Claims (11)

  1. Eine Streckvorrichtung zum Strecken eines in ein Webfach (32) einer Webmaschine eingelegten Schussfadens (6), wobei die Streckvorrichtung (3) gegenüber einem U-förmigen Eintragskanal (5) eines Webblattes (1) anordbar ist, wobei die Streckvorrichtung (3) einen Halter (8), eine erste Blasdüse (11) zum Bereitstellen eines ersten Luftstrahls (31), der auf einen Endbereich (36) eines eingelegten Schussfadens (6) einwirkt, und eine zweite Blasdüse (15) zum Bereitstellen eines zweiten Luftstrahls (35), der zusammen mit dem ersten Luftstrahl (31) auf den Endbereich (36) des eingelegten Schussfadens (6) einwirkt, umfasst, und wobei die zweite Blasdüse (15) stromabwärts der ersten Blasdüse (11) in einer ersten Richtung (51) angeordnet ist, welche erste Richtung (51) beim Montieren der Streckvorrichtung (3) an der Webmaschine parallel zur Eintragsrichtung (M) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl die erste Blasdüse (11) und die zweite Blasdüse (15) als eine Hohlnadel (12, 16) mit einer Ausströmöffnung (13, 17) nah der Spitze (14, 18) der Hohlnadel (12, 16) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Hohlnadel (12) der ersten Blasdüse (11) und die Hohlnadel (16) der zweiten Blasdüse (15) in der ersten Richtung (51) ausgerichtet sind, und dass die erste Blasdüse (11) und die zweite Blasdüse (15) so auf den Halter (8) angeordnet sind, dass eine Ebene (49) der zweiten Ausströmöffnung (17) mit einer Ebene senkrecht zur ersten Richtung (51) einen grösseren Winkel bildet als eine Ebene (48) der ersten Ausströmöffnung (13), so dass der zweite Luftstrahl (35) mit der ersten Richtung (51) einen grösseren Winkel bildet als der erste Luftstrahl (31).
  2. Die Streckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Blasdüse (15) in einer zweiten Richtung senkrecht zur ersten Richtung (51) niedriger als die erste Blasdüse (11) angeordnet ist, um zu vermeiden, dass die zweite Blasdüse (15) in den ersten Luftstrahl (31) hineinreicht.
  3. Die Streckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Luftstrahl (35) mit dem ersten Luftstrahl (31) verschmilzt.
  4. Die Streckvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erster Winkel (A), den der erste Luftstrahl (31) mit der ersten Richtung (51) bildet, 15° bis 25°, zum Beispiel 20° beträgt, und/oder dass ein zweiter Winkel (B), den der zweite Luftstrahl (35) mit der ersten Richtung (51) bildet, 25° bis 45°, zum Beispiel 27° beträgt.
  5. Die Streckvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Blasdüse (11) und die zweite Blasdüse (15) baugleich ausgebildet sind.
  6. Die Streckvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Blasdüse (11) und die zweite Blasdüse (15) zusammen mit Druckluft versorgt werden.
  7. Die Streckvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Blasdüse (11) und die zweite Blasdüse (15) über zwei parallel angeordnete Versorgungskanäle (19) mit einer Druckluftquelle (22) verbunden sind.
  8. Die Streckvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streckvorrichtung (3) mindestens eine zusätzliche Blasdüse (27) umfasst, zum Bereitstellen eines zusätzlichen Luftstrahls (37), der zusammen mit dem ersten Luftstrahl (31) und dem zweiten Luftstrahl (35) auf den Endbereich (36) des eingetragenen Schussfadens (6) einwirkt, welche zusätzliche Blasdüse (27) in einer ersten Richtung (51) stromabwärts der zweiten Blasdüse (15) angeordnet ist, wobei der zusätzliche Luftstrahl (37) mit der ersten Richtung (51) einen grösseren Winkel bildet als der zweite Luftstrahl (35).
  9. Eine Webmaschine umfassend ein Webblatt (1) mit einem U-förmigen Eintragskanal (5) und eine Streckvorrichtung (3) zum Strecken eines dem U-förmigen Eintragskanal (5) gegenüberliegenden Schussfadens (6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Webmaschine eine Streckvorrichtung (3) zum Strecken eines Schussfadens (6) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 umfasst, welche in der Eintragsrichtung (M) stromabwärts der Hilfsdüsen (2) angeordnet ist.
  10. Die Webmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streckvorrichtung (3) in der Längsrichtung des Webblattes (1) in Position einstellbar an einer Weblade (7) der Webmaschine befestigt ist.
  11. Ein Verfahren zum Strecken eines in ein Webfach (32) einer Webmaschine eingelegten Schussfadens (6), mittels einer Streckvorrichtung (3) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, welche Streckvorrichtung (3) gegenüber einem U-förmigen Eintragskanal (5) eines Webblattes (1) und stromabwärts der Hilfsdüsen (2) in einer Eintragsrichtung (M) angeordnet ist, das Verfahren umfassend das Ausstossen des zweiten Luftstrahls (35) in einem grösseren Winkel mit der Eintragsrichtung (M) als der erste Luftstrahl (31), wobei der zweite Luftstrahl (35) zusammen mit dem ersten Luftstrahl (31) auf den Endbereich (36) des eingetragenen Schussfadens (6) einwirkt.
