Description

DOMAINE DE L'INVENTIONFIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates in particular to a building block as well as to a construction element comprising several blocks and an assembly allowing the composition of a wall wall using the blocks in question.

A preferred application relates to the building and public works industry, in particular for the production of low walls, retaining walls, anti-noise walls or the like.

ETAT DE LA TECHNIQUESTATE OF THE ART

In this last area, we know from the publication WO A 9622427 a construction element for dry erection of retaining walls with variable inclination. According to this prior art, elements are made with fragmentable parts so as to derive therefrom a plurality of individual blocks. The wall composition can thus be varied, the system being modular. Furthermore, the blocks according to the prior art include relative fixing means by tenon and mortise systems allowing the blocking of blocks in superposition. Despite the flexibility of use of such elements, current techniques suffer from limitation. These elements are normally to be assembled by hand but prove to be impractical to handle.

Patent publication DE202011110256U1 describes a plastic block with holes. Patent publication CH154737A discloses a block of adjustable length by break lines at which holes and grooves are present to weaken the block. EP2546427A1 shows modular building blocks with each of the male and female assembly means, and a central hole. FR2275600A1 and DE19903287A1 describes a block comprising holes with part of a portion flared from its mouth on one side.

There is a need to provide an improved block in which the handling of the elements is improved.

RESUME DE L'INVENTIONSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

La présente invention s'inscrit en ce cadre et propose à cet effet un élément de construction en béton selon la revendication 1.The present invention falls within this framework and provides for this purpose a concrete construction element according to claim 1.

Thus, on all the holes, at least some of them are not aligned.

The essentially parallelepipedal conformation of the blocks makes them compact and resistant so that, contrary to the prejudices of the state of the art, the invention proposes to make holes within the blocks. These holes can be formed from the start, for example during molding. Furthermore, the holes are distributed so that the resumption of the mechanical effects is distributed and too high stress concentrations are avoided. In addition to the weight gain resulting from the holes, their original distribution makes it possible to create gripping zones distributed over the face of the block.

The handling capacity is important because these are blocks that must be able to move, cut, and generally assemble by hand; The invention further relates to a building element comprising at least two blocks, said blocks being aligned along a depth dimension of the block.

The invention also relates to a composition assembly of a wall wall comprising at least three blocks, the three blocks comprising a first block, a second block superimposed on the first block and a third block juxtaposed with the first block.

The element of the invention is made from concrete, for example by molding.

It can also have a substantially rectangular parallelepiped configuration.

According to the invention, in a single coherent element called a building element is made in a plurality of building blocks. The whole is coherent because the blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 are assembled in alignment by one of their faces. The figure 1 illustrates this cooperation. However, the cohesion between blocks can be removed by applying a force at the level of rupture zones located at the border between two adjacent blocks. As shown, the rupture zones 14 are here formed of notches formed on the one hand on a first face 5 of the construction element and on the other hand on a second face 6 located opposite the first face 5. The rupture zones 14 are advantageously parallel grooves oriented along a wide dimension marked "l" in the figure 3a of the construction element, perpendicular to the alignment orientation of the blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 hereinafter referred to as depth "p".

Preferably, the rupture zones 14 have a notch profile that is higher than it is wide. For example, their height is 13 millimeters and the width is 10 millimeters for blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 that are 87 millimeters high.

The decohesion between two blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 can be obtained simply by striking the user so as to take advantage of the fragility of the rupture zone 14. It is thus possible to free one or more blocks or to form sub- groups of blocks 1, 2, 3, 4. It will be noted that during this step, the face 9 of the block 1, 2, 3, 4 considered after dissociation has a raised appearance capable of imitating the exploded stone. It is therefore possible to take advantage of the fragmentation phase of a construction element to obtain one or more blocks, one of the faces of which has a non-smooth appearance so as to obtain variations in the wall composition. In the example illustrated particularly visible in figure 1 , a construction element comprises 4 blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 aligned but this embodiment is not limiting and more or less blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 could be associated to form an element.

At the level of an upper face here called the first face 5, each block 1, 2, 3, 4 comprises at least one groove 11 forming a relief entering towards the inside of the block 1, 2, 3, 4. Preferably, the height of the groove is less than 15% of that of the block. For example, for a block of height h of 87 millimeters, a semi-circular profile groove with a diameter of 22 millimeters may be suitable, ie a height of 11 millimeters. The grooves 11 are advantageously identical for each of the blocks. Moreover, the blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 are preferably of identical or similar configuration.

At a lower face, hereinafter second face 6, each block 1, 2, 3, 4 comprises at least one tongue 10 projecting outwardly. Each groove 11 is opposite (that is to say parallel on an opposite face) with a tongue 10 so that it is easily understood that the association of a tongue of a block with a groove of another block allows their cooperation in superposition. A dimension and a shape are provided for the tongue 10 able to cooperate with a groove 11 to form a male / female system. Thus, the tongue 10 may have a semi-circular profile with a diameter slightly smaller than that of the groove 11, for example a diameter of 18 millimeters corresponding to a height of the tongue 10 of 9 millimeters.

Of course the placement of the tongue 10 and the groove 11 could be reversed.

As before, the tongues 10 are advantageously formed in a parallel and similar manner for each block 1, 2, 3, 4 and are advantageously parallel to the width “l” of the blocks 1, 2, 3, 4.

Still preferably, the blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 each have a rectangular section in a plane along the depth of the block. For example, a depth to height ratio of each block 1, 2, 3, 4 of between 1 and 2 is satisfactory. The section can be square.

Returning to the example previously mentioned, the following dimensional parameters can be obtained:
  • depth of each block: 250 millimeters (i.e. depth of a construction element with 4 blocks: 1000 millimeters)
  • height h of each block: 87 millimeters
  • width of each block: 130 mm
  • groove height 11: 11 millimeters
  • tongue height 10: 9 millimeters
  • height of breakage zone 14: 13 millimeters

It was found that with these parameters, the mechanical strength was optimized while allowing three fixing zones on each block.

However, with these parameters alone, the elements turn out to be very dense and particularly difficult to handle, when they are made of concrete.

Surprisingly, it has been found that the formation of a plurality of holes 16 in the blocks 1, 2, 3, 4 does not fundamentally affect the mechanical strength which remains suitable. To achieve this result, the invention forms holes 16, the advantageous configurations of which are given below and which are at least 3 in number, the holes not all being aligned.

In the case of figure 1 , each block 1, 2, 3, 4 has six holes 16, organized in two series of three holes; preferably these series are directed along lines 17, 18 parallel to the depth "p" of the block 1, 2, 3, 4 recalled in figure 3b . In figure 1 , the holes 16 also form three columns according to the height of the blocks given under the reference "h" in figure 3b . This case is not limiting and the holes can be arranged other than in columns, as is the case with figures 5a and 5b .

Avantageusement, les trous 16 de chaque série sont également espacés entre eux et les trous 16 d'extrémité de chaque série sont à égale distance de leur bord respectif du bloc 1, 2, 3, 4.Advantageously, the holes 16 of each series are equally spaced from each other and the end holes 16 of each series are equidistant from their respective edges of the block 1, 2, 3, 4.

Préférentiellement, une portion évasée similaire à celle indiquée précédemment est formée sur le trou 16 vers son embouchure sur la quatrième face 12.To preserve a higher central resistance while effectively lightening the block, some or all of the holes 16 may have a flared portion, for example conical 19, at the level of the face 7 on which they open out. Thus, in the case of figures 2a and 2b , a portion 19 extends from a zone in depth of the hole 16, towards the mouth of the hole 16 at the level of the face 7. This face 7 is a side face of the block 1, 2, 3, 4, c ' that is to say extending in the direction in depth and definitively with a fourth face 12 opposite, the width "l" of the block 1, 2, 3, 4. After the portion 19, the hole 16 comprises a central portion 20 of constant section. The portion 19 may have a depth less than 25% of the length of the block. The hole 16 in question may be blind but the embodiment of the figures 2a and 2b the shows opening onto the fourth face 12. Preferably, a flared portion similar to that indicated above is formed on the hole 16 towards its mouth on the fourth face 12.

The figures 3a and 3b which do not belong to the invention, show a possibility according to which the holes 16 opening onto the third face 7 are blind. Only some of the holes could be blind, the others being through. In these figures, the depth of the blind holes 16 is less than half of the width "l" of the block 1, 2, 3, 4. Further, additional holes 16 are formed from the fourth face 12 so here symmetrical. A middle zone of the block is also advantageously maintained where the holes 16 are absent.

In general, but not limited to, the holes 16 are circular. In this context, we trained figures 4a and 4b holes of different diameters with for example a doubling of diameter for at least one hole 16.

In the embodiment of figures 5a and 5b , which do not belong to the invention, the holes 16 are of the same section but are organized in two rows with an offset along the depth dimension. Advantageously, none of the holes 16 is located opposite another hole 16 in the direction in height.

The figures 1 to 5b give examples of various possible but non-limiting aspects of blocks 1, 2, 3, 4. These aspects can be implemented in combination according to any association even if they are not illustrated or described previously in association.

By way of example, and in particular in the case of figure 1 , the holes 16 may have a diameter of 20 to 30 mm, preferably 25 mm, for block dimensions corresponding to the numbered example given above.

La même méthode est reproduite pour superposer à nouveau des blocs 3, 4 et des blocs 1,2.In the case of figure 6 , a building element has been split into two parts each comprising two blocks 1, 2 and 3, 4. The two pairs of blocks are superimposed so that block 1 is located above block 3 and block 2 is located on the top. above the block 4. Thanks to this configuration, we alternate lines with the appearance of exploded stone from the faces 9 obtained at the dissociation of the block 1, 2, 3, 4 and smooth lines corresponding to the front 15 of the block 1 or 4, depending on the height of the structure. The same method is reproduced to again superimpose blocks 3, 4 and blocks 1,2.

Ce décalage en hauteur est, par exemple, visible aux figures 2b et 3b, et 4a et 5a.The modularity of the invention thus makes it possible to mount structures such as low walls, retaining walls, anti-noise walls or others. In some cases, it is advantageous to strengthen the consistency of the structure and the volume of soil it supports. To this end, the element may comprise, on at least one of the blocks 1, 2, 3, a notch produced in a hollow on one and / or the other of the first face 5 and the second face 6. In the case of the figures, the notch is a groove parallel to the tongues 10 on the first face 5. The depth of the notch is for example between 10 and 30% of the height “h” of the equipped block. The latter is preferably at least one of the end blocks of the element, from block 1 and block 4. The notch is advantageously made more towards the front face of the end block 1, 4 than towards the ends. tabs 10. This allows the notch to cooperate with a stabilization sheet, in particular a grid of the cone called a geogrid. It is thus a mesh surface, preferably made of a metallic material or polymers such as polyester or rigid polypropylene. It is advantageously sufficiently rigid to have a planar shape at rest. The grid is such that it has an at least partially rectilinear border so as to allow insertion into the notch of the block 1, 4 considered. This border, folded into the notch, retains the rest of the grid which optionally also applies to the surface of the face 5 of the block located between the notch and the front face of the block. The figure 6 shows such an embodiment with two grids. It will be noted that the superposition of two blocks makes it possible to embed the grid in an interstitial space, with two supports generated by the blocks. The grid is thus retained in the notch and by the blocks. Its border cannot come out of the notch. To prevent the thickness of the grid from producing a fault in inserting the tongues into the grooves, the surface portion of the face equipped with the notch, located between the assembly means of the front face of the block, is advantageously along a plane slightly set back relative to a base plane where the assembly means such as the tabs are located. Thus, at this level, the height of the block is a little less, preferably by a value corresponding to the thickness of the grid. This height shift is, for example, visible to figures 2b and 3b , and 4a and 5a .

The invention is not limited to the embodiments described above but extends to all embodiments in accordance with the following claims.
