Description

Gebiet der TechnikField of engineering

The invention relates to a roof vent with a roof opening having a through-opening roofing plate and a dome overhanging, in different tilt positions for roofing plate by engaging at least one locking tooth fixable in a locking toothing, a top tube supporting hood. The hood is pivotable relative to the dome about a pivot axis, that the top tube after insertion of the roofing plate in the roof skin in a vertical position is pivotable and fixable in this vertical position.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

A generic Dachentlüfter describes the DE 199 21 069 C1 , A roofing panel which can be introduced into a roofing membrane has a passage opening which is surrounded by a dome and through which a vapor extraction opening passes from the roof inner side to the outer roof side. The dome is covered by a hood, with a top tube is firmly connected. The hood can be pivoted relative to the dome about a hinge axis. On the hood sits a locking tooth, which can engage in a sawtooth-like locking teeth of the dome. The meshing can only be lifted by a removal of the hood from the cathedral, so that a tilt adjustment while in the assembled state is possible, but this is not correctable.

The DE 195 07 383 A1 describes a roof vent with a through-opening of a roofing plate by cross-ventilation pipe, which is tilt-adjustable about a hinge axis. At the vent pipe, a hood is attached, which engages over a dome of the roofing plate.

The GB 2172 312 A describes a roof vent, in which a hood which carries a top tube is pivotable relative to a dome of a roofing plate. A locking slide, which sits below the roofing plate, can engage in an arcuate, pivoting with the hood latching teeth to fix the angular position of the top tube relative to the roofing plate. Roof ventilator with a top tube, which is pivotally mounted on a roofing plate, wherein the pivot positions are latched, are also known from the DE 199 21 069 C1 and WO 2007/069051 A1 ,

Zusammenfassung der ErfindungSummary of the invention

The invention has for its object to improve a roof vent of the generic type montagetechnisch.

The object is achieved by the invention specified in the claims.

First and foremost, it is proposed that the top tube can be changed in position relative to the hood. In a first mounting position of the top tube, the at least one locking pin is disengaged from the locking teeth. If the top tube is brought into a second mounting position, the at least one latching tooth engages in the latching toothing. The first Assembly position thus corresponds to a Neigungslageneinstellstellung and the second mounting position of a Neigungslagenfixierstellung. The top tube is thus a latching means carrier which is displaceable relative to the hood. Preferably, the top tube inserted axially displaceable in a connected to the hood pipe socket. The pipe socket and the hood can form a hood part pivotable about a pivot axis relative to the roofing plate. The top tube may be compared to this hood part a separate component, which is in particular connected to the same material with a vent pipe and forms an essay. The locking tooth and the locking teeth are in the first mounting position outside their locking engagement. These are preferably self-latching latching means which enter into a latching position during the displacement from the first mounting position to the second mounting position. In the first mounting position, at least one latching element can, for example, rest on a step or shoulder in order to move the latching means carrier in the first mounting position hold. It may be provided a latching pin which rests in the first mounting position on an edge of the pipe socket. By an axial pressure on the top tube and the latching means carrier of the locking pin overflows the edge of the pipe socket and enters into the latching opening. Along with this, the at least one latching tooth shifts from a non-meshing position in the direction of the latching toothing in order to enter the latching toothing in the final phase of the displacement. The hood part is preferably pivotally mounted with hinge elements on the roofing plate. For this purpose, an arm, preferably two arms each have at their free end a joint opening, protrude through the pivot pin. The pivot pin but also the locking teeth can be formed by an insert. The insert is in a sense an adapter. The insert may have a down tube, which protrudes through the passage opening of the roofing plate. The insert may have a collar which engages over the edge of the dome. An outwardly projecting portion of the collar can form the locking teeth. The insert may have a latching projection, with which it engages under a latching niche of the roofing plate in its inserted position, so that the insert is fixed, but possibly also releasably connected to the roofing plate. From the inside of the insert protrudes a hinge projection which engages in the joint eye of the arm. The hinge projection can be located on the back of the locking projection. In the inner wall of the pipe socket may be located in the axial direction extending guide grooves. The guide grooves can each pass into window-shaped recesses of the arm. During assembly of the attachment engage radially and axially projecting extensions of the top tube in the guide grooves. At the free ends of the extensions are preferably the one or more ratchet teeth. In axial extension of the projections, the top tube can form locking tongues, which form the radially inwardly displaceable locking pin at their free ends. The locking pins lie opposite to the center line of the top tube. The locking tongues are preferably cut out by a cutout from the wall of the top tube. The top opening of the vent pipe is covered by a weather cap. This can be releasably connected to the essay. But it can also be a material part of the essay. The cap and the hood part together form the pivoting portion of the roof vent. The roofing plate and the insert form the stationary associated with the roof other part of the roof vent. By an axial displacement of second elements of the pivotable component of the roof ventilator teeth of a locking teeth can be brought from a disengaged position to a tooth engagement position, wherein in the disengaged position, the inclination position of the pivotal component is adjustable and the tooth engagement position, the pivoting of the pivotal component is blocked , It is envisaged that the two elements of the pivotal component can be brought by the overcoming of a holding load from the first mounting position to the second mounting position and that intentionally a push-button operation is required to relocate the elements of the pivotable component from the second mounting position to the first mounting position, in particular locking cams would have to be brought out of latching openings by a Radialeinwärtsverlagerung from the outside. Preferably, two diagonally opposite push buttons, which are each formed by locking pins to move radially inwardly.

A roofing plate 1 is used instead of a roof tile in a roof skin. It has on the one hand as a result of the inclination of the pitched roof and on the other hand, as a result of the shingled position of the roof tile an inclination relative to the horizontal, but essentially depends on the roof pitch. An existing from an article 11 with weather cap 26 and hood part 4 Dunstrohranordnung can in a first mounting position relative to the roofing plate 1 in the direction of arrow V in FIG. 1 about a hinge assembly 8, 23 tilt adjustment. In this, in the FIGS. 1 to 6 An external tooth engagement with a latching toothing 20 of the roofing plate arrangement 1, 17 is caused by an axial pressure on the vapor tube arrangement 11, 4. Two elements 12, 6 of the vapor tube arrangement 4 are displaced , 11 against each other, so that the locking teeth 16 of the Dunstrohranordnung 4,11 engage the tooth gaps of the locking teeth 20 of the roofing plate assembly 1,17, as the FIGS. 7 to 9 demonstrate.

Die Randöffnung des Domes 2 umgibt eine Durchtrittsöffnung 3 der Dacheindeckungsplatte 1.The roofing plate 1, may be made of plastic. It has a dome-shaped dome 2, which has an edge opening. The edge opening of the dome 2 surrounds a passage opening 3 of the roofing plate. 1

Der Kragen 19 überfängt somit die Randöffnung des Domes 2.There is an insert 17 is provided. The insert 17 has a down tube 18, which can be pushed through from above through the passage opening 3. From the insert 17 protrude in diametrical opposite two locking projections 21 radially outward, which engage after insertion of the down tube 18 into the passage opening 3 in a latching niche 22 of the roofing plate 1. In this locking position, the edge of the dome 2 engages in a circumferential Groove, which is formed by a collar 19. The collar 19 thus overlaps the edge opening of the dome 2.

In the region of the latching projection 21 is a depression, which forms a cavity 23 '. The cavity 23 'is surrounded by one of the wall of the down tube 18 radially inwardly directed hinge projection 23. This hinge projection 23 forms the hinge axis about which a hood part 4 is pivotable.

The hood part 4 has a hood 5, which overhangs the collar 19 and thus the edge of the dome 2. From the cavity of the hood 5 spring two parallel arranged arms 9, each having at their ends a hinge opening 8. In the joint opening 8, the hinge projections 23 engage, so that the hood part 4 can be pivoted about the hinge axis to adjust the inclination position of the Dunstrohranordnung.

The hood 5 is materially connected to a pipe socket 6. The pipe socket 6 has an in the assembled state upwardly facing edge 6 '. In the axial extension of the arms 9 are in the inner wall of the pipe socket 6 guide grooves 10 for the entry of extensions 13 of an essay eleventh

The guide grooves 10 extend into a window 27 of the projection of the arm 9, so that located on the lower sides of the projections 13 locking teeth 16 can reach through the window 27 through into the locking teeth 20.

The attachment 11 forms a top tube 12. The top tube 12 is not only a latching means carrier for a latching pin 15, but also a latching tooth carrier, since the one or more locking teeth 16 having extension 13 is materially connected to the top tube 12.

At the top adjoins the top tube 12 to a vent tube 25, which has a larger diameter than the top tube 12, so that forms a step between the vent tube 25 and top tube 12, below which the locking pin 15 is arranged. The upper vapor outlet opening of the vent tube 25 is closed by a weather cap 26 such that form annular air outlet channels.

The extensions 13 protrude in diametrical opposite position from the lower edge of the top tube 12. At the same circumferential positions on which the projections 13 are located, the top tube 12 has substantially U-shaped free cuts 24. By means of these free cuts 24, latching tongues 14 are formed which are rooted in the region of the extensions 13 and protrude upwards in the assembled state, where their free end carries a latching pin 15 projecting radially outwards.

The operation of the roof ventilator is the following:
  • Starting from the in the FIG. 10 shown exploded view, the insert 17 is first inserted into the roof opening 3, so that it is firmly connected by the engagement of the locking projection 21 in the latching niche 22 but releasably by applying a correspondingly large force with the roofing plate 1.
  • In the insert 17, the arms 9 of the hood part 4 are inserted until the bottom of the hood 5 rests on the collar 19. The ends of the arms 9 slide in the final phase of the insertion movement on slopes of the hinge projections 23 and are slightly bent radially inwardly so that the ends of the arms 9, the hinge projections 23 may overflow until the hinge projections 23 enter the hinge openings 8. In this operating position, the hood 5 can be pivoted about the pivot axis passing through the hinge openings 8 with respect to the dome 2.
  • In a further assembly step, the attachment 11 is placed on the hood part 4, wherein the extensions 13 are inserted into the insertion grooves 10 and the top tube 12 in the pipe socket 6 until the locking pin 15 rest on the edge 6 'of the pipe socket 6. This first mounting position, which corresponds to a Neigungslageneinstellstellung is in the FIGS. 1 to 6 shown. The aforementioned free pivoting of the hood part 4 in the direction of the double arrow V in the FIG. 1 is obtained in the first mounting position, since the latching teeth 16 arranged at the end of the extension 13 do not engage in the latching toothing 20.
  • If the correct tilt position is found, an axial pressure is exerted on the weather cap 26. Along with this, a radial pressure can be exerted on the latching pins 15. The locking pin 15 or the peripheral edge 6 'but may also have bevels so that an axial pressure alone is sufficient to shift the locking pin 15 radially inwardly so that they overflow the edge 6' of the pipe socket 6 and an axial displaceability of the essay eleventh opposite the hood part 4 is possible. In the course of this axial displacement, the extensions 13 enter deeper into the pipe socket 6 and the locking teeth 16 approach the locking teeth of the locking teeth 20 until the locking teeth 16 engage in the locking teeth 20. Upon reaching this second mounting position, which corresponds to a fixing position of Neigungsverschwenkbarkeit, engage the locking pin 15 in the locking openings 7. The locking pin 15 automatically snaps into the latching openings 7 a.
  • If it turns out that the inclination position of the vent pipe arrangement 4, 11 has to be corrected, the latching teeth 16 are to be brought out of the latching toothing 20. For this purpose, the locking pin 15 are displaced by exerting a radially inwardly directed pressure snap-like manner from their detent openings 7. Afterwards, an axial displacement of the attachment 11 relative to the hood part 4 upwards is possible until the in the FIGS. 1 to 6 shown first mounting position is reached, in which the locking pins 15 are supported on the edge 6 'and the inclination position can be adjusted.
