Claims (15)

  1. Entlüftungsvorrichtung für einen Dispenser eines Flüssigprodukts (7) ohne Nachsaugen von Luft, umfassend einen Behälter (6), der mit Mitteln zur Entnahme des Produkts (7) ausgestattet ist, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Entlüftungsring (1) umfasst, der eine verformbare Dichtlippe (12) umfasst, die im Inneren eines Schutzteils (2, 8) untergebracht ist, das vorgesehen ist, um sich im Inneren des Behälters (6) einzufügen und die Dichtheit des Behälters (6) zu gewährleisten, wobei die Verformung der Lippe (12) beim Anbringen der Entlüftungsvorrichtung in dem Behälter (6) die Entlüftung des Behälters (6) bewirkt, wobei das Schutzteil (2, 8) aus einer Scheibe (21, 81), aus einem umlaufenden Dichtungskragen (24, 84), der an die äußere Umrandung der Scheibe (21, 81) angestückt ist, und aus einem ringförmigen Rücksprung (22) oder aus einem zweiten Kragen (82) besteht, der sich in einer dem Dichtungskragen (24, 84) entgegengesetzten Richtung erstreckt.
  2. Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Entlüftungsring (1) mit Halte- und Klemmmitteln versehen ist, die mit dem Schutzteil (2, 8) zusammenwirken.
  3. Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Entlüftungsring (1) von einer Kalotte (11) gebildet wird, die von der Dichtlippe (12) ringförmig verlängert wird.
  4. Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtlippe (12) an die Umrandung der Kalotte (11) mittels eines konkaven Abschnitts (15) angestückt und mittels Verstrebung auf eine Innenwand des Schutzteils (2, 8) gepresst wird.
  5. Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (21, 81) mit einer Mittelöffnung versehen ist, aus der sich ein Mittelstutzen (23, 83) erstreckt, wobei die umlaufende Dichtlippe (12) des Entlüftungsrings (1) gegen die Wand des Mittelstutzens (23, 83) oder gegen die Wand des umlaufenden Dichtungskragens (24, 84) des Schutzteils (2, 8) gepresst wird.
  6. Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzteil aus einem Hals (2) besteht, der zu einem Verteilkopf des Dispensers des Produkts (7) gehört.
  7. Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzteil aus einem Kolben (8) besteht, der zum Dispenser des Produkts (7) gehört.
  8. Verteilkopf eines Dispensers eines Flüssigprodukts (7) ohne Nachsaugen von Luft, umfassend eine Pumpe (5) und eine Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das Schutzteil aus einem Hals (2) besteht, der auf die Pumpe (5) geklippt ist, wobei die Halte- und Klemmmittel des Entlüftungsrings (1) aus einer axialen Hülse (13) bestehen, die in dem Mittelstutzen (23) des Halses (2) eingesetzt und eingeklemmt ist.
  9. Dispenser eines Flüssigprodukts (7) ohne Nachsaugen von Luft, umfassend einen Behälter (6) sowie einen Verteilkopf nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Lippe (12) des Entlüftungsrings (1) bei der Montage des Verteilkopfes auf dem Behälter (6) mittels Überdruck elastisch verformt wird.
  10. Verschlussvorrichtung für einen Dispenser eines Flüssigprodukts (7) ohne Nachsaugen von Luft, umfassend einen Behälter (6), der mit Mitteln zur Entnahme des Produkts (7) ausgestattet ist, wobei die Vorrichtung ein Bodenteil (9) umfasst, das den Boden des Dispensers bildet, und mit einer Entlüftungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 und 7 ausgestattet ist, wobei das Schutzteil aus einem Kolben (8) besteht, der auf dem Bodenteil (9) angebracht ist.
  11. Verschlussvorrichtung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entlüftungsvorrichtung in Bezug auf das Bodenteil (9) zwischen einer ausgefahrenen Ausgangsposition ab ihrer Konfektionierung und bis zur Anordnung der Verschlussvorrichtung in dem Dispenser und einer eingefahrenen Endposition vor der Verteilung des Produkts (7) verschiebbar ist, wobei der Übergang von der ausgefahrenen Position in die eingefahrene Position die Entlüftung des Dispensers mittels Verformung der Lippe (12) des Entlüftungsrings (1) bewirkt.
  12. Verschlussvorrichtung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halte- und Klemmmittel des Entlüftungsrings (1) aus einer axialen Hülse (13) bestehen, die in dem Mittelstutzen (83) des Kolbens (8) eingesetzt und eingeklemmt ist, wobei der Ring (1) in Bezug auf den Kolben (8) zwischen einer ausgefahrenen Ausgangsposition, in der die axiale Hülse (13) von dem Bodenteil (9) nach außen vorspringt, und einer eingefahrenen Endposition beweglich ist, in der sich die axiale Hülse (13) im Inneren des Bodenteils (9) befindet, wobei der Übergang von der ausgefahrenen Position in die eingefahrene Position die Entlüftung des Dispensers mittels Verformung der Lippe (12) des Entlüftungsrings (1) bewirkt.
  13. Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (8) einen ersten Mittelstutzen (85) umfasst, der sich von einer Oberseite der Scheibe (81) erstreckt und mit dem Entlüftungsring (1) zusammenwirkt, und einen zweiten Mittelstutzen (83), der sich von einer Unterseite der Scheibe (81) in Richtung des Bodens des Behälters (6) erstreckt und fähig ist, in eine dafür vorgesehene Mittelöffnung im Bodenteil (9) eingesetzt zu werden.
  14. Verschlussvorrichtung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (1) in Bezug auf den Kolben (8) festsitzend ist, wobei der Kolben (8) zwischen einer ausgefahrenen Ausgangsposition, in der der zweite Mittelstutzen (83) von dem Bodenteil (9) nach außen vorspringt, und einer eingefahrenen Endposition beweglich ist, in der sich der zweite Mittelstutzen (83) im Inneren des Bodenteils (9) befindet, wobei der Übergang von der ausgefahrenen Position in die eingefahrene Position die Entlüftung des Dispensers mittels Verformung der Lippe (12) des Entlüftungsrings (1) bewirkt.
  15. Dispenser eines Flüssigprodukts (7) ohne Nachsaugen von Luft, umfassend einen Behälter (6), der mit Mitteln zur Entnahme des Produkts (7) ausgestattet ist, sowie eine Verschlussvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14.
