Claims (6)
- Dispositif d'encrage avec un rouleau d'application d'encre, comprenant :- une chambre à racle (101) qui forme avec le rouleau d'application d'encre un espace fermé,- la chambre à racle (101) comprenant au moins une ouverture d'alimentation (112) et au moins une ouverture d'évacuation (113, 114) pour l'encre d'impression,- au moins une conduite d'alimentation (112) pour l'introduction et au moins une conduite d'évacuation (113, 114) pour l'évacuation de l'encre d'impression, une soupape (130, 131) se trouvant respectivement dans la conduite d'alimentation (112) et la conduite d'évacuation (113, 114),caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif de coloration comprend un support de racle (210), auquel la chambre à racle (101) peut être couplé et au moins une des soupapes (130, 131) est disposé sur le support de racle (210). - Dispositif d'encrage selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
la soupape (130, 131) est fixée au support de racle (210). - Dispositif d'encrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
les deux soupapes (130, 131) sont disposées sur le support de racle (210). - Dispositif d'encrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
une conduite de liaison bifurque de la conduite d'alimentation (110) devant la soupape (130, 131) dans le sens d'écoulement de l'encre d'impression, qui débouche dans la conduite d'évacuation derrière la soupape (130, 131) dans le sens d'écoulement. - Dispositif d'encrage selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que
dans la conduite de liaison se trouve une autre soupape (143), qui est disposée sur le support de racle (210), plus particulièrement qui y est fixée. - Dispositif d'encrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
la conduite d'alimentation (110) et/ou la conduite d'évacuation (113, 114) se termine dans un bloc (221), le bloc (221) comprenant au moins une embouchure (142), l'embouchure (142) formant avec l'ouverture d'alimentation (112) ou l'ouverture d'évacuation (113, 114) de la chambre à racle (101) une ouverture d'écoulement commune.
