Description

  • L'invention concerne un dispositif d'habillage d'un réceptacle, notamment d'un flacon destiné à contenir un produit cosmétique. Il pourra en particulier s'agir d'un réceptacle comprenant une pompe apte à projeter ledit produit cosmétique.
  • Le domaine des cosmétiques est un domaine où l'esthétique des contenants joue un rôle clef dans l'acte d'achat des utilisateurs. Lesdits contenants de produit cosmétique doivent être attractifs. En outre, ces contenants doivent présenter une esthétique qui évolue avec la mode. Les flacons pour parfum, par exemple, sont fréquemment renouvelés car susceptibles d'être passés de mode. La créativité esthétique des fabricants de tels contenants est donc importante.
  • Les créateurs de produits cosmétiques cherchent ainsi à donner des formes originales à ces flacons qui ont généralement un récipient en verre muni d'un goulot, et une pompe agencée au niveau du goulot afin de projeter le produit cosmétique. Cependant, pour augmenter leur capacité créative et les effets esthétiques associés, ils ajoutent des éléments décoratifs supplémentaires aux flacons.
  • Ainsi, il existe des éléments décoratifs adaptables sur le flacon, par exemple des frettes, qui sont généralement faits dans un matériau de type plastique afin de leur donner des couleurs et des formes variées, ainsi que d'y inscrire des noms de produit ou de marque. Les frettes ont en outre pour fonction de cacher les parties les moins esthétiques du flacon, tels que le goulot ou la pompe. De manière générale, les frettes permettent aussi le maintien d'un bouchon recouvrant le flacon quand il n'est pas utilisé.
  • Un autre aspect qui importe beaucoup aux consommateurs concerne le rechargement en produits cosmétiques des flacons, une fois que le produit cosmétique a été entièrement utilisé et que le flacon est vide. En effet, les consommateurs souhaitent pouvoir remplir le flacon sans avoir à racheter l'ensemble, et pouvoir ainsi économiser une partie sur le prix à payer, sachant que le flacon d'origine a un impact significatif sur le prix de vente.
  • Ceci a pour conséquence de devoir fournir des flacons dont certaines parties sont amovibles pour permettre le rechargement du récipient en produit cosmétique. Par exemple, dans le cas d'un flacon muni d'une pompe, il est non seulement nécessaire de pouvoir enlever la pompe du goulot, mais également les éléments décoratifs qui sont à proximité, telle que la frette qui recouvre ou entoure le goulot et la pompe. En effet, la pompe est en général vissée sur le goulot, la pompe comprenant un taraudage interne qui coopère avec un filetage agencé sur la partie externe du goulot. Ainsi, pour pouvoir dévisser la pompe, il est nécessaire d'enlever d'abord la frette.
  • Il existe des flacons rechargeables avec une frette amovible, cependant la frette et la pompe sont associées l'une à l'autre de façon permanente afin de les dévisser ensemble lorsque le flacon doit être rechargé. Cette association forcée a des répercutions sur la forme de la frette qui limitent la créativité esthétique. En outre, d'une part cela a des répercutions sur le coût de fabrication du flacon, et d'autre part, il n'est pas possible de changer la pompe et l'élément décoratif indépendamment l'un de l'autre.
  • Ainsi, il n'existe pas actuellement de flacon dont la frette est amovible et replaçable indépendamment de la pompe, ce d'autant plus qu'il n'est pas possible d'agencer deux filetages différents sur un même goulot.
  • Il est par exemple connu de l'art antérieur le document US 2008/0237268 A1 qui décrit un dispositif d'habillage pour flacon de parfum visant à empêcher les fuites indésirables de parfum du flacon. Ce dispositif d'habillage présente les caractéristiques du préambule de la revendication 1 annexée.
  • L'invention vise donc à obtenir un dispositif d'habillage qui permette d'améliorer la situation.
  • Pour cela, l'invention concerne un dispositif d'habillage d'un réceptacle, notamment d'un flacon destiné à contenir un produit cosmétique, présentant les caractéristiques mentionnées dans la revendication 1.
  • Ainsi, l'invention permet d'enlever l'élément décoratif, par exemple une frette, indépendamment de tout autre organe, puisque l'élément décoratif est lié uniquement au réceptacle, ceci par la bague de maintien qui n'a pas d'autre fonction que d'assurer une fixation amovible de l'élément décoratif sur le réceptacle. Le dispositif favorise ainsi de plus grandes possibilités créatives dans la forme et l'esthétique de l'élément décoratif.
  • En particulier, la bague de maintien permet d'assembler la frette au flacon en absence de pompe. Il est également possible de changer la pompe ou l'élément décoratif indépendamment l'un de l'autre, à volonté.
  • Selon différents modes de réalisation de l'invention, qui pourront être pris ensemble ou séparément :
    • lesdits premiers moyens de fixation sont configurés pour permettre un accrochage permanent sur ledit réceptacle,
    • les premiers moyens de fixation comportent au moins un cran d'encliquetage agencé sur la face interne de la bague de maintien, le cran d'encliquetage étant configuré pour être bloqué par une contre bague du réceptacle pour maintenir la bague de maintien sur le réceptacle,
    • en variante, la contre bague est sur la bague de maintien et le ou les crans d'encliquetage sont sur le réceptacle,
    • les premiers moyens de fixation comportent au moins une excroissance agencée sur la face interne de la bague de maintien, la ou lesdites excroissances étant aptes à coopérer avec une échancrure agencée sur le réceptacle afin d'empêcher la rotation de la bague de maintien sur le réceptacle,
    • les premiers moyens de fixation comportent deux excroissances opposées agencées sur la face interne de la bague de maintien, les deux excroissances étant aptes à coopérer avec deux échancrures agencées sur le réceptacle,
    • la ou les échancrures sont agencées sur la contre bague,
    • en variante, la ou les excroissances sont sur le réceptacle et la ou les échancrures sont sur la bague de maintien,
    • ladite bague de maintien présente un profil circulaire, en particulier un profil non-fenté,
    • les deuxièmes moyens de fixation comprennent deux plots opposés et deux rampes de guidage opposées,
    • la ou les rampes de guidage comportent un rétrécissement permettant un encliquetage du plot à l'extrémité de la rampe lorsque l'élément décoratif est vissé sur la bague de maintien,
    • le ou lesdits plots sont agencés sur une face périphérique de la bague et la ou lesdites rampes de guidage sont agencées sur une face intérieure de l'élément décoratif, ou inversement,
    • les deuxièmes moyens de fixation comprennent au moins une butée de fin de course agencée sur une face intérieure de l'élément décoratif et une contre butée agencée sur la bague de maintien, la butée de fin de course et la contre butée étant aptes à coopérer de manière à empêcher la poursuite de la rotation lorsqu'elles se rencontrent,
    • les deuxièmes moyens de fixation comprennent des nervures de guidage agencées sur une face intérieure de l'élément décoratif, les nervures de guidage étant aptes à reposer sur un rebord supérieur de la bague pour bloquer axialement et guider en rotation l'élément décoratif sur la bague de maintien,
    • la ou lesdites contre butées sont situées au niveau desdites nervures de guidage,
    • ledit élément de décoration est formé d'un unique composant présentant une face décorative issue de moulage avec tout ou partie desdits deuxièmes moyens de fixation.
  • Il est à noter que le mouvement de rotation, permis ici par le mode de mise en oeuvre de l'invention avec plot et rampe de guidage, est particulièrement avantageux en lui-même. En effet, selon les solutions connues, la fixation a lieu selon un mouvement de translation, plus précisément d'emmanchement, susceptible d'endommager les pièces compte-tenu des efforts qu'elles subissent.
  • L'invention concerne ainsi également un dispositif d'habillage d'un réceptacle, notamment d'un flacon destiné à contenir un produit cosmétique, ledit dispositif comportant un élément décoratif et une bague de maintien apte d'une part à être fixée sur le réceptacle par des premiers moyens de fixation, et apte d'autre part à maintenir l'élément décoratif sur le réceptacle par des deuxièmes moyens de fixation, lesdits deuxièmes moyens de fixation permettant un accrochage par rotation de l'élément décoratif sur la bague de maintien, ceci que l'élément décoratif soit amovible ou non par rapport à la bague.
  • L'invention concerne aussi un réceptacle, notamment pour produit cosmétique, comprenant le dispositif décrit ci-dessus.
  • Selon différents modes de réalisation de l'invention, qui pourront être pris ensemble ou séparément :
    • le réceptacle comprend un récipient, muni d'un goulot, et/ou une pompe, apte à projeter ledit produit cosmétique,
    • ladite pompe est maintenue de façon amovible sur le récipient, notamment au goulot,
    • le réceptacle est pourvu d'un filetage unique sur la partie périphérique du goulot, le filetage étant configuré pour permettre le vissage de la pompe,
    • l'élément décoratif est configuré pour dissimuler le goulot et/ou au moins en partie ladite pompe,
    • la bague de maintien est fixée sur le goulot,
    • la contre bague est agencée sur le goulot,
    • le réceptacle est un flacon.
  • L'invention sera mieux comprise à la lumière de la description suivante qui n'est donnée qu'à titre indicatif et qui n'a pas pour but de la limiter, accompagnée des dessins joints :
    • la figure 1 illustrant de façon schématique, une vue de face d'un réceptacle muni d'un dispositif d'habillage selon un mode de réalisation de l'invention,
    • la figure 2 illustrant de façon schématique, une vue en perspective dudit réceptacle dont les éléments sont séparés,
    • la figure 3 illustrant de façon schématique, une vue en perspective d'une bague de maintien dudit dispositif d'habillage,
    • la figure 4 illustrant de façon schématique, une vue de face en coupe de la partie supérieure dudit réceptacle,
    • la figure 5 illustrant de façon schématique, une vue de dessous en perspective de l'élément décoratif dudit dispositif d'habillage,
    • la figure 6 illustrant de façon schématique, une vue de dessus en coupe de la partie supérieure dudit réceptacle, selon la ligne de coupe A-A de la figure 4,
    • la figure 7 illustrant de façon schématique, une vue en coupe de côté en coupe de la partie supérieure dudit réceptacle.
  • L'invention concerne un dispositif d'habillage 1 pour un réceptacle, en particulier un réceptacle rechargeable.
  • Sur les figures 1 et 2, le réceptacle est un flacon 10 destiné à contenir un produit cosmétique de type parfum. Le flacon 10 comprend un récipient 3 en verre muni d'un goulot 6, d'une pompe 4 apte à projeter ledit produit cosmétique, et d'un capot 7 permettant d'empêcher l'actionnement involontaire de la pompe 4.
  • La pompe 4 est liée au récipient 3 en étant maintenue sur le goulot 6, de sorte qu'elle puisse aspirer le produit contenu à l'intérieur du récipient 3, tout en servant de bouchon pour conserver le produit à l'intérieur du récipient 3. On actionne la pompe 4 au moyen d'un poussoir 9 accessible à l'extérieur du récipient 3 lorsque le capot 7 a été retiré. Ainsi, la pompe 4 aspire le produit à travers un conduit plongeant dans le fond du flacon, et le pulvérise à travers un orifice du poussoir 9.
  • Pour permettre le rechargement du produit, la pompe 4 est maintenue de façon amovible au goulot 6. A cette fin, le récipient 3 est pourvu d'un filetage unique 19 agencé sur la partie périphérique du goulot 6. La pompe est dotée d'un taraudage 20 correspondant sur une face de fixation, le goulot 6 et la face de fixation de la pompe 4 ayant des formes sensiblement cylindrique pour permettre le vissage de la pompe 4 sur le goulot 6.
  • Le flacon 10 est en outre pourvu d'un dispositif d'habillage 1 permettant de cacher le goulot 6 et une partie de la pompe 4, ainsi que de décorer la partie supérieure du flacon 10. Le dispositif d'habillage 1 comprend un élément décoratif qui repose sur la face supérieure 30 du récipient 3 comprenant le goulot 6. Ici, l'élément décoratif est une frette 2 de forme parallélépipédique ouverte sur une face et comprenant une face intérieure 28 qui se trouve au niveau d'une paroi opposée à la face ouverte de la frette 2. Autrement dit, ladite frette définit un volume intérieur accueillant le goulot 6 et une partie de la pompe 4. Ladite frette 2 est pourvue d'un orifice traversant ladite paroi pour que le poussoir 9 forme un appendice hors de la frette 2 et permette ainsi l'actionnement de la pompe 4. Ladite frette 2 comprend ici un bossage permettant la fixation du capot 7, ledit orifice traversant étant situé au niveau dudit bossage.
  • Afin d'autoriser l'accès à la pompe 4 pour la dévisser et recharger le récipient 3 de produit, la frette 2 est maintenue au récipient 3 de façon amovible. A cette fin, le dispositif d'habillage 1 comprend une bague de maintien 5 liant de façon réversible la frette 2 au récipient 3. La bague de maintien 5 est fixée d'une part au goulot 6 du récipient 3 par des premiers moyens de fixation, et d'autre part à la frette 2 par des deuxièmes moyens de fixation. Comme le montre la figure 3, la bague de maintien 5 a sensiblement une forme d'anneau avec une face interne 8 destinée à être sensiblement en contact avec le goulot, la face interne 8 correspondant sensiblement aux dimensions périphériques du goulot de manière à l'entourer coaxialement. La bague de maintien 5 a aussi une face périphérique 15 et un rebord supérieur 29 destiné à être sensiblement en contact avec la frette.
  • Pour assurer le maintien de la bague 5 au récipient 3, les premiers moyens de fixation sont avantageusement permanents. Autrement dit, la bague de maintien 5 reste liée au récipient 3 et n'a pas vocation à être enlevée avec la frette 2. En revanche, les deuxièmes moyens de fixation sont amovibles de façon à permettre le montage et le démontage de la frette 2 par exemple par une opération de fixation par rotation autour d'un axe longitudinal de ladite bague, qui correspond ici à un axe longitudinal du goulot du flacon 10. Ainsi, lorsqu'on enlève la frette 2 du flacon 10, la frette est séparée de la bague de maintien 5 qui demeure attachée au récipient 3.
  • Comme représenté sur les figures 3 et 4, les premiers moyens de fixation comportent au moins un cran d'encliquetage 11 agencé sur la face interne 8 de la bague de maintien. Lorsque la bague 5 est assemblée au goulot 6, le cran d'encliquetage 11 est bloqué par une contre bague 16 agencée sur le goulot 6. Ici, la contre bague 16 est une excroissance en forme d'anneau coaxial autour du goulot 6, qui est fait de même matière que le récipient 3, c'est-à-dire en verre. La contre bague 16 est située sensiblement à la base du goulot 6, et le cran d'encliquetage 11 est situé sensiblement à la base de la bague de maintien 5, de manière à être en-dessous du filetage du goulot 6. Le ou les crans d'encliquetage 11 s'étendent angulairement, par exemple d'environ 90°.
  • Afin d'empêcher la rotation de la bague de maintien 5, lorsque cette dernière est fixée au goulot, les premiers moyens de fixations comportent deux excroissances 12 opposées, agencées sur la face interne 8 de la bague de maintien 5, comme on le voit sur les figures 3 et 6. Chaque excroissance est configurée pour être insérée dans une échancrure 18 agencée sur le récipient 3. Ici, les deux échancrures 18 sont formées dans la contre bague 16 du goulot 6. De façon plus générale, on comprend que les premiers moyens de fixation pourront être configurés pour empêcher la rotation de la bague 5 sur le flacon lorsque la frette 2 est fixée ou retirée du flacon 10.
  • Les deuxièmes moyens de fixation comprennent ici deux plots 13 opposés agencés sur la face périphérique 15 de la bague de maintien 5 et deux rampes de guidage 23 opposées agencées sur des faces intérieures 24 de la frette 2, tel que cela est représenté sur les figures 3 et 5. Chaque rampe de guidage 23 coopère avec ledit plot 13 pour permettre une opération de fixation ou de retrait de la frette 2 sur la bague de maintien 5, à la manière d'une fixation à baïonnette. Les faces intérieures 24 de la frette 2 s'étendent axialement depuis la face intérieure 28 de la frette et ont une forme sensiblement cylindrique de manière à pouvoir entourer la bague de maintien 5. Elles se présentent sous la forme de cloisons partitionnant le volume intérieur de la frette.
  • Ainsi, comme le montrent les figures 5 à 7, au cours du montage de la frette 2 sur la bague 5, chaque plot 13 est introduit dans une rampe de guidage 23 par une extrémité ouverte 25 de la rampe de guidage 23. Ensuite, lors de la rotation de la frette 2 sur la bague 5, le plot 13 glisse dans la rampe 23 jusqu'à une extrémité fermée au fond 27 de celle-ci.
  • Afin de bloquer légèrement la frette 2 sur la bague 5 pour éviter un mouvement non souhaité pendant l'utilisation du flacon 10, les rampes de guidage 23 sont munies d'un rétrécissement 26 permettant un encliquetage du plot 13 à l'extrémité fermée 27 de la rampe 23. Ainsi représenté sur la figure 7, le plot 13 est maintenu entre l'extrémité fermée 27 de la rampe 23 et le rétrécissement 26 formant une bosse à l'intérieur de la rampe 23. La bosse est située à une distance déterminée par rapport à l'extrémité fermée 27 de la rampe 23, de manière à coincer le plot 13 contre l'extrémité fermée 27.
  • Comme le montre la figure 5, pour faciliter le montage et le démontage de la frette 2, les deuxièmes moyens de fixation comprennent en outre ici des nervures de guidage 22 agencées sur la face intérieure 28 de la frette 2. Ainsi, les nervures de guidage 22 reposent sur le rebord supérieur 29 de la bague 5 pour positionner et guider la frette 2 sur la bague de maintien 5.
  • Dans le but de marquer la fin de la rotation et éviter une rotation supplémentaire qui détériorerait les plots 13, les deuxièmes moyens de fixation comportent encore, avantageusement deux butées de fin de course 21 agencées sur la face intérieure 28 de la frette 2 et deux contre butées 14 correspondantes agencées sur la face périphérique 15 de la bague de maintien 5, telles que représentées sur les figures 3 et 5.
  • Une butée de fin de course 21 et une contre butée 14 coopèrent de manière à empêcher la poursuite de la rotation lorsqu'elles se rencontrent. En effet, comme illustré sur la figure 6, les butées de fin de course 21 et les contre butées 14 sont disposées de manière à se repousser l'une l'autre lorsque les plots sont arrivés à l'extrémité fermée de la rampe de guidage 23, en fin de rotation. Sur la figures 5, les butées de fin de course 21 s'étendent axialement chacune depuis une nervure de guidage 22 de la frette 2. Autrement dit, elles sont ici un prolongement axial d'une partie de la nervure de guidage 22 qui ne repose pas sur le rebord de la bague lorsque la frette 2 et la bague sont assemblées. Il s'agit ici de la partie la plus radialement excentrée desdites nervures de guidage 22.
  • Si l'on se reporte de nouveau à la figure 3, on constate que la bague de maintien 5 comprend ici un épaulement entre une partie de périphérie interne munie dudit bord supérieur 29 et une partie de périphérie externe faisant une marche s'étendant angulairement. Lesdites contre butées 14 s'étendent radialement à partir dudit épaulement et axialement à partir de ladite partie de périphérie externe. Lesdites butées 21 circulent ainsi angulairement au-dessus de ladite partie de périphérie externe lors de la rotation de la frette 2 par rapport à la bague 5.
  • Lesdits plots 13 s'étendent radialement à partir dudit épaulement, ceci au-delà de la partie de périphérie externe. Ils peuvent de la sorte coopérer avec la rampe de guidage 22.

Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif d'habillage d'un flacon (10) destiné à contenir un produit cosmétique, le flacon (10) comprenant un récipient muni d'un goulot (6) et d'une pompe (4) apte à projeter ledit produit cosmétique, ledit dispositif (1) comportant un élément décoratif (2) destiné à dissimuler le goulot (6) et au moins une partie de la pompe (4) et une bague de maintien (5) apte d'une part à être fixée sur le goulot (6) du flacon (10) par des premiers moyens de fixation (11, 12), et apte d'autre part à maintenir l'élément décoratif (2) sur le flacon (10) par des deuxièmes moyens de fixation (13, 23), lesdits deuxièmes moyens de fixation étant amovibles de façon à permettre un montage et un démontage dudit élément décoratif (2) sur ladite bague (5) ledit dispositif (1) étant caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes moyens de fixation (13, 23) comprennent au moins un plot (13) agencé sur une face périphérique (15) de la bague (5) et au moins une rampe de guidage (23) agencée sur une face intérieure (24) de l'élément décoratif (2), ladite rampe de guidage (23) étant apte à coopérer avec ledit plot (13) pour permettre une opération de fixation par rotation de l'élément décoratif (2) sur la bague de maintien (5).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits premiers moyens de fixation (11, 12) sont configurés pour permettre un accrochage permanent sur ledit flacon (10).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les premiers moyens de fixation (11, 12) comportent au moins un cran d'encliquetage (11) agencé sur la face interne (8) de la bague de maintien (5), le cran d'encliquetage (11) étant configuré pour être bloqué par une contre bague (16) du flacon (10) pour maintenir la bague de maintien (5) sur le flacon (10).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les premiers moyens de fixation (11, 12) comportent au moins une excroissance (12) agencée sur la face interne (8) de la bague de maintien (5), la ou lesdites excroissances (12) étant aptes à coopérer avec une échancrure (18) agencée sur le flacon (10) afin d'empêcher la rotation de la bague de maintien (5) sur le flacon (10).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, dans lequel les premiers moyens de fixation (11, 12) comportent deux excroissances (12) opposées agencées sur la face interne (8) de la bague de maintien (5), les deux excroissances (12) étant aptes à coopérer avec deux échancrures (18) agencées sur le flacon (10).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel les deuxièmes moyens de fixation (13, 23) comprennent deux plots (13) opposés agencés sur la face périphérique (15) de la bague de maintien (5) et deux rampes de guidage (23) opposées agencées sur des faces intérieures (24) de l'élément décoratif (2).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel la ou les rampes de guidage (23) comportent un rétrécissement (26) permettant un encliquetage du plot (13) à l'extrémité (27) de la rampe (23) lorsque l'élément décoratif (2) est vissé sur la bague de maintien (5).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les deuxièmes moyens de fixation (13, 23) comprennent au moins une butée de fin de course (21) agencée sur une face intérieure (28) de l'élément décoratif (2) et une contre butée (14) agencée sur la bague de maintien (5), la butée de fin de course (21) et la contre butée (14) étant aptes à coopérer de manière à empêcher la poursuite de la rotation lorsqu'elles se rencontrent.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les deuxièmes moyens de fixation (13, 23) comprennent des nervures de guidage (22) agencées sur une face intérieure (28) de l'élément décoratif (2), les nervures de guidage (22) étant aptes à reposer sur un rebord supérieur (29) de la bague (5) pour bloquer axialement et guider en rotation l'élément décoratif (2) sur la bague de maintien (5).
  10. Flacon (10) pour produit cosmétique, comprenant un récipient (3) muni d'un goulot (6) et d'une pompe (4) apte à projeter ledit produit cosmétique, et un dispositif d'habillage (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, l'élément décoratif (2) du dispositif d'habillage (1) étant configuré pour dissimuler le goulot (6) et au moins une partie de la pompe (4) et la bague de maintien (5) du dispositif d'habillage (1) étant fixée sur le goulot (6) du flacon (10).
