Description

The invention relates to an acoustic panel according to the preamble of independent claim 1 and a method for producing an acoustic panel according to the preamble of independent claim 9. Acoustic elements for use as a wall or ceiling covering serve to influence the room acoustics. The room acoustics are influenced by sound waves radiated directly from a sound source and sound waves reflected by walls, ceilings and furnishings that occur in a room. Decisive for the improvement of the room acoustics is the reduction of the direct sound reflection in the room. The degree of sound absorption of the respective materials serves as a measure of this.
Acoustic elements are intended in particular for use in meeting rooms, entrance areas, restaurants, offices, concert halls, meeting rooms, schools or sports facilities. Such an acoustic element is, for example, from the DE 10 2014 207 852 A1 discloses a panel with a Holzfaserdämmplatte, a wood-based panel and a resting on the wood-based panel visible solid wood surface, wherein in the solid wood surface and the wood-based panel slits are incorporated into the wood fiber insulation. For connecting the panels a Nutfederverbindung is provided in the wood-based panel. The document WO 2011/006813 A2 on the other hand reveals wall panels which have locking profiles at their longitudinal and transverse edges and can be connected to one another, for example, by means of a 5G lock. Further acoustic elements are, for example, from the DE 20 2009 016 944 U1 , of the EP 2 216 773 B1 , of the WO 2006/056351 A1 and the WO 2010/089271 A1 known. The WO 2010/089271 A1 shows a floor panel with the features of the preambles of claims 1 and 9. It shows a floor panel with a support plate and a top side disposed cover layer and an underside arranged acoustic fleece. Here are in the support plate and the cover layer recesses arranged. In order to prevent liquids from penetrating into the recesses in the cover layer, the size of the recesses in the cover layer is designed for a specific surface tension of liquids, so that liquids can not penetrate into the micro-recesses.

Known acoustic panels have a multilayer structure and have a viewing surface directed towards the room and provided with perforations or other recesses, which is designed so that the sound waves penetrate through them into an absorber surface and run there. The structural design of the known panels is designed to achieve a high efficiency particularly expensive. Each panel is designed as an independent component and provided for each separate attachment to the wall or ceiling. The production optically particularly appealing, acoustically Particularly effective and precisely mountable acoustic panels, ie acoustic panels can be produced by means of mountable without offset covering surfaces is complex and costly with the known acoustic panels and manufacturing processes.

The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a structurally particularly simple and inexpensive to manufacture acoustic panel can be formed with the offsetless and visually appealing surfaces. It is also an object to provide a corresponding method for producing such an acoustic panel.
The invention achieves the object by an acoustic panel with the features of claim 1 and a method having the features of claim 9. Advantageous developments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims. In this case, the features described in themselves or in any combination in principle subject of the invention, regardless of their summary in the claims or their dependency.
The acoustic panel according to the invention for use as ceiling and / or wall covering has a base plate comprising at least a portion of a wood-based panel having a top and a bottom and a top layer disposed on the top and on the longitudinal sides and / or transverse sides to each other corresponding locking profiles Adhesive-free bonding with further acoustic panels and an absorber unit arranged on the underside for absorbing room sound and a plurality of the base plate completely penetrating recesses for passing through meeting on the top of space sound into the absorber unit.
The design of the acoustic panel with corresponding locking profiles makes it possible in a particularly simple manner to produce wall and ceiling coverings with non-offset surfaces, since the locking profiles guarantee an offsetless connection of the acoustic panels. Even in the case of unevenness on the direct wall or ceiling surface, or in the fastening means for the acoustic panels, the surface visible in the space produced by the acoustic panels is without offset. Due to the locking profiles it is also ensured that the surface remains permanently free of misalignment and the positioning of the individual panels to each other permanently consistent, so that, for example, even in setting activities of the building and / or climate-related changes of individual building materials, such as. The wood-based panel, the surface of the coating produced remains permanently consistent. By offset is meant that the panel surfaces are arranged in a plane.

The acoustic panel according to the invention can be produced by a method matched to the acoustic panel, which method is particularly cost-effective, since individual method steps are at least partially known from the production of floor, wall or ceiling laminates. A further particular advantage of the inventive acoustic panel is that, alternatively, a floor, wall or ceiling laminate known per se and cost-effective to produce can be further processed into an inventive acoustic panel in a particularly cost-effective manner by modification with the corresponding recesses and connection to a lower-side absorber unit can. The particularly simple structural design of the inventive acoustic panel thus makes it possible to modify any known as wall, ceiling or floor laminate panel in a simple and cost-effective manner to the acoustic panel.

Under ceiling and wall coverings are from the interior of visible coatings (cladding, coverings) on the walls and ceilings to understand. These can either be connected directly to the wall or the ceiling or be arranged on a fastening device and corresponding connection means such as. Over drop or suspended ceilings, clip systems, and rail systems with mounting claws on this.

ä.Under the wall or ceiling on which the acoustic panels are fixed, in the context of the invention, either the direct wall or ceiling surface to understand or arranged on or in front of the wall or ceiling surface studs, suspension devices, fastening devices o.

The wood-based panel may in particular be a chipboard or fiberboard, for example an MDF or HDF board or a mineral fiber-bonded board. Depending on the intended field of application, the wood-based panel is in particular designed as a formaldehyde-poor or formaldehyde-free glued wood-based panel having a formaldehyde compensation concentration of ≦ 0.03 ppm, preferably ≦ 0.02 ppm, in accordance with EN 717-1. For this purpose, the wood-based panel used in particular a formaldehyde-free binder, for example. An isocyanate have. Thus, the chipboards or fibreboards preferably used for the inventive acoustic panel may at least in large part contain isocyanate as a binder. In addition, the wood-based panels can contain other additives, such as, for example, fire retardants or colorants.

Under a base plate is a single section of a divided into several sections, coated wood-based panel understood that still has no profiling on the longitudinal and / or transverse sides. Accordingly, the base plate can also comprise a chipboard or a fiber board, for example an MDF or HDF board. A base plate also has at least largely the later panel length and panel width and may have on the top next to at least one cover layer, for example. A decorative layer, further coating layers. In addition, the base plate may also have on the underside a coating of one or more layers, for example a bottom-side undercoat coating. The base plate is preferably thick with coatings between 4 mm and 12 mm, in particular 8 mm +/- 1 mm.

In the context of the invention, a panel (for example an acoustic panel) is understood to mean a base plate with mutually corresponding locking profiles on the transverse and / or longitudinal sides of the base plate. For rectangular base plates, i. with base plates with a short and a long side, the shorter side of the base plate is understood as the transverse side. These can also be referred to as front or head sides.

The locking profiles of the panel are designed for adhesive-free connection of several panels with each other. In each case, the locking profiles arranged on the longitudinal sides and the locking profiles arranged on the transverse sides can correspond to one another, so that a completely flat (offset) surface (wall or ceiling covering) can be formed by means of a plurality of acoustic panels. Also, the transverse side and the longitudinal side may have the same mutually corresponding locking profiles. The acoustic panels of a surface can also be identical in size and shape.

As already mentioned, the cover layer can be designed in particular as a decorative layer.

In this case, the decorative layer may be formed in particular monochrome or show a wood decor, a stone surface, a tile decor or fantasy decoration. Alternatively, the cover layer may, for example, be formed as a wear layer. The cover layer can also be multi-layered.

For example, for the formation of the decor, the base plate or the wood-based panel also contain a colorant, whereby the base plate / wood-based panel has a basic color. In this respect, the base plate / wood-based panel may be formed as part of the visible decoration. Surprisingly, in particular colored primer layers of a surface coating, which are inevitably necessary in conventional lacquered floor panels due to the significantly higher mechanical stress, can be omitted by the colored base plate / wood-based panel. As a result, the manufacturing costs for the acoustic panel are surprisingly significantly lower compared to conventional surface coatings known from the floor area. The colorants in the wood-based panel / base plate can be used in particular in painted surface coatings. In addition, a color, particularly decorative adaptation of the recesses can be carried out particularly easily on the colorants.

An optionally arranged on the underside of the coating may, for example, be designed as a counter-pull and comprise one or more layers. The coating can be arranged adjacent to the absorber unit or connected to the absorber unit. The layer acting as a countermovement can be, for example, in the formation of the decorative layer by means of a decorative paper a Gegenzugpapier. In the case of a directly printed panel, it is possible, for example, to arrange a lacquer layer which acts in response to the decorative layer.

Below the underside, the underside surface of the wood-base material panel, the base plate or the panel / acoustic panel opposite the cover layer will be understood, which may be uncoated or coated according to the context (for example with a counteracting layer). In order, for example, to provide visible elements for partitioning from both sides, the underside can alternatively also be coated with one or more cover layers, for example a decorative layer.

An absorber unit is understood to mean a structure which is designed to accommodate the sound waves and in which the sound waves are dispersed. Show absorber units in particular a particularly low density in the range of 50 kg / m 3 to 400 kg / m 3 , preferably 50 kg / m 3 to 300 kg / m 3 and particularly preferably 100 kg / m 3 to 380 kg / m 3 and can be open-pored be educated. Absorber units can, for example, consist of plastics. Thus, in particular polyester fiber plates are suitable as absorber unit. Alternatively, however, the absorber unit comprises a wood material, for example a wood fiber insulation board. Particularly suitable as absorber unit are also plastic-modified plates. This can be, for example, wood-based panels, such as wood fiber or Holzfaserdämmplatten, which are mixed with plastic particles, such as. Plastic fibers.

According to the invention, the absorber unit comprises a mineral plate, in particular a fleece-laminated mineral plate, with a density of 250 kg / m 3 to 380 kg / m 3 or up to 400 kg / m 3 , since this surprisingly causes a particularly high sound absorption rate. The absorber unit is in particular plate-shaped and connected in a flat manner to the wood-based material board or its coating.

The absorber unit, regardless of the material chosen, preferably has a thickness (plate height) of 11 mm +/- 4 mm, with absorber units made of nonwoven-laminated or non-laminated mineral plates in particular having a thickness of 11 mm +/- 1 mm.
The recesses in the base plate may have different geometric shapes. You can, for example, be designed as round or square holes or slot-shaped. The recesses are arranged side by side in the longitudinal and / or transverse direction of the panel. The recesses fully penetrate the base plate, ie, the recesses prevail next to the wood-based panel also all layers of the coating, ie both the top layer or other layers on the top and all applied to the bottom layers, such as a Gegenzugschicht. The recesses are thus designed so that sound waves impinging on the coating on the upper side are conducted through the recesses, strike the absorber unit, penetrate into it and dissipate in it.

In addition, in addition to the base plate completely penetrating recesses, in particular in edge regions of the panel, decor recesses may be arranged which protrude through the cover layer into the wood-based panel, but they do not penetrate. The decorative recesses ensure a particularly high stability of the acoustic panel in the edge region and thus a particularly secure and durable connection of several acoustic panels together by means of the binder-free locking profiles.

The absorber unit can be connected directly with the production of the base plate, for example. With the help of an arranged on the bottom adhesive counter-pull, with the wood-based panel. According to a development of the invention, however, an additional adhesive layer for connecting the absorber unit to the underside is arranged between the underside (i.e., the surface of the wood-based panel or the optionally present coating) and the absorber unit. This may in particular be a hot melt adhesive (HotMelt), an adhesive film or a one-component adhesive, such as e.g. White glue, its.

According to one embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the recesses pass through the adhesive layer. That is, the recesses project through the adhesive layer. As a result, a significant improvement in the sound absorption is achieved because the penetrating into the recesses sound waves can penetrate particularly easily in the absorber unit and are not reflected by the adhesive layer.

In addition, it is provided according to a development of the invention that the recesses extend into the absorber unit. In other words, the recesses project beyond the underside of the panel and an optionally arranged adhesive layer into the absorber unit, so that recesses are likewise arranged in the absorber unit. Preferably, the recesses do not penetrate the absorber unit. The recesses extending into the absorber unit significantly improve the sound absorption.

Particularly preferably, it is further provided that the recesses passing through the panel and optionally also the decorative recesses extend over the entire length of the acoustic panel, whereby a further improved sound absorption of the sound impinging on the panel is made possible.

According to a development of the invention, reinforcing elements aligned with the underside, in particular transversely to the longitudinal direction of the wood-based material board or base plate or transversely to a longitudinal direction of the recesses, are arranged. The reinforcing elements can, for example, be designed as strips (rod-shaped). The reinforcing elements are connected to the underside, in particular glued, and provide increased strength the panel, for example. With a high number of the panel passing through recesses. The reinforcing elements are particularly adapted to the material of the wood-based panel and thus preferably consist of wood-based material, such as chipboard, HDF or MDF. The reinforcing elements are preferably spaced apart from each other, wherein, for example, in the region of the transverse sides, in particular adjacent to the transverse-side locking profiles, in each case one arranged in the transverse direction of the panel reinforcing element is arranged.

The reinforcing elements are preferably between 10 mm - 50 mm, in particular 20 mm +/- 2 mm, wide. The reinforcing elements are adapted in their thickness to the thickness of the absorber unit. For example. Depending on the pressing pressure or the applied pressing method when pressing the reinforcing element to the base plate, the thickness of the reinforcing element is equal to the thickness of the absorber unit or up to 20% lower than the absorber unit, whereby a secure compression of reinforcing element and absorber element is ensured with the bottom. In particular, for the formation of particularly thin acoustic panels with a height of 15 mm +/- 5 mm, the absorber unit, adapted to the height of the base plate, between 4 mm to 14 mm, in particular 11 mm +/- 1 mm, high. The particularly preferred dimensions ensure an optimal ratio of high stability, low production costs, minimum thickness and high sound absorption rates. Particularly good sound absorption rates are also achieved from a height ratio of about 1: 1 between the base plate and absorber unit.

The absorber unit is preferably in one piece, designed and covers the underside of the wood-based panel as far as possible (possibly up to edge areas) completely. In an arrangement of reinforcing elements on the underside, however, the absorber unit particularly preferably has a plurality of absorber elements, which are arranged in particular between the reinforcing elements. As a result, a high sound absorption is achieved in accordance with sufficiently high strength of the acoustic panel. The already mentioned, depending on the height of the base plate optimized height of the absorber unit between 4 mm - 14 mm ensures optimum sound absorption, so that a particularly thin acoustic panel with a height of 15 +/- 5 mm, in particular 19 mm +/- 1 mm , can be provided. The particularly thin construction of the acoustic panel makes it possible, as already mentioned above, for rooms in which no acoustic panels are provided during construction planning were retrofitted with acoustic panels without significant loss of space.

Klebschichten, Grundierungen, Spachtelschichten usw., umfassen. The top layer arranged on the top layer may be formed as a solid wood layer, but is preferably as applied to the surface of the wood-based panel layer of PVC, PE, PP, polyester, PU, as a laminate, HPL, DPL, CPL, film, acrylic film and / or as formed on the surface of lacquer and / or synthetic resin layer, which is applied, for example. In digital printing. The cover layer may also comprise all auxiliary layers necessary for the application of the cover layer or a decorative layer, such as, for example, adhesive layers, primers, filler layers, etc.

In addition, advantageously (on the outside) a (in particular transparent) wear layer and / or structural layer or a structured wear layer for improving the surface resistance of the acoustic panel against external influences or for optical enhancement and / or haptic formation of the surface can be arranged. The wear layer and / or structural layer can be applied, for example, as a synthetic resin layer or overlay in each case liquid or solid. In particular, the wear layer and / or the structural layer is applied by means of a layer-forming digital printing method. Individual layers, such as, for example, a structural layer, can only be applied in sections, in order to produce a haptic, negative or positive surface structure, for example, matched to the decor.

The profiles on the longitudinal sides and transverse sides are particularly preferred as latching profiles, i. for mutual locking, formed. In this case, the profiles are designed, in particular, as rotary profiles and / or swivel profiles (in the following also rotary swivel profiles) or as a vertical latching profile. A vertical latching profile is understood to mean a latching profile in which the two profiles of the acoustic panels to be connected can be brought into one another in a direction pointing perpendicularly to the top, corresponding, for example, to a push-button profile. In addition, vertical locking profiles are understood to mean locking profiles in which the two profiles to be joined (scissor-like) can be folded into one another, namely by a direction pointing 90 ° to the longitudinal axis of the profiles (which can be brought into one another). In particular, vertical latching profiles are not rotary-swivel profiles or locking profiles which can be slid into one another in the plane of the panel.

Under a rotary-pivot profile can therefore be understood locking profiles, in which the locking operation of the corresponding locking profiles to be connected to each other comprises a rotational and / or pivotal movement about a longitudinal axis extending in the profile direction.

Both the rotary-pivot profiles and the vertical latching profiles may be formed with or without a separate locking body.

Preferably, the profiles on the longitudinal sides and the transverse sides are corresponding to each other, so that a first panel can be locked with a transverse side in a longitudinal side of a second panel. For this purpose, the profiles may, for example, be formed as a rotary-swivel profile or vertical locking profile. In the execution of, for example, rectangular panels can thus a variety of different installation patterns (eg., Transverse side on the longitudinal side) can be realized.

Alternatively, each of the transverse sides corresponding locking profiles, for example. Vertical locking profiles, and each of the longitudinal sides corresponding locking profiles, for example. Rotary swivel profiles, which in particular the installation of the acoustic panels in the wall or ceiling area is much easier. Preferably, at least on the transverse sides of the panels corresponding locking profiles, in particular vertical locking profiles, are arranged, which have a separate locking body. A separate locking body is understood as meaning, for example, a separate component not formed from the base plate, absorber unit or the surface coating, which engages in the profile area and locks two acoustic panels to one another. In this case, the separate locking body prevents in particular a height offset of the visible acoustic panel surfaces and / or a gap between the acoustic panels. Vertical locking profiles with a separate locking body can also be arranged on the longitudinal sides of the acoustic panels.

The attachment of the acoustic panels can be done directly on a wall or ceiling bspw. By adhesive. Preferably, however, the acoustic panels are attached via eg. Mechanical connection means to a arranged on or in front of the wall or ceiling fastening device, etc. for receiving the panels. For this purpose, in the region of the longitudinal locking profiles, a means for receiving connecting means for fastening the acoustic panel to the fastening device is preferably provided for this purpose arranged. The means on the acoustic panel are matched to the connecting means. For this purpose, preferably the longitudinal locking profile is at least partially modified and formed for receiving the connecting means, for example. By an at least partially changing the profile geometry. Alternatively or additionally, a recess, for example a groove, is arranged in the immediate vicinity of the longitudinal profile, for example in the region of a profiled ground (groove base) or on a lower-side section of the panel. Also, for example, the connecting means to be matched to the geometry of the locking profiles and to these, for example. On a lower groove cheek, attack.

The connecting means can also be designed for a floating installation of the ceiling and / or wall covering. That is, the ceiling and / or wall covering is at least largely immovably connected to the ground in the vertical direction (perpendicular to the surface of the acoustic panels), while the connecting means allow movements of the ceiling and / or wall covering in its plane. The connecting means can thus be designed to allow movement of the ceiling and / or wall covering at least in a horizontal direction, preferably in both horizontal directions. As a result, for example, by the climatically induced swelling and shrinkage of the wood materials or by movement of the substrate occurring stresses in the ceiling and / or wall covering safely prevented. For a floating installation, in particular, a rail system arranged on or in front of the wall or ceiling can be used in combination with a connecting means, which can be arranged movably on the rail system and is designed as a mounting element, which enables the movement in the two horizontal directions.

In particular, with a floating installation, the ceiling and wall coverings are also laid with a shadow gap. That is, between the wall and / or ceiling covering and the respective adjacent wall, ceiling and / or the bottom of an air gap is arranged to allow movement of the wall and / or ceiling covering.

Furthermore, the object of the invention is achieved by a method for producing an acoustic panel comprising the steps of: coating a top and bottom having wood-based panel with at least one cover layer on the top, cutting the wood-based panel for producing base plates, profiling of Longitudinal and / or transverse sides of the base plate with locking profiles for adhesive-free connecting a plurality of acoustic panels together, connecting an absorber unit to the underside, introducing of the base plate completely penetrating recesses, for passing on the top of the base plate striking space sound in the absorber unit.

The method according to the invention makes it possible to produce an acoustical panel with a particularly high degree of sound absorption which is particularly simple in its structure. In this case, numerous process steps known at least in part from the production of wall, ceiling or floor laminates are used, as a result of which the acoustic panel can be produced in a particularly cost-effective manner. In addition, the method enables the production of particularly thin acoustic panels in the thickness range of 15 mm +/- 5 mm, in particular of 19 mm +/- 1 mm, with a particularly high degree of sound absorption, thereby retrofitting acoustic panels in rooms where initially provided no acoustic panels are allowed. Depending on the selected sequence of process steps, different production methods can be carried out.

Advantageously, the process steps of coating, slicing and profiling are carried out successively and subsequently the joining and introduction in any order. That is, first, a wall, ceiling or floor laminate is produced (coating, slicing and profiling) and then the modified finished panel is modified into an acoustic panel by applying the absorber unit and inserting the recesses. In this case, the panel can, for example. After profiling also initially stored and removed only when appropriate needs from the camp and processed into an acoustic panel.

In addition to the modification of already existing panels, the method steps of coating, joining, slicing and profiling can be carried out successively and subsequently or simultaneously or simultaneously with the joining, cutting or profiling the introduction. As a result, taking advantage of some of the known method steps, a large-format wood-based panel can be produced in a particularly cost-effective manner in a method that is specifically geared to the production of acoustic panels.

Depending on the design of the acoustic panel, the absorber unit may also be made consist of several absorber elements, so that a plurality of absorber elements are optionally applied with reinforcing elements for arranging the absorber unit.
In particular in connection with the coating, numerous additional process steps can be carried out. Thus, for example, a corresponding counteracting layer can be applied to the underside, or further layers can be applied to or under the covering layer. In particular, primer, utility and / or structural layers can be arranged.
According to a development of the invention, a connecting means receptacle is arranged on the acoustic panel for receiving a connecting means, which is designed for fastening the acoustic panels to a fastening device for fastening the acoustic panels to the wall or ceiling or a corresponding substrate. The connection means receptacle can be introduced into the wood-based panel or the absorber unit. In particular, however, the connecting means receptacle is introduced into the base plate or at least one reinforcing element in order to ensure a particularly secure hold of the panels on the fastening device. Preferably, the connection means receptacle is introduced simultaneously or after the profiling or the introduction of the base plate passing through recesses, whereby a particularly efficient production is possible. The connection means receptacle is formed, for example, as extending in the longitudinal direction of the panel groove. Also, a lower groove cheek may be formed as a connecting means receiving, which is encompassed by the connecting means, for example. A mounting tab of a connecting means, partially and / or partially. The connecting means can be connected to the fastening device, for example. A wall, ceiling, stud, suspension and / or other fastening device. The connecting means is thus advantageously designed as a separate connecting means, for example as a mounting element, which may have a mounting tab.

The placement of a first acoustic panel or a first row of acoustic panels on an existing wall or ceiling is accomplished by additional attachment means. These may be, for example, nails, screws claws and / or clips. Claws or clips can also be attached to the acoustic panel by means of nails or screws, alternatively or additionally also without play or clamping. Advantageous in particular designed as a snap fasteners. The fastening means can be arranged in particular in the region of an acoustic panel edge facing a transition area (wall-wall, wall-ceiling, wall-floor). That is, the fastening means are used in particular for the first fastening of the acoustic panels of a first and / or a last row of panels. In the case of divided surface coverings, for example, the fastening means can also be used at every new beginning of the covering surface and / or, for example, at recesses in the covering surface. The fastening means can attack in the region of a profile spring or a groove, for example, below an upper groove cheek of the profile on the acoustic panel. The fastening means may also be designed such that a floating installation of the wall covering is ensured. The fastening means are preferably mounted like the connecting means movable on a rail system.

The last series of acoustic panels of a wall or ceiling covering can be adapted to the room size by the acoustic panels are cut longitudinally, that is, shortened in the transverse direction. The attachment of the last series of acoustic panels can, as mentioned above, also be effected by additional fastening means, such as, for example, nails, screws, claws and / or clips.

In order to design the attachment of the connecting means on the acoustic panel particularly simple, according to a development of the invention also provides that a mounting tab of the connecting means in the outer region of a lower groove cheek of the longitudinal locking profile of an acoustic panel is arranged. Particularly preferably, the mounting tab encompasses at least partially portions of the lower groove cheek of the longitudinal locking profile.

In order to further improve the surface flushing of the individual acoustic panels, it is provided according to a development of the invention that the mounting bracket is arranged without play in the direction perpendicular to the acoustic panel surface. That is, the mounting bracket can fit at least parts of the lower groove cheek or even slightly clamped engage around (clearance) so that the lower groove cheek example. Between the mounting bracket and a body of the connecting means or eg. The wall or ceiling or the fastening device is clamped to the wall or ceiling. In this case, the mounting tab is in particular without further connection means, such as. Adhesives, screws, nails or the like, arranged on the acoustic panel.

The acoustic panels have locking profiles on their longitudinal sides. These can be formed entirely from the base plate, cover coating and / or the absorber or, in addition to a profiling in the base plate, have separate locking bodies. In this case, the locking profiles may be formed on the longitudinal sides as vertical locking profiles, but are in particular designed as a rotary-pivot profiles, so that according to a development of the invention, a third acoustic panel with the first and / or second acoustic panel is connected longitudinally by means of a pivoting movement. Especially the inventive combination of longitudinal rotary profile and / or swivel profile with a transverse vertical locking profile, which has a separate locking body, facilitates the installation of the acoustic panels in the ceiling and wall area considerably.

If, in the case of the wall and / or ceiling covering, a panel of the first row of the covering is released from the acoustic panels according to the invention, there is an increased risk of a domino effect by which further acoustic panels detach from the base. To secure the ceiling or wall covering against unintentional release from the substrate, an adhesive can additionally be introduced into the adhesive-free locking profiles. The adhesive is preferably added in the region of the longitudinal locking profiles. The adhesive can be arranged in the region of the locking profiles between a first and a second row of acoustic panels, whereby a good protection against the falling of the wall or ceiling covering is already achieved. An increase of the waste protection of the wall or ceiling covering is preferably carried out by an additional adhesive entry in the region of the longitudinal locking profile between the second and a third row of acoustic panels. In order to further improve the waste protection, additional adhesive, for example into each further fourth, fifth and / or sixth row of acoustic panels, is introduced at intervals in the region of the respective locking profiles.

Fig. 1 and 2 show an acoustic panel 1 of a base plate 2, ie a coated, divided into plate sections wood-based panel 2a, here an MDF board. The base plate 2 has on a top side 5 a cover layer (not shown here), here a decorative layer and a structure layer arranged above the decorative layer (not shown here) for producing a haptic surface. On a bottom 6 a Gegenzugschicht (not shown here) is arranged.
On the longitudinal sides 3a, 3b of the base plate 2 are locking profiles 13a, 13b here to each other Corresponding lockable swivel profiles that can be locked together (see also Fig. 5 ), via which the acoustic panel 1 can be connected to other acoustic acoustic panels 1 (not shown here) without binder to form a surface without offset. On the transverse sides 4a, 4b of the acoustic panel 1 correspondingly shaped locking profiles 10 are arranged for vertical Aufeinandersetzen.

The decorative layer is designed as a lacquer layer. The counteracting layer is also adapted to this as a lacquer layer. The decorative layer shows a wood decor (not shown here).

An absorber unit 7 made of a wood fiber insulating board with a density of 150 kg / m 3 is arranged on the counter-layer formed as a lacquer layer. The absorber unit 7 is interruption-free, ie continuous (up to the locking profiles adjacent) arranged over the bottom 6 of the base plate 2. The absorber unit 7 is connected to the underside 6, here on the lacquer layer formed as a countermix, by means of an adhesive layer (not shown here), here a melt adhesive layer.

In the acoustic panel 1 a plurality of juxtaposed, the base plate 2 passing through recesses 8 are introduced. The recesses 8 are formed as aligned in the longitudinal direction of the acoustic panel 1 slots. The recesses 8 are only partially introduced into the base plate 2. The recesses 8 are exposed both in the edge region 9a, 9b of the transverse sides 3a, 3b and in a central region 9c of the base plate 2, so that the base plate 2 has no recesses 8 in the edge regions 9a, 9b. As a result, a particularly good stability of the acoustic panel 1 is ensured.

The recesses 8 protrude through the entire base plate 2 and through the adhesive layer in the absorber unit 7, so that on the visible side of the acoustic panel 1 incident sound waves (not shown here) can be passed through the recesses 8 to the absorber unit 7. The base plate 2 has a height of 6 mm and the absorber unit 7 has a height of 8 mm.

Fig. 3 to 5 show a second embodiment of the acoustic panel 1 with over the entire length of the acoustic panel 1 extending recesses 8. The recesses 8 are also arranged in a slot shape and parallel to each other in the longitudinal axis direction aligned. At the bottom 6 of the base plate 2 are reinforcing elements 11 (in Fig. 3 represented by dashed lines) which extend transversely to the longitudinal direction of the acoustic panel 1 and are connected thereto. The reinforcing elements 11 are also formed as strips, here corresponding to the base plate 2 made of MDF, and glued to the bottom 6. Between the reinforcing elements 11 absorber elements 15 of the absorber unit 7 are arranged. The height of the absorber unit 7 is (not shown here) about 10% higher than the height of the reinforcing elements 11. Due to the over the entire length of the acoustic panel 1 extending recesses 8 is a particularly good sound absorption by the acoustic panel 1 when hitting sound waves reached. In addition, this embodiment of the acoustic panel 1 offers the possibility of forming jointless acoustic panel surfaces with uninterrupted recesses 8.

In the vertical direction, the recesses 8 extend through the entire base plate 2 through into the individual absorber elements 15 of the absorber unit 7 or into the reinforcing elements 11 and form in these grooves 14. For a uniform appearance are also in the longitudinal outer area of the acoustic panel 1 extending into the wood-based panel 2a extending Dekorausnehmungen 12, which are formed on the one hand for a uniform appearance of the acoustic panel 1 and the other for a dispersion of the impinging sound waves.

This in Fig. 3 to 5 shown acoustic panel 1 has according to the embodiment Fig. 1 and 2 on the transverse sides 4a, 4b and on the longitudinal sides 3a, 3b respectively mutually corresponding locking profiles, which are designed as a rotary-swivel profiles or as a vertical locking profiles 10.
