Definitions

  • the invention relates to an arrangement with a cooking appliance component and a rail pull-out device for a food support.
  • the rail pull-out device comprises a first rail, which has a fastening device for fastening the rail pull-out device to the cooking appliance component.
  • the rail pull-out device comprises a second rail which is designed to receive the food support, the rails being movable relative to one another.
  • the fastening device comprises a spring element, which forms a resilient stop for the first rail on the cooking device component and by means of the spring element, a damped relative movement of the rail pull-out device to the cooking device component in the relative movement direction of the two rails to one another can be carried out in the fastened state.
  • the invention also relates to a cooking device with such an arrangement and to a method for moving a rail pull-out device of an arrangement with a cooking device component and a rail pull-out device.
  • Such an arrangement is for example from the DE 10 2010 043 532 A1 known.
  • the spring element can be compressed in such a way that an undesired detachment of the rail pull-out device from the cooking appliance component could also occur.
  • An arrangement according to the invention comprises a cooking appliance component, in particular a hanging grid, and a rail pull-out device for a food support.
  • the rail pull-out device comprises a first rail, which has a fastening device for fastening the rail pull-out device to the cooking appliance component. This first rail is thus in particular the so-called fixed rail.
  • the rail pull-out device also includes a second rail, which is designed to receive the food support. The rails can be moved relative to one another, so that the second rail is in particular the running rail.
  • the fastening device has a spring element which contacts the cooking device component in the assembled state of the rail pull-out device and forms a resilient stop for the first rail on the cooking device component.
  • the spring element enables a damped relative movement of the rail pull-out device relative to the cooking device component in the relative movement direction of the two rails to one another in the fastened state of the rail pull-out device on the cooking device component.
  • the second rail has a stop element which is designed such that in a basic position of the rail pull-out device, in which a specific position is reached between the two rails, in which the second rail is in a fully engaged position specific location mechanically abuts the first rail, which is limited by the spring element damped relative movement of the rail pull-out device relative to the cooking appliance component to a defined path of movement.
  • This movement path is smaller than a release path required for releasing the fastening device from the cooking appliance component.
  • An unlocking locking device is thus also formed by the stop element.
  • the stop element is arranged on the second rail so as to protrude upwards. Since a particularly advantageous mechanical interaction with regard to the striking on the cooking appliance component has been achieved here, on the other hand the loading of the second rail with the food support is not impeded, this positional arrangement and extension is advantageous.
  • the stop element is arranged as a rod-shaped hump on an upper side of the second rail and is integrated in a particularly advantageous manner on this upper side.
  • the raised protrusion is kept relatively small, so that virtually no undesirably high structure is formed on the second rail.
  • such a configuration is relatively robust, so that even relatively high stop forces can be absorbed without problems. This is particularly advantageous in the case of the integrated and thus one-piece design.
  • the stop element is designed as a plate and is arranged on a side wall, in particular a vertical side wall, of the second rail.
  • the alternative embodiment is preferably advantageous in the case of an alternative shaping of the second rail, in which a support area for the food support is not only formed in sections along the length of the second rail, but in particular is designed to be completely continuous over the substantially entire length of the second rail.
  • the second rail in a basic fastening position of the first rail on the cooking appliance component, the second rail is pushed in up to a front stop on the first rail and the rail pull-out device is arranged in the basic position, which is achieved without a damped relative movement.
  • a specific position has already been reached between the two rails, which is characterized in that the second rail mechanically abuts the first rail at a very specific point, namely abuts the front stop.
  • this basic position is a position that is to be defined in a particularly specific manner and is essential for the further mechanical functionality of the spring element and the stop element.
  • the rail pull-out device has a shift position that is different from the basic position and is now temporary and therefore automatically transient, which is achieved by a displacement of the rail pull-out device from the basic position by the damped relative movement.
  • a displacement position can be achieved, for example, if the second rail is pushed in with such a force that it is displaced further back beyond the basic position and thus the damping effect of the spring element is used in a defined manner.
  • the second rail In this displacement path between the basic position and the displacement position, the second rail then remains constant in the relative position of the first rail achieved with the basic position, so that on this displacement path between the basic position and the displacement position, the two rails are moved practically without any relative movement to one another. Since an increased damping of the spring element then occurs precisely in the case of such overflowing forces acting on the second rail, this movement can then also be braked in a defined manner.
  • the stop element according to the invention on the second rail is particularly advantageous in that, in the event of such strong forces acting on the second rail, which causes a shift beyond the basic position to the rear until the stop element of the second rail strikes the cooking appliance component, then an undesired unlocking and thus loosening of the rail pull-out device from the cooking device component is prevented. If the force acting on the second rail when it is pushed in is so great that the stop element of the second rail even reaches the cooking appliance component and makes mechanical contact there, this movement of the second rail and thus the entire rail pull-out device is then stopped abruptly. In this case, a possibly harder stop of the entire rail pull-out device on the cooking device component is more accepted than that the entire rail pull-out device could become detached from the cooking device component with further movement to the rear.
  • the displacement position is thus at a maximum distance from the basic position by the distance measured in the direction of the damped relative movement, between the position at which the second rail contacts the front stop of the first rail and the striking of the stop element of the second rail on the Cooking appliance component occurs.
  • this path length is at most half the diameter of a vertical support rod of the cooking appliance component constructed from rods.
  • this cooking appliance component is a support frame which, in addition to the vertical support bars, which serve as the front and rear end termination of the support frame, comprises horizontal guide bars. These horizontal guide rods are then connected at their respective ends to the associated vertical support rods.
  • guide rods which are assigned to one another in pairs, insertion levels are specified for the food support, which then sits on the rail pull-out device, in particular the second rail, and can be pulled out and pushed in.
  • a web is formed as a support for the food support which is narrower in the width direction (perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the second rail) than the top side and which is opposite an outer edge of the top side faces the cooking appliance component in the assembled state, is offset inwards.
  • the displacement position is a volatile position which can be automatically converted into the basic position by the spring element which is preloaded in the displacement position in comparison to the basic position. This means that if the second rail is moved backwards beyond the basic position in the direction of the displacement position, then the spring element is compressed or tensioned to such an extent that when the rail and thus the entire rail extension device comes to a standstill is, the spring element pushes the entire rail pull-out device forward again to the basic position. As a result, the basic position can always be reached automatically even when the second rails are pushed in.
  • the fastening device with the spring element is designed as an ejection device for ejecting the rail pull-out device from the basic position into a working position pushed forward.
  • a push-push mechanism in particular is thus also provided by the spring element and the fastening device.
  • the invention also relates to a cooking appliance with an arrangement according to the invention or an advantageous embodiment thereof.
  • this includes Cooking device a receiving space in the form of a cooking space in which food can be prepared.
  • This cooking space is particularly limited by walls of a muffle, which also has vertical side walls.
  • cooking appliance components and rail pull-out devices are arranged, which are each arranged in pairs at the same height, so that in this regard the food carriers can be applied at specific levels.
  • the invention also relates to a method for moving a rail pull-out device with an arrangement with a cooking appliance component, in particular a hook-in grille, and the rail pull-out device for a food support.
  • the rail pull-out device is provided with a first rail, which has a fastening device for fastening the rail pull-out device to a cooking appliance component, and with a second rail, which is designed to receive the food support.
  • the two rails can be moved relative to each other.
  • the fastening device is provided with a spring element which, in the assembled state of the rail pull-out device, contacts the cooking device component and forms a resilient stop for the first rail on the cooking device component, the spring element damping a relative movement of the rail pull-out device to the cooking device component in the direction of movement of the two rails relative to one another in the fastened state becomes.
  • the second rail In a basic fastening position of the first rail on the cooking appliance component, the second rail is preferably pushed in at most up to a front stop on the first rail, and the rail pull-out device is inserted into the Home position attached or brought into the home position, which is achieved without a damped relative movement. This means that when the second rail is pushed in, this basic position is first reached without a damped relative movement taking place beforehand.
  • a displacement of the rail pull-out device generated by the damped relative movement achieves a displacement position that is different from the basic position and in particular temporarily or automatically transient, offset in the insertion direction of the second rail from the basic position to the rear.
