Due to the construction of the gripper, the replacement of a worn-out membrane is very time-consuming, since the entire gripper has to be removed from the doffer bar. An exchange of the membrane is thereby associated with long downtime of the spinning machine. In addition, due to the frequent assembly and disassembly of the gripper on the doffer bar, unnecessary wear of the elastic gripping tab of the gripper occurs. Description

Doffergreifer mit zweigeteiltem Gehäuse  Doffer gripper with two-part housing
The invention relates to a gripper for gripping a coil or bobbin, with a fastening element and a cylindrical holding element with a longitudinal axis, wherein the holding element has an inner wall and an outer wall, and on the inner wall a pneumatically actuable clamping element is arranged, which via an air channel can be acted upon with compressed air, and the retaining element is held on the fastening element via a securing element. In a variety of spinning machines, especially in ring spinning machines, a variety already finished wound coils or cops are taken together at the spinning stations of the spinning machine and replaced by empty bobbin tubes in a bobbin changing operation. For this purpose, the spinning machines have a doffer device with a doffer bar, which is arranged movably on the spinning machine, for example via a scissors mechanism. In turn, a plurality of grippers or doffer grippers are arranged on the doffer bar in order to grasp and remove the coils or the empty bobbin tubes in common. The individual grippers are preferably pneumatically actuated and include a compressed air-acted clamping element in the form of a membrane, which is brought over the coil or bobbin and then engages the coil or bobbin tube by introducing compressed air. For pressurizing the individual grippers with compressed air, air supply ducts are arranged in the doffer bar, from which the compressed air is directed via feeds to the individual membranes of the grippers. CN 2 873 813 Y describes a correspondingly designed gripper. The gripper has a cylindrical holding element for receiving a coil or bobbin tube. On the inner wall of the holding element, a clamping element in the form of a rubber membrane is arranged, which is adjustable via a pneumatic device. With the membrane it is possible to grasp the end region of the coil or bobbin tube inserted into the interior of the retaining element from the outside. The membrane is fixed on the retaining element in the direction of a longitudinal axis by means of two sealing caps, which are respectively arranged on the underside and upper side of the retaining element. The two The end caps are clipped onto the retaining element via a snap connection. For attachment to a doffer beam, the gripper comprises a fastening element. The fastening element is firmly connected to the holding element and contains an air channel for the compressed air supply to the membrane. The fastening element has on its upper side a hook and on its underside an elastic retaining tab. The gripper is fixed via the hook on a receptacle and the elastic retaining tab in a locking groove on the doffer bar. A gripper similar to the structure is shown in EP 0 303 877 A1. In contrast to the above-described gripper, the fastening element of the gripper has on its underside and on its upper side an elastic retaining tab. About the two elastic retaining tabs of the gripper is disengaged and releasably attachable in two parallel locking grooves on the doffer bar. The detent grooves allow a plurality of individual grippers to be secured along the doffer bar.
When changing a coil or bobbin tube, the membrane is pressurized with compressed air via the air channel. The membrane thus contracts in the holding element and detects the coil or bobbin tube at its end region from the outside. To release the coil or bobbin in the holding element again, the membrane is relieved by removing the compressed air. Due to the constantly changing load and discharge of the membrane, and the friction of the membrane on the coil or bobbin, the membrane wears off after a certain period of operation. The wear manifests itself in the fact that the membrane becomes porous and has leaks. As a result, a safe change of the coil or bobbin tube is no longer guaranteed. It is therefore necessary to replace the worn membrane with a new membrane after a certain period of operation.
A major disadvantage of the gripper described is that the exchange of a worn membrane against a new membrane designed as very expensive. To replace a membrane, the gripper must first be removed by the operator from the doffer bar. For this purpose, in the gripper from CN 2 873 813 Y, the hook is released from the doffer beam and the elastic retaining lug is disengaged from the detent groove or, in the case of the gripper from EP 0 303 877 A1, the two elastic retaining tabs disengaged from the two parallel locking grooves. Outside the doffer then the upper and lower cap are released from the holding element. The worn membrane is then separated from the retaining element and replaced with a new membrane. The new membrane is then fixed by the caps again in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the holding element on the holding element and the gripper attached to the doffer bar. As a result, a sufficient clamping action of the elastic retaining tab is not ensured in the locking groove on the doffer bar. The invention now has the object to eliminate this drawback of the known gripper.
The object is achieved according to the fact that the retaining element is held by a securing element on the fastening element. About the securing element, the retaining element is secured transversely to its longitudinal axis on the fastening element. In contrast to the gripper of the prior art, the fastening element and the holding element are separated from each other, ie, the fastening element and the holding element are two separate components. The gripper must therefore not be removed from the doffer beam to replace the clamping element. Rather, it is possible to leave the gripper on the doffer bar and to remove the holding element with the clamping element from the fastener by loosening the securing element. The worn clamping element can then be easily replaced with a new clamping element. The downtime of the spinning machine during the replacement of a clamping element is kept low. In addition, unnecessary wear of the elastic retaining tabs on the fastener is prevented. A sufficient clamping effect of the elastic retaining tabs on the doffer bar is guaranteed. Furthermore, it has proved to be advantageous if the securing element partially surrounds the outer wall of the retaining element or lies partially against the outer wall of the retaining element. This ensures that the retaining element is sufficiently held or positioned on the fastening element. In this case, the securing element forms, in addition to the fastening element, a part of the housing of the gripper. Advantageously, the securing element encloses between 180 ° -270 ° of the outer wall of the holding element. It is also advantageous if the securing element is connected via a snap connection with the fastening element. As a result, the securing element is easily separable from the fastening element and thus the retaining element with the clamping element can be removed quickly from the fastening element. The snap connection is designed such that the fastening element has elevations and the securing element recesses which surround the elevations. Conversely, it is also possible that the securing element has elevations and the fastening element recesses which surround the elevations.
In addition, it is advantageous if the clamping element is fixed over a first portion of its circumference via the fastening element and over a second portion of its circumference on the securing element at least at one of its ends in the direction of the longitudinal axis on the holding element. It is also advantageous if the clamping element or the membrane at its two ends, ie at the lower and at the upper end of the holding element, over a first portion of its circumference on the fastening element and over a second portion of its circumference on the securing element in the direction the longitudinal axis of the holding element is fixed to the holding element. In contrast to the prior art thereby eliminating the two caps for the axial fixation of the clamping element on the holding element. In order to achieve a sufficient axial fixation of the clamping element on the holding element, it has also proven to be advantageous if the clamping element is fixed over 180 ° of the circumference of the clamping element on the fastening element and over 180 ° of the circumference of the clamping element on the securing element on the holding element. For better sealing of the clamping element relative to the holding element, it is also advantageous if at least at one end of the holding element between the clamping element and the fastening element, a sealing ring is arranged. The sealing ring is arranged either at the lower or at the upper end of the retaining element or at the lower and at the upper end of the retaining element. The sealing ring bears against the fastening element with a first end face and presses the clamping element against the retaining element with a second end face. It is also possible that the sealing ring rests with its outer circumference on the fastening element and presses with its inner circumference the clamping element against the retaining element.
It has also proven to be advantageous if rounded elevations are arranged on the inner wall of the holding element, which extend over a length of the holding element. The length of the holding element in this case represents the dimension of the holding element in its longitudinal direction. The rounded ridges ensure that the clamping element does not adhere to the inner wall of the holding element. A safe replacement of the coil or bobbin is guaranteed. Advantageously, the elevations are formed semicircular. Further, it is advantageous if at least one rib is arranged on the outer wall of the holding element over at least part of the circumference of the holding element. The rib serves as a bearing surface for the securing element and ensures that the retaining element is held or positioned sufficiently on the securing element via the securing element. The rib is advantageously arranged circumferentially on the holding element. The rib encloses the holding element completely or a part of the circumference of the holding element, preferably between 90 ° -270 °. However, the rib can also be arranged extending in the longitudinal direction on the holding element. In this case, a plurality of spaced-apart ribs may be arranged on the holding element.
Moreover, it is advantageous if the air duct is integrally connected to the retaining element and the fastening element has a receptacle for the air duct. The term "integral" means that the air duct is firmly integrated into the retaining element, ie the air duct is not separable from the retaining element, which has the advantage that the retaining element and the air duct can be manufactured in the form of a single injection-molded part The receptacle has for this purpose a slightly smaller dimension than the air channel The receptacle extends completely or partially over the length of the air channel In this case, it has also proven to be advantageous if the air duct has on an outer surface at least one annular shoulder which forms a sealing point between the air duct and the fastening element is made of an elastic plastic The heel is in one piece connected to the air duct. If compressed air is applied to the clamping element, the air duct expands in the radial direction in the receptacle. The heel is pressed against the fastener and seals the air duct with respect to the recording.
Finally, it is advantageous if an additional sealing element is arranged in the receptacle between the fastening element and the air duct. The sealing element seals the air duct with respect to the fastening element and the doffer beam. The sealing element is advantageously designed as a sleeve made of rubber and extends partially over the length of the air duct. For better sealing, the sealing element has on its outer surface two spaced circumferentially extending ribs. Further features of the invention will become apparent from the following description of an embodiment shown in FIGS.

1 shows a gripper 1 belonging to the prior art. The gripper 1 is made of plastic and has a cylindrical holding element 2 for a coil or bobbin tube 3 (Figure 2). The cylindrical holding element 2 has an inner wall 4, on which a pneumatically adjustable clamping element 5 in the form of a membrane made of rubber is arranged. With the membrane 5, it is possible to detect the end portion of the introduced into the interior of the holding member 2 coil or bobbin tube 3 from the outside. The adjustment of the membrane 5 takes place in the direction of the double arrow 6 via a pneumatic device. The membrane 5 is fixed in the direction of a longitudinal axis 10 on the holding element 2 by means of two closure caps 7 or clamps, which are respectively arranged on the underside 8 and upper side 9 of the holding element 2. The two closure caps 7 are clipped onto the holding element 2 via a snap connection.
For fastening the gripper 1 to a doffer bar (not shown in FIGS. 1 and 2), the gripper 1 comprises a fastening element 11. The fastening element 1 1 is fixedly connected to the holding element 2 and includes an air channel 12 for the compressed air supply of the membrane 5. The air channel 12 is connected to a compressed air line, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the doffer beams. The air channel 12 is sealed off from the doffer beam via a first sealing element 13 arranged on the fastening element 11. The fastening element 1 1 also has a second sealing element 14, which seals the gripper 1 with respect to a compressed air signal line, which likewise extends in the longitudinal direction on the doffer bar. On the fastener 1 1 two elastic retaining tabs 15 are arranged. The elastic retaining tabs 15 are connected at their first end 16 to the fastening element 1 1. With its second free end 17 of the gripper 1 is disengaged and releasably attachable to the doffer beam. The holding or clamping action of the retaining tabs 15 is increased or supported by an embedded below the retaining tabs 15 in the fastener 1 1 steel spring 18.
When changing a coil or bobbin tube 3, the membrane 5 is acted upon via the air channel 12 with compressed air. The membrane 5 thereby separates from the inner wall 4 of the holding element 2 and detects the coil or bobbin tube 3 at its outer end region. The spool or bobbin tube 3 can then be transferred to a transport device or spindle, not shown. To release the coil or bobbin tube 3 in the holding element 2 again, the membrane 5 is relieved by removing the compressed air. Due to the alternating load and release of the membrane 5 in the holding element 2, and the friction of the membrane 5 on the coil or bobbin tube 3, the membrane 5 is worn after a certain period of operation. The wear manifests itself in that the membrane 5 is porous and has leaks. As a result, a safe change of the coil or bobbin tube 3 is no longer guaranteed. It is therefore necessary to replace the worn membrane 5 with a new membrane 5 after a certain period of operation.
A major disadvantage of the gripper 1 shown in Fig.1 and Fig.2 is that the exchange of a worn membrane 5 against a new membrane 5 designed as very expensive. In order to exchange a membrane 5, the gripper 1 must first be removed by the operating staff from the doffer bar. For this purpose, the elastic retaining tabs 15 are disengaged. The worn-out membrane 5 can then be separated from the retaining element 2 by loosening the closure caps 7 and against a new membrane 5 be replaced. The new membrane 5 is then fixed by the caps 7 again in the axial direction on the support member 2 and the gripper 1 clipped on the elastic retaining tabs 15 on the doffer beams. Due to the structure of the gripper 1, the replacement of a worn membrane 5 therefore designed as very complicated, since the entire gripper 1 must be removed from the doffer beams. An exchange of the membrane 5 is thereby associated with long downtime of the spinning machine. In addition, due to the frequent assembly and disassembly of the gripper 1 on the doffer bar, unnecessary wear of the elastic retaining tabs 15 occurs. As a result, a sufficient clamping effect of the elastic retaining tabs 15 on the doffer bar is no longer ensured.
3 shows a perspective view of a gripper 1 according to the invention. The gripper 1 is made of plastic and has a cylindrical holding element 2 for a coil or bobbin tube 3 (Figure 4). The holding element 2 has an inner wall 4, on which a pneumatically adjustable clamping element 5 is arranged in the form of a membrane made of rubber. With the membrane 5, it is possible to detect the end portion of the introduced into the interior of the holding member 2 coil or bobbin tube 3 from the outside. The adjustment of the membrane 5 takes place in the direction of the double arrow 6 via a pneumatic device. For fastening the gripper 1 to a doffer bar (not shown), the gripper 1 comprises a fastening element 11. On the fastening element 1 1 two elastic retaining tabs 15 are arranged, which are connected at its first end 16 with the fastening element 1 1. With its second free end 17 of the gripper 1 is disengaged and releasably attachable to the doffer beam. The Haltebzw. Clamping action of the retaining tabs 15 is increased or supported by a below the retaining tabs 15 in the fastener 1 1 embedded steel spring 18.
In contrast to the known gripper 1 of Figure 1 and Figure 2, the holding element 2 is held by a securing element 19 on the fastening element 1 1. The securing element 19 encloses in this case 180 ° of the outer wall 20 of the holding element 2, or lies over 180 ° on the outer wall 20 of the holding element 2 (Figure 5). The securing element 19 thus constitutes, in addition to the fastening element 1 1, a part of the housing of the gripper 1. The securing element 19 is provided with the retaining element 2 transversely to its side. ner longitudinal axis 10 secured to the fastener 1 1. On the outer wall 20 of the retaining element 2, a rib 21 is arranged over the entire circumference of the retaining element 2. The rib 21 serves as a support surface for the securing element 19 and ensures that the holding element 2 is held or positioned on the securing element 19 sufficiently on the fastening element 1 1. As is apparent from Figure 5, the securing element 19 is releasably connected to the fastening element 1 1 via a snap connection. The snap connection is designed such that the fastening element 1 1 elevations 22 and the securing element 19 tabs 23 having recesses 24 which enclose the elevations 22 and in which the elevations 22 engage.
The membrane 5 is both at a lower end 8 as well as at an upper end 9 of the support member 2 over 180 ° of the circumference of the membrane 5 via the fastener 1 1 and over 180 ° of the circumference of the membrane 5 via the securing element 19 in the axial direction Holding element 2 fixed. In contrast to the prior art thereby eliminating the two caps 7 and clamps for axial fixation of the diaphragm 5 on the holding element 2. For better sealing of the membrane 5 relative to the holding element 2 is at the lower end 8 and at the upper end 9 of the holding element 2 between the diaphragm 5 and the fastening element 1 1 and the securing element 19, a sealing ring 25 is arranged. The sealing ring 25 rests with a first end face 26 on the fastening element 11 and on the securing element 19 and presses with a second end face 27 the membrane 5 against the lower end 8 or the upper end 9 of the holding element 2. The holding element 2 is on its inner wall 4 are provided with semicircular elevations 28 which extend over the length of the holding element 2 (Figure 5).
The holding element 2 is also provided with an air channel 12. The air channel 12 is fixedly connected to the outer wall 20 of the retaining element 2, that is, the retaining element 2 and the air channel 12 are integrally formed. On its outer surface 30, the air channel 12 has an annular shoulder 31. The shoulder 31 extends over a length 32 of 8 mm of the air channel 12 and is made of an elastic plastic. The shoulder 31 is integrally connected to the air channel 12. The fastening element 1 1 has a receptacle 33 for the air channel 12. The receptacle 33 is cylindrical and extends over the length of the air channel 12. The holding element 2 is connected via the shoulder 31 of the air channel 12 loosely connected to the fastening element 1 1. If the membrane 5 is acted upon by compressed air, the air channel 12 expands in the direction 5 dialer direction in the receptacle 33. As a result, the shoulder 31 is pressed against the fastening element 1 1 and seals the air channel 12 relative to the fastening element 1 1.
Between the fastening element 1 1 and the air channel 12, an additional Diehl o processing element 13 is arranged. The air duct 12 is connected via the sealing element 13 with a compressed air line which extends in the longitudinal direction of the doffer bar. The sealing member 13 is formed as a sleeve of rubber. With a first end 35, the sealing element 13 bears against the annular shoulder 31 of the air channel 12. With a second end 36, the sealing element 13 seals the air duct 12 against the compressed air line on the doffer bar. For better sealing, the sealing element 13 has at its periphery two spaced ribs 37. On the fastening element 1 1, a further sealing element 14 is also arranged, which seals the gripper 1 against a compressed air signal line, which also extends in the longitudinal direction of the doffer bar. The sealing element 14 also has two spaced-apart ribs 37 on its circumference for better sealing.
Vielmehr ist es möglich, den Greifer 1 am Dofferbalken zu belassen und dasIn contrast to the known gripper, the gripper 1 according to the invention does not have to be removed from the doffer bar as a whole to replace a membrane 5. Rather, it is possible to leave the gripper 1 on the doffer bar and the
Zudem25 retaining element 2 to remove from the fastener 1 1. For this purpose, the securing element 19 is released from the fastening element 1 1. The holding element 2 can then be separated from the fastening element 11 and the worn-out membrane 5 can be exchanged for a new membrane 5. The downtime of the spinning machine during the replacement of a membrane 5 is kept low. moreover
30, an unnecessary wear of the elastic retaining tabs 15 on the fastening element 1 1 is prevented, since only the retaining element 2 must be removed from the gripper 1. Egg- ne sufficient clamping action of the elastic retaining tabs 15 on the doffer bar is guaranteed.
