Claims (1)

  1. Hebekran (1), welcher vorgesehen ist, zwischen einer Decke und einem Boden befestigt zu werden, und welcher einen automatisch einstellbaren Spannmechanismus enthält und Folgendes umfasst: einen männlichen Schaft (2), einen weiblichen Schaft (3), einen Verriegelungsschaft (4), eine Spannfeder (5), einen Hebearm (6), eine diagonale Stützstange (20), einen oberen Schuh (81), einen unteren Schuh (82), ein oberes Lager (91) und ein unteres Lager (92);
    wobei der männliche Schaft (2) eine lange Stange mit mehreren Löchern (21) ist; wobei ein Boden des männlichen Schafts (2) an dem unteren Lager (92) angebracht ist, welches wiederum an dem unteren Schuh (82) angebracht ist;
    wobei der weibliche Schaft (3) eine lange hohle Stange mit einer unteren Öffnung (31) und einer oberen Öffnung (32) ist; wobei ein unterer Teil des weiblichen Schafts (3) ein Verriegelungsloch (35) aufweist;
    wobei der Verriegelungsschaft (4) eine vertikale Stange (44) umfasst, auf welcher die Spannfeder (5) montiert ist, und einen Stopper (33) umfasst, welcher vorgesehen ist, die Spannfeder (5) zu stoppen; wobei der Verriegelungsschaft (4) über dem weiblichen Schaft (3) montiert ist, wobei die Spannfeder (5) zwischen einem oberen Ende (31) des weiblichen Schafts (3) und dem Stopper (33) des Verriegelungsschafts (4) angeordnet ist; wobei ein oberes Ende der vertikalen Stange (44) an dem oberen Lager (91) angebracht ist, welches wiederum an dem oberen Schuh (81) angebracht ist;
    wobei ein oberes Ende (23) des männlichen Schafts (2) vorgesehen ist, durch die untere Öffnung (31) in den weiblichen Schaft (3) eingeführt zu werden, bis der obere Schuh (81) fest gegen die Decke und der untere Schuh (82) fest gegen den Boden gesichert ist; wobei ein Verriegelungsstift dazu bestimmt ist, durch das Verriegelungsloch (35) in dem weiblichen Schaft (3) und in ein entsprechendes Loch (21) in dem männlichen Schaft (2) eingeführt zu werden;
    wobei ein oberes Ende der diagonalen Stützstange (20) an dem Hebearm (6) angebracht ist und ein unteres Ende der diagonalen Stützstange (20) an dem unteren Lager (92) oder an dem unteren Ende des männlichen Schafts (2) angebracht ist;
    wobei der Hebearm (6) am oberen Ende der diagonalen Stützstange (20) positioniert ist und wobei ein hinterer Teil des Hebearms (6) mittels eines axialen Verbindungsstücks (30) an dem Verriegelungsschaft (4) angebracht ist;
    wodurch, wenn der männliche Schaft (2) und der weibliche Schaft (3) zusammengefügt werden und eine vertikalen Kraft auf den weiblichen Schaft (3) nach oben und eine vertikalen Kraft auf den männlichen Schaft (2) nach unten ausgeübt wird, die Spannfeder (5) zwischen dem Stopper (33) des Verriegelungsschafts (4) und einem oberen Ende des weiblichen Schafts (3) gestaucht wird und ein Druck der Spannfeder (5) den männlichen Schaft (2) gegen den Boden und den weiblichen Schaft (3) gegen die Decke klemmt;
    wobei die Spannfeder (5) aktiv ist, wenn ein Benutzer den Hebekran (1) fixiert und spannt, und wobei die Spannfeder (5) nicht aktiv ist und nicht darauf ausgerichtet ist, zu wirken, wenn eine Last an dem Hebekran (1) montiert ist;
    wodurch, wenn die Last auf dem Hebearm (6) montiert ist, die diagonale Stützstange (20) einen Teil eines vertikalen Belastung des Hebearms (6) erfährt und dadurch dem Hebekran (1) mehr Stabilität verleiht; wodurch, wenn die Last an dem Hebearm (6) angebracht ist, eine vertikale, nach unten gerichtete Kraft auf die diagonale Stützstange (20) wirkt, welche den unteren Schuh (82) am Boden festklemmt, und gleichzeitig eine vertikale, nach oben gerichtete Kraft auf das axiale Verbindungsstück (30) des Verriegelungsschafts (4) wirkt, welche ein Festklemmen des oberen Schuhs (81) an der Decke bewirkt; wodurch der Hebekran (1) umso fester an der Decke und am Boden befestigt ist, je größer die Last auf dem Hebekran (4) ist.
