Claims (14)

  1. Ausziehbarer Arm (B) zur Traktion der Fallschiene einer Markise, welcher umfasst:
    ein erstes Armelement (B1) und ein zweites Armelement (B2), wobei das erste Armelement (B1) aus einem ersten Profil (P1), einem ersten Ende (B11) zur Gelenkverbindung mit dem zweiten Armelement (B2) und einem zweiten Ende (B12) zur Verbindung mit der Fallschiene besteht, wobei das zweite Armelement (B2) aus einem zweiten Profil (P2), einem ersten Ende (B21) zur Gelenkverbindung mit dem ersten Armelement (B1) und einem zweiten Ende (B22) zur Verbindung mit einem festen Träger am Ende des Arms (B) besteht, wobei die beiden Armelemente (B1, B2) mittels eines Gelenks (A) angelenkt sind, wobei der Arm (B) ein Traktionselement (1) umfasst, das mit einem ersten Ende (11), einem zweiten Ende (12) und einem elastischen Element (13), das zwischen den beiden Enden (11, 12) angeordnet ist, versehen ist, wobei das erste Ende (11) des Traktionselements (1) mit dem ersten Ende (B11) zur Gelenkverbindung mit dem ersten Armelement (B1) verbunden ist und das zweite Ende (12) des Traktionselements (1) mit dem zweiten Ende (B22) verbunden ist, wobei das Traktionselement (1) zwischen seinem zweiten Ende (12) und dem elastischen Element (13) einen Abschnitt (14) mit einstellbarer Länge aufweist, wobei der Abschnitt (14) mit einstellbarer Länge mit einer Gewindestange (141) und einer Gewindehülse (142), das mit der Gewindestange (141) zusammenwirkt, versehen ist, dadurch
    gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Ende (11) des Zugelements ein Ring ist und dass das Ende (B11) zur Gelenkverbindung mit dem zweiten Armelement (B2) des ersten Armelements (B1) eine von außen zugängliche Nut (A1) umfasst, die wiederum mit einem Vorsprung (A2) mit kreisförmigem Umriss zur Verankerung des ersten Endes (11) des Traktionselementes versehen ist.
  2. Arm gemäß Anspruch 1, bei dem das elastische Element (13) ein proximales Ende näher an dem zweiten Ende (B22) des zweiten Armelementes (B2) und ein distales Ende näher an dem Gelenk (A) aufweist und bei dem das zweite Ende (12) des Traktionselementes (1) dem Ende der Gewindestange (141) entspricht und die Gewindehülse (142) an einem ihrer Enden mit Verankerungsmitteln (143) für das proximale Ende des elastischen Elements (13) versehen ist.
  3. Arm gemäß Anspruch 2, bei dem die Verankerungsmittel (143) an dem Ende der Gewindehülse (142) angeordnet sind.
  4. Arm gemäß Anspruch 2, bei dem die Verankerungsmittel (143) auf der Außenfläche der Gewindehülse (142) angeordnet sind.
  5. Arm gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Traktionselement (1) einen nicht-ausziehbaren Traktionsabschnitt umfasst, dessen eines Ende dem ersten Ende (11) des Traktionselements (1) entspricht und dessen anderes Ende mit dem distalen Ende des elastischen Elements (13) verbunden ist.
  6. Arm gemäß Anspruch 5, bei dem der nicht-ausziehbare Traktionsabschnitt aus einem doppelt gelegten Kabel (15) besteht, dessen Enden wie Verbindungsringe an dem distalen Ende des elastischen Elements (13) angeordnet sind, so dass der zentrale Bereich des Kabels (15) wie ein Anker angeordnet ist, wobei das Kabel (15) im Inneren einer Ummantelung (16) mit rechteckigem Querschnitt angeordnet ist.
  7. Arm gemäß Anspruch 6, bei dem das Ende (B11) zur Anlenkung mit dem zweiten Armelement (B2) des ersten Armelements (B1) eine Ausnehmung (A4) mit einem Querschnitt, der komplementär zum rechteckigen Querschnitt der Ummantelung (16) ist, umfasst.
  8. Arm gemäß Anspruch 1, der eine Abdeckung (A3) der aus der Nut (A1) und dem Vorsprung (A2) bestehenden Anordnung umfasst.
  9. Arm gemäß Anspruch 8, bei dem der Vorsprung (A2) und die Abdeckung (A3) gegenseitige Kopplungsmittel umfassen.

Arm gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das zweite Ende (B22) des zweiten Armelements (B2) eine Durchgangsöffnung (B221) zur teilweisen Aufnahme des Abschnitts (14) mit einstellbarer Länge aufweist, wobei die durchgehende Öffnung (B221) an ihrem distalen Ende mit einer konischen Ausbauchung (B222) und an ihrem proximalen Ende mit einer Ausbauchung (B223) mit konstantem Querschnitt versehen ist, die eine Auflagefläche für den Kopf eines sichtbaren Endes des Abschnitts (14) mit einstellbarer Länge definieren.
  11. Arm gemäß Anspruch 2 und einem der davon abhängigen Ansprüche, der Mittel zur Verhinderung der Rotation der Gewindehülse (142) umfasst.
  12. Verfahren zur Montage eines ausziehbaren Arms (B) zur Traktion der Fallschiene einer Markise, welches die Schritte umfasst, bestehend aus:
    a) Bereitstellen eines ersten Armelements (B1) und eines zweiten Armelements (B2), wobei das erste Armelement (B1) aus einem ersten Profil (P1), einem ersten Ende (B11) zur Gelenkverbindung mit dem zweiten Armelement (B2) und einem zweiten Ende (B12) zur Verbindung mit der Fallschiene besteht, wobei das zweite Armelement (B2) aus einem zweiten Profil (P2), einem ersten Ende (B21) zur Gelenkverbindung mit dem ersten Armelement (B1) und einem zweiten Ende (B22) zur Verbindung mit einem festen Träger am Ende des Arms (B) besteht;
    b) Bereitstellen eines Traktionselements (1), das mit einem ersten Ende (11), einem zweiten Ende (12) und einem zwischen den beiden Enden (11, 12) angeordneten elastischen Element (13) versehen ist, wobei das Traktionselement (1) zwischen seinem zweiten Ende (12) und dem elastischen Element (13) einen Abschnitt (14) mit einstellbarer Länge aufweist, wobei der Abschnitt (14) mit einstellbarer Länge mit einer Gewindestange (141) und einer Gewindehülse (142), die mit der Gewindestange (141) zusammenwirkt, versehen ist;
    c) Anlenken der beiden Armelemente (B1, B2) an ihren Enden zur Anlenkung, so dass ein Gelenk (A) gebildet wird,
    d) Verankern des ersten Endes (11) des Traktionselements (1) auf dem ersten Ende (B11) zur Anlenkung des ersten Armelements (B1),
    e) Verankern des zweiten Endes (12) des Traktionselements (1) auf dem zweiten Ende (B22),
    f) Verschrauben der Gewindestange (141) in der Gewindehülse (142), bis
    eine gewünschte Spannung des elastischen Elements (13) erzielt wird, wobei das erste Ende (11) des Traktionselements ein Ring ist und wobei das Ende (B11) zur Anlenkung mit dem zweiten Armelement (B2) des ersten Armelements (B1) eine Nut (A1) umfasst, die wiederum mit einem Vorsprung (A2) mit kreisförmigem Umriss versehen ist, wobei der Schritt d) dadurch erfolgt, indem man den Ring, welcher die Verankerung des ersten Endes (11) des Traktionselements in den Vorsprung (A2) einsetzt.
  13. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 12, beidem das elastische Element (13) ein proximales Ende näher an dem zweiten Ende (B22) des zweiten Armelementes (B2) und ein distales Ende näher an dem Gelenk (A) aufweist und bei dem das zweite Ende (12) des Traktionselementes (1) dem Ende der Gewindestange (141) entspricht und die Gewindehülse (142) an einem ihrer Enden mit Verankerungsmitteln (143) für das proximale Ende des elastischen Elements (13) versehen ist, bei dem das zweite Ende (B22) des zweiten Armelements (B2) eine Durchgangsöffnung (B221) zur teilweisen Aufnahme des Abschnitts (14) mit einstellbarer Länge aufweist, wobei die durchgehende Öffnung (B221) an ihrem distalen Ende mit einer konischen Ausbauchung (B222) und an ihrem proximalen Ende mit einer Ausbauchung (B223) mit konstantem Querschnitt versehen ist, die eine Auflagefläche für den Kopf eines sichtbaren Endes des Abschnitts (14) mit einstellbarer Länge definieren, so dass man bequem und einfach den Schritt e) durchführen kann.
  14. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 12, welches einen zusätzlichen Schritt der Kopplung einer Abdeckung (A3) der aus Nut (A1) und Vorsprung (A2) bestehenden Anordnung mit dem Vorsprung (A2) umfasst.
