Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sound-absorbing element which consists of several layers and has recesses in at least one layer according to the preamble of claim 1.
Such sound-absorbing elements, also referred to as so-called "acoustic panels", are known in many different embodiments in the prior art. Such plates include embodiments with through holes, offset from the visible side, through slots or similar recesses. Also longitudinally and / or transversely grooved plates are known, wherein the front side of the plate along grooved, the back of the plate against it is cross grooved.
The aim of such acoustic panels is in addition to the general noise insulation u.a. the reduction or complete elimination of reverberation effects of sound, especially in premises with a high sound reflectivity, such as in multi-purpose halls, museums and the like. Special areas of application of these elements can also be found in concert halls, whereby an appropriate design of the visible side of these acoustic panels also additional aesthetic considerations is taken into account.

Based on this prior art, it is the task the present invention to provide an alternative sound-absorbing element that can be economically produced in a few efficient steps and that can be adjusted individually by simple measures during its manufacture to the requirements of the sound absorption to be achieved.
These objects are achieved by the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
According to the present invention, the degree of achievable sound absorption depends only on the number of slots per layer, their slot width and their distances from each other and which layers of the element are provided with slots. In their production, therefore, only the milling or planing tool is to be changed or replaced. The process steps as such remain unaffected.
Thus, a significant advantage of the sound absorbing member according to the present invention resides in the fact that the arrangement of slits in the different slices and their different geometric or size Design a variability is created, which can be used for the design of acoustic problems, depending on the application of the element according to the invention, without causing the production process must be significantly modified and so the efficiency is affected by additional steps. In other words, this means that regardless of the number of slots or the slot width in the front panel or the back plate, the element is always to produce in an efficient manner.
The plate-shaped elements thus produced can be tailored according to the arrangement of ceilings and walls afterwards, the fastening side, which is formed by the back plate of the element, with corresponding connection mechanisms, optionally using substructures cooperates.
Such an acoustic element is preferably made of wood-based materials. In particular, so-called MDF (Medium Density Fiber) boards should be used in the elements according to the present invention. To avoid a risk of fire, the use of cement or gypsum components as a plate material are conceivable. The plates can each be in one piece.
The slots of the plates lie, for example, in one Range of 9 to 12 mm, but are preferably based on the desired degree of absorption of each site. The design of the top of the front panel as the visible side of the element are no limits in design. Thus, the plates may be provided in particular with a wood veneer. Furthermore, the front panel may be pressed with a HPL (High Pressure Laminate) or melamine resin paper coated thereon. The slots can include not only rectangular cross sections but also other cross-sectional shapes.
Advantages and other features of the element according to the present invention will become apparent from the embodiments illustrated in the accompanying drawings and the description thereof. The features shown in the drawing and mentioned in the claims and in the description are individually essential to the invention individually or in any combination.
Eine Oberfläche der Frontplatte 3 bildet dabei die Sichtseite 3s des Elements 1.The single figure shows an element which has a substantially rectangular shape. The element 1 is sandwiched from two congruent layers. It comprises here a
In the present embodiment, the
Furthermore, the front panel has slots 6 which are introduced from the side of the
In the embodiment shown here, moreover, the back plate 4 has slots 7 which extend to a depth below the thickness of the back plate 4, ie the slots 7 have such a depth that they extend into the
The embodiment of the element 1 is characterized by a relatively simple structural design. In this case, the slots 6 are first introduced on the side opposite the visible side 3s of the
The individual elements 1 can be connected during assembly via not shown tongue and groove connections.
