Claims (9)

  1. Balcon escamotable pour bateaux, comprenant un châssis (10) configuré pour tourner, au moyen de premiers moyens d'articulation (13), d'une position verticale fermée, dans laquelle il est sensiblement aligné sur le côté (M) du bateau, à une position horizontale ouverte, dans laquelle il est agencé pour faire saillie dudit côté (M) du bateau, une plateforme de marche (11) agencée au-dessus dudit châssis (10) et une pluralité de rambardes de protection (12), ledit balcon appartenant, dans ladite position fermée, audit côté (M) du bateau et étant configuré, dans ladite position ouverte, pour créer une ouverture dans le côté (M) qui permet l'accès à ladite plateforme de marche (11) depuis l'intérieur du bateau et vice-versa, caractérisé en ce que des montants latéraux respectifs (14) sont positionnés sur les côtés opposés et à l'intérieur de sièges respectifs (17) dudit châssis (10), lesdits rambardes de protection (12) étant fixées auxdits montants latéraux (14) à l'aide de seconds moyens d'articulation (19, 26) et lesdits montants latéraux (14) étant raccordés audit châssis (10) au moyen de joints respectifs de sorte que chaque montant (14) soit même de tourner vers le haut en faisant en angle de 0 à 90° via des premiers moyens d'actionnement (16) en partant d'une position horizontale, dans laquelle le montant (14) est logé dans ledit siège respectif (17), chaque montant (14) étant également pourvu de seconds moyens d'actionnement (18) pour commander l'extension vers le haut d'une partie télescopique dudit montant (14) et donc desdites rambardes de protection (12).
  2. Balcon escamotable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites rambardes de protection (12) comprennent une vitre avant (15A) et deux vitres latérales (15B), lesdites vitres latérales (15B) étant repliées sur ladite vitre avant (15A) et étant à même d'être déplacées à l'aides desdits seconds moyens d'articulation (19).
  3. Balcon escamotable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites rambardes de protection (12) comprennent une pluralité d'éléments tubulaires (25) qui forment une rambarde avant (24A) et deux rambardes latérales (24B), lesdites rambardes latérales (24B) étant repliées sur ladite rambarde avant (24A) et étant à même d'être déplacées à l'aide desdits seconds moyens d'articulation (26).
  4. Balcon escamotable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits montants (14) ont intérieurement lesdits seconds moyens d'articulation (19, 26) qui sont configurés pour supporter et faire tourner lesdites rambardes de protection (12).
  5. Balcon escamotable selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite vitre avant (15A) est collée sur lesdits montants latéraux (14) et ladite partie télescopique desdits montants latéraux (14) entoure la partie fixe de manière à former une surface de liaison le long d'un bord extérieur du bateau.
  6. Balcon escamotable selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites vitres latérales (15B) sont fixées auxdits montants (14) au moyen de boutons de sécurité internes (20) qui empêchent d'autres mouvements de rotation.
  7. Balcon escamotable selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits seconds moyens d'articulation (19) présentent un arrêt mécanique (21) qui empêche la rotation desdites vitres (15A, 15B) le long d'un bord extérieur du bateau.
  8. Balcon escamotable selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite rambarde avant (24A) est soudée sur lesdits montants latéraux (14) et ladite partie télescopique desdits montants (14) entoure ladite partie fixe de manière à former une surface de soudure le long du bord externe du bateau.
  9. Balcon escamotable selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdites rambardes latérales (24B) sont fixées auxdits montants (14) au moyen de boutons de sécurité internes (20) qui empêchent d'autres mouvements de rotation.
