Claims (16)

  1. Récipient en mesure d'être scellé hermétiquement comprenant :
    une base et une paroi latérale continue s'étendant de manière sensiblement perpendiculaire par rapport à la base, un rebord périphérique étant formé le long du bord supérieur, lors de l'utilisation, de la paroi latérale continue,
    dans lequel la base et la paroi latérale continue sont transparentes et constituées essentiellement à partir de polyéthylène téréphtalate (PET),
    dans lequel une couche d'adhésif est située sur une surface supérieure, lors de l'utilisation, du rebord périphérique de sorte qu'un film pour operculage puisse être scellé hermétiquement au rebord périphérique pour créer un espace scellé hermétiquement entre la base, la paroi latérale continue et le film pour operculage, dans lequel ladite couche d'adhésif ne s'étend pas sur les surfaces verticales, lors de l'utilisation, de la paroi latérale continue et ne s'étend pas sur la base,
    caractérisé en ce que le récipient comprend en outre au moins un évidement de désempilage, exempt de tout adhésif, de manière adjacente par rapport à un angle du récipient, et une zone de désempilage, exempte d'adhésif, qui s'étend partiellement ou complètement le long de la périphérie intérieure du rebord, dans lequel la distance entre la surface supérieure de la zone de désempilage et la base du plateau est plus courte par rapport à la distance entre la surface supérieure du rebord et la base, dans lequel l'au moins un évidement est situé dans la zone de désempilage.
  2. Récipient en mesure d'être scellé hermétiquement selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le récipient en mesure d'être scellé hermétiquement est thermoformé.
  3. Récipient en mesure d'être scellé hermétiquement selon la revendication 1, dans lequel du PET est du PET recyclé.
  4. Récipient en mesure d'être scellé hermétiquement selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel l'adhésif est un adhésif basé sur un substrat polymérique ou un matériau à base de polyéthylène (PE) ou de copolymère de PE.
  5. Récipient en mesure d'être scellé hermétiquement selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel l'épaisseur de la couche d'adhésif va de 20 µm à 100 µm.
  6. Récipient scellé hermétiquement comprenant un récipient en mesure d'être scellé hermétiquement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 et un film pour operculage scellé hermétiquement sur celui-ci.
  7. Récipient scellé hermétiquement selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'atmosphère à l'intérieur du récipient scellé hermétiquement a été modifiée ou contrôlée.
  8. Récipient scellé hermétiquement selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'atmosphère modifiée contient des niveaux accrus d'oxygène ou de dioxyde de carbone.
  9. Récipient scellé hermétiquement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, dans lequel le film pour operculage est un film multicouche comprenant une couche de scellage et la couche de scellage comprend du polypropylène (PP) et/ou du PE.
  10. Récipient scellé hermétiquement selon la revendication 9, dans lequel l'épaisseur de la couche de scellage va de 15 µm à 50 µm.
  11. Récipient scellé hermétiquement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 10, dans lequel l'épaisseur du film pour operculage va de 20 µm à 60 µm.
  12. Procédé de fabrication d'un récipient en mesure d'être scellé hermétiquement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel le procédé consiste à :
    a) mettre en œuvre un récipient comportant une base et une paroi latérale continue se tenant à la verticale depuis la base, un rebord périphérique étant formé le long du bord supérieur, lors de l'utilisation, de la paroi latérale continue, dans lequel la base et la paroi latérale continue sont transparentes et constituées essentiellement à partir de polyéthylène téréphtalate (PET), dans lequel le récipient comprend en outre au moins un évidement de désempilage de manière adjacente par rapport à un angle du récipient, et une zone de désempilage qui s'étend partiellement ou complètement le long de la périphérie intérieure du rebord, dans lequel la distance entre la surface supérieure de la zone de désempilage et la base du plateau est plus courte par rapport à la distance entre la surface supérieure du rebord et la base, dans lequel l'au moins un évidement est situé dans la zone de désempilage ; et
    b) appliquer une couche d'adhésif sur une surface supérieure, lors de l'utilisation, du rebord périphérique pour produire un récipient en mesure d'être scellé hermétiquement, dans lequel ladite couche d'adhésif ne s'étend pas sur les surfaces verticales, lors de l'utilisation, de la paroi latérale continue et ne s'étend pas sur la base et dans lequel l'au moins un évidement de désempilage et la zone de désempilage sont exempts d'adhésif.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel la couche d'adhésif est appliquée sur une surface supérieure du rebord périphérique au moyen d'un rouleau, d'un revêtement par pulvérisation, d'un pistolet à colle chaude ou d'une technique d'impression.
  14. Procédé de fabrication d'un récipient scellé hermétiquement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 11, dans lequel le procédé consiste à :
    a) mettre en œuvre un récipient en mesure d'être scellé hermétiquement préparé selon la revendication 12 ;
    b) appliquer une couche de film pour operculage sur le rebord périphérique du récipient en mesure d'être scellé hermétiquement ; et
    c) appliquer de la pression sur le rebord périphérique pour sceller hermétiquement le film pour operculage sur le récipient en mesure d'être scellé hermétiquement.
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, dans lequel de la pression est appliquée sur le rebord périphérique à une pression allant de 206,84 KPa à 1 241,06 KPa (30 psi à 180 psi) pendant une période de temps allant de 0,5 seconde à 5 secondes, de préférence de 758,42 KPa (110 psi) pendant 1 seconde.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 14 ou 15, dans lequel de la chaleur est appliquée sur le rebord périphérique en même temps que de la pression, à une température allant de 105 °C à 170 °C, de préférence à une température de 150 °C.
