Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de transport est formé par un rouleau d'application (34) qui est disposé de manière rotative dans un boîtier (54), une surface périphérique (42) du rouleau d'application (34), sur laquelle le support d'impression (11) est maintenu par le moyen de retenue (43), étant de préférence prévue de manière à être disposée sensiblement en alignement avec un côté extérieur du boîtier (54), et des conduits (47, 53) ou des alésages étant ménagés dans le rouleau d'application (34), lesquels servent à alimenter les moyens de retenue (43, 49) en dépression, et des conduits (57, 58) ou des alésages correspondants étant ménagés dans le boîtier (54), par le biais desquels dans le rouleau d'application (34) une dépression sont alimentées lorsque les conduits (47, 53) ou les alésages sont dans un alignement correspondant, de manière à pouvoir commander l'actionnement des moyens de retenue (43, 49) lors de la rotation du rouleau d'application (34).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de retenue (43) possède une surface d'appui de forme concave destinée aux supports d'impression (11) de telle sorte que des bords des supports d'impression (11), situés en dehors de la région de la surface d'appui du moyen de retenue (43), sont espacés du moyen de transport en raison de l'appui sur la surface d'appui de forme concave, en particulier lorsque les deuxièmes moyens de retenue (49) sont désactivés.
  8. Procédé de transfert de supports d'impression (11), en particulier de vignettes (fiscales), de coupons, d'étiquettes, d'affiches ou produits analogues, sur une surface latérale d'un paquet (10) de cigarettes, les supports d'impression (11) étant manipulés avec un moyen de transport, en particulier avec un rouleau d'application (34) à la surface périphérique (42) duquel les supports d'impression (11) sont maintenus, de préférence par dépression, pour le transfert sur une surface latérale, tournée vers le rouleau d'application (34), d'un paquet (10), l'orientation du support d'impression (11) étant modifiée à l'aide d'un moyen de retenue (43) du moyen de transport, lequel moyen de retenue est monté de manière rotative sur le moyen de transport, tandis que le support d'impression (11) est maintenu par le moyen de retenue (43), caractérisé en ce que le support d'impression (11) est tout d'abord amené au moyen de retenue (43) et maintenu sur celui-ci par dépression et en ce que des deuxièmes moyens de retenue (49) sont ensuite activés pour maintenir en outre le support d'impression (11) sur le moyen de transport.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le support d'impression (11) est traité après l'activation des deuxièmes moyens de retenue (49), notamment par réalisation d'une ligne de moindre résistance mécanique (27) au moyen d'une unité de coupe (36) .
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que, après le traitement du support d'impression (11), les deuxièmes moyens de retenue (49) sont désactivés pour faire tourner le support d'impression (11) à l'aide du moyen de retenue (43).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que, après la rotation du support d'impression (11), les deuxièmes moyens de retenue (49) sont réactivés pour fixer le support d'impression (11) en position sur le moyen de transport pour le transfert du support d'impression sur le paquet.
