Definitions
- the invention relates to a beverage vending machine for the preparation of infusion drinks, with a flow line system with a valve assembly and a cleaning device for performing a cleaning and / or care operation, comprising a storage cartridge for storing detergent, and an electrically driven pump for supplying the cleaning agent or a cleaning solution of the cleaning device in the flow line system, further comprising a control device for activating and deactivating the valve assembly and the pump for performing the beverage preparation and the cleaning or care process.
- a drink dispenser with a cleaning device is for example from the DE 10 2011 081 010 A1 known.
- a pump integrated which is controlled by a device-side drive.
- This is a metering pump with which a predetermined amount of detergent concentrate is introduced from the cartridge into the flow line system.
- automatic cleaning operations for the flow line system are carried out at regular or irregular time intervals.
- the EP 2 020 197 A1 shows and describes a beverage maker comprising a cleaning device for cleaning the flow line system.
- the drinks machine is fluidly connected to a container in which the cleaner solution is located. This is then admitted or pumped through by means of a targeted control of the valves and pumps in the flow line system.
- the US 2015/0900300 A1 discloses a container filled with a cleaning agent and intended for cleaning the flow conduit system for a beverage maker.
- the cleaning agent is stored as a powder or as a tablet in the container, wherein during the cleaning process, the container must be inserted into a receptacle in which a flooding takes place with water. This creates a cleaner solution that is pumped into the pipes and components of the flow line system.
- the dry substance is one Mixture of different basic substances, among other things also a preservative is contained.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to provide an improved, reliable, easy-to-use automatic cleaning or automatic maintenance for a beverage maker.
- An advantage achievable with the invention is that in a simple manner, in addition to the automatic cleaning process, it is ensured that no contamination of the flow line system takes place. The user does not have to make any special arrangements or activities to avoid or prevent the germination problem. Overall, a clean, hygienic device or system is created, too tolerated a certain misbehavior of the user. The misconduct, ie the ignoring of manually carried out cleaning measures, does not lead to malfunction or inedible drinks.
- the cleaning device or the reservoir further comprises a preservative, wherein the cleaning device is adapted to initiate the preservative in liquid form in the flow line system.
- the process of dissolution and initiation is controlled by the controller and started and performed automatically or independently in the device.
- the preservative is disposed in the reservoir, which also holds the detergent concentrate.
- the preservative and the cleaner are introduced in layers in solid or pasty form in the reservoir.
- Such unenlightened substances are to be provided in high concentration, and also more durable and storable, than detergents or preservatives provided in solution.
- the storage and storage of not yet begun storage containers, also referred to as a cartridge, can be provided for a long time.

- the preservative is introduced in a first layer and the cleaner in a second layer in the reservoir, whereby a sequential dissolution of the substances is provided.
- the cartridge with the solid cleaner (block cleaner) is supplemented by an upper layer with detergent including a preservative (eg sorbic acid), so that in a new cartridge, the entire flow line system or the germ-susceptible areas of the system is rehabilitated.
- the supply of the preservative is in this case adjusted so that sets or results in a concentration in the range of 80 to 160 mmol.
- the cleaning device comprises a mixing container, in which the dissolved by spraying care agent occurs, wherein the Flow line system further comprises a communicating with the control device associated valve assembly, which is adapted to initiate dissolved as a cleaning solution or preservative solution care agent in the flow line system.
- the block cleaner receives a top layer with preservative that combines with the cleaner. Since the preservative in this layer is mixed with the alkaline agent, this layer firmly bonds to the alkaline agent, so that the cartridge can be used quite normally, as without the upper layer.
- the Ansprühzeit so extended, for example, is doubled that adjusts an increased concentration in the mixing container for the next one to 5 cleaning operations.
- the invention also relates to a storage cartridge, suitable for use in a beverage vending machine with a cleaning device as described above, comprising a reference opening for rinsing or running out of the detergent, wherein the cartridge contains a cleaning agent as the first care substance and a preservative as the second care substance.
- the preservative and the cleaner are introduced in layers in solid or pasty form in the reservoir.
- the substances mentioned in solid form are easy to process and can be stored for quite a long time, for example several months to a few years, without the activity changing negatively. Furthermore, it is ensured that during storage or transport or handling when inserting into the device no mixing of different acting substances occurs.
- the preservative is introduced in a first layer and the cleaner in a second layer in the reservoir, whereby a sequential dissolution or purging of the substances from the cartridge is provided.
- the layer containing the preservative is introduced into the outlet side of the cartridge, it is ensured that the predetermined, sequential dissolution takes place by the introduction of water into the cartridge.
- the preservative is first introduced into the flow line system in the next care treatment, so that now a sterilization or detachment of biofilms takes place. In the later subsequent care operations then detergent solution is introduced into the flow line system, since the layer with the preservative was used up.
