Claims (15)
- Dispositif d'interface optique destiné à relier optiquement au moins un dispositif photonique à au moins un dispositif optique par le biais d'au moins une fibre optique, comprenant :un élément de support (10) ayant un corps (11) et ayant une surface externe (22) et une section d'extrémité avant (42) avec une extrémité avant (12) et une partie plate d'extrémité avant (43), une section d'extrémité arrière (44) avec une extrémité arrière (14) et une partie plate d'extrémité arrière (45), le corps (11) comportant une section coudée (20) qui comporte une partie incurvée (32) de la surface externe (22) ;au moins une fibre optique (100) disposée au voisinage immédiat d'au moins une partie de la surface externe incurvée, l'au moins une fibre optique (100) ayant une partie d'extrémité avant (101a) qui se trouve au-delà de l'extrémité avant (12) de l'élément de support (10) et comporte une première face d'extrémité (122a), une partie d'extrémité arrière opposée (101b) qui comporte une deuxième face d'extrémité (122b), et une section coudée de fibre (120) entre les première et deuxième parties d'extrémité (101a, 101b) et qui se trouve au niveau de la section coudée d'élément de support (20) ;caractérisé parun élément d'alignement de fibres (150) ayant des surfaces inférieure et avant, la surface avant (152) ayant au moins une caractéristique d'alignement de fibres (154), avec la surface avant (152) de l'élément d'alignement de fibres (150) ayant la caractéristique d'alignement de fibres (154) par-dessus fixée à la partie plate d'extrémité arrière (45) de l'élément de support (10) au moyen d'un matériau d'assemblage (140) avec la partie d'extrémité arrière (101b) de l'au moins une fibre optique (100) retenue par l'au moins une caractéristique d'alignement de fibres (154), l'élément de support (10) et/ou l'élément d'alignement de fibres (150) étant sensiblement transparents à un rayonnement actinique, et l'extrémité arrière (14) de l'élément de support (10) étant sensiblement coplanaire avec la surface inférieure (156) de l'élément d'alignement de fibres (150) ; etune couche de fixation (180) placée par-dessus l'au moins une fibre optique (100) au moins au niveau de la section d'extrémité avant (42) de l'élément de support (10) .
- Dispositif d'interface optique selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de support (10) a une dimension dans la hauteur LY dans la gamme 2 millimètres ≤ LY ≤ 4 millimètres.
- Dispositif d'interface optique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la couche de fixation (180) est placée par-dessus la section coudée de fibre (120).
- Dispositif d'interface optique selon une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel l'élément de support (10) est monolithique.
- Dispositif d'interface optique selon une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le matériau d'assemblage (140) est une fritte ou un matériau adhésif photoactivé.
- Dispositif d'interface optique selon une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel l'au moins une fibre optique (100) comporte une partie de fibre nue (112) au niveau de la section coudée de fibre (120).
- Dispositif d'interface optique selon une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel la section coudée de fibre (120) de l'au moins une fibre optique (100) se trouve au voisinage immédiat de la partie externe incurvée de la surface externe (22) de l'élément de support (10).
- Dispositif d'interface optique selon une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel l'au moins une fibre optique définit une pluralité de fibres optiques, et dans lequel l'élément d'alignement de fibres (150) maintient la pluralité de fibres optiques (100) de telle sorte qu'elle se trouve dans des plans sensiblement parallèles.
- Dispositif d'interface optique selon une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel la partie incurvée (32) de la surface externe (22) comporte une encoche (25), et dans lequel une partie de la couche de fixation (180) se trouve à l'intérieur de l'encoche (25) et entre la partie incurvée (32) de la surface externe (22) et la section coudée de fibre (120) de l'au moins une fibre optique (100).
- Ensemble dispositif photonique comprenant :le dispositif d'interface optique selon une des revendications 1 à 9 fonctionnellement disposé par rapport à l'au moins un dispositif photonique, avec la deuxième face d'extrémité de l'au moins une fibre optique (100) optiquement couplée à l'au moins un dispositif photonique ; etl'au moins une fibre optique (100) optiquement couplée à l'au moins un dispositif optique par le biais de la première face d'extrémité au niveau de la première partie d'extrémité (101a) de l'au moins une fibre optique (100).
- Procédé de formation d'un dispositif d'interface optique selon une des revendications 1 à 10, comprenant :a) l'obtention d'un élément de support (10) ayant un corps (11) et ayant une surface externe (22) et une section d'extrémité avant (42) avec une extrémité avant (12) et une partie plate d'extrémité avant (43), une section d'extrémité arrière (44) avec une extrémité arrière (14) et une partie plate d'extrémité arrière (45), le corps (11) comportant une section coudée (20) qui comporte une partie incurvée (32) de la surface externe (22) ;b) le maintien d'un réseau de fibres optiques (100) dans une configuration sélectionnée ;c) la mise en place du réseau de fibres optiques (100) par-dessus la surface externe (22) de l'élément de support (10) ;d) la fixation des fibres optiques (100) à la surface externe (22) de l'élément de support (10) au moyen d'un matériau d'assemblage (140) et d'un élément d'alignement de fibres (150) de telle sorte que les fibres optiques (100) aient la configuration sélectionnée, avec chaque fibre optique (100) ayant :i) une section coudée de fibre (120) qui se trouve au voisinage de la partie incurvée (32) de la surface externe (22) de l'élément de support (10) ; etii) une première face d'extrémité de fibre qui se trouve sensiblement dans un plan défini par l'extrémité arrière (14) de l'élément de support (10).
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, dans lequel la configuration sélectionnée de l'opération b) comporte la disposition des fibres optiques (100) pour qu'elles soient sensiblement parallèles.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12, dans lequel l'opération b) comporte la saisie du réseau de fibres optiques (100) à deux emplacements différents au moyen de premier et deuxième dispositifs de saisie espacés, et dans lequel l'opération c) ou l'opération d) comporte le retrait des dispositifs de saisie du réseau de fibres optiques.
- Procédé selon une des revendications 11 à 13, dans lequel les premier et deuxième dispositifs de saisie comportent chacun au moins une caractéristique d'alignement de fibres (154).
- Procédé selon une des revendications 11 à 14, dans lequel l'opération d) comporte la fixation de l'élément d'alignement de fibres (150) à la section plate d'extrémité arrière (45), l'élément d'alignement de fibres (150) étant configuré pour retenir fonctionnellement les fibres optiques (100).
