Claims (16)
- A control element, comprising:- a base element (8), at which a joystick (1) forming a first proportional actuation element is continuously pivotable with its attachment end (1a) about two pivot axes (2a, b) that are oriented at an angle relative to each other and that are typically horizontally oriented,
wherein- the joystick (1) includes an expanded head (9) at an actuation end (1b) that is arranged opposite to the attachment end (1a) and a shaft (11) that runs from the expanded head to the attachment end (1a),- the joystick (1) has a convex curved front surface (4) that is typically oriented towards the user, a concave curved rear surface (5) that is arranged opposite to the front surface, and a left and a right side surface (6a, b) that connects the two surfaces (4, 5) at sides,
and
additional, in particular proportional, actuation elements (3a, b) are arranged- in the front surface (4)- on the back surface (5)- and optionally also on the right side surface (6b) in a portion of the head (9)characterized in that
a longitudinal center line (4') is arcuate in front view and extends in a center between the
two side surfaces (6a, b) on the front surface (4) and has a lateral inclination angle (19) at an upper end between 15 degrees and 46 degrees relative to a vertical (10). - The control element according to claim 1,
characterized in that
the actuation elements are arranged in a transition portion between the head (9) and the shaft (11). - The control element according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
the front surface (4) extends in side view at its upper end approximately in a direction of the vertical (10), an orthogonal on the flat bottom side (8b) or the top side (8a) of the base element (8), and encloses a front surface angle (16) relative to the vertical (10), wherein the front surface angle is between 45 degrees and 75 degrees, better between 53 degrees and 65 degrees. - The control element according to one of the preceding claims,

the joy stick (1) includes a hand support in its lower portion at the shaft (11) wherein the hand support protrudes radially at least on one side and is arranged in particular circumferential and is elevation adjustable relative to the pivot element (1) and fixable in particular interlockable
and/or
the additional proportional actuation elements (3a, b, c) are arranged at a front surface (4) in a portion of a thumb (51) of a hand (50) that operates the joy stick (1) and that is placed onto the hand support (7) and are arranged in particular on a circular arc (12) about a center point (13) that is arranged in a center elevation portion of the front surface (4). - The control element according to one of the claims 6 - 9,
characterized in that
a movement direction (14) of the proportional actuation elements (3a, b, c) on the front surface (4) deviates from the longitudinal center line (4') along the front surface (4)
in this elevation range at the most by a slant angle (21) of plus/ minus 20°, better only plus/minus 15°, better only plus/minus 10°,
and/or
plural in particular three digital actuation elements (6a, b, c) are arranged in a portion of the thumb (51) of a hand (50) that rests on the hand support (7) and holds the joy stick (1) on the front surface (4) in the portion of the head (9), and in particular one respective actuation element (13a, b, c) is arranged below one of the three proportional actuation elements (3a, b, c). - The control element according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
at least one actuation element (3d) of the additional proportional actuation elements is arranged on a back surface (5) of the pivot element (1) in the grip portion of a center finger (53) of a hand (50) that rests on the hand support (7) and supports the pivot element (1) and in particular the movement direction (14) of the additional proportional actuation element (3b) is essentially horizontal. - The control element according to claim 11,
characterized in that
an additional digital actuation element (13d) is arranged on a rear surface (5) in a grip portion of the index finger (2) and/or center finger (53) of a hand (50) that rests on the hand rest (7) and supports the pivot element (1) and in particular above the proportional actuation element (3b) that is arranged on the back side (5),
and/or
between the digital actuation element (13d) and the proportional actuation element (3d) a center finger support (24) protrudes from the back surface (5) and extends in particular horizontally and protrudes further than the 2 adjacent actuation elements (13d, 3d). - The control element according to claim 12,
characterized in that
a bulge (25) is provided that leads from the back surface (5) into the uppermost portion and into the right side surface so that a resting groove (28) for a finger is formed between the support (25) and the digital actuation element (13d) on the back surface (5) arranged there behind at a distance,
and/or
a convex bulge (26) is provided in the rear surface (35) in a side view from the right bulging from the rear surface (5) at a transition between the head (9) and the shaft (11) below the proportional actuation element (3d) and the proportion actuation element (3d) is arranged in particular in an upward oriented flank of the bulge (26). - The control element according to one of the preceding claims,

at least one advantageously plural digital actuation elements (13 e, f) are arranged in the right side surface (6b) proximal to the actuation elements (1b) wherein the digital actuation elements are advantageously arranged closer to the back surface (5) than to the front surface (4) and differ with respect to their distance (5) from the back surface but are advantageously arranged at an even distance from the actuation end (1b) of the face (20) of the joy stick (1). - The control element according to claim 14,
characterized in that
the portions (6b1, 6b2) of the right side surface (6b) where the digital actuation elements (13e, f) are arranged are placed at an external angle (29) of 185° to 215°, better 195° to 209° relative to each other. - The control element according to one of the preceding claims,
characterized in that
the base element (8) has a height of 3.0 cm at the most, better 2.5 cm at the most, better 2.0 cm at the most, better only 1.5 cm at the most,
and/or
the head (9) of the joy stick (1) has a thickness between 5.0 cm and 7.0 cm, better between 5.5 cm and 6.5 cm, measured between the front surface (4) and the back surface (5) in side view
and/or
the head (9) of the joy stick (1) has a maximum width between 7.0 cm and 10.0 cm,
better between 8.0 cm and 9.0 cm measured between a left side surface and a right side surface (6a, b).
