Die Vorrichtung 10, besteht oberhalb des Buchblocks 1,1' aus zwei Schlitten 13, 14 mit wechselbaren Prismenleisten 27'. Beabstandet dazu ist im Wesentlichen benachbart zum Buchblock 1,1' eine Rundeeinrichtung 50 mit Rundewalzen 57, 58 dargestellt, zwischen denen der Buchblock 1,1' eingeklemmt werden kann. Dem Maschinenführer wird via Display die Auswechselung mitgeteilt, sodass die Wechselteile bereitgestellt werden können, um auch hier die Wechselzeiten auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren. Da hier nur zwei Wechselteile zum Einsatz kommen, kann die Anwesenheit eines bestimmten Wechselteiles leicht über Sensoren abgefragt werden und immer der Einsatz des richtigen Wechselteiles überwacht werden.
