- Verfahren zum Bilden eines aufrechtstehenden Beutels (309), umfassend die Schritte:a) Bereitstellen einer Gewebestruktur mit einem W-förmigen Profil (304);b) Bilden vertikaler (307) und unterer Abdichtungen, so dass ein flacher aufrechtstehender Beutel erhalten wird;c) Bereitstellen eines Formhohlraums (332) an einer Außenfläche einer Seitenwand (310a, 310b) des aufrechtstehenden Beutels und Anlegen eines Überdrucks innerhalb des Beutels, so dass sich ein Teil der Seitenwand in den Formhohlraum erstreckt, um eine Ausbuchtung oder Entlastung zu bilden; undd) optional, Füllen und Schließen des aufrechtstehenden Beutels,
wobei die Seitenwände aus einem dehnbaren Papiermaterial bestehen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Dehnbarkeit des dehnbaren Papiermaterials in Maschinenrichtung (MD) mindestens 5% und in Querrichtung (CD) mindestens 5% beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Seite des dehnbaren Papiermaterials, die die Innenseite des aufrechtstehenden Beutels bildet, mit einer heißsiegelbaren Beschichtung oder Folie versehen ist.
