Claims (15)

  1. Machine de compactage pour compacter et lier une bobine de fil, comprenant :
    - un socle (3);
    - un premier élément (4a) de compactage et un second élément (4b) de compactage, chacun d'entre eux étant mobile horizontalement, dans un premier sens, vers l'autre élément de compactage, afin de compacter une bobine de fil (2) reçue dans un espace entre le premier et le second élément (4a, 4b) de compactage et, dans un sens contraire, l'éloignant de l'autre élément de compactage;
    - au moins un premier organe (5a) de puissance, qui est relié au premier élément (4a) de compactage et qui est apte à déplacer le premier élément (4a) de compactage, dans une direction horizontale, vers le second élément (4b) de compactage;
    - au moins un second organe (5b) de puissance, qui est relié au second élément (4b) de compactage et qui est apte à déplacer le second élément (4b) de compactage, dans une direction horizontale, vers le premier élément (4a) de compactage; et
    - plusieurs dispositifs (52, 53a, 53b) de liaison pour appliquer des boucles d'organes (51) oblongs de retenue, sous la forme de fils ou de bandes, autour d'une bobine de fil (2) compactée entre le premier et le second élément (4a, 4b) de compactage,
    caractérisée en ce que :
    - la machine (1) de compactage comprend une première partie (6a) de cadre de pression et une seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression opposée, qui peuvent être reliées l'une à l'autre, la première et la seconde parties (6a, 6b) de cadre de pression étant pourvues de surfaces (7a, 7b, 8a, 8b) conjuguées de contact, par l'intermédiaire desquelles les première et seconde parties (6a, 6b) de cadre de pression sont configurées pour buter l'une sur l'autre lorsqu'elles sont reliées l'une à l'autre;
    - le premier organe (5a) de puissance est fixé à la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression et le premier élément (4a) de compactage est monté mobile sur la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression, de manière à pouvoir être déplacé horizontalement par rapport à la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression, sous l'action du premier organe (5a) de puissance;
    - le second organe (5b) de puissance est fixé à la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression et le second élément (4b) de compactage est monté mobile sur la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression, de manière à pouvoir être déplacé horizontalement par rapport à la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression, sous l'action du second organe (5b) de puissance;
    - la machine (1) de compactage comprend un ou plusieurs dispositifs (12) de verrouillage pour assujettir, de manière détachable, la première et la second partie (6a, 6b) de cadre de pression l'une à l'autre lorsqu'elles butent l'une contre l'autre par l'intermédiaire des surfaces (7a, 7b, 8a, 8b) de contact, les première et seconde parties (6a, 6b) de cadre de pression étant, lorsqu'elles sont assujetties l'une à l'autre au moyen des dispositifs (12) de verrouillage, configurées pour former un cadre (13) de pression rigide et raide, qui entoure une bobine de fil (2) reçue entre les premier et second éléments (4a, 4b) de compactage;
    - la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression est montée mobile sur le socle (3), de manière à permettre à la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression d'être déplacée horizontalement par rapport au socle (3) entre une position rétractée dans laquelle la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression est à distance de la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression et une position avancée dans laquelle la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression bute sur la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression par l'intermédiaire des surfaces (7a, 7b, 8a, 8b) de contact; et
    - la machine (1) de compactage comprend un dispositif (33a) d'entraînement pour déplacer la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression entre les positions rétractée et avancée.
  2. Machine de compactage suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que :
    - le premier élément (4a) de compactage est configuré pour être dans une position de départ avancée sur la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression lorsque la première partie de cadre de pression est déplacée de la position rétractée vers l'avant en direction d'une bobine de fil (2) non compactée reçue dans l'espace entre le premier et le second élément (4a, 4b) de compactage; et
    - le premier élément (4a) de compactage est configuré pour se déplacer vers l'arrière par rapport à la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression à partir de la position de départ, sous l'action d'une force dirigée vers l'arrière sur le premier élément (4a) de compactage de la bobine de fil (2) et à l'encontre de l'effet d'une force dirigée vers l'avant sur le premier élément (4a) de compactage du premier élément (5a) de puissance, pendant une partie finale du déplacement de la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression, de la position rétractée à la position avancée.
  3. Machine de compactage suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (33a) d'entraînement comprend un moteur (34a) électrique d'entraînement pour effectuer le déplacement de la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression entre les positions rétractée et avancée.
  4. Machine de compactage suivant la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que :
    - le moteur (34a) d'entraînement est monté sur la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression;
    - le dispositif (33a) d'entraînement comprend un pignon (35a) à chaîne monté tournant sur la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression et configuré pour être entraîné en rotation par le moteur (34a) d'entraînement;
    - le dispositif (33a) d'entraînement comprend une chaîne (36a) d'entraînement, qui a une première extrémité (37) et une seconde extrémité (38) opposée, la chaîne (36a) d'entraînement s'étendant sur une partie du socle (3) et étant fixée au socle à ses première et seconde extrémités (37, 38); et
    - le pignon (35a) à chaîne engrène avec la chaîne (36a) d'entraînement, de manière à permettre à la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression de se déplacer le long de la chaîne (36a) d'entraînement dans un premier sens vers la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression lorsque le pignon (35a) à chaîne tourne dans un premier sens de rotation sous l'action du moteur (34a) d'entraînement et dans un second sens, l'éloignant de la seconde partie (6b) d'application d'une pression, lorsque le pignon (35a) à chaîne tourne dans un second sens de rotation contraire sous l'action du moteur (34a) d'entraînement.
  5. Machine de compactage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le premier organe (5a) de puissance est un vérin hydraulique.
  6. Machine de compactage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les première et seconde parties (6a, 6b) de cadre de pression sont pourvues d'organes (40a, 40b) correspondant d'alignement, qui sont configurés pour venir en contact l'un avec l'autre afin d'aligner la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression sur la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression lorsque la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression vient en contact avec la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression.
  7. Machine de compactage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que :
    - la second partie (6b) de cadre de pression est montée aussi mobile sur le socle (3), de manière à permettre à la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression d'être déplacée horizontalement par rapport au socle (3) entre une position rétractée dans laquelle la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression est à distance de la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression et une position avancée dans laquelle la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression bute sur la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression par l'intermédiaire des surfaces (7a, 7b, 8a, 8b) de contact; et
    - la machine (1) de compactage comprend un autre dispositif (33b) d'entraînement, dénommé ici second dispositif d'entraînement, pour déplacer la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression entre les positions rétractée et avancée.
  8. Machine de compactage suivant la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que :
    - le second élément (4b) de compactage est configuré pour être dans une position de départ avancée sur la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression lorsque la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression est déplacée de la position rétractée vers l'avant en direction d'une bobine de fil (2) non compactée reçue dans l'espace entre les premier et second éléments (4a, 4b) de compactage; et
    - le second élément (4b) de compactage est configuré pour se déplacer vers l'arrière par rapport à la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression, à partir de la position de départ, sous l'action d'une force dirigée vers l'arrière sur le second élément (4b) de compactage de la bobine de fil (2) et à l'encontre de l'effet d'une force dirigée vers l'avant sur le second élément (4b) de compactage du second organe (5b) de puissance, pendant une partie finale du déplacement de la second partie (6b) de cadre de pression, de la position rétractée à la partie avancée.
  9. Machine de compactage suivant la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que le second dispositif (33b) d'entraînement comprend un moteur (34b) électrique d'entraînement pour effectuer le déplacement de la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression entre les positions rétractée et avancée.
  10. Machine de compactage suivant la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que :
    - le moteur (34b) d'entraînement du second dispositif (33b) d'entraînement est monté sur la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression;
    - le second dispositif (33b) d'entraînement comprend un pignon (35b) à chaîne, monté tournant sur la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression et configuré pour être entraîné en rotation par le moteur (34b) d'entraînement du second dispositif d'entraînement;
    - le second dispositif (33b) d'entraînement comprend une chaîne (36b) d'entraînement, qui a une première extrémité (37) et une seconde extrémité (38) opposée, la chaîne (36b) d'entraînement s'étendant sur une partie du socle (3) et étant fixée au socle à ses première et seconde extrémités (37, 38); et
    - le pignon (35b) à chaîne du second dispositif d'entraînement engrène avec la chaîne (36b) d'entraînement du second dispositif d'entraînement, de manière à permettre à la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression de se déplacer le long de la chaîne (36b) d'entraînement dans un premier sens vers la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression lorsque le pignon (35b) à chaîne tourne dans un premier sens de rotation sous l'action du moteur (34b) d'entraînement du second dispositif d'entraînement et dans un second sens l'éloignant de la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression lorsque le pignon (35b) de chaîne est tourné dans un second sens de rotation contraire sous l'action du moteur (34b) d'entraînement du second dispositif d'entraînement.
  11. Machine de compactage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisée en ce que chaque partie (6a, 6b) de cadre de pression repose sur le socle (3) par l'intermédiaire de roulettes ou de roues (31) montées tournantes sur la partie (6a, 6b) de cadre de pression.
  12. Machine de compactage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisée en ce que chaque partie (6a, 6b) de cadre de pression est mobile sur un rail de guidage ou sur deux ou plusieurs rails (30) de guidage mutuellement parallèles prévus sur le socle (3).
  13. Machine de compactage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que le second organe (5b) de puissance est un vérin hydraulique.
  14. Machine de compactage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que chaque dispositif de liaison comprend une piste de guidage pour guider un organe de retenue en une boucle autour d'une bobine de fil (2) compactée entre les premier et second éléments (4a, 4b) de compactage, la piste de guidage comprenant un tronçon (53a) de piste de guidage, monté sur la première partie (6a) de cadre de pression, et un tronçon (53b) conjugué de piste de guidage, monté sur la seconde partie (6b) de cadre de pression.
  15. Machine de compactage suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisée en ce que la machine (1) de compactage comprend un dispositif (60) de soulèvement monté sur le socle (3) et pourvu d'un ou de plusieurs organes (61) de support, mobiles verticalement, pour supporter, par en dessous, une bobine de fil (2) reçue dans l'espace entre les premier et second éléments (4a, 4b) de compactage.
