Abstract

The acoustic insulation board, to absorb sound, is composed of sheets (1,2) with grooves (3-6) at their upper and lower sides. The grooves are aligned over each other, at least partially, to provide passage openings (7) where they overlap. Two identical sheets are bonded together with parallel grooves (3,4) at their upper sides, and the parallel grooves (5,6) at the rear sides are at right angles to them, with all the rear grooves aligned over each other. A thin layer of a sound-suppression woven or nonwoven (8) is between the sheets.

Description

The invention relates to a sound absorber plate according to the preamble of claim 1.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Plate-shaped components for sound-absorbing and at the same time optically high-quality cladding of walls and ceilings consist of perforated, slotted or otherwise perforated panels z. B. of wood or wood materials. The design including coating of the room facing front of these panels provides the desired visual impression and sometimes performs a protective function. One type of surface structure are parallel grooves, the front side into the plate z. B. milled. The required perforation of the panels is achieved by different recesses on the back, the depth of which extends into the region of the front groove depth, so that through holes in the panel arise. The recesses may in turn be different types of grooves (DE 100 11 798), which run transversely or obliquely to the front-side grooves. According to EP 0 504 629, it is also possible for back-side bores, which are opposite the front-side grooves, to have a diameter which is greater than the groove width. In a particular type of game according to DE 100 11 798 the perforation is accomplished by a total of three superimposed and cross-slotted plates. In conjunction with a suitable manufacturing process can thereby save milling and other operations.

B. aus AT 406 279 B bekannt.Depending on the type and size of the opening area, a sound-absorbing effect of the perforated panels in the manner of a Helmholtz resonator, if they are in front of an air volume, z. B. by a distance in front of a reverberant rear wall. The initially low absorption can be significantly increased by sound-absorbing material such as Fleece or fabric layers on the back of the panels is attached, such. B. from AT 406 279 B known.

This forced rear attachment of the sound-absorbing material leads to adverse consequences in all previous panel variants. The material is mechanically sensitive and is therefore easily destroyed during assembly and transport. Are the panels as wall components of furniture, eg. B. used as cabinet doors, sustainable cleaning of the back or inside of the cabinet door is excluded. The same applies to the use of the panels as free-standing partition walls for open space division, for example in open-plan offices. For cabinet doors and partitions, another drawback of the conventionally designed panels in the shape of the rear absorber material would be downright visible. A high-quality visual impression is therefore given only on one side of the front of the panels, which limits the scope of application on wall-ceiling panels of rooms.

In den sich überdeckenden Bereichen bilden sich dabei durchgehende Öffnungen.DE-U-296 16 050 discloses a cover plate for ceiling and wall coverings. This cover plate is formed from a single piece and provided with front and back grooves, which extend in sections one above the other. In the overlapping areas thereby forming through openings.

The arrangement consists of two juxtaposed panels with inside and back opposite grooves. The opposite grooves of both panels are exactly congruent one above the other. Further, it is disclosed that between the sheets there may be a thin layer of certain low density material.

Document EP 1 357 237, which constitutes state of the art according to Art. 54 (3) EPC, discloses a sound absorbing panel which, according to the embodiments of FIGS. 2, 3 and 4, consists of two panels interconnected by an intermediate layer, passing through the panels Panel thickness consistent, congruent arranged slots have.

The invention has for its object to provide a sound absorber plate, which meets both sides high optical demands and protection requirements and also ensures a broadband high sound absorption. At the same time, the multiple use of congruent components should enable a cost-saving production. To solve the specified in claim 1 sound absorber plate is proposed. The sound absorber plate according to the invention, Fig. 1, consists of an upper (1) and a lower (2) panel of identical shape. The panels (1, 2) have frontally parallel narrow grooves (3, 4) and rear parallel wide grooves (5, 6) which are perpendicular to the front side grooves (3, 4). The depth dimensions of the intersecting grooves (1, 2) and (3, 4) are chosen so that through openings (7) in the panels (1, 2) arise. The backs of both panels (1, 2) are interconnected, z. B. glued, wherein between the two panels (1, 2) a thin sound-absorbing layer (8) z. B. of fleece or fabric is located. The small thickness and the porosity of the layer (8) allows an unrestricted stable bonding of the panels (1, 2). The back wide grooves (5, 6) are exactly above each other, so that in the interior of the sound absorber plate according to the invention parallel channels with turn inside fleece or fabric layer (8) arise.

Sound can therefore z. B. by the front narrow grooves (3) of a panel (1) in the sound absorber plate according to the invention and propagate through the openings (7) in the back wide grooves (5). In view of the thin fleece or fabric layer (8), there is a friction-induced conversion of sound energy into thermal energy. The others Sound propagation is given via the openings (7) in the respective other panel (2), so that the acoustic coupling of an air volume behind the sound absorber plate according to the invention is ensured.

Due to the symmetrical structure of the sound absorber plate according to the invention whose acoustic effect is independent of which side of the sound is incident. At the same time, the visual impression of the surfaces is the same on both sides and the sound-absorbing layer (8) between the panels (1, 2), which is important for sound absorption, is sustainably protected. Compared to previously known by the prior art perforated panels and panels for wall and ceiling panel allow the novel properties of the sound absorber plate according to the invention therefore their easy application z. B. as cabinet doors of acoustic furniture and as absorbent partition elements. The susceptibility to damage during storage, transport and installation is low. Few components and the identical structure of the two panels (1,2) stand for a very simple production.

For acoustic design, there are numerous geometric variables that range from the dimensions of the grooves (3, 4, 5, 6) over their distances from each other to the thickness of the panels (1, 2). In this context, the z. As self-adhesive fleece or fabric layer (8) with their flow resistance in the adjustment of the frequency range of sound absorption.

The panels (1,2) can be made from a variety of materials. These include wood-based materials and composite materials, such. As MDF, HDF, OSB, plywood and chipboard in almost any quality, but also plastics with sufficient intrinsic stability. There are no restrictions on the type of coating of all these materials. The design of the thin fleece or fabric layer (8) is only bound to the flow resistance dependent on the acoustic range of action and advantageously has an already laminated adhesive layer. Color or other design requirements can be easily realized.

Further advantageous embodiments of the sound absorber plate according to the invention are:
  • Another sound-absorbing layer (9), Fig. 2, is located on the front side of one of the panels (1) or (2) so that its front-side narrow grooves (3) or (4) are covered. This leads to a significant improvement in sound absorption when used as a wall or ceiling paneling.
  • Different distances a and b, Fig. 3, between the front narrow grooves (3) of the panel (1) compared to the front narrow grooves (4) of the panel (2) produce different optical impressions of the two sides of the sound absorber plate according to the invention. The design is such that the desired stability and sound absorption of the arrangement can be achieved.
  • The sound-absorbing layer (8) is laid in such a way that it is folded, corrugated or gathered in the region of the channels formed by the rear wide grooves (5, 6), FIG. 4.
  • The circumferential edges of the sound absorber plate according to the invention have tongue and groove connections or other suitable profiling for the lateral connection of a plurality of plates.
  • Instead of the back wide grooves (3, 4), the panels (1, 2) on the back holes or differently shaped recesses, which face each other and, instead of the parallel channels, cylindrical or cuboid cavities form inside the sound absorber plate according to the invention.
  • Particularly advantageous is the use of the sound absorber plate according to the invention as a component, for. Doors and walls, furniture, Cabins, partitions or other components visible or accessible on both sides.
