本发明公开了一种带有田字型骨架的计算机电缆,包括有横截面为田字型的硅橡胶骨架,所述的硅橡胶骨架的三个横面和三个竖面的两端分别向两端延伸,延伸后的端面处分别连接有半圆形硅橡胶骨架,在田字型的硅橡胶骨架内部的四个空腔内分别设有线芯一,在每个半圆形硅橡胶骨架的内部分别设有线芯二,所述的田字型硅橡胶骨架、半圆形骨架、线芯一和线芯二共同构成缆芯,在缆芯的外侧依次包覆有半导电缓冲阻水带、炭黑纸绝缘屏蔽层、凯芙拉纤维编织层和镍塑铜带铠装聚乙烯护套层,在半导电缓冲阻水带和炭黑纸绝缘屏蔽层之间设有碳素波纹管。本发明结构新颖紧凑,防干扰性、抗压、防水、耐磨性好,使用寿命长,使用安全,经济实用。

一种带有田字型骨架的计算机电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种带有田字型骨架的计算机电缆。
背景技术
计算机电缆属于电气装备用电缆,本电缆适用于额定电压500V及以下,电子计算机和自动化仪器仪表对于电缆的防干扰性、抗压、防水、耐磨性要求较高。
目前,计算机用电缆广泛地应用于发电、冶金、石油、化工、轻纺等部门的检测和控制用计算机系统或自动化装置,以及一般的工业计算机上,因此对其传输传号能力、抗干扰性有较高的要求,才能可靠地传输微弱的模拟信号。在电缆敷设时的外力作用下,可能使这种变形加大,从而使工作线的各电气参数分散, 信号的传输不稳定,严重时会产生被控制设备的误动作。同时,现有的计算机电缆的自身抗干扰能力不强,方外界电磁干扰效果不好,信号传输易受外电磁干扰,使得信号出现不稳定波动,其阻燃效果也不是很好。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种带有田字型骨架的计算机电缆。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种带有田字型骨架的计算机电缆,包括有横截面为田字型的硅橡胶骨架,所述的硅橡胶骨架的三个横面和三个竖面的两端分别向两端延伸,延伸后的端面处分别连接有半圆形硅橡胶骨架,在田字型的硅橡胶骨架内部的四个空腔内分别设有线芯一,在每个半圆形硅橡胶骨架的内部分别设有线芯二,所述的田字型硅橡胶骨架、半圆形骨架、线芯一和线芯二共同构成缆芯,在缆芯的外侧依次包覆有半导电缓冲阻水带、炭黑纸绝缘屏蔽层、凯芙拉纤维编织层和镍塑铜带铠装聚乙烯护套层,在半导电缓冲阻水带和炭黑纸绝缘屏蔽层之间设有碳素波纹管。
所述的线芯一是由导体一以及依次包覆在导体一外侧的丁腈绝缘层和镀锡钢丝编织屏蔽层构成的。
所述的线芯二是由导体二以及依次包覆在导体二外侧的交联乙烯四氟乙烯共聚物绝缘层和铝塑复合薄膜屏蔽层构成的。
所述的田字型硅橡胶骨架为中空的。
田字型硅橡胶骨架以及各个面的延伸后连接的半圆形硅橡胶骨架的设计,使得电缆的结构有新颖,电缆内部更加紧凑,不会松动变形,且抗压效果好,强度大,中空设计不仅可以减轻重量,还能起到一种缓冲的效果。
半导电缓冲阻水带是一种半导电缓冲阻水材料,是在两层半导电基材中间粘合一层半导电的阻水材料构成,它不仅具有半导电性质,还要有缓冲衬垫作用,并要有阻水功能,保证电缆安全运行,延长使用寿命。
炭黑纸绝缘屏蔽层可消除电缆绝缘层表面与护层之间形成的气隙,与护层等电位且与绝缘层良好接触,从而避免在绝缘与护层之间发生局部放电,还起到屏蔽电场的作用。
凯芙拉纤维编织层是选用高燃点的耐温材料编织而成的,强度大,耐高温。
镍塑铜带铠装聚乙烯护套耐磨性能好,延长电缆的使用寿命。
碳素波纹管采用高密度聚乙烯原材料及碳素粒子等添加剂,经真空吸塑成型工艺,生产一种具有波纹形闭合环状管壁结构的管道。具有重量轻、弯曲半径小、抗外压强度高、绝缘电阻小、耐腐蚀、不渗漏、防鼠咬、耐候性好、产率高,遇障碍可绕性等一系列优点。碳素波纹管以其特殊的螺纹状造型,使其抗压力,抗冲击性能大大超过GB/T13381.9技术标准。质轻且强度大,耐高温、耐腐蚀、长度随意、弯度自如、管内敷设牵引钢丝,可使施工快捷,维护方便。应用在电缆内部具有抗压、缓冲、耐腐蚀、延长使用寿命的优点。
本发明的优点是:本发明结构新颖紧凑,防干扰性、抗压、防水、耐磨性好,使用寿命长,使用安全,经济实用。

如图1所示,一种带有田字型骨架的计算机电缆,包括有横截面为田字型的硅橡胶骨架1,所述的硅橡胶骨架1的三个横面和三个竖面的两端分别向两端延伸,延伸后的端面处分别连接有半圆形硅橡胶骨架2,在田字型的硅橡胶骨架1内部的四个空腔内分别设有线芯一,在每个半圆形硅橡胶骨架2的内部分别设有线芯二,所述的田字型硅橡胶骨架1、半圆形骨架2、线芯一和线芯二共同构成缆芯,在缆芯的外侧依次包覆有半导电缓冲阻水带3、炭黑纸绝缘屏蔽层4、凯芙拉纤维编织层5和镍塑铜带铠装聚乙烯护套层6,在半导电缓冲阻水带3和炭黑纸绝缘屏蔽层4之间设有碳素波纹管7。
所述的线芯一是由导体一8以及依次包覆在导体一8外侧的丁腈绝缘层9和镀锡钢丝编织屏蔽层10构成的。
所述的线芯二是由导体二11以及依次包覆在导体二11外侧的交联乙烯四氟乙烯共聚物绝缘层12和铝塑复合薄膜屏蔽层13构成的。
所述的田字型硅橡胶骨架1为中空的。

1.一种带有田字型骨架的计算机电缆,其特征在于:包括有横截面为田字型的硅橡胶骨架,所述的硅橡胶骨架的三个横面和三个竖面的两端分别向两端延伸,延伸后的端面处分别连接有半圆形硅橡胶骨架,在田字型的硅橡胶骨架内部的四个空腔内分别设有线芯一,在每个半圆形硅橡胶骨架的内部分别设有线芯二,所述的田字型硅橡胶骨架、半圆形骨架、线芯一和线芯二共同构成缆芯,在缆芯的外侧依次包覆有半导电缓冲阻水带、炭黑纸绝缘屏蔽层、凯芙拉纤维编织层和镍塑铜带铠装聚乙烯护套层,在半导电缓冲阻水带和炭黑纸绝缘屏蔽层之间设有碳素波纹管;
所述的线芯一是由导体一以及依次包覆在导体一外侧的丁腈绝缘层和镀锡钢丝编织屏蔽层构成的;
