In this way, a tension is applied to the membrane element 8 solely by the movement of the spur 18, while the latter is engaged in the edge portion 9.

Claims (10)

  1. Automatische Station (1) zum Bedecken einer Unterlage (7) mit einem Membran-Element (8), umfassend einen Gelenk-Ausleger (4), einen über den Gelenk-Ausleger (4) bewegbaren Hefter (5) und eine fixierende Unterstation (2), mit der das Membran-Element (8) in einer vorbestimmten Position an der Unterlage (7) haltbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die automatische Station (1) ferner umfasst: ein Greifelement (18), das durch den Gelenk-Ausleger (4) bewegbar und ausgelegt ist, um einen Randabschnitt (9) des Membran-Elements (8) anzuspannen, während die Unterlage (7) von der fixierenden Unterstation (2) gehalten ist, um den Randabschnitt (9) zu spannen, bevor der Hefter (5) den Randabschnitt (9) an der Unterlage (7) fixiert.
  2. Automatische Station nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Einsätze (11) und/oder Spannvorrichtungen (3) umfasst, die in eine Betriebs-Stellung derart bewegbar sind, dass sie mit dem Membran-Element (8) zusammenwirken, um den Randabschnitt (9) vor dem Heften nach innen zu falten.
  3. Automatische Station nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die fixierende Unterstation (2) Puffer (12) umfasst, die derart angeordnet sind, dass sie einen ersten Druck auf die Schale (7) ausüben und das Membran-Element (8) in der vorbestimmten Position fixieren.
  4. Automatische Station nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Druck derart ist, dass er einen Vorspannungs-Zustand des Membran-Elements (8) in Bezug auf die Unterlage (7) aufrecht erhält, um Falten in dem Membran-Element (8) in zumindest einer Richtung zu eliminieren.
  5. Automatische Station nach Anspruch 2 und 3 oder 2 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannvorrichtung (3) und/oder die Einsätze (11) in eine Position bewegbar sind, in welcher sie einen zweiten Druck zum Fixieren der Schale (7) und des Membran-Elements (8) an die fixierende Unterstation (2) während des Heftens ausüben, wobei der zweite Druck eine Resultierende hat, die in eine unterschiedliche Richtung zu derjenigen der Resultierenden des ersten Drucks gerichtet ist.
  6. Automatische Station nach einem vorstehenden Ansprüche, die von Anspruch 2 abhängig sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannvorrichtung (3) und/oder die bewegbaren Einsätze (11), wenn sie in der Betriebsstellung angeordnet sind, Durchlässe (17) definieren, in welche das Greifelement (18) gelangen kann, um zu dem Randabschnitt (9) zu gelangen und das Heften durchzuführen.
  7. Automatische Station nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greifelement (18) derart ausgestaltet ist, dass es an dem Randabschnitt (9) unter Druck infolge einer Bewegung in geradliniger Richtung angreifen kann.
  8. Verfahren zum Heften eines Membran-Elements (8) an eine Unterlage (7) mithilfe einer automatischen Station nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, umfassend die Schritte:
    - unter Druck das Greifelement (18) an dem Randabschnitt (9) angreifen lassen;
    - Bewegen des Greifelements (18), um den Randabschnitt (9) zu spannen;
    - Durchführen des Heftens, während das Greifelement (18) und der Randabschnitt (9) in Eingriff stehen.
  9. Heftverfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Bewegens den Schritt des Bewegens in einer Richtung umfasst, derart, dass ein Auslaß (19) des Hefters (5) einem straffen Bereich des Randabschnitts (9) gegenüber liegt.
  10. Heftverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Unterlage derart ausgelegt ist, dass sie in dem Fahrgast-Raum eines bereiften Fahrzeugs befestigbar ist und das Membran-Element ein Überzug für den Fahrgast-Raum eines bereiften Fahrzeugs ist.
