Claims (9)
- Rückführkreis (20) von Blow-by-Gas eines Verbrennungsmotors (10), der eine Ölabscheidungsvorrichtung (21), einen ersten Zweig (23) und einen zweiten Zweig (24) enthält, wobei der Rückführkreis (20) einen Anschluss (30, 130, 230) enthält, der von einer Hauptleitung (31, 131, 231) gebildet wird, die sich im Bereich einer Verzweigung (32, 132, 232) in eine erste Sekundärleitung (33, 133, 233) und eine zweite Sekundärleitung (34, 134, 234) aufteilt, wobei der Anschluss eine innere Rohrleitung (35, 135, 235) enthält, die sich mindestens zum Teil im Inneren der Hauptleitung (31, 131, 231) erstreckt und einen Außenquerschnitt kleiner als der Innenquerschnitt der Hauptleitung aufweist, wobei die innere Rohrleitung (35, 135, 235) über eines ihrer Enden (35a, 135a, 235a) fest mit der ersten Sekundärleitung (33, 133, 233) verbunden ist, indem sie mit dieser in Fluidverbindung steht, wobei die innere Rohrleitung (35, 135, 235) ein anderes freies Ende (35b, 135b, 235b) aufweist, das eine Öffnung (36, 136, 236) mit vorbestimmtem Querschnitt aufweist, wobei die innere Rohrleitung (35, 135, 235) so gestaltet ist, dass die Öffnung (36, 136, 236) mit vorbestimmtem Querschnitt im Inneren der Hauptleitung zwischen einem freien Ende (31a, 131a, 231a) der Hauptleitung und der Verzweigung (32, 132, 232) angeordnet ist oder von der Hauptleitung auf der Seite ihres freien Endes vorsteht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende (31a, 131a, 231a) der Hauptleitung (31, 131, 231) des Anschlusses an die Ölabscheidungsvorrichtung (21) angeschlossen ist, wobei die erste Sekundärleitung (33, 133, 233) des Anschlusses an den ersten Zweig (23) und die zweite zweite Sekundärleitung (34, 134, 234) des Anschlusses an den zweiten Zweig (24) angeschlossen ist. - Rückführkreis (20) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Sekundärleitung (33, 133, 233) des Anschlusses (30, 130, 230) sich in der Verlängerung der Hauptleitung (31, 131, 231) erstreckt.
- Rückführkreis (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (36, 136, 236) mit vorbestimmtem Querschnitt des Anschlusses im Inneren der Hauptleitung im Bereich der Verzweigung (32, 132, 232) angeordnet ist.
- Rückführkreis (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung mit vorbestimmtem Querschnitt (36, 136, 236) des Anschlusses im Inneren der Hauptleitung gegenüber der zweiten Sekundärleitung (34, 134, 234) angeordnet ist.
- Rückführkreis (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung mit vorbestimmtem Querschnitt (36, 136, 236) des Anschlusses im Inneren der Hauptleitung in der Verlängerung einer Wand der zweiten Sekundärleitung (34, 134, 234) angeordnet ist.
- Rückführkreis (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (236) mit vorbestimmtem Querschnitt des Anschlusses innerhalb der Hauptleitung in der Verlängerung einer Wand (234c) der zweiten Sekundärleitung angeordnet ist, die der ersten Sekundärleitung benachbart ist.
- Rückführkreis (20) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus Polymermaterial ist, zum Beispiel aus einem Stück hergestellt.
- Verbrennungsmotor (10), der einen Luftansaugkreis (12), der mit einem Regelventil (13) ausgestattet ist, und einen Rückführkreis (20) der Blow-by-Gase nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 enthält, wobei der erste Zweig (23) des Rückführkreises (20) an den Luftansaugkreis (12) stromabwärts hinter dem Regelventil (13) bezüglich der Fließrichtung der Ansaugluft im Luftansaugkreis (20) angeschlossen ist, wobei der zweite Zweig (24) des Rückführkreises an den Luftansaugkreis (12) stromaufwärts vor dem Regelventil (13) angeschlossen ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug, das einen Verbrennungsmotor (10) nach Anspruch 8 enthält.
