- a data cable with at least one double line which comprises a wire pair, which consists of two individual wires twisted together, each having a conductor and the conductor enclosing wire insulation.
- an intermediate sheath surrounding the wire pair and a shield surrounding the intermediate sheath are provided.
- the intermediate jacket at least partially fills in notches between the surfaces of the individual wires of the pair of wires, so that it fixes the geometry of the double line.
- a cable which contains at least one pair of cores with core insulation.
- a first separating layer is placed around the wire insulation.
- an inner jacket is free of cavities so that a structure with a circular cross-section outer contour is formed.
- a braided shield and an outer cable sheath are placed annularly around the inner sheath.
- Out EP 2 439 751 A2 is a data transmission cable with a plurality of each separately shielded wire pairs known, each surrounded by an axially segmented shield.
- the shield comprises numerous segments which are applied to a dielectric substrate pulled by a wire pair, for example by extrusion.
- the substrate may be made of a non-conductive material and may include woven or non-woven fiberglass strands that render the shield relatively rigid.
- the respective pairs of wires surrounded by a separate shield are enveloped by a common outer shield, which in turn is surrounded by an outer jacket.
- EP 2 800 105 A1 relates to a rapidly assemblable data transmission cable with a plurality of separately shielded wire pairs, each embedded in a first insulating filling compound.
- each one of the first insulating filling material enclosing shielding of a pair of wires is provided. All wire pairs are surrounded by an outer braid shield, which surrounds a second insulating filling material, in which the wire pairs are embedded.
- the braid shield is in turn enveloped by an outer jacket of the data transmission cable.
- a cable for transmitting electrical signals which is at least two pairs has adjacent wires.
- Each core is provided with a core insulation.
- the cable comprises an electrically conductive dividing element, which divides the inner cross-section of the cable into a number of wire pairs corresponding number of open grooves and in whose grooves one pair of wires is arranged in each case.
- the core pairs and the splitter are encased by a cable shield substantially annular. In this case, there is an electrical contact between the cable shield and the outer edges of the dividing element.
- an outer cable jacket is placed substantially annularly around the screen.
- Quick attachable or ready-to-use cables allow stripping of a cable outer sheath and simultaneous sheathing of approx. 5 mm from a braided shield surrounded by the cable outer sheath.
- outer sheath and braid shield are ideally evenly round.
- Category 6 (Cat-6) can be met with cables which can be quickly connected or assembled.
- a cross talk of the wire pairs can be reduced by means of a central plastic cross used as a wire pair position fixing element.

Abstract
Description

- In

- In
