  • Both the position of the fulcrum 22 and that of the hinge 23 are adjustable on different discrete positions to allow the adjustment of the extent of the compensation.
  • the slotted end of the lever 21 cooperates with a hinge-slide 24, apt to move inside the slot of the lever 21, and is pivoted to the end of a lever 25 integral with the warp tensioner 13, to cause the rotation of the same and of the yarn-carrying bar 14 which, as previously said, is fixed to the warp tensioner 13.
  • lever 20 makes lever 21 oscillate around the fulcrum 22, dragging in this sliding movement also the hinge-slide 24.
  • the linear movement transmitted to the end of the lever 25 causes the rotation of said lever and of the warp tensioner 13 around its own axis and therefore the forward displacement of the yarn-carrying bar 14.
  • This movement with an appropriate designing of the lever mechanism described above, causes a positive compensation on the pile warp yarns exactly corresponding to the displacement undergone by said yarns due to the movement, forth and back, of the breast-beam F and of the fabric guide roll 9, thus achieving the first object of the invention.
  • the arrangement of the slot end of the lever 21 is such as to be substantially parallel to the arc of the circle that the hinge-slide 24 performs during the negative compensation movement of the warp tensioner 13, i.e. during the rotation of the warp tensioner 13 around the axis of the first deviation roll 11.
  • the hinge-slide 24 may therefore freely slide and without any frictions inside the slot end of the lever 21 and, vice versa, when the lever 21 is operated by the positive compensation device, it will not be determined any rotation of the warp tensioner 13 around the first deviation roll 11, but just a rotation of the warp tensioner 13 around its own axis.
  • This arrangement therefore allows to clearly separate the positive and negative compensation of the top pile roll assembly G and the elastic means 16 are therefore not at all affected, or affected only in part, as will be said later, by the compensation of the variation of the path length of the pile warp yarns Wr caused by the alternating movement of the breast-beam F.
  • the lever 21 is provided with a series of holes that allow to move its pivoting point on the reference rod 20. By moving this pivoting point, it is possible to obtain a variation of the positive compensation run of the yarn-carrying bar 14 of the pile yarns.
  • the run of the reference rod 20 being equal, the more the pivoting point 23 is moved toward the fulcrum 22 the greater the rotation of the warp tensioner 13 and the displacement of the yarn-carrying bar 14 and, consequently, the positive compensation of the pile warp tensioner.

Claims (6)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Einstellen der Spannung der Florkettfäden in einer mobilen Brustbalken-Frotteewebmaschine, mit einer Florketten-Rollenanordnung (G), mit einer Kettspannerwalze (13), die mit einer negativen Kompensationsbewegung der Fachöffnung und des Blattanschlags für die Bildung des Flors und mit einer positiven Kompensationsbewegung der abwechselnden Verschiebung der Florkettfäden versehen ist, wobei die genannte positive Kompensationsbewegung der Kettspannerwalze (13) durch einen separaten Mechanismus, durch die gleiche Steuerung (M), die die abwechselnde Bewegung des Brustbalkens antreibt, betätigt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mechanismus die Drehung der Kettspannerwalze (13) um ihre eigene Achse bewirkt und die positive Kompensationsbewegung durch eine garntragende Stange (14) vorgesehen ist, die mit der Kettspannerwalze (13) fest verbunden ist.
  2. Vorrichtung zum Einstellen der Spannung des Florkettenfäden gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der Mechanismus eine Schlitzschlittenkupplung (21, 24) umfasst, welcher Mechanismus während der negativen Kompensation der Kettspannerwalze (13) inaktiv oder nur teilweise aktiv ist, und der während des Betriebs der positiven Kompensation der Kettspannerwalze (13) aktiv ist.
  3. Vorrichtung zum Einstellen der Spannung der Florkettenfäden gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei die Längsachse des Schlitzes im Wesentlichen parallel zu der negativen Kompensationsbewegung der Kettspannerwalze (13) ist.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Einstellen der Spannung der Florkettenfäden gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei die Längsachse des Schlitzes geeignet geneigt ist mit in Bezug auf die negative Kompensationsbewegung des Kettspanners (13), so dass während der negativen Kompensationsbewegung der Kettspannerwalze (13) die Garnträgerstange (14) zu einer Drehung um die Kettspannerwalze (13) veranlasst wird, um eine teilweise positive Kompensation bereitzustellen, auch während der Schritte der Fachöffnung und des Blattanschlags zum Bilden des Flors.
  5. Vorrichtung zum Einstellen der Spannung der Florkettfäden gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der Mechanismus umfasst:
    a. eine Verbindungsstange (20), die die Bewegung von der genannten Steuerung (M) erhält und die Schwingung eines ersten Hebels (21) verursacht, der ein freies geschlitztes Ende, bezogen auf den festen Drehpunkt (22) von seinem gegenüberliegenden Ende, das an der Webstuhlstruktur angelenkt ist, aufweist, wobei die Verbindungsstange (20) und der erste Hebel (21) durch ein Scharnier (23) miteinander verbunden sind;
    b. einen Scharnierschlitten (24), der geeignet ist, um sich innerhalb des geschlitzten freien Endes des ersten Hebels (21) zu bewegen und der an dem Ende eines zweiten Hebels (25) integral mit der Kettspannerwalze (13) schwenkbar angelenkt ist, um die Drehung derselben und der festen Garnträgerstange (14), die daran fixiert ist, zu veranlassen.
  6. Vorrichtung zum Einstellen der Spannung der Florkettfäden gemäß Anspruch 5, wobei die Position des festen Drehpunktes (22) des ersten Hebels (21) und die Position des Scharniers (23), das die Verbindungsstange (20) und den ersten Hebel (21) verbindet, auf verschiedene diskrete Positionen einstellbar ist, um die Anpassung des Ausmaßes der Kompensation zu ermöglichen.
