Definitions
- the invention relates to a display device for an electrical appliance, which may also have an operating function under certain circumstances, and provided with such a display device electrical appliance, in particular a hob. Furthermore, the invention relates to methods for producing such a display device.
- the invention has for its object to provide an aforementioned display device for an electrical appliance, provided with such a display device electrical device and method for producing such a display device with which problems of the prior art can be solved and it is in particular possible, a good To achieve display of a display while ensuring a stable operation of the display device and advantageous manufacturability, in particular to avoid damage to the lighting elements.
- the display device has a flat component carrier and a holding device for this component carrier.
- the component carrier is to be installed in an electrical appliance or attached as a display, so that a holder of the display device takes place within the electrical appliance or on the electrical appliance via this holding device.
- at least two cuboid or block-like lighting elements are provided on the component carrier for the display.
- several, in particular most or even all, lighting elements on the component carrier or on a display device are largely identical.
- the light-emitting elements have luminous upper sides which point away from the component carrier and which point upwards and in particular toward a later display aperture.
- luminous tops are up and above all, the upper surfaces of a display device or a component carrier are in a common plane.
- light elements or below light sources are provided, preferably LED.
- Under lighting elements with luminous tops should also be understood here general display elements with corresponding display tops, these display elements, if they contain light sources such as LED just form lighting elements. Their tops are then luminous tops accordingly.
- the display device has at least one cover over the luminous elements, which consists of translucent and flexible or soft or elastic flat material.
- This cover rests on the luminous upper sides of the luminous elements, advantageously to a large extent or with more than 50% of the area of the luminous upper sides, in particular covering all luminous upper sides of all luminous elements on the component carrier.
- the cover is attached to the display device and thus a part of this. On this attachment will be discussed in more detail below.
- the cover with the display device forms a structural unit.
- the display device or this unit can later be installed in an electrical appliance, for example a hob.
- the translucent and flexible sheet material as a cover can thus a kind of protective layer or leveling layer or matching layer between the luminous element or Leuchtoberseite and a bottom of a display bezel or cover or the like., Which extends over the display device to be created. For example, unevenness can be compensated for and / or a protective function can be achieved.
- the cover has an upper side and a lower side. With the bottom it rests on the luminous top of the lighting elements, and with the top it can rest against the underside of a display bezel of an electrical appliance, for example, a hob plate of a hob, under which the display device is arranged.
- a display bezel of an electrical appliance for example, a hob plate of a hob, under which the display device is arranged.
- the luminous top of a luminous element can be provided with an opaque coating.
- This coating has at least one cutout per luminous element for the illuminated display.
- no coating is provided or light can occur in the appropriate form due to the section of the luminous element.
- a substantially large-area or full-surface coating of the luminous upper side can first take place, and then this coating is worked out with a specific pattern or a specific symbol shape as a cut-out or here the coating is removed.
- Such a removal of a coating is carried out particularly advantageously with laser.
- the coating is opaque, a light transmission is now given in the exposed areas or sections above the luminous top. The light can radiate through an overlying translucent or transparent cover.
- the coating can also be applied with a cutout in the form of a symbol, letter form or number form on the upper side of the luminous element for radiating through this section by means of an underlying luminous source.
- the cover may be provided on the top and / or bottom with an opaque coating, the coating over at least one light element has a cutout in symbol form, letter form or number form for irradiating the section by means of the underlying luminous element.
- the opaque coating could also be applied to the luminous upper sides of the luminous elements, but this is considered less advantageous here.
- the opaque coating it is possible here for the opaque coating to be applied to an upper side and / or a lower side of the cover, thereby releasing the cutouts immediately during production. Then the coating becomes equal in the desired shape with certain patterns or specific symbol shapes as cutouts and is then finished, so to speak.
- the cutout by removing a part of the coating which was originally also applied over the cutout to the cover or over a large area or over the entire surface.
- removal of the coating by means of laser is considered to be very advantageous.
- This is known in principle for individual lighting elements, see, for example, the aforementioned DE 102009036161 A1 .
- this coating is processed with certain patterns or specific symbol shapes as cutouts or here the coating is removed.
- the coating can first be applied to the top of the cover before the cover is fastened above the luminous elements or on the display device. Then the cutouts can be produced depending on the variant in the cover by removing the coating in the desired shape, advantageously by means of laser. So you do not have to produce several different variants. And above all, it is possible to dispense with a variant-dependent production of the luminous elements, which otherwise have a coating or masking or the like. would be provided, which is variant-dependent.
- the coating is opaque to light, there is now a light transmission above one or more light-emitting elements in the released or uncovered areas or cut-outs. These not only appear as simple mostly rectangular illuminated areas, but cause the display of illuminated or luminous patterns or symbol shapes.
- thin and / or elongated projections in the manner of ribs or webs can protrude downwards on the underside of the cover and engage between at least two lighting elements. They are advantageously integrally formed on the underside. You can thus avoid overshoot between individual lighting elements.
- the webs may extend at least to below the luminous upper sides of the luminous elements, preferably down to at least half the height of the luminous elements.
- the display device has a single cover, so that only a single part must be attached or attached to the display device.
- the cover extends consistently over the lighting elements.
- a cover covers or passes over a plurality of lighting elements or all lighting elements of the display device.
- the cover can cover at least 50% of the surface area of the component carrier, wherein it expediently forms a substantially closed and simply formed surface, for example essentially a rectangle. This area then extends only so far above the component carrier, as is necessary to cover the lighting elements. Thus, it is not the entire component carrier or its holding device or the entire display device must be covered by the cover.
- the cover is advantageous overall translucent or transparent and can be virtually not perceived from above. Due to the translucency of the cover in the manufactured cutouts with patterns or symbol shapes in the second basic embodiment of the invention, it can not be perceived virtually from above or disturbs the display function of the display device here. It forms a kind of masking to represent illuminated symbols, numbers or letters. Further good optical properties of the display can be achieved in that the cover at least above the lighting elements has a flat top and / or a flat bottom. This also improves a uniform contact of the lighting elements on a lower side of a display bezel.
- the cover has a constant or constant thickness, for example, everywhere over the luminous elements. The thickness can be relatively small and not more than 5 mm.
- it is 0.2 mm to 2 mm, particularly advantageously 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm.
- the cover on at least two sides, which may be in particular opposite sides, be attached to the component carrier and / or on the holding device.
- An attachment of the cover on the holding device or on the component carrier may advantageously be positive fit.
- Particularly advantageous is a positive fastening solvable or can be solved manually again, for example, for repair purposes.
- the cover along at least two sides, particularly advantageous exactly along two sides, one down has drawn edge. This can be narrow, but it can also be so wide that it occupies almost the height of the holding device. At this edge fastening means for the aforementioned locking or clamping connection of the cover are advantageously provided on the holding device.
- a possible material for the production of the cover is silicone, so that the cover can be made of silicone or consists thereof.
- This is as transparent as possible transparent silicone, particularly advantageous just transparent except for the aforementioned cover or coating. It should be relatively soft and may more preferably have a hardness of 50 to 70 Shore (A), preferably about 60 Shore (A). It is preferably also electrically insulating and thermally insulating.
- the cover can thus be designed as a kind of mat or mat-like, preferably with a rectangular base.
- the cover may not be particularly dimensionally stable due to the material used, especially in soft or elastic silicone. It can preferably achieve its essential dimensional stability when it is attached to the holding device or to the component carrier, that is to say to the display device. Even then, their stability is essentially necessary only in the direction of pressure on the cover or the display device from above.
- the component carrier has capacitive sensor elements in order to form a capacitive touch switch on the display device.
- capacitive sensor elements By placing a finger on a panel in front of the capacitive sensor element, a switching operation can be triggered.
- the capacitive sensor elements should lie approximately in the same plane or extend in this plane as the luminous upper sides of the luminous elements.
- the capacitive sensor elements are still slightly above the luminous upper sides. They should exceed this by at least 1 mm. However, not only the luminous top should rest against the cover or be covered by this, but also the sensor elements.
- a capacitive sensor element is arranged on the upper side of a luminous element or on top of the luminous element. It is particularly advantageously arranged laterally next to the luminous upper side or surrounds the luminous upper side.
- the capacitive sensor element can have a plurality of narrow longitudinal sections or even only pin-like projections, that is to say does not have to be a coherent surface, as is the case with the aforementioned EP 2809006 A1 shows.
- the capacitive sensor element or its sections can be arranged laterally next to the luminous upper side or approximately surround the luminous upper side.
- the luminous top is not dominated by any other component on the component carrier of the holding device, if you do not count the cover here.
- the luminous top is surmounted only by the capacitive sensor elements, if any such are provided.
- this projection can be low and at most 2 mm, advantageously 0.7 mm to 1.5 mm.
- an inventive electrical device with a display device described above on a display bezel Under this display panel, a display is produced with a display device according to the invention, with the light elements as the light source and the cover with the opaque coating with the openwork patterns or symbol shapes therein.
- This display panel runs over the display device and closes it or makes it suitable for use and possibly very robust for the desired use.
- the display device is pressed from below to the display bezel and thus abuts on the bottom. This has the advantage of the aforementioned exact definition of the distances between the luminous elements and the underside of the display bezel.
- the electrical appliance is a hob and has a hob plate, which then serves as a display screen.
- the display device is pressed against the underside of the hob plate, which is advantageously a glass ceramic hob plate.
- the cooktop panel has on its underside a structure which has elevations and depressions. This is usually formed in a glass ceramic cooktop as a kind Noppung, as the DE 4104983 C1 shows.
- the elevations should have a maximum height of 1 mm, advantageously only about 0.1 mm to 0.7 mm.
- the cover then rests in the recesses between the protrusions on the underside of the hob plate.
- the cover may serve as a kind of leveling or compensation for the uneven structure on the underside of the cooktop panel or, alternatively, on another display panel.
- the cover may serve as a kind of leveling or compensation for the uneven structure on the underside of the cooktop panel or, alternatively, on another display panel.
- the cover has the opaque coating on its upper side and thus lies against the underside of the hob plate, make sure that it is as scratch-resistant as possible and that it is not moved very much.
- the cover in the second basic embodiment of the invention can provide for the representation of the symbols, letters or numbers by means of the masking or coating. It can therefore provide the details of the display or indicator light.
- a display device 11 is shown in a first basic embodiment of the invention, in which Fig. 1 Specifically, a holding device 19 for a printed circuit board 13 with a cover 22.
- the circuit board 13 may be a conventional circuit board and has arranged thereon lighting elements 15 and display elements, as for example from the EP 2809006 A1 in block-like form are known. You can include the aforementioned light sources.
- the lighting elements 15 are here assembled, but are advantageous in itself items. Alternatively, one of the rows of luminous elements can also be regarded as a single luminous element.
- the lighting elements 15 each have luminous tops 16, which have an opaque coating mentioned at the outset, which is mounted on the actually translucent upper side and ensures that no light can escape from inside or below.
- this luminous top 16 then at least partially symbols 17 are formed, for which the coating has been removed, for example by laser.
- the symbols 17 can be numbers, letters or any other symbols or surfaces. So that this coating can be removed on the light top 16 by means of laser, it should not be too strong or stable and resistant. Therefore, there is the problem mentioned at the outset that damage to a structure on the underside of a display panel, in particular nubs of a glass-ceramic cooktop panel, can occur. This damage can even go so far that the coating is so severely diluted or pushed through or even damaged that light can escape unintentionally.
- the printed circuit board 13 is arranged in a receiving-like holding device 19, as is known per se and need not be further explained here.
- the holding device 19 has a circumferential wide edge on which hook-like projections 20 are provided on the opposite longitudinal sides.
- a cover 22 is substantially flat and flat with a cover surface 23, approximately in the manner of a rectangle, and covers a large part of the circuit board 13.
- the cover 23 has a constant thickness, for example, 0.4 mm.
- the cover 22 has a downwardly depending edge 24 with each of the projections 20 matching recesses 25.
- the cover 22 can be pulled over the holding device 19 with the circuit board 13 therein or slipped and fastened, so to speak. This will make the in Fig. 1 shown assembly of the finished display device 11 is formed.
- This display device 11 can then, like the FIGS. 6 and 8th show, in an electrical appliance, advantageously a hob, to be installed.
- a display device 111 is shown in a second basic embodiment of the invention, in which Fig. 4 Specifically, a holding device 119 for a printed circuit board 113 with a cover 122.
- the circuit board 113 may be a conventional circuit board and has arranged thereon lighting elements 115, as for example from the aforementioned EP 2809006 A1 in block-like form are known.
- the lighting elements 115 are assembled here, but are advantageous in itself items.
- one of the rows of luminous elements can also be regarded as a single luminous element.
- the lighting elements 115 each have luminous upper sides 116. These light up in the illuminated state on their entire surface upwards and thus form a kind of luminous or radiant rectangle.
- the printed circuit board 113 is arranged in a receiving-like holding device 119, as is known per se and need not be explained further here.
- the holding device 119 has a circumferential wide edge, on which hook-like projections 120 are provided on the opposite longitudinal sides.
- a cover 122 is substantially planar and flat, approximately in the manner of a rectangle, and covers a majority of the printed circuit board 113. It has a prescribed coating 123, which has approximately constant thickness, for example 0.01 mm to zero , 5 mm.
- the coating 123 is applied over the entire surface of the top of the actually translucent cover 122 and ensures that from the inside or down no light can escape from the light elements except at cutouts 117 in the form of specific symbols, letters or numbers. That's what the coating is for with the respective shape has been removed, for example by laser. This is known per se from the prior art, see also the aforementioned DE 102009036161 A1 , When fluoroscopy by means of the areal lighting elements 115 from below, a luminous appearance visible from above results only in the form of the symbols 117.
- the symbols 117 may be numbers, letters or any other symbols or surfaces.
- this coating 123 on the top of the cover 122 it should not be overly strong and stable. Therefore, there is the problem mentioned at the outset that damage to a structure on the underside of a display panel, in particular nubs of a glass-ceramic cooktop panel, can occur. This damage can even go so far that the coating is so much diluted or pushed through or even damaged, so that light can escape unintentionally.
- Symbols 117 shown are then corresponding to a finished electrical appliance, in particular a hob 131 Fig. 9 and 11 to see from above when irradiated by means of the light-emitting elements 115, as is known per se.
- the symbols 117 may have been released immediately when the coating 123 is applied to the cover, ie, so to speak, have been produced simultaneously with the coating 123.
- the coating 123 is applied over a large area or over the entire surface, the symbols 117 subsequently being produced in the form of numbers, letters or any other symbols by removal of the coating.
- the coating 123 is advantageously applied to the top of the cover 122, because then this removal can take place even after attaching the cover on the light-emitting elements 115 and on the holding device 119.
- a variant-dependent production or processing of the cover 122 is really possible.
- the cover 122 On both longitudinal sides, the cover 122 has a downwardly depending edge 124 on each of the projections 120 matching recesses 125. Thus, the cover 122 can be pulled over the holder 119 with the circuit board 113 therein or slipped and fastened, so to speak. This will make the in Fig. 4 shown assembly of the finished display device 111 formed.
- This display device 111 can then, like the Fig. 9 and 11 show, in an electrical appliance, advantageously a hob, to be installed.
- a possible alternative light-emitting element 115 ' is shown, which is also formed substantially block-like or cuboid, in particular according to the aforementioned EP 2809006 A1 .
- rib-like Capacitive sensor elements 118 formed of molded elastomeric material. This is electrically conductive and electrically contacted down to the circuit board 113, as is known in the prior art. Even with these capacitive sensor elements 118 there is the problem that they may not fit properly when placed against the structured underside of a panel, in particular an aforementioned glass ceramic cooktop panel, because of the mentioned knobs. Then, the operation of a capacitive touch switch formed thereby can be greatly impaired.
- a glass-ceramic cooktop panel 128 In bottom view, a glass-ceramic cooktop panel 128 is shown. It has a self-level bottom 29, protrude from the round or oval knobs 130. These nubs 130 have a regular arrangement with a few millimeters distance and even a height between 0.1 mm and a maximum of 1 mm.
- the knobs 130 are provided by design for such glass ceramic cooktop panels 128, but at the same time prepare the aforementioned problems by the non-planar bottom of the glass ceramic cooktop plate 128.
- the sectioned magnification of Fig. 11 shows these pimples even more clearly.
- a section of a hob 131 is shown in the assembled state, a section of a hob 131.
- a display 111 from Fig. 4 pressed, for example, with the springs 133 underneath which press on the underside of the holding device 119 and rest on a cooktop housing, as is known from the prior art.
- a display device 11 accordingly Fig. 1 be installed in the hob 131.
- the illustration of a conventional hob 231 'of Fig. 10 shows how a display device 211 'with light elements 215 is normally pressed against a lower side 229' of a glass-ceramic cooktop panel 228 'provided with nubs 230'.
- the lighting elements 215 may correspond to those of the invention and also have luminous tops.
- the lighting elements 215 are pressed with their luminous tops directly from below to the bottom 229 'of the glass ceramic hob plate 228'.
- their nubs 230 ' partly directly on the luminous tops and can push through, scratch or damage them.
- the aforementioned unwanted light phenomena or candling or blurring may occur in a generated illuminated symbolism. This should just be avoided with the invention.
- Fig. 11 is an enlarged section corresponding to the Fig. 9 shown.
- On the circuit board 113 is on the left a normal light-emitting element 115 accordingly Fig. 5 and 6 shown.
- On its overhead light side 116 the cover 122 is pressed. This is evident from the fact that the luminous element 115 with its luminous upper side 116 is pressed into the cover 122 a bit. Due to the flexibility or softness of the material of the cover 122, this is not a problem.
- an LED 114 is mounted on the printed circuit board 113 in order to irradiate the luminous element 115 upwards.
- the translucent or transparent cover 122 with the symbol 117 above in the actually opaque coating 123 and the glass ceramic hob plate 128 are irradiated, so that a lit symbol 117 on the top of the glass ceramic hob plate 128 and the hob 131 to see is.
- a modified luminous element 115 is corresponding Fig. 7 shown. It has on the upper side the upward capacitive elastic sensor elements 118. They are slightly exaggerated here, because of their narrow dimension stronger pressed into cover 122.

It is provided that the display device has a flat component carrier and a holding device for this component carrier. With this holding device, the component carrier is to be installed in an electrical appliance or attached as a display, so that a holder of the display device takes place within the electrical appliance or on the electrical appliance via this holding device. Furthermore, at least two cuboid or block-like lighting elements are provided on the component carrier for the display. Advantageously, several, in particular most or even all, lighting elements on the component carrier or on a display device are largely identical. The light-emitting elements have luminous upper sides which point away from the component carrier and which point upwards and in particular toward a later display aperture. So these luminous tops are up and above all, the upper surfaces of a display device or a component carrier are in a common plane. In the light elements or below light sources are provided, preferably LED. Under lighting elements with luminous tops should also be understood here general display elements with corresponding display tops, these display elements, if they contain light sources such as LED just form lighting elements. Their tops are then luminous tops accordingly.
According to the invention, it is provided that the display device has at least one cover over the luminous elements, which consists of translucent and flexible or soft or elastic flat material. This cover rests on the luminous upper sides of the luminous elements, advantageously to a large extent or with more than 50% of the area of the luminous upper sides, in particular covering all luminous upper sides of all luminous elements on the component carrier. The cover is attached to the display device and thus a part of this. On this attachment will be discussed in more detail below. Finally, the cover with the display device forms a structural unit. For example, the display device or this unit can later be installed in an electrical appliance, for example a hob.
By providing the translucent and flexible sheet material as a cover can thus a kind of protective layer or leveling layer or matching layer between the luminous element or Leuchtoberseite and a bottom of a display bezel or cover or the like., Which extends over the display device to be created. For example, unevenness can be compensated for and / or a protective function can be achieved.
Preferably, the cover has an upper side and a lower side. With the bottom it rests on the luminous top of the lighting elements, and with the top it can rest against the underside of a display bezel of an electrical appliance, for example, a hob plate of a hob, under which the display device is arranged.
In a first basic embodiment of the invention, the luminous top of a luminous element can be provided with an opaque coating. This coating has at least one cutout per luminous element for the illuminated display. Here, no coating is provided or light can occur in the appropriate form due to the section of the luminous element. Thus, a substantially large-area or full-surface coating of the luminous upper side can first take place, and then this coating is worked out with a specific pattern or a specific symbol shape as a cut-out or here the coating is removed. Such a removal of a coating is carried out particularly advantageously with laser. Since the coating is opaque, a light transmission is now given in the exposed areas or sections above the luminous top. The light can radiate through an overlying translucent or transparent cover. Alternatively, the coating can also be applied with a cutout in the form of a symbol, letter form or number form on the upper side of the luminous element for radiating through this section by means of an underlying luminous source.
In a second basic embodiment of the invention, the cover may be provided on the top and / or bottom with an opaque coating, the coating over at least one light element has a cutout in symbol form, letter form or number form for irradiating the section by means of the underlying luminous element. In an alternative embodiment, the opaque coating could also be applied to the luminous upper sides of the luminous elements, but this is considered less advantageous here.
On the one hand, according to the invention, it is possible here for the opaque coating to be applied to an upper side and / or a lower side of the cover, thereby releasing the cutouts immediately during production. Then the coating becomes equal in the desired shape with certain patterns or specific symbol shapes as cutouts and is then finished, so to speak.
In a method for the subsequent removal of regions of the coating to produce the cutouts, the coating can first be applied to the top of the cover before the cover is fastened above the luminous elements or on the display device.
Since the coating is opaque to light, there is now a light transmission above one or more light-emitting elements in the released or uncovered areas or cut-outs. These not only appear as simple mostly rectangular illuminated areas, but cause the display of illuminated or luminous patterns or symbol shapes.
In an embodiment of the invention, thin and / or elongated projections in the manner of ribs or webs can protrude downwards on the underside of the cover and engage between at least two lighting elements. They are advantageously integrally formed on the underside. You can thus avoid overshoot between individual lighting elements. In this case, the webs may extend at least to below the luminous upper sides of the luminous elements, preferably down to at least half the height of the luminous elements.
Advantageously, the display device has a single cover, so that only a single part must be attached or attached to the display device. Particularly advantageous, the cover extends consistently over the lighting elements. This means that a cover covers or passes over a plurality of lighting elements or all lighting elements of the display device. In this case, the cover can cover at least 50% of the surface area of the component carrier, wherein it expediently forms a substantially closed and simply formed surface, for example essentially a rectangle. This area then extends only so far above the component carrier, as is necessary to cover the lighting elements. Thus, it is not the entire component carrier or its holding device or the entire display device must be covered by the cover.
Vorteilhaft beträgt sie 0,2 mm bis 2 mm, besonders vorteilhaft 0,4 mm bis 0,8 mm.In the first basic embodiment of the invention, the cover is advantageous overall translucent or transparent and can be virtually not perceived from above. Advantageously, the cover has a constant or constant thickness, for example, everywhere over the luminous elements. The thickness can be relatively small and not more than 5 mm. Advantageously, it is 0.2 mm to 2 mm, particularly advantageously 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm.
For attachment, the cover on at least two sides, which may be in particular opposite sides, be attached to the component carrier and / or on the holding device. Thus no complex, for example, circulating frame needs to be provided for the cover, which holds it everywhere. An attachment of the cover on the holding device or on the component carrier may advantageously be positive fit. Particularly advantageous is a positive fastening solvable or can be solved manually again, for example, for repair purposes. For example, it is possible to provide a latching or clamping connection which is produced automatically when it is put on.
In a further embodiment of the invention, it is possible that the cover along at least two sides, particularly advantageous exactly along two sides, one down has drawn edge. This can be narrow, but it can also be so wide that it occupies almost the height of the holding device. At this edge fastening means for the aforementioned locking or clamping connection of the cover are advantageously provided on the holding device.
A) aufweisen, vorzugsweise etwa 60 Shore (A). A possible material for the production of the cover is silicone, so that the cover can be made of silicone or consists thereof. This is as transparent as possible transparent silicone, particularly advantageous just transparent except for the aforementioned cover or coating. It should be relatively soft and may more preferably have a hardness of 50 to 70 Shore (A), preferably about 60 Shore (A). It is preferably also electrically insulating and thermally insulating.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the cover can thus be designed as a kind of mat or mat-like, preferably with a rectangular base. The cover may not be particularly dimensionally stable due to the material used, especially in soft or elastic silicone. It can preferably achieve its essential dimensional stability when it is attached to the holding device or to the component carrier, that is to say to the display device. Even then, their stability is essentially necessary only in the direction of pressure on the cover or the display device from above.
Thus, the capacitive sensor element or its sections can be arranged laterally next to the luminous upper side or approximately surround the luminous upper side.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the luminous top is not dominated by any other component on the component carrier of the holding device, if you do not count the cover here. Advantageously, the luminous top is surmounted only by the capacitive sensor elements, if any such are provided. However, this projection can be low and at most 2 mm, advantageously 0.7 mm to 1.5 mm.
In an embodiment of the invention, an inventive electrical device with a display device described above on a display bezel. Under this display panel, a display is produced with a display device according to the invention, with the light elements as the light source and the cover with the opaque coating with the openwork patterns or symbol shapes therein. This display panel runs over the display device and closes it or makes it suitable for use and possibly very robust for the desired use. The display device is pressed from below to the display bezel and thus abuts on the bottom. This has the advantage of the aforementioned exact definition of the distances between the luminous elements and the underside of the display bezel.
Leuchtanzeige sorgen. In addition to the function of leveling or compensation, the cover in the second basic embodiment of the invention can provide for the representation of the symbols, letters or numbers by means of the masking or coating. It can therefore provide the details of the display or indicator light.
