Einzelelement 2b des Türblatts 1a bzw. 1b ist, wie anhand von
Fig. 2 erkennbar, vorliegend aus zwei parallel zueinander und mittels eines Abstandshalters 11 voneinander beabstandet angeordneten Glasscheiben 9, aufgebaut, wobei der Raum zwischen den Glasscheiben 9 mit einem Brandschutzmaterial 10, vorliegend einem Gel-artigen Brandschutzmaterial, gefüllt ist. Durch eine Randbedruckung 5 der Glasscheiben 9 einer Brandschutzscheibe ist der umlaufende Abstandshalter 11 abdeckbar, so dass dieser von außen nicht sichtbar ist. Das Einzelelement 2b des inFig. 1 links dargestellten Türblattes 1a weist vorliegend eine Breite von etwa 744 mm und das Einzelelement 2b des Türblattes 1 b eine Breite von etwa 1054 mm auf. - Die Einzelelemente 2a, 2b, 2c der Türblätter 1 a und 1 b nach
Fig. 1 undFig. 2 sind derart ausgestaltet, dass die vertikal zum Untergrund verlaufenden Stoßflächen S von zwei nebeneinander angeordneten Einzelelementen 2a, 2b, 2c im Wesentlichen abgestumpft ausgebildet sind. In einer zwischen den Einzelelementen 2a, 2b und 2c nach der Verklebung mitunter entstehenden Fuge ist vorliegend ein Silikon 8 eingefügt, so dass im Ergebnis die Einzelelemente 2a, 2b und 2c flächenbündig und formschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind. - Die freiliegenden Stoßflächen S der jeweils zu einem Türblatt 1a bzw. 1b zusammengefügten Einzelelemente 2c weisen jeweils einen miteinander korrespondierenden Stufenfalz auf, der die zweiflüglige Tür im geschlossenen Zustand der Tür entsprechend abdichtet und derart einen Mittelanschlag der dargestellten zweiflügeligen Tür ausbildet. Hierzu weist der jeweilige Stufenfalz ferner eine Dichtung 12 auf.
- Die jeweiligen Türblätter 1a und 1 b sind weisen jeweils ein Anschlagprofil 13 auf, mit dem diese zusammenwirken. Zur Abdichtung und Vermeidung des Übertritts von Feuer und Rauch im Brandfall ist an einem vom dem Anschlagprofil 13 ausgebildeten Falz eine Dichtung 12 angeordnet, wobei die Dichtung 12 im Schließzustand des Türblattes 1a bzw. des Türblatts 1 b den zwischen diesem und dem Anschlagprofil 13 bestehenden Spalt abdichtet.
- Das Türblatt 1a nach
Fig. 1 undFig. 2 ist an seiner oberen Seite beispielhaft mit einem Türschließer 3 verbunden. Das Einzelelement 2a des Türblatts 1a weist, wie das inFig. 2 links dargestellte Anschlagprofil 13 wenigstens eine Ausnehmung für einen Aufnahmekörper eines Bandes 14 für eine verdeckte Anordnung zwischen Türblatt 1a und Anschlagprofil 13 auf, so dass eine verdeckte Anordnung des Bandes 14 ermöglicht ist. Das Türblatt 1b ist hinsichtlich der Türschließer und/oder Bänder entsprechend dem Türblatt 1a ausstaltbar (hier nicht explizit dargestellt). - Das Türblatt 1 b nach
Fig. 1 undFig. 2 ist beispielhaft mittels Zapfenbändern 4 an einer nicht explizit dargestellten raumbegrenzenden Struktur, vorliegend Boden und Decke, angeordnet. Im Bodenbereich ist das Türblatt 1b zudem mit einem Türschließer 3, einem sogenannten Bodentürschließer, verbunden. Das Türblatt 1a ist hinsichtlich der Türschließer und/oder Bänder entsprechend dem Türblatt 1a ausstaltbar (hier nicht explizit dargestellt). - Die beiden Türblätter 1a und 1b weisen, wie in
Fig. 1 dargestellt, jeweils an ihrer dem Boden zugewandten Seite eine Bodendichtung 6 auf, um einen zwischen den Türblättern 1a und 1b und dem Boden gegebenen Spalt abzudichten, so dass der Übertritt von Feuer und Rauch im Brandfall wirksam unterbunden wird. - In einer hier nicht explizit dargestellten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind die Einzelelemente 2a und 2c des Türblattes 1a bzw. 1b statt aus einem feuerfesten Holzelement aus einer nicht brennbaren Baustoffplatte, die auf ihren Sichtseiten mit einem nicht brennbaren Holzfurnier als Dekorschicht versehen ist. Die Dekorschicht kann bei Bedarf mit einer Deckschicht aus Melaminharz versehen sein.
- In einer weiteren hier nicht explizit dargestellten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind die Einzelelemente 2a und 2c des Türblattes 1a bzw. 1b statt aus einem feuerfesten Holzelement aus zwei parallel zueinander angeordneten Grundplatten aufgebaut, die mittels eines zwischen den Grundplatten angerodneten Abstandshalters voneinander beabstandet sind. Die Grundplatten sind dabei jeweils aus nicht brennbaren Baustoffplatte und/oder einem feuerfesten Holzelement. Im Brandfall stabilisiert der Abstandshalter die Grundplatten der Einzelelemente 2a bzw. 2c.
- Das in
Fig. 3 undFig. 4 dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel zeigt ebenfalls eine für Brandschutzzwecke ausgestaltete zweiflügelige Tür in einem geschlossenen Zustand. Das inFig. 3 undFig. 4 dargestellte Ausführungsbeispiel unterscheidet sich von dem inFig. 1 undFig. 2 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel durch die Ausgestaltung und Anordnung der jeweiligen Einzelelemente 2a, 2b und 2c. Während die Einzelelemente 2a, 2b und 2c der Türblätter 1a und 1b nachFig. 1 undFig. 2 vorliegend jeweils drei vertikal fluchtend nebeneinander angeordnete Einzelelemente 2a, 2b und 2c aufweisen, weisen die Einzelelemente 2a, 2b und 2c der Türblätter 1a und 1b nachFig. 3 undFig. 4 vorliegend jeweils drei horizontal fluchtend nebeneinander, also untereinander oder übereinander, angeordnete Einzelelemente 2a, 2b und 2c auf, die zudem flächenbündig und formschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind. - Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung als Türblatt bzw. Fensterblatt weist gegenüber den aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Lösungen die im Folgenden angeführten Vorteile auf:
- Das erfindungsgemäße Türblatt bzw. Fensterblatt ist variabel und vorteilhafterweise modular aufgebaut, so dass unterschiedlichste Gestaltungen und Kombinationen von verschiedenen Einzelelementen möglich und denkbar sind. Somit ist das erfindungsgemäße Türblatt bzw. Fensterblatt an die unterschiedlichsten Anforderungen hinsichtlich Lichtdurchtritt oder Ästhetik anpassbar. Beispielsweise sind Kombinationen der Ausgestaltungen eines Türblattes nach
Fig. 1 undFig. 3 möglich, wobei die Einzelelemente eines Türblattes jeweils mehrere horizontal oder vertikal fluchtend zueinander angeordnete Einzelelemente aufweisen, welche wiederum vertikal oder horizontal fluchtend zueinander angeordnet sind. - Die in den Figuren der Zeichnung dargestellten und die im Zusammenhang mit diesen beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiele dienen lediglich der Erläuterung der Erfindung und sind für diese nicht beschränkend.

Claims (12)
- Einrichtung zum Schließen einer Öffnung, insbesondere eine Tür oder ein Fenster, mit einem Türblatt (1a, 1b) bzw. Fensterblatt, vorzugsweise für Brandschutzzwecke,
aufweisend
wenigstens zwei horizontal und/oder vertikal fluchtend nebeneinander angeordnete Einzelelemente (2a, 2b, 2c),
wobei
wenigstens ein Einzelelement (2b) der wenigstens zwei Einzelelemente (2a, 2b, 2c) eine Glasscheibe (2b), vorzugsweise eine Brandschutzscheibe (2b) ist,
wenigstens ein Einzelelement (2a, 2c) der wenigstens zwei Einzelelemente (2a, 2b, 2c) eine nicht brennbare Baustoffplatte (2a, 2c) und/oder ein feuerfestes Holzelement (2a, 2c) ist,
und
die Einzelelemente (2a, 2b, 2c) flächenbündig und formschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind. - Einrichtung (1a, 1b) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens zwei Einzelelemente (2a, 2b, 2c) miteinander feuerfest verklebt sind.
- Einrichtung (1a, 1b) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kleber (7) für die Verklebung ein Silikon (8), insbesondere ein ZweiKomponenten Silikon (8) ist, und vorzugsweise ein intumeszierendes Material beinhaltet.
- Einrichtung (1a, 1b) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die horizontal und/oder vertikal verlaufenden Stoßflächen (S) von zwei nebeneinander angeordneten Einzelelementen (2a, 2b, 2c) im Wesentlichen abgestumpft ausgebildet sind.
- Einrichtung (1a, 1b) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine der freiliegenden Stoßflächen der zu einem Türblatt (1a, 1b) bzw. Fensterblatt zusammengefügten Einzelelemente (2a, 2b, 2c) einen Stufenfalz aufweist, vorzugsweise eine senkrecht zum Untergrund verlaufende freiliegende Stoßfläche der zu einem Türblatt (1a, 1b) bzw. Fensterblatt zusammengefügten Einzelelemente (2a, 2b, 2c).
- Einrichtung (1a, 1b) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Brandschutzscheibe (2b) aus einem Verbund von wenigstens zwei parallel zueinander angeordneten Glasscheiben (9) besteht, zwischen denen jeweils wenigstens eine Brandschutzschicht (10) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung (1a, 1b) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht brennbare Baustoffplatte (2a, 2c) aus einer Grundplatte aus einem nicht brennbaren silikatischen Material und einer mit der Grundplatte verklebten, nicht brennbaren Dekorschicht besteht, wobei auf der Dekorschicht vorzugsweise eine Deckschicht aus Melaminharz aufgebracht ist.
- Einrichtung (1a, 1b) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht brennbare Baustoffplatte (2a, 2c) oder das feuerfeste Holzelement (2a, 2c) zwei parallel zueinander angeordnete Grundplatten aufweist, die mittels eines zwischen den Grundplatten angeordneten Abstandshalters voneinander beabstandet sind.
- Einrichtung (1a, 1b) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstandshalter die Grundplatten der Einzelelemente (2a, 2c) im Brandfall stabilisiert.
- Einrichtung (1a, 1b) nach einem Anspruch 8 oder Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatten der nicht brennbaren Baustoffplatte (B) aus einem nicht brennbaren silikatischen Material und einer mit der jeweiligen Grundplatte verklebten, nicht brennbaren Dekorschicht besteht, wobei auf der Dekorschicht vorzugsweise eine Deckschicht aus Melaminharz aufgebracht ist.
- Einrichtung (1a, 1b) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das feuerfeste Holzelement (2a, 2c) bzw. die Grundplatten des feuerfesten Holzelements (2a, 2c) aus Massivholz oder einem Holzwerkstoff ist bzw. sind.
- Einrichtung (1a, 1b) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einzelelemente (2a, 2b, 2c) eine Breite und/oder Höhe von etwa 20 mm bis etwa 1250 mm aufweisen.
