Claims (5)

  1. Flexible Arbeitskabine zum Lackieren und Trockenen eines Fahrzeugs oder eines Fahrzeugteils der Art, die einen Raum (4) umfasst, der zwischen Folgendem definiert ist:
    - vertikalen Säulen (2) und
    - einer Decke (3), die auf den vertikalen Säulen (2) gestützt ist, die mindestens Folgendes umfasst:
    - zwei seitliche Luftkanäle (18), die mit mindestens einem zentralen Luftkanal (19) verbunden sind,
    - einen äußeren Lufteinlass (5),
    - einen Auslass (11) für Luft mit Gasen,
    - ein Gebläse (6),
    - ein Heizelement (7),
    und wobei die flexible Arbeitskabine zum Lackieren und Trocknen ferner dadurch definiert ist, dass sie Folgendes umfasst:
    - Platten mit mehreren Öffnungen (9), die entsprechend dem zentralen Luftkanal (19) der Decke (3) platziert sind, durch die die Luft, die durch den zentralen Luftkanal (19) fließt, in Richtung des Raums (4) austritt,
    - mehrere Abdeckplatten (10), die entsprechend der Öffnungen (9) platziert sind, die bewegt werden können, um den Luftfluss zu kontrollieren, der durch die Öffnungen (9) fließt, indem sie vollständig oder teilweise bedeckt oder geöffnet werden,
    - mindestens eine Luftkammer mit einer unteren Luftkammerwand (8), die unter den Platten platziert ist, die mit Öffnungen (9) ausgestattet sind, die die Luft empfängt, die aus den Öffnungen (9) in Richtung des Raums (4) austritt, wobei sie vor dem Ablassen in den Raum (4) gefiltert wird,
    - zwei vertikale Kanäle (12), die jeweils durch eins ihrer Enden mit dem seitlichen Luftkanal (18) verbunden sind, und mit einem offenen Ende, das einen inneren Lufteinlass (13) umfasst und sich in dem untersten Bereich des Raums (4) befindet, so konfiguriert, um die Luft in dem Inneren des Raums (4) in Richtung der Kanäle der Decke (3) zu leiten; und
    - eine klappbare Absaughaube (14), die mit dem offenen Ende der vertikalen Leitungen (12) entsprechend dem inneren Lufteinlass (13) verbunden ist und angepasst ist, um als Plattform verwendet zu werden, die eine Person trägt und die rotierend faltbar ist.
  2. Flexible Arbeitskabine nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich die Abdeckplatten (10), betrieben von Steuerelementen (20), unabhängig voneinander bewegen.

Flexible Arbeitskabine nach Anspruch 1, umfassend mindestens eine bewegliche Klappe (15), die entsprechend dem äußeren Lufteinlass (5) platziert ist, die sich zwischen einer ersten Position, in der sie den Durchlass von Luft durch den äußeren Lufteinlass (5) erlaubt, und einer zweiten Position, in der sie den Durchlass von Luft durch den äußeren Lufteinlass (5) blockiert, bewegt.
  5. Flexible Arbeitskabine nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend Seitenwände (17), die zwischen den vertikalen Säulen (2) platziert sind, die ausgelegt sind, um den Raum (4) zu schließen, wobei die Seitenwände (17) beweglich sind.
