Definitions

  • the invention relates to a garbage can with an injection-molded plastic body comprising side walls and a bottom wall, which are arranged in such a way that they together define a cavity with an opening opposite the bottom wall, in which two mutually facing side walls in a common corner in one piece into each other, and in which a bottom wall surface of the bottom wall facing away from the cavity has a stand strip extending at least partially along the edges of the bottom wall surface, which has curved strip strip sections bent at some of the common corner regions, to which stand strip longitudinal sections adjoin.
  • garbage cans are already known from the prior art. Such garbage cans can be provided with various capacities of about 60 l, 120 l, 240 l, 360 l or the like, for example, from municipalities for households to collect household waste, biowaste or the like and provide for a paid disposal.
  • a trash can known which is made by injection molding in one piece from a plastic.
  • This garbage bin consists essentially of a floor and from this four towering walls. At the bottom of the floor has a rotating on three sides of the garbage bin floor bar on which the garbage can stands when it is properly parked on a substrate.
  • This sidebar points below corner portions between the front wall and the side walls of the garbage bin curved standard strip sections, which are followed by the long edge sections of the stand bar.
  • US-A1-2014069936 shows a generic garbage bin with a total of integrally formed side walls, floor area and standard strips, the standard strips are divided by means of recesses into several sections to allow in the inverted state of garbage can drainage of wash water through the recesses.
  • curved corner regions of the standard strip are partitioned so that a section of the standard strip always comprises at least two curved corner regions and an intermediate, straight region of a short side wall.
  • the invention has the object of further developing generic garbage cans and so improve for everyday use that acting on the standard bar shocks are better cushioned.
  • a garbage can with an injection-molded plastic body comprising side walls and a bottom wall, which are arranged to each other so that they together define a cavity with an opening opposite the bottom wall, in which each two facing each other sidewalls in a common corner in one piece into each other, and in which on one of the cavity facing away from the bottom wall surface of the bottom wall is at least partially along the edges of the bottom wall surface extending footing is arranged, which has at some of the common corner curved strip terminal short sections, which adjoins the bar end sections, wherein the curved bar strip sections of the Standrucnlangabitesen are at least partially decoupled by material recesses.
  • a curved strip of strip bottom section is decoupled in each case by two material recesses.
  • shocks acting on the standard rail of the dustbin for example when placing the dustbin on a substrate, can be much better cushioned by the standard rail, which significantly reduces the risk that the side walls and / or or damage the bottom wall of the garbage can thereby irreversibly deformed.
  • the material recesses may be provided at different locations of the standard strip. However, impact forces from the sidebar can be absorbed most effectively if the material recesses are provided at the junctions between the standard strip short sections and the stand strip long sections.
  • these material recesses can be formed very different. For example, with appropriately designed material recesses, only the thickness of the standard strip is reduced, so that a stagnant thinner web of the standard strip can already deform elastically more favorably than a solidly constructed standard strip. As a result, a certain decoupling of areas of the standard strip can already be achieved.
  • the thickness of the standard strip runs in the sense of the invention transversely to the longitudinal extension of the standard strip.
  • bent strip strips short sections may in the direction of their respective longitudinal extent quite partially include even areas.
  • the Materialauslangisme are each configured over the entire thickness of the standard strip, creating a very good decoupling between the curved Last bar short sections and the stand bar long sections can be achieved.
  • the material recesses each have a depth which is more than one third or more than half, preferably at least two thirds, of the standard strip height, a particularly good decoupling between the curved strip main strip sections and the base strip sections can be achieved.
  • the material recesses each have a length which is greater than their depth. This results in a sufficiently large gap between the curved strip main strip sections and the base strip long sections, so that the curved bar strip sections and the base strip sections can deform elastically without contact to each other.
  • the material recesses are each arranged in a curved region of the standard strip. It has been shown that the garbage can usually bounces on the ground below the front corner areas. In these corner areas, the standard bar is curved. In this respect, the material recesses can advantageously be displaced into the area of the curved standard strip short sections.
  • the front stand bar longitudinal portion located below the front side wall may be appropriate from the two curved bar end portions be spatially separated when two of the material recesses are arranged below the front side wall of the garbage can.
  • the front end bar longitudinal section can deform elastically in a collision on a substrate, regardless of the curved bar strip sections, so that the risk is reduced that the front corner portions of the garbage here critically deform in the region of their lower ends.
  • a bent strip strip section is decoupled by two material recesses, so that it is decoupled, on the one hand, from a strip length sections arranged below the front side wall and, on the other hand, from a side strip arranged below a side wall.
  • the stand bar long sections of the stand bar can absorb shock loads better when the end strips long side sections are designed wave-shaped in the direction of its longitudinal extent.
  • the end strip longitudinal side sections are bent several times in opposite directions in the direction of their longitudinal extent.
  • the end strip longitudinal sections have alternating concave and convex areas in the direction of their longitudinal extent. In this way, moreover, a larger amount of material can be accumulated relative to a longitudinal section of the respective standing strip long section on the standard strip, as a result of which the standard strip as a whole builds more stably.
  • the standard strip has a meandering straight strip longitudinal section in the direction of its longitudinal extent. As a result, the standard strip can be made less sensitive, in particular against impact loads.
  • a further improved adaptation of the garbage bin to jerky loads can be achieved if the standard strip in the direction of its longitudinal extension has differently configured meandering straight strip longitudinal sections.
  • front below the front side wall of the garbage bin arranged end strip long sections has a narrow meandering pillar longitudinal section as the arranged below the side walls sidewall long sections.
  • the front end bar long section can be made particularly stable.
  • a garbage bin of the generic type can already advantageously be further developed, so that combinations of these features are already advantageous without the other features of the invention.
  • the decoupling according to the invention of the curved strip strip sections from the adjoining strips long sections has the advantage that in an impact of the garbage can with its arranged on the bottom wall edge strip on a substrate, the front side wall of the voltage curve are better decoupled from the side sidewalls.
  • the risk of overloading the plastic body of the garbage can is significantly reduced.
  • garbage cans are irreversibly damaged in such an impact and must be replaced as a result. This is especially true for loaded garbage cans, which can be up to 100 kg heavy with appropriate load.
  • the in the FIG. 1 shown garbage bin 1 has an injection-molded plastic body 2.
  • side walls 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the garbage can 1 are configured, namely a front side wall 3, a first lateral side wall 4, a second lateral side wall 5 and a rear side wall 6.
  • the garbage can 1 at their Bottom 7 still another also embodied by the injection-molded plastic body 2 bottom wall 8.
  • the side walls 3, 4, 5 and 6 extend from the starting Bottom wall 8 upwards in the direction 9, wherein the side walls 3, 4, 5 and 6 at their bottom wall 8 facing lower ends 10 (only exemplified) merge integrally into this bottom wall 8.
  • the two lateral side walls 4 and 5 go in two front corners 11 and 12 of the garbage can 1 in the front side wall 3 facing them and in two rear corners 13 and 14 of the garbage can 1 in the rear side wall 6 facing them integrally with each other.
  • the side walls 3, 4, 5 and 6 and the bottom wall 8 are arranged to each other such that they together define a cavity 15 for receiving waste.
  • This cavity 15 is accessible from the top 16 of the garbage can 1 via an opening 17 and closed with a lid, not shown here.
  • the lid can be pivotally attached to the garbage bin 1 by means of a storage location 18, which is recessed in two handles 19 and 20 of the garbage bin 1.
  • the opening 17 is surrounded by a pouring rim 21, wherein the pouring rim 21 immediately represents an upper end of the garbage can 1, on which the lid rests when the garbage bin 1 is closed.
  • the pouring rim 21 offers the possibility of reaching below by lifting devices for lifting the dustbin 1, for example when emptying the garbage bin 1 on a garbage transport vehicle.
  • This stand bar 26 extends along the edges 27, 28 and 29 of the bottom wall surface 25.
  • the stand bar 26 in this case has at the front corner regions 11 and 12 bent bar strips 30 and 31 on.
  • the material recesses 35 to 38 are in each case over the entire thickness 39 (see. FIG. 2 ) of the standard strip 26, wherein the depth 40 (see FIG. FIG. 3 ) In this embodiment, about two-thirds of the standard ledge height 41 (see. FIG. 3 ) is. In this respect, the stand bar 26 at the lowest point of the respective material recesses 35 to 38 still has a minimum height 42 (see. FIG. 3 ), whereby the stability of the rotating stand bar 26 is improved.
  • the respective length 43 (see. FIG. 4 ) of the material recesses 35 to 38 is greater than the depth 40 (see. FIG. 3 ).
  • the material recesses 35 to 38 are further characterized by a convex edge 44 (see. FIG. 4 ) of the standard strip 26, resulting in the area of the Materialausappel 35 to 38, an improved stress distribution in the standard strip 26.
  • the material recesses 35 to 38 are arranged in a curved region (not explicitly numbered) of the bent strip strips short sections 30 and 31, respectively.
  • the stand bar 26 is also given an improved stability, since the strip end sections 32, 33, 34 are designed wave-shaped in the direction of their respective longitudinal extent 45, 46 and 47, respectively. Furthermore, the end strip longitudinal sections 32, 33, 34 in the direction of their respective longitudinal extension 45, 46, 47 alternately concave configured areas 48 (only exemplified, see FIG. 3 ) and convex areas 49 (also numbered only as an example).
  • the standard strip 26 is characterized by a meandering straight strip longitudinal section, with this regionally meandering differently pronounced.
  • the front lower edge strip section 32 arranged below the front side wall 3 has a narrow meandering straight-line longitudinal section 50 (cf. FIG. 2 ) as the further meandering pillar longitudinal sections 51 and 52 (see. FIG. 2 ) arranged below the lateral side walls 4 and 5, respectively, standing bar sections 33 and 34th
