Claims (9)

  1. Ansaugvorrichtung für ein flüssiges Produkt, das in einem Spender vorhanden ist, umfassend einen Behälter (6), der mit Mitteln zum Entnehmen des Produkts (7) ausgestattet ist, wobei die Vorrichtung um eine zentrale Achse X herum gebildet ist und umfasst:
    - einen zentralisierten Produktansaugkanal (8), koaxial mit der zentralen Achse X, und einen Einlass und einen Auslass aufweisend;
    - Ringansaugmittel, die mit dem Einlass (14) des zentralisierten Ansaugkanals (8) verbunden sind und einen Umlenkkörper des Produkts umfassen, der einen Ringdurchgang (16) definiert, der an dem Einlass (14) des zentralisierten Ansaugkanals (8) mündet,
    wobei der Umlenkkörper aus einem Rotationskörper um die zentrale Achse X herum besteht und umfasst:
    - einen oberen Teil (1), versehen mit einem zentralen Loch (14), das dem Einlass (14) des zentralisierten Ansaugkanals (8) entspricht, eine Hülse (13), die den zentralisierten Ansaugkanal (8) abgrenzt, die sich ab diesem oberen Teil (1) erstreckt;
    - einen unteren Teil (9) ohne Loch, der dem Profil des oberen Teils (1) folgt; wobei der Ringdurchgang (16) zwischen dem oberen Teil (1) und dem unteren Teil (9) definiert ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Teil (9) des Körpers eine Schüsselform aufweist und zwischen einer ersten stabilen konkaven Form, die aus der Formausgabe erhalten wird, und einer zweiten stabilen konvexen Form verformbar ist, die durch Umkehr erhalten wird und seiner betriebsfähigen Form zur Ringansaugung entspricht.
  2. Ansaugvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ringansaugmittel einen Ringansaugeinlass umfassen, der einen größeren Abschnitt als den Einlassabschnitt (14) des zentralisierten Ansaugkanals (8) aufweist.
  3. Ansaugvorrichtung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ringansaugeinlass im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der zentralen Achse X orientiert ist.
  4. Ansaugvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Teil (9) mit dem oberen Teil (1) unter Belassung von Öffnungszonen (92) verbunden ist, damit das Produkt von dem Ringdurchgang (16) in Richtung des zentralisierten Ansaugkanals (8) fließen kann.
  5. Ansaugvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Teil (9) und der obere Teil (1) des Körpers aus einem einzigen, durch Formguss erhaltenen Stück bestehen.
  6. Ansaugvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper aus einem weichen Material gestaltet ist.
  7. Ansaugvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil (1) aus einem Entlüftungsring (1) besteht, der eine verformbare Dichtungslippe (12) umfasst, wobei die Verformung der Lippe (12) bei der Montage des Rings (1) in den Spender die Entlüftung von Luft aus dem Spender hervorruft.
  8. Spender für ein flüssiges Produkt (7), umfassend einen Behälter (6), der mit einer Ansaugvorrichtung des Produkts wie nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche beschrieben ausgestattet ist.
  9. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Ansaugvorrichtung wie in Ansprüchen 1 bis 7 beschrieben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Formgießen des oberen Teils (1) und des unteren Teils (9) in einer einzigen Form, wobei der untere Teil (9) die Form einer konkaven Schüssel mit einer Krümmung aufweist, die der Krümmung des oberen Teils (1) entgegengesetzt ist;
    - Umkehren des unteren Teils (9) derart, dass er eine konvexe Schüsselform mit einer Krümmung, die der Krümmung des oberen Teils (1) folgt, aufweist.
