Claims (11)

  1. Tablier (100) destiné à être positionné pendant son utilisation prévue autour du cou d'un porteur et étant adapté pour couvrir les épaules, la poitrine et au moins une partie supérieure du dos d'un utilisateur, définissant ainsi une orientation orientée vers l'utilisateur,
    ledit tablier comprenant une feuille principale (105) constituée d'un matériau en bande (105), de préférence en un ou plusieurs matériaux choisis dans le groupe constitué d'un matériau de film polymère, d'un matériau fibreux polymère, d'un composite fibre / film polymère et d'un matériau fibreux naturel,
    ledit tablier comprenant
    - une ouverture de col (200) comprenant une découpe adaptée pour être positionnée autour du cou d'un porteur pendant son utilisation prévue,
    - une ligne d'affaiblissement (250) s'étendant à partir de ladite découpe vers un bord externe (110) de ladite feuille principale (105), et
    - un élément de réglage de taille (300) adapté pour ajuster la taille de ladite ouverture de col (200),
    caractérisé en ce que
    ledit élément de réglage de taille (300) comprend
    a) un élément élastiquement extensible (320); et
    b) un système de fermeture (300, 400),
    dans lequel ledit élément extensible élastiquement (320) est extensible essentiellement en une seule direction.
  2. Tablier (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit système de fermeture (300, 400) est du type à crochets et à boucles, comprenant un premier élément de liaison (300) comprenant des crochets et un deuxième élément de liaison (400) adapté pour recevoir lesdits crochets pendant l'utilisation, lesdits premier et second éléments de liaison (300, 400) étant positionnés sur la surface qui est orientée à l'opposé d'un porteur pendant l'utilisation et de telle sorte qu'au moins un second élément de liaison (400) se trouve du côté de ladite ligne d'affaiblissement (250) opposé audit premier élément de liaison (300) .
  3. Tablier (100) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant un système de bande comprenant ledit élément élastiquement extensible (320) et ledit premier élément de liaison (300) dudit système de fermeture (300, 400).
  4. Tablier (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite feuille principale (105) est faite d'un premier matériau en bande, ledit tablier (100) comprenant un matériau en bande supplémentaire positionné autour de ladite ouverture de col et de préférence dans une position éloignée de l'utilisateur par rapport à ladite feuille principale (105), dans lequel ledit matériau en bande supplémentaire est de préférence adapté pour fonctionner en tant que un second élément de liaison (400) dudit système de fermeture (300, 400).
  5. Tablier (100) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel essentiellement aucun matériau en bande supplémentaire n'est présent dans ladite découpe tandis que ladite feuille principale (105) est essentiellement continue dans ladite découpe dans une configuration de fabrication et est conçue pour être retirée de ladite découpe lors de l'utilisation, de préférence par une extension de ladite ligne d'affaiblissement (250) s'étendant dans ladite découpe.
  6. Tablier (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite ligne d'affaiblissement (250) s'étend à partir de ladite découpe vers un bord externe (110) du tablier (100) et coupe ledit bord externe (110) du tablier (100).
  7. Tablier (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite ligne d'affaiblissement (250) est une fente avec une séparation complète des matériaux fendus ou est une ligne de perforation avec des régions de séparation alternées et aucune séparation le long de la ligne d'affaiblissement (250).
  8. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un tablier (100), le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à:
    a) fournir
    - un matériau de nappe principal (105) essentiellement continu à partir d'une alimentation en nappe de feuilles principales,
    - un ou plusieurs outil(s) de séparation pour créer une ouverture de col et / ou une ligne d'affaiblissement (250);
    - un système d'alimentation pour un système de fermeture (300, 400), ledit système de fermeture comprenant un élément de ruban comprenant une région élastiquée, qui est extensible essentiellement en une seule direction et des éléments de crochet, et un élément de bande d'atterrissage;
    - outils de coupe, d'application et de raccordement;
    - éventuellement un système d'alimentation pour un matériau en bande supplémentaire;
    b) alimenter ledit matériau de bande de feuille principale (105) le long d'une direction de machine de bande de feuille principale;
    c) combiner facultativement ledit matériau en bande supplémentaire, s'il est présent, avec ledit matériau en bande de feuille principale;
    d) créer une ligne d'affaiblissement (250) pour une ouverture de col (200) pendant son utilisation prévue dans au moins l'un desdits matériaux en feuille principale (105) et ladite matière en bande supplémentaire, ladite ligne d'affaiblissement (250) étant une fente avec une séparation complète du ou des matériaux fendus ou une ligne de perforation avec des zones de séparation alternées et aucune séparation le long de la ligne d'affaiblissement;
    e) positionner un ou plusieurs élément (s) d'atterrissage autour de la périphérie de l'ouverture de col ou adjacente à ladite ligne d'affaiblissement (250) et les connecter directement ou indirectement au dit matériau de nappe principale (105), ledit élément de nappe d'atterrissage étant facultativement intégré audit matériau supplémentaire en bande ;
    f) positionner ledit élément de bande sur ledit matériau de bande de feuille principale (105) ou ledit matériau supplémentaire, et le connecter directement ou indirectement audit matériau de bande de feuille principale (105), de sorte qu'au moins un second élément de liaison(400) se trouve du côté de ladite ligne d'affaiblissement (250) opposée à ledit premier élément de liaison (300);
    g) découper ledit matériau en bande de feuille principale (105 à sa taille d'utilisation ;
    k) plier le tablier (100) résultant.
  9. Procédé de fabrication d'un tablier (100) selon la revendication 8, dans lequel ladite ligne d'affaiblissement (250) est positionnée dans une position de fuite par rapport à ladite découpe de ladite ouverture de col, le procédé comprenant en outre l'étape de h) positionner ledit élément de bande sur ladite ligne principale une feuille (105) telle qu'au moins une partie desdits éléments de crochet dudit élément de bande recouvre une partie dudit ou desdits éléments de bande d'atterrissage et s'engrène de manière libérable avec ceux-ci, et au moins une autre partie dudit élément de bande est positionnée du côté opposé dudit ligne d'affaiblissement (250) et reliée à ladite feuille principale (105) directement ou indirectement, de préférence de façon permanente.
  10. Procédé de fabrication d'un tablier (100) selon la revendication 8 ou 9, comprenant en outre l'étape consistant à:
    i) former ledit élément de bande, comprenant les sous-étapes de
    i1) fournir le long d'une direction de machine des matériaux
    - une bande de matériau de crochet;
    - une bande de matériau élastique, extensible au moins dans sa direction transversale à la machine;
    - une ou plusieurs bandes de matériau essentiellement non extensible;
    - éventuellement un matériau adhésif;
    - des outils de coupe, d'application et de collage;
    i2) positionner les bandes de l'étape i1) dans un ordre relatif transversalement relatif, facultativement au moins partiellement chevauchant
    - matériau non extensible,
    - matériau élastique,
    - matériau non extensible,
    - matériau de crochet,
    - matériau non extensible;
    i3) relier les bandes de l'étape i1) pour former un ruban
    - éventuellement en appliquant un matériau adhésif,
    - comprimer éventuellement des régions de chevauchement, et
    - coller en appliquant de l'énergie, de préférence en appliquant une pression, de la chaleur ou de l'énergie ultrasonique;
    i4) couper les matériaux connectés à une longueur prédéterminée.
  11. Procédé de fabrication d'un tablier (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, exécutant ainsi ladite étape f) de positionnement dudit élément de bande sur ledit matériau en bande de feuille principale ou en un autre matériau de sorte que l'arrangement en direction transversale des éléments en bande est positionné dans une orientation transversale du dit matériau de feuille principale (105).
